The main purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of performance satisfaction and audience loyalty through the motivation and community satisfaction of non-profit performance attendees in the local community. Motivations were examined by distinguishing between intrinsic and extrinsic factors to understand the profound desires of the audience. A survey was conducted targeting attendees who had experienced non-profit performances in the Jeju area over the past year to gather data. Ultimately, the survey responses from 363 participants were used as the basis for analysis. The results of the analysis indicated that higher levels of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations generally led to greater satisfaction and loyalty towards performances (H1, H2, H3). However, extrinsic motivation did not directly influence loyalty (H4). Nevertheless, both types of motivations were found to positively influence loyalty through performance satisfaction (H5, H8). While satisfaction with performances did not have a direct impact on community satisfaction (H6), audience loyalty was found to have a positive influence on community satisfaction (H7). Regarding motivations, performance satisfaction did not mediate the relationship between motivations and community satisfaction (H9). In the case of audience loyalty, intrinsic motivation showed mediating effects, while extrinsic motivation did not (H10). The process of motivation-satisfaction-loyalty-community satisfaction demonstrated a sequential pathway (H11). In conclusion, if local residents show interest and participate in non-profit performances, they develop a positive perception of the respective community. Therefore, performances provided at the local level should be recognized as crucial elements for the development of the community.

The construction of underground infrastructure is garnering growing increasing research attention owing to population concentration and infrastructure overcrowding in urban areas. An important associated task is establishing a monitoring system to evaluate stability during infrastructure construction and operation, which relies on developing techniques for ground investigation that can evaluate ground stability, verify design validity, predict risk, facilitate safe operation management, and reduce construction costs. The method proposed here uses satellite imaging in a cost-effective and accurate ground investigation technique that can be applied over a wide area during the construction and operation of infrastructure. In this study, analysis was performed using Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data with the time-series radar interferometric technique to observe surface displacement during the construction of urban underground roads. As a result, it was confirmed that continuous surface displacement was occurring at some locations. In the future, comparing and analyzing on-site measurement data with the points of interest would aid in confirming whether displacement occurs due to tunnel excavation and assist in estimating the extent of excavation impact zones.

On account of increasing interest of substantiality in these day, it is needed to make an effort to establish an environmentally sustainable production system for the construction works. Although practical affairs and researches are in progress to reduce and recycle construction wastes, as a result of a research, there are still obstructive factors on waste reduction and recycling which they don't interact efficiently between waste disposal process of the construction area and waste disposal company. As a plan to revitalize reduction and recycling of construction wastes, this research focuses on finding obstructive factors and giving solutions to reduce and recycle construction wastes which comes from construction process and construction industries. To meet the needs of the research, firstly relatively significant construction wastes (concrete, soil, brick, block, asphalt, plastic, lumber) were identified. On site level interviews with management of disposal companies and construction sites were conducted as well, focusing on typical waste disposal process. Throughout this interviews, obstructive factors were conducted. A result of the research, the authors suggest an improved approach on disposal and recycling for construction waste by prioritizing the identified factors and ranking the importance level of each factor. And, by identifying factors obstructing reduction and recycle of construction wastes, this research suggests improved disposal process of construction waste.

