A Study on the Fuel Spray and Atomization Characteristics of MPI Gasoline Injector (MPI 가솔린 기관용 인젝터의 분무 거동 및 미립화 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Fuel spray in the MPI gasoline injector and its atomization characteristics are investigated with both macroscopic and microscopic visualization systems. The Bosch injector is inserted into an air-assist spray adapter which is designed to be fabricated and assembled easily. particle motion analysis system is used to measure the SMD of injector, where the assistant air pressure is varied from 0.0 to 1.5bar with fuel pressure 2.8bar. Droplet size decreased with higher air pressure and fine fuel spray with below $60{\mu}m$ of SMD is acquired at the assistant air pressure over 0.5bar.

  • This paper presents the prototype for parking assistant system of multi-camera viewing. Proposed system provides the driver with three direction of the scenes surrounding vehicle. Depending on the handle rotation, the proposed system displays views from multiple wide-angle CCD cameras on the laptop screen to reduce blind spots, support smooth parallel or garage parking, and support comfortable and safe driving. The performance of roposed system is validated by vehicle experiments.

Owing to such developments. environmental problems have been occurred frequently, In excavation of tunnels especially located in close to slope, uneven stress take place to tunnel due to a topographical factor. it is used assistant methods of construction which are excavation of slope, retaining wall, ground anchor, etc for uneven stress. these assistant methods raise problems of environmental. In this study, using slit, we could make better stress state by means of inducing stress concentration in boundary of tunnel. considering a variety of slit and rock mass condition, we use numerical analysis.

The Effects of the Division of Household Labor in Couples and the Sense of Fairness on Marital Satisfaction (부부간 가사노동분담과 공평성 인지도가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the pattern of division of household labor between married couples and the determining variables of the division of household work. In addition, this study examined the effect of the pattern of the division of household work and the sense of fairness on marital satisfaction. Two hundreds forty two married couples living near seoul were selected. Both wives and husbands reported their daily time-use pattern. According to the results, flexibility of husbands' work schedules hours of market work of husbands, husbands' sex role attitudes, and the presence of household assistant affected significantly on the extent of household work time. In addition, husbands' household work time had direct effects on marital satisfaction of couples. In wives' hours of household labor, the significant variables were wives' employment status, presence of younger children, total income, wives' sex role attitudes, and hours of household labor performed by housework assistant. In addition, wives' sense of fairness had impact significantly on marital satisfaction.

A Path Generation Algorithm of an Automatic Guided Vehicle Using Sensor Scanning Method

  • In this paper, a path generation algorithm that uses sensor scannings is described. A scanning algorithm for recognizing the ambient environment of the Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) that uses the information from the sensor platform is proposed. An algorithm for computing the real path and obstacle length is developed by using a scanning method that controls rotating of the sensors on the platform. The AGV can recognize the given path by adopting this algorithm. As the AGV with two-wheel drive constitute a nonholonomic system, a linearized kinematic model is applied to the AGV motor control. An optimal controller is designed for tracking the reference path which is generated by recognizing the path pattern. Based on experimental results, the proposed algorithm that uses scanning with a sensor platform employing only a small number of sensors and a low cost controller for the AGV is shown to be adequate for path generation.

  • This research deals with a task assignment problem to worker group which consists of one master and one assistant. Each task must be assigned to only one worker group and it is possible to make a pair of each master and each assistant to organize a worker group. A worker group may have more than one task assigned to it, but the workloads of each worker group must be balanced within the allowable range. This problem can be formulated mathematically using the Mixed Integer Programming(MIP), where the objective function is to minimize the total assignment cost. A two phase heuristic algorithm is suggested in order to find approximate solutions. The first phase is to obtain an initial solution, where the initial assignment is performed to follow the workload adjustment. In the second phase, the solution is improved through the repeated process of the exchange and the assignment adjustment. Numerical experiments have been performed to evaluate the performance of the heuristic algorithm.

  • 본 논문은 페달력과 전기 구동력을 동시에 사용하는 하이브리드 3륜 전기자전거의 구동부에서 보조력의 제어에 토크리플이 억제될 수 있도록 역기전력 함수를 이용한 PAS(Power assist system)을 제안한다. 제안된 방식에서는 하이브리드 3륜 전기자전거의 구동력을 제공하는 BLDC(Brushless DC) 전동기의 역기전력 형상과 토크 사이의 상관관계를 바탕으로, 사용자의 요구 토크에 대하여 추정된 역기전력 역함수를 통해 지령 전류를 발생하고, 지령전류의 제어에는 추정된 역기전력함수를 사용하여 제어 성능을 향상시킨다. 연속적인 역기전력의 추정에는 홀센서의 위치각과 추정속도를 통해 연속적인 위치각을 추정하고, 이를 통해 룩-업 테이블의 실제 역기전력 데이터와 위치 보정값을 사용하게 된다. 하이브리드 3륜 전기자전거의 제안된 PAS 제어 방식은 시뮬레이션을 통해 가능성을 검증하였다.

FORMALIZING THE META-THEORY OF FIRST-ORDER PREDICATE LOGIC

  • This paper introduces a representation style of variable binding using dependent types when formalizing meta-theoretic properties. The style we present is a variation of the Coquand-McKinna-Pollack's locally-named representation. The main characteristic is the use of dependent families in defining expressions such as terms and formulas. In this manner, we can handle many syntactic elements, among which wellformedness, provability, soundness, and completeness are critical, in a compact manner. Another point of our paper is to investigate the roles of free variables and constants. Our idea is that fresh constants can entirely play the role of free variables in formalizing meta-theories of first-order predicate logic. In order to show the feasibility of our idea, we formalized the soundness and completeness of LJT with respect to Kripke semantics using the proof assistant Coq, where LJT is the intuitionistic first-order predicate calculus. The proof assistant Coq supports all the functionalities we need: intentional type theory, dependent types, inductive families, and simultaneous substitution.

  • VXML은 사람 목소리나 전화기의 톤과 같은 음향 입력과 컴퓨터에 의해 합성 또는 녹음된 목소리를 들려주는 음성 출력을 가지는 음성 브라우저를 위한 웹 저작 언어이다. 본 논문에서는 VXML을 이용하여 작은 규모의 회사나 SOHO 사업자들에게 최적화된 ARS 기능, 음성 인식 기술을 이용하여 음성 메시지 저장 및 지능적 검색 기능, 사용자 부재 시 착신 전환 또는 SMS 통보를 찰 수 있는 개인용 전화 도우미 (PTA; Personal Telephone Assistant)의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술한다. PTA는 VXML 인터프리터를 내장하고 동적으로 VXML 문서를 적재함으로써 고객맞춤형의 ARS 기능을 지원한다는 장점을 갖는다.

Automation for Oyster Hinge Breaking System

  • A computer vision system was developed to automatically detect and locate the oyster hinge line, one step in shucking an oyster. The computer vision system consisted of a personal computer, a color frame grabber, a color CCD video camera with a zoom lens, two video monitor, a specially designed fixture to hold the oyster, a lighting system to illuminate the oyster and the system software. The software consisted of a combination of commercially available programs and custom designed programs developed using the Microsoft CTM . Test results showed that the image resolution was the most important variable influencing hinge detection efficiency. Whether or not the trimmed -off-flat-white surface area was dry or wet, the oyster size relative to the image size selected , and the image processing methods used all influenced the hinge locating efficiency. The best computer software and hardware combination used successfully located 97% of the oyster hinge lines tested. This efficienc was achieve using camera field of view of 1.9 by 1.5cm , a 180 by 170 pixel image window, and a dry trimmed -off oyster hinge end surface.
