인공신경망을 이용한 지하채광 확정선외 혼입 예측과 분석 사례연구 (A Case Study of Prediction and Analysis of Unplanned Dilution in an Underground Stoping Mine using Artificial Neural Network)

  • 스토핑 채광법은 현재 가장 보편적으로 이용되고 있는 지하 금속광 채광법 중 하나이다. 그러나 채광과정에서 발생하는 확정선외 혼입은 광산 전반의 생산성을 떨어뜨리며 때때로 폐광의 주요 원인을 제공하기도 하여 그 예측과 관리가 시급한 실정이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 서 호주의 한 지하광산에서 조사한 자료를 바탕으로 인공 신경망(ANN)을 이용하여 보다 신뢰성 있는 확정선외 혼입 예측모델을 제시하였다. 또한, 연결가중 알고리즘(CWA)에 의한 요인분석을 통해 확정선외 혼입의 영향인자에 대한 기여도 분석을 실시하였다. 제안된 확정선 외 혼입 예측 ANN 모델의 학습과 시험 단계의 상관계수는 0.9641과 0.7933으로 강한 상관관계를 보였으며, CWA분석결과 발파공 길이(BHL)과 절리 방향 안전계수(SFJ)의 기여도가 18.78%와 17.99%로 다른 인자에 비해 비교적 중요한 영향인자 임을 확인할 수 있었다.

인공광하에서 접목묘의 증발산속도에 미치는 상대습도와 광합성유효광량자속의 효과 (Evapotranspiration Rate of Grafted Seedlings Affected by Relative Humidity and Photosynthetic Photon Flux under Artificial Lighting)

  • To enhance the smooth graft-taking of grafted seedlings, the excessive evapotranspiration from grafted seedlings just after grafting should be avoided. A measurement system of the evapotranspiration rate of grafted seedling under artificial lighting was set up to investigate the effect of physical environment on the evapotranspiration and graft-taking characteristics of grafted seedlings quantitatively. The evapotranspiration rate of grafted seedlings affected by relative humidity and light intensity were analyzed using the measurement system. The hypocotyl of watermelons (Citrullus vulgaris cv. Sweetdew, Hungnong Seed Co.) was slantly cut and then inserted into a hole on the stem of rootstock (Lagenaria siceraria cv. FR-King, Hungnong Seed Co.). Grafted seedlings were healed and joined for 5 days under cool-white fluorescent lamps (FL20SEX-d/18, Keumho Electric Co.) with photoperiod of 12h$.$d$\^$-1/ except dark period for one day after grafting in a closed graft-taking enhancement system developed by Kim(2000). The evapotranspiration rate and graft-taking of grafted seedling at air temperature of 23$\^{C}$ and air current speed of 0.1m$.$s$\^$-1/ was highly affected by relative humidity. But light intensity showed higher effect on the stem length of scion than relative humidity. In conclusion, it was suggested that relative humidity should be controlled at higher than 90% with photosynthetic photon flux of 50$\mu$mol$.$m$^2$$.$s$\^$-1/ to increase the survival of grafted seedlings and to produce healthy seedlings.

집광에 의한 GaAs/AlGaAs태양전지의 출력 증대 연구 (A Study on the Output Power Enhancement of GaAs/AlGaAs Solar Cell using Concentration Method)

  • Using MBE growth method, GaAs/AlGaAs solar cell structure was grown. Deposited electrodes are Au/Ni/Ge for n-type and Au/Pt/Ti for p-type electrodes were deposited by E-beam evaporator. Indoor light concentrators were devised and fabricated in order to concentrate artificial solar rays. Also mirror and prism and Fresnel lens concentration system with solar simulator were devised and fabricated. Results of solar cell characteristics were measured with shutting system which can control the amount of light. Maximum power density was 2.13 W/$cm^2$ and maximum concentration was 124 sun, when mirror with Fresnel lens was used at $7854\;mm^2$ of shutter hole.

A BEM implementation for 2D problems in plane orthotropic elasticity

  • An improvement is introduced to solve the plane problems of linear elasticity by reciprocal theorem for orthotropic materials. This method gives an integral equation with complex kernels which will be solved numerically. An artificial boundary is defined to eliminate the singularities and also an algorithm is introduced to calculate multi-valued complex functions which belonged to the kernels of the integral equation. The chosen sample problem is a plate, having a circular or elliptical hole, stretched by the forces parallel to one of the principal directions of the material. Results are compatible with the solutions given by Lekhnitskii for an infinite plane. Five different orthotropic materials are considered. Stress distributions have been calculated inside and on the boundary. There is no boundary layer effect. For comparison, some sample problems are also solved by finite element method and to check the accuracy of the presented method, two sample problems are also solved for infinite plate.