Recently, the growing interest in organic microelectronic devices including OLEDs has led to an increasing amount of research into their many potential applications in the area of flexible electronic devices based on plastic substrates. However, these organic devices require a gas barrier coating to prevent the permeation of water and oxygen because organic materials are highly susceptible to water and oxygen. In particular, high efficiency OLEDs require an extremely low Water Vapor Transition Rate (WVTR) of $1{\times}10^{-6}g/m^2$/day. The Key factor in high quality inorganic gas barrier formation for achieving the very low WVTR required ($1{\times}10^{-6}g/m^2$/day) is the suppression of defect sites and gas diffusion pathways between grain boundaries. In this study, we developed an $Al_2O_3$ nano-crystal structure single gas barrier layer using a Neutral Beam Assisted Sputtering (NBAS) process. The NBAS system is based on the conventional RF magnetron sputtering and neutral beam source. The neutral beam source consists of an electron cyclotron Resonance (ECR) plasma source and metal reflector. The Ar+ ions in the ECR plasma are accelerated in the plasma sheath between the plasma and reflector, which are then neutralized by Auger neutralization. The neutral beam energies were possible to estimate indirectly through previous experiments and binary collision model. The accelerating potential is the sum of the plasma potential and reflector bias. In previous experiments, while adjusting the reflector bias, changes in the plasma density and the plasma potential were not observed. The neutral beam energy is controlled by the metal reflector bias. The NBAS process can continuously change crystalline structures from an amorphous phase to nano-crystal phase of various grain sizes within a single inorganic thin film. These NBAS process effects can lead to the formation of a nano-crystal structure barrier layer which effectively limits gas diffusion through the pathways between grain boundaries. Our results verify the nano-crystal structure of the NBAS processed $Al_2O_3$ single gas barrier layer through dielectric constant measurement, break down field measurement, and TEM analysis. Finally, the WVTR of $Al_2O_3$ nano-crystal structure single gas barrier layer was measured to be under $5{\times}10^{-6}g/m^2$/day therefore we can confirm that NBAS processed $Al_2O_3$ nano-crystal structure single gas barrier layer is suitable for OLED application.
Computed tomographic angiography (CTA) is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease because it shows not only the whole anatomical structure of the cardiovascular three-dimensionally but also provides information on the lesion and type of plaque. However, due to the large size of the image, there is a limitation in manually extracting coronary arteries, and related researches are performed to automatically extract coronary arteries accurately. As the coronary artery originate from the ascending aorta, the ascending aorta and ostium should be detected to extract the coronary tree accurately. In this paper, we propose an automatic segmentation for the ostium as a starting structure of coronary artery in CTA. First, the region of the ascending aorta is initially detected by using Hough circle transform based on the relative position and size of the ascending aorta. Second, the volume of interest is defined to reduce the search range based on the initial area. Third, the refined ascending aorta is segmented by using a two-dimensional geodesic active contour. Finally, the two ostia are detected within the region of the refined ascending aorta. For the evaluation of our method, we measured the Euclidean distance between the result and the ground truths annotated manually by medical experts in 20 CTA images. The experimental results showed that the ostia were accurately detected.
This paper investigates key factors on the utilization and improvement directions of national-level technology roadmaps for technology strategies. There are increasing interest in technology roadmaps to respond to uncertain environment and explore some possible directions of future technology development. To challenge the catching-up status in innovation, technology roadmap have been widely developed both in private and public sectors. In spite of recent increasing adoption of technology roadmap, there are few empirical studies on the level of utilization and improvement directions of technology roadmap with the viewpoints from science and technology experts in national innovation system. Most of studies on technology roadmaps have argued normative recommendations and made suggestions based on case studies. This paper examines the key factors on the utilization and future direction of national-level technology roadmaps. Based on survey from 320 experts in science and technology area, this paper analyzes the level of utilitation and future improvements of national level technology roadmap. The level of technological capabilities and participation experience on the roadmap development process have significant impact on the utilization of national-level technology roadmaps. Also there are three future directions to increase the usage of national-level technology roadmaps. The national-level technology roadmap should be improved as a more systematic processes including planning, progress, and outputs. Finally, this paper suggests some implications and future guidelines for national-level technology roadmaps.

