취업주의 시간관리전략이 가정관리행동과 가정생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Time Management Strategy on Home Management Behavior and Family Life Satisfaction of Employed Wives)

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically verify the influence of sociodemographic and psychologicl variables on time management strategy and time management strategy on home management behavior and family life satisfaction of employed wives, and to provide the information of enhancing the level of family welfare. The monthly income of employed wives was high, as the level of education and time conflict are high, their use of time management strategy is high. The wives who show the high scores on time planning strategy have the effective home management behavior. Also, the score on division of household works strategy of employed wives was high, their satisfaction score on their family lives was high.

<개그콘서트>의 웃음생성 전략 (Making Fun Strategy of Gag Concert)

  • 한국의 대표적인 코미디 프로그램인 <개그콘서트>는 기존의 웃음 생성전략인 의미와 비의미 사이의 경계를 가로지는 말장난에서 벗어나, 서사를 통해 웃음을 만드는 방식을 선택하고 있음을 발견했다. 이른 바, 디지털 서사라고도 불리는 서사를 통한 웃음은 시대적 흐름을 치밀하게 반영한 결과로 보인다. 이외에도 디테일을 통한 핍진성의 획득, 세태풍자 리얼리즘, 말 몸 맨몸의 위계구조, 영향력에 대한 갈망 혹은 스타 활용 역시 주요 전략으로 보인다. 이러한 치밀한 리얼리즘적 전략에서 디지털 시대에 부합하는 웃음의 새로운 생성방식이 싹트고 있음을 발견할 수 있다.

  • We, in this paper, suggest the Yeosu internationalization strategy for holding the 2012 World EXPO in Yeosu successfully, First of all, we analyze some problems that hinder the internationalization of Yeosu. Our analysis, also, provides several strategic solutions to those problems by foreign direct investment, international trade, hub port development, and international tourism. first strategy is to create a more favorable business environment for foreign investors. Foreign direct investment is the most effective way to internationalize the specific district. Second strategy is to expand the export of small and medium-sized firms in Yeosu. Especially, local firms with agricultural/fishery products have to develop various new products and introduce the effective international marketing strategy. Final strategy is to develop the hub port in Yeosu and the new tourist resources to attract foreign tourists.

유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육스트레스, 의사소통 지향성과 사회인구학적 변인이 가족건강성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Parenting Stress, Communication Strategy and Socio-demographic Variables on Family Strengths)

  • This study was conducted to examine how family strengths are affected by parenting stress, socio-demographic factors and communication strategy, with a specific focus on mothers with young children. In total, 418 mothers of 4-5 years old children were included in this study. Higher education achievement was significantly related to higher communication strategy and better family strengths. However educational background had no effect on degree of parenting stress. Lower household income was related to higher parenting stress while higher income resulted in stronger family strengths. However family income showed no correlation with communication strategy. Lower parenting stress and higher communication strategy contributed to better family strengths, The most influential factor of family strengths was parenting stress.

중년기 부부의 가족 스트레스에 대한 대처양식과 위기감 (coping Strategy and Crisis of Mid-life Couples)

  • Coping strategy and mid-life crisis were examined in a sample of 325 mid-life couples ranging in age 40∼59. Each participant was administered stressful life event scale, coping strategy scale, family cohesion scale and mid-life crisis scale. The results were as follows: 1. There is no significant differences between husbands and wives in the experiences of stressful life event, but the perceived stress level of wives significantly higher than the husband's. 2. Husbands seem to use problem solving strategy and wives seem to use restrain strategy more often. 3. Wives appear significantly higher mid-life crisis than husbands. Especially family cohesion and passive coping strategy have turned out to be significant on the mid life crisis of couples. Besides these predictors, experiences of stressful life event and perceived stress level are significant predictors for husband's mid-life crisis. As for wive's mid-life crisis, coping stratigies are significant predictors.

아동의 상위기억과 책략훈련에 관한 연구 (Effects of Metamemory and Mnemonic Strategy Training on Children's Performance)

  • The present research studied the effectiveness of specific strategy training in memory awareness on children's memory performance. The subjects were 60 children, 30 six-year-olds and 30 eight-year-olds. Free recall scores and use of a rehearsal strategy (exposure durations) based on Belmont & Butterfield (1971) were used to measure children's performance in three memory tasks. All subjects were randomly assigned to one of three experimental groups: the control group with no training, the chunking and rehearsal strategy training group, and the chunking and rehearsal strategy training combined with memory awareness strategy. The data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA, three-way ANOVA with repeated measures, and Student-Newman-Keuls post hoc test. There were significant differences among the three groups both in the free recall score and in the use of the rehearsal strategy. The mnemonic strategic training with memory awareness strategy was the most effective on both free recall and use of rehearsal strategy. The effects of the mnemonic strategy training with memory awareness strategy were more effective for the 8-year-olds than the 6-year-olds.

