  • In the present article, we introduce the concepts of strongly asymptotically lacunary equivalence, asymptotically statistical equivalence, and asymptotically lacunary statistical equivalence for sequences in g-metric spaces. We investigate some properties and relationships among these new concepts.

  • In this work, via Orlicz functions, we have obtained a generalization of rough statistical convergence of asymptotically equivalent triple sequences a new non-matrix convergence method, which is intermediate between the ordinary convergence and the rough statistical convergence. We also have examined some inclusion relations related to this concept. We obtain the results are non negative real numbers with respect to the partial order on the set of real numbers.

  • In the present paper, we introduce the concepts of $\mathcal{I}$-asymptotically statistical $\tilde{\phi}$-equivalence and $\mathcal{I}$-asymptotically lacunary statistical $\tilde{\phi}$-equivalence for triple sequences. Moreover, we give the relations between these new notions.

  • In this paper, we show that the modified Mann iteration with errors converges strongly to fixed point for uniformly L-Lipschitzian asymptotically $\Phi$-pseudocontractive mappings in real Banach spaces. Meanwhile, it is proved that the convergence of Mann and Ishikawa iterations is equivalent for uniformly L-Lipschitzian asymptotically $\Phi$-pseudocontractive mappings in real Banach spaces. Finally, we obtain the convergence theorems of Ishikawa iterative sequence and the modified Ishikawa iterative process with errors.

  • A new control method for the robust position control of a brushless DC(BLDC) motor using the asymptotically stable adaptive load torque observer is presented. A precision position control is obtained for the BLDC motor system approximately linearized using the field-orientation method. And the application of the load torque observer is published in [1] using fixed gain. However, the flux linkage is not exactly known for a load torque observer. Therefore, a model reference adaptive observer is considered to overcome the problem of the unknown parameter in this paper. And stability analysis is carried out using Liapunov stability theorem. As a result, asymptotically stable observer gain can be obtained without affecting the overall system response. The load disturbance detected by the asymptotically stable adaptive observer is compensated by feedforwarding the equivalent current having the fast response.

  • An approximate parameter orthogonality is defined, which is called an $\alpha$-approximate orthogonality The useful consequences of parameter orthogonality mentioned by Cox and Reid(1987) can be shared by an $\alpha$-approximate orthogonality. If $\alpha\geq1/2$, the consequences of orthogonality and $\alpha$-approximate orthogonality are asymptotically equivalent.

  • We derive an asymptotic relation between the scores for the censored and uncensored observations for the untied value case among uncensored observations. With this relation, we show that two types of the linear rank statistics which are based on any consistent estimates of the distribution function, are asymptotically equivalent. Also, we discuss another asymptotic equivalence considered by Cuzick (1985).

  • A new control method for precision robust position control of a brushless DC (BLDC) motor using asymptotically stable adaptive load torque observer is presented in the paper. Precision position control is obtained for the BLDC motor system approximately linearized using the field-orientation method Recently, many of these drive systems use BLDC motors to avoid backlashe. However, the disadvantages of the motor are high cost and complex control because of nonlinear characteristics. Also, the load torque disturbance directly affects the motor shaft. The application of the load torque observer is published in [1] using fixed gain. However, the motor flux linkage is not exactly known for a load torque observer. There is the problem of uncertainty to obtain very high precision position control. Therefore a model reference adaptive observer is considered to overcome the problem of unknown parameter and torque disturbance in this paper. The system stability analysis is carried out using Lyapunov stability theorem. As a result, asymptotically stable observe gain can be obtained without affecting the overall system response. The load disturbance detected by the asymptotically stable adaptive observer is compensated by feedforwarding the equivalent current which gives fast response. The experimenta results are presented in the paper.

The experimental results are presented in the paper using DSP TMS320c31.