Various efforts for reducing greenhouse gas emission due to intensified climate change are being made continuously in all industrial fields, including theimplementation of"green logistics" as countermeasures in the logistics industry. Therefore, energy and greenhouse gas management are necessary for logistics warehouses in the logistics industry. In this study, asurvey on the recognition of logistics center managers and the management elements werecarried out to identify the energy management status of logistics centers. This study was carried out to identify the energy management status of warehouses and the perception of energy managers. The total numberof warehouses and the classification by purpose of use were examinedusing public DB to identify the present status of the warehouses preferentially. Based on the result, asurvey for identifying the present status of energy management and the perception of energy managers targeting 300 warehouses was carried out. Warehouse managers have shown considerable interest in energy management but they experiencedifficulty in this area due to a lack of energy management infrastructure and expertise. In the case of an energy audit, most warehouse managers had no experience in energy auditsbecausethe energy audits werenot mandatory for warehouses. The results of this study can be used as basic data to determineenergy management status and energy management elements for developing IT systems for the energy management of logistics warehouses.

This study analyzes the middle school Home Economics textbook's 'Adolescence consumption life' unit using framework of Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) to examine correlation with the current Home Economics ESD, and aims to provide the base data for the composition of the educational curriculum that can help the students cultivate the capability for leading sustainable life from the future oriented perspective and for the selection of educational contents. This study analyzes the 'Adolescence consumption life' unit in the Home Economics textbook of the 12 type revised curriculum of 2009. As for the analysis method, Romey's content analysis method is used to carry out in-depth analysis of the ESD content elements. The analysis demonstrates the following. First, content elements extracted commonly from the 'Adolescence consumption life' unit are analyzed with the ESD's criteria of analysis (environment, economic and social domain), which led to the composition with the sub content elements following 23 related topics. Secondly, content elements of 12 types of Home Economics textbook's 'Adolescence consumption life' unit used in middle school are analyzed in three domains, which led to social domain (68%), economic domain (58%) and environmental domain (40%) in the order mentioned. This focused on the role of the Adolescent-consumer on the active consumer that is presented in the 2009 revised educational curriculum, and it is possible to see that this is very closely related to the right to organize and to be active in terms of the human safety, consumption culture, social interest and group.
Biogeochemical processes in groundwater-stream water mixing zone are recently of great interest because biodegradation and natural attenuation of aquatic contaminants may occur through the processes. The objectives of this study are to investigate the hydrologic and biogeochemical processes at the groundwater-stream water mixing zone through which surface water-driven nitrate may be naturally attenuated, and to examine the effect of the vertical flow exchange flux on biogeochemical processes using correlation analysis. To examine the direction of vertical water flow in the zone, vertical hydraulic gradients were measured at several depths using mini-piezometers. Microbial populations in soil samples of the zone were also analyzed by means of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Cloning methods. In addition, partial correlations among vertical flow exchange, nitrate concentration and microbial activity was investigated to examine their mutual interaction. The results showed the significant interaction among the three parameters, resulting in natural attenuation of nitrate. This study showed an example of the biogeochemical fuction of groundwater-stream water mixing zone, which can be predictable from the examination of the interaction among microbial activities, concentration of contamination and vertical flow exchange flux. temperature show a significant difference in adjacent streambed, Also, the results shows that distribution of temperature was more affected by groundwater direction than intensity of flux.
This study is focused on how much middle school students who study the chapter of first-grade science,'The Material and Change of the Earth's Crust', connect and understand what they learn with their environment and surroundings. This paper will discuss the connection between school education and living surroundings and how much the difference between the surroundings influences students' concepts and attitudes toward science. This study included 330students in the second year of middle schools from Jeonju, Buan and Jinan in Jeollabuk-do. This study analyzed students' concepts of mineral and rocks by having them observe samples in class. Only 16 percent of the students observe surrounding rocks with interest, but most of them are not interested. Chaesukgang and Mountain Mai are two local places in Jeollabuk-do which have a lot of specific stratum and geological structures, so it's easy for teachers to provide an outdoor experience by showing the students rocks and geological structures. Although which students have a little more observation experience than Jeonju area students, students who throughout the county seldom do outdoor observation learning. By collecting and observing the surrounding minerals and rocks, along with teaching the chapter 'The Materials and Change of the Earth's Crust', and by visiting outdoor locations while teaching about geological structures, we can improve our teaching.
