공동주택 지속가능성 평가항목 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Extraction of Assessment Items of the Sustainability in the Multifamily Housing)

  • The environmental problems aren't only restricted in single area or country, but also related in all around the world. Various approaches have been tried to protect and utilize properly the environment. Especially, building area has been attempted to provide the model which could explain the degree of environmental influence and technology development criteria to lessen the environmental impact in building life cycle. The environmental impact in the building life cycle can be overally explained with sustainability. Sustainability can be utilized to establish the target level of building to environmental influence. This paper aimed at extracting items to evaluate the building sustainability, divided into social, economic and environmental aspects. First, 93-items is extracted from 3 areas through existing literature review. Second, the 93-items would be controlled and reviewed into 21 items, which are five social aspect items, two economic aspect items and twelve environmental items, because 93 items can not properly be applied and evaluated. And, it provided the model to combine the extracted items of each area. In social aspect, the outdoor noise is more affect than any other items. In environmental aspect, the item of surface-to-volume is more affect than any other items.

행동관찰 기반 치매 식이 평가 도구의 한국판 개발 (Development of Korean Version of the Dementia Eating Evaluation Tool based on Behavioral Observation)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 치매로 인한 이상행동으로 인하여 음식물의 섭취에 영향을 보이는 환자들을 대상으로 행동관찰에 기반하여 식이 문제를 파악할 수 있는 국외의 체계화된 평가 도구들을 소개하고, 전문가 집단에 의한 내용타당도 검증을 통하여 한국화 하는 데 있다. 연구 방법 : 폭넓은 관련 문헌 검색에 기초한 수차례의 회의를 통하여 최종으로 한국판으로 개발할 평가도구 3종(Eating Behavior Scale; EBS, Edinburgh Feeding Evaluation in Dementia Scale; EdFED, Feeding Difficulty Index; FDI)을 선택하였다. 수정된 평가 도구 3종은 연구진들에 의하여 1차 번역되었으며, 9인으로 구성된 전문가팀을 대상으로 내용타당도지수(Content Validity Index; CVI)를 검증 하였다. 결과 : EBS 내용타당도 산출 결과 6개의 질문 항목 및 1개의 응답 항목 모두에서 CVI가 0.9 이상인 것으로 나타나 항목의 수정 없이 모든 항목을 한국판 EBS에 수록하였다. EdFED 내용타당도 산출 결과 11개의 질문 항목 모두에서 CVI값 0.9 이상인 것으로 나타나 항목의 수정 없이 모든 항목을 한국판 EdFED에 수록하였다. FDI의 내용타당도 산출 결과 19개의 질문 항목 모두에서 CVI값 0.8 이상인 것으로 나타나 항목의 수정 없이 모든 항목을 한국판 FDI에 수록하였다. 결론 : 국외에서 많이 활용되고 있는 치매 환자 대상의 행동 관찰기반 식이 평가도구 인 EBS, EdFED, FDI의 한국판을 개발하였다. 관찰기반의 한국판 평가 도구를 통하여 치매 환자들의 식이 관련 문제점들을 조기에 판단하고, 적절한 중재를 제공하는 것은 환자의 영양섭취 강화와 보호자의 부담 저하 측면에서 매우 중요하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

간호 대학생의 시뮬레이션 기반 자궁근종절제술 후 간호교육 프로그램 개발과 적용 (Development and Application of Simulation-based Nursing Education Program for Post-myomectomy Care in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and apply simulation-based nursing education program for post-myomectomy care in nursing students. Methods: One group pre-post design was utilized. One hundred and thirty two participants consisting of 66 nursing students 132 participants consisting of 66 nursing students team were recruited. The data were collected from March 2 to June 12, 2015. Eight hours of simulation-based education program for post-myomectomy care was operated. Forty five items of Clinical Competence Assessment Scale was developed and content validity was tested using the content validity index. Results: The total score of Clinical Competence Assessment Scale was 90 and mean score of it was 82 (SD 4.2). The item showing the lowest mean score was 'education for Foley catheter management'. Mean score of performance was 92.7%, education 90.2% and assessment 89.9% respectively. Conclusion: The findings suggest that it would be useful to use the simulation-based education program for post-myomectomy care for evaluating clinical performance in nursing students.