e-비즈니스 전략유형과 기업성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on The e-Business Strategy and Corporate Performance)

  • This study tests e-business performance difference of the inter group by strategy type through the cluster analysis, after confirming the linear relationship between the e-business strategy type and its performance. According to the result of the study the effect on the e-business performance reveals to differ by the e-business strategy type. That is to say, while the firm's information system performance, e-business realization and the inter group competition dominance are affected positively by the e-process strategy, web application strategy and customer attracting strategy. This confirms that the information system performance, the realization performance and the competition dominance are affected by e - business strategy type. The key factor leading to the success of e-business is the commitment of e-process strategy and web application strategy. For the case of the customer attracting strategy the result shows the importance of the strategy. In the cluster group analysis, the additional analysis, the effect is seen to be more powerful in the firm's information system performance, e - business realization and securing the competition advantage for the case of the multiple strategy than that of single one. Accordingly, the firm needs to adopt the multiple strategy suited for the characteristic of the firm rather than the single strategy.

학생들의 과학 학습 동기 및 전략 (Student's Motivation and Strategy in Learning Science)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the intercorrelations among various motivational patterns and learning strategies and to examine the differences in motivation and strategy usage in terms of students' science achievement level, gender, and grade. A questionnaire on achievement goal, self-efficacy, self-concept of ability, expectancy, value, causal attributions, and learning strategies was administered to 360 junior high/high school students (178 males, 182 females). Students who adopted performance-oriented goal tended not to be task oriented. Task-oriented students had high levels of self-efficacy, high self-concept of ability, and expectancies for future performance in science. They also valued science and attributed thier failures to the lack of effort. However, performance-oriented students evaluated their ability negatively, did not value science, and attributed thier failures to uncontrollable causes. With respect to learning strategy, task-oriented students tended to use deep-level strategy, whereas performance-oriented students tended to use surface-level strategy and not to use deep-level strategy. High-achieving students, boys, and junior high school students were more task-oriented, evaluated their ability more positively, and valued science more than low-achieving students, girls, and high school students, respectively. High-achieving students and boys also used deep-level strategy more than each of their counterparts. However, no significant difference in learning strategy was found between junior high school students and high school students. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

온톨로지 기반의 교육 콘텐츠 제작 기법 (An Authoring Strategy for Cyber Learning Contents-based on Ontology)

  • 현재 많은 수의 원격대학들이 사이버교육 서비스를 제공하고 있으나 교육용 콘텐츠의 형식과 질에 있어서는 여전히 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 특히 표준적인 콘텐츠 개발 전략의 부재로 인하여 교수자마다 서로 다른 형식과 내용 구성의 콘텐츠를 작성하고 있으며 콘텐츠들 사이의 연관성의 부족으로 인하여 콘텐츠의 재사용이 어렵고 내용적으로 보완관계에 있는 유용한 콘텐츠가 있음에도 학습자가 이를 활용하는 것을 어렵게 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 표준화, 재사용, 연관성을 높일 수 있도록 온톨로지와 SCORM 기반의 고급 교육 콘텐츠 개발 전략을 수립하였으며 실제 원격대학의 교육 콘텐츠를 제작함으로써 제안하는 기법이 효과적임을 보이고 있다.

  • Miles and Snow의 전략유형 및 Porter의 본원전략과 제품 수준의 마케팅 전략 간의 관계를 검증해 보고, 두 사업부 전략유형 간의 관계도 분석하였다 소비재와 산업재를 포함한 102개 전략사업단위에 대해 최고경영자와 마케팅 관리자를 방문 면접하여 조사자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과 Miles and Snow의 전략 유형은 제품시장의 환경관리에 대한 관리적 노력의 적극성 측면에서 전략유형 간에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, Porter의 본원전략과 제품 수준의 마케팅 전략 사이에 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 두 전략유형 간에 관련성 검증을 통해 Miles and Snow의 조직내부의 관리적 관점과 Porter의 경쟁적 관점의 통합적 접근가능성을 보여 주었다. 본 연구결과 다양한 산업에 있어서 사업부 수준의 전략이 제품 수준의 마케팅 전략 활동에 일관성 있게 나타남으로써 사업부 수준의 전략유형이 제품 수준의 마케팅 전략에도 적용되고 있음을 시사해 주었다.