  • Single phase, narrow beam X-ray attenuation data were obtained using various construction materials concrete, white block, red block, 3 hole block, gypsum board, artificial marble, cement, plate glass, wood, and lead. Tube voltages of 60, 80, 100, 120 kVp were employed and the resulting curves were compared to transmission data found in this report. The shielding methodology and the derivation of equations used for determination of barrier requirements were presented in NCRP 49. We could calculate the X-ray exposed dose after attenuation and thickness of protection barrier in the clinic facilities accordingly. For the purpose of maximizing the benefit/cost ratio to diagnostic shielding, various construction materials must be installed carefully and attnuation rate considered thoroughly.

  • In this work, the electrophoretic motion of dsDNA molecule represented by a polymer through an artificial nano-pore in a membrane is simulated using the numerical method combining the lattice Boltzmann and Langevin molecular dynamic method. The polymer motion is represented by Langevin molecular dynamics technique while the fluid flow is taken into account by fluctuating lattice-Boltzmann method. The hydrodynamic interactions between the polymer and solvent in a confined space with a membrane having a hole are considered explicitly through the frictional and the random forces. The electric field intensity over the space is obtained from a finite difference method. Initially, the polymer is placed at one side of the space, and an electric field is applied to drive the polymer to the other side of the space through the nano-pore. In future, we plan to study the effect of the polymer size and the electric field on the electrophoretic velocity.

  • 양면형으로 구성된 가유전체 기판에 마이크로파 대역 전송선로를 설계하여 크기를 약 절반으로 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. 가유전체 기판의 특성에 의하여 표준형 전송선로보다 길이가 현저하게 줄어드는 효과에 더하여, 가유전체 기판을 양면형으로 구성함으로서 다시 물리적 크기가 약 절반으로 줄어드는 효과가 보인다. 양면 전송선로는 신호선 비어홀(via-hole)에 의하여 연결되어 상하 전송선로 간에 전달특성이 양호함이 제시된다.

  • A number of panoramic radiographic images of the condylar head taken at various horizontal angulations were compared. A small artificial osteophyte was attached to the eight different portions of the condylar head and a small hole was created in four different portions of the condylar head. Three oral and maxillofacial radiologists evaluated the panoramic condylar images. The results were as follows : 1. Osteophytes in the superomedial, anterocentral and anterolateral portions could be detected easily, but those in the lateral, superolateral and medial portions were very hard to identify. 2. The greater the condylar horizontal angle, the easier it was to detect an osteophyte. But there was no statistically significant difference except between 0 and 40 degrees of horizontal angulation. 3. Holes in the anterocentral and superocentral portions could be detected easily, but those in the lateral and medial portions were very hard to identify. There were no differences between the various condylar horizontal angles.

  • This paper describes analysis of complex flow around Car-like body using Chimera grid technique. As a computational algorithm, Pullboat and Chaussee's Diagonal algorithm is selected to reduce computational time. Introducing hole points flag to this Diagonal algorithm, an algorithm for Chimera grid is generated easily. This study solves 3-D unsteady incompressible Navier-Stokes equations on a non-orthogonal curvilinear coordinate system using second-order accurate schemes for the time derivatives, and third/second-order scheme for the spatial derivatives. The Marker-and-Cell concept is applied to efficiently solve continuity equation. The fourth-order artificial damping is added to the continuity equation for numerical stability, It has concluded that the results of present study properly agree with physical flow phenomena.

흰목이버섯 원목재배에 관한 연구 (Artificial Log Cultivation of Tremella fucifomis with Hypoxlon sp.)

  • 흰목이버섯의 원목재배는 보통 100~120cm, 깊이 1~1.5cm의 구멍을 뚫어 접종하며 원목 수종은 참나무, 오리나무, 포플러, 아카시 원목순으로 좋았고 초발이 소요일수는 55~67일이 소요되었으며 6~7개월간 수확이 가능하였다. 성숙한 자실체를 수확하여 태양건조하면 8%의 건조중이 되며 또한 수확 과정중 T. viridae외 7종의 해균과 버섯파리 외 3종의 해충이 발생되었다.