한의 신의료기술 행위 동향 분석 (Study on the Present Status and Developments of New Health Technologies of Traditional Korean Medicine)

  • Objectives : The new health technology assessment system was introduced in April 2007. The purpose of new health technology assessment is assessing safety and efficacy in deciding a behavior of new health technology according to the Health Insurance Act. This study aims to understand the present status of new health technologies of Korean medicine. Methods : This research introduces new health technologies and their present status, and searches for a development direction for the new health technology of Korean medicine in the future. Results : Thirty seven cases(3%) of Korean medicine doctors who utilized new health technologies application were found. In the status about new health technologies application by technologies assortment, diagnostic test techniques were used more often than treatment skills. New medical technology that included korean medicine doctor as actual user was only one item, i.e. HCV antibody test. Conclusions : In order for the new health technology of korean medicine to settle down well, continuous interest and efforts of both government and medical community are necessary.

약학대학 학생들의 학습 포트폴리오에 대한 경험과 인식 (Pharmacy Students' Experiences and Perceptions of the Use of Learning Portfolio)

  • Learning portfolio is a collection of evidence that learning has taken place. It has gained its reputation as a useful assessment tool in the education of health professionals. The purpose of this study is to describe the pharmacy students' experiences and perceptions upon the introduction of a learning portfolio into the Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience course. Methods: Fifty five students from one pharmacy school who used a learning portfolio to document their progress in the IPPE course participated in 16-item questionnaire exploring opinions and experiences of learning portfolio preparation, assessment, and personal and professional development and reflection. Results: Most students agree that a learning portfolio is a valuable tool in promoting self-directed and reflective learning. However most of them (46/55) also feel developing a portfolio is time-consuming, and when compared to their effort, an appropriate reward has not been given. Conclusion: To make the use of learning portfolios successful students should receive clear guidelines on their purpose, content and structure. Also the assessment criteria should be provided before the introduction of learning portfolio and their effort in developing learning portfolio should be rewarded.

영성 측정도구 개발과 평가 (Development and Validation of the New Version of Spirituality Assessment Scale)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a new version of Spirituality Assessment Scale (N-SAS) and verify its reliability and validity. Methods: The total of 59 preliminary items for the N-SAS were selected through a literature review, two rounds of experts' content validation, cognitive interviews, and pre-tests. Verification of its reliability and validity was divided into two phases. In Phase I, questionnaires were collected from 219 adults. Reliability was tested using Cronbach's alpha, validity with item analysis, and exploratory factor analysis. In Phase II, questionnaires developed based on the results of Phase I were collected from 225 adults. Reliability was tested using Cronbach's alpha, validity with confirmatory factor analysis, and criterion validity. Results: The final version of the N-SAS comprised two dimensions (vertical and horizontal), four domains (relationship with God; meaning of life and self-integration; self-transcendence; and relationship with others, neighborhoods, and nature), and 44 items were identified. Total Cronbach's α was .97; those of each subscale ranged from .79 to .98. N-SAS scores were positively correlated with the scores of Howden's Spiritual Assessment Scale (r=.81, p<.001). Conclusion: Findings suggest that the N-SAS can be used to measure spirituality in adults. The use of N-SAS is expected to facilitate perceiving patient's spiritual needs and providing spiritual care.

건물의 화재위험성 평가 프로그램(KESA-I)개발 (A Development of Software (KFSA-I) for Fire Hazard Assessments in the Buildings)

  • 건축물의 화재로 인한 인적, 물적 피해를 방지하기 위해서는 먼저 이들 시설, 설비에 존재하는 잠재위험요인을 찾아내고 위험이 얼마나 큰가를 분석하는 위험성 평가가 수행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 건물의 화재위험성을 822개의 checklist에 의해 평가하도록 하였으며, 정량적 평가를 위하여 주요 구성요소를 10여개의 대분류로 나누고, 가중치를 부여하여 100점 만점의 점수를 산철하도록 하였다. 건물의 실제평가를 통하여 평가 모델의 적정성을 검토한 결과, 본 모델은 일반 모든 건물에 대하여 평가 적용이 가능하도록 되었다. 또한, checklist에 의한 세투적인 질문기범으로 작성되어 건물의 화재 위험성 평가를 수월하게 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 본 평가모델의 제시는 이제까지 국내에서 소방진단을 위한 뚜렷한 평가모델이 마련되지 못한 현 시점에서 방화관리자 등 소방관련자에게 매우 유익한 평가모델이 될 것이다.

Development and Validation of a Multidimensional Measure of Positive Body Image

  • Current studies validate the Body Positive Scale (BP Scale) as a self-assessment instrument that captures four dimensions of the positive body image construct. We developed and evaluated a 17-item BP Scale using two focus group interviews and four independent samples (n = 1,379) of Korean women who completed online survey questionnaires. We generated an initial pool of items via literature review, content validation with experts, and focus group interviews, subsequently refining the items through exploratory analysis (Study 1). We confirmed the BP Scale's underlying dimensions with young Korean female samples (Study 2, Study 4) and with a community sample (Study 3). We also examined the construct validity, internal consistency, and test-retest reliability over a six-week interval. Overall, the results supported that the four-factor BP Scale demonstrates adequate validity and reliability in measuring positive body image among Korean women. The BP Scale provides a method for researchers and practitioners to understand and assess individuals' positive body image in a multifaceted manner.

초등학교 수학 학습 어려움 진단을 위한 평가 문항 개발 및 적용 연구 (Development and Application of Assessment Items for the Diagnosis of Difficulties in Learning Elementary Mathematics)

  • 최근 코로나19 바이러스의 팬데믹으로 인하여 기존의 사회 및 교육적 체계의 변화가 가속화되고 있으며, 특히 교육 격차로 인한 학습자 맞춤형 교육 체계와 같은 여러 가지 교육적 대응의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 학습자 맞춤형 교육을 위해서는 학습자의 학습 단계별로 세밀한 진단을 통해 학습 과정에 대한 정보를 기반으로 피드백 및 보정 지원이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 학생들이 수학 학습 과정에서 겪는 어려움 및 오개념을 진단하기 위해 평가 문항을 개발하였다. 개발한 수학 학습 진단 평가 문항은 전국 초등학교 3~6학년 학생 675명에게 적용하였고, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본고에서는 평가 문항 개발 과정, 평가 문항의 신뢰도 및 타당도 검사 과정, 현장 적용 과정 및 분석 결과를 공유하고, 연구 결과를 통해 도출한 학교 현장에서의 수학 교수·학습 지원 방안에 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구는 코로나19 감염증의 장기화 및 뉴노멀 시대의 비대면 학습 환경에서의 수학 학습 어려움 및 오개념 진단 평가 문항의 활용 방안 및 관련한 교육 정책에 제언을 주고 있다.

과학의 본성에 대한 검사 도구를 활용한 연구의 개관과 분석(1990~2009) (A Review and Analysis of the Studies using Instruments on the Nature of Science(1990~2009))

  • The purpose of this study was to review the current state and characteristics of instruments used to assess individual understanding of the nature of science (NOS). This study conducted a series of content analyses of the articles published in a total of seven Korean and international journals from 1990 to 2009. A total of 99 research papers and assessment tools were categorized according to their features such as item type, the method of development, philosophical perspectives and others. So, evaluation domains of the instruments were also compared with the features of the NOS endorsed in some standards science education documents internationally well known, such as Benchmarks for Science Literacy (AAAS, 1993), National Science Education Standards (NRC, 1996). It was found that VNOS was the most frequently used instrument used for the last 20 years. There was a difference between characteristics of instruments used in Korean journals and these in international journal, such as philosophical perspectives, item type. Moreover, the results showed that there were only a few of instruments to ask about ethics of scientists, significance of science process skill and the context. NOS instruments focused only on limited aspects of NOS emphasized by the standard documents.
