  • 자동차 특성에 대한 소비자의 감성을 자세하게 조사하여 자동차 설계 시에 적용시키는 것은 매우 중요하다. 제품 디자인에는 기능, 품질, 외형 등의 주요요인 들이 있으며, 그 중에서 외형에서 느껴지는 색감, 재질감, 형태감 등 소위 디자인 적 요인에 의한 이미지가 판매에 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 이러한 점에서 현대의 상품개발이 성공하기 위한 관건은 그 제품의 디자인에 있다고 해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 그러므로 산업디자이너들은 소비자들이 제품을 실제 사용하는 데 관한 기능적인 문제와 연관지어 조형적인 측면을 고려하고 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구의 목적은 소형 전기자동차의 외형을 디자인함에 있어서 인간의 니즈(Needs)를 객관적으로 감성 평가하여 구매자의 감성요구에 적합한 소형 전기자동차를 디자인하는데 두었다.

2015 문·이과 통합형 교육과정 개정에 관한 전문가 인식 연구 (An Analysis of Professional Recognition on 2015 Curriculum Revision)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the recognition of the curriculum experts on 2015 integrated liberal arts and natural sciences curriculum revision. Research method is a delphi survey and the subjects are curriculum experts. The research results are as follows. Firstly, experts suggested common education for all students and students' opportunities to choose subjects. Secondly, the direction of curriculum revision was different by school level. The elementary school needs to foster convergence thinking. The middle school needs to educate common basic literacy education and the high school needs both the common education and the free choice of subjects by students. Thirdly, the separation of the liberal arts and natural sciences was caused by the separate thinking of custom, tradition and study and the separate exam application on liberal arts and natural science of college scholastic ability test. The solution about separation problem of liberal arts and natural sciences have been proposed to improve mathematics education and teachers' convergence education competency. Lastly, for the establishment of an 2015, integrated curriculum the reduction of the CSAT test area and the introduction of qualifying examination for English were required.

  • In this study, we developed the service that can efficiently making friends among college students in metaverse world. Metaverse technology has recently emerged as an important topic across the industry.' The development of virtual and augmented reality technologies, which have emerged as a new paradigm to drive the next generation of the Internet, is bringing us closer to the metaverse world. Metaverse is spreading around the gaming, entertainment, music, and content industries[1]. In particular, as non-face-to-face transitions have accelerated since the COVID-19 outbreak, lifestyles and industrial sites are rapidly changing beyond untacting to metaverseization, a three-dimensional virtual space. After discovering the needs of users through surveys and interviews, the research method added functions to the service that matched those needs. Users were pleased that they could make friends who matched their preferences and tastes, play like a game in a virtual world called metaverse, and customize their avatars to their liking. It was also very fresh to customize the goods so that they could be gifted and kept by themselves.

Beyond SDLC: Process Modeling and Documentation Using Thinging Machines

  • The software development life cycle (SDLC) is a procedure used to develop a software system that meets both the customer's needs and real-world requirements. The first phase of the SDLC involves creating a conceptual model that represents the involved domain in reality. In requirements engineering, building such a model is considered a bridge to the design and construction phases. However, this type of model can also serve as a basic model for identifying business processes and how these processes are interconnected to achieve the final result. This paper focuses on process modeling in organizations, per se, beyond its application in the SDLC when an organization needs further documentation to meet its growth needs and address regular changes over time. The resultant process documentation is created alongside the daily operations of the business process. The model provides visualization and documentation of processes to assist in defining work patterns, avoiding redundancy, or even designing new processes. In this paper, a proposed diagrammatic representation models each process using one diagram comprising five actions and two types of relations to build three levels of depiction. These levels consist of a static description, events, and the behavior of the modeled process. The viability of a thinging machine is demonstrated by re-modeling some examples from the literature.

Study on Design Research using Semantic Network Analysis

  • Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the potential of sematic network analysis for design research. Background: As HCD (Human-Centered Design) was emphasized, lots of design research methodologies were developed and used in order to find user needs. However, it is still difficult to discover users' latent needs. This study suggests the semantic network analysis as a complementary means for design research, and proved its potential through the practical application, which compares multi-screen purchase and usage behaviors between America and China. Method: We conducted an in-depth interview with 32 consumers from USA and China, and analyzed interview texts through semantic network analysis. Cross cultural differences in purchase and usage behaviors were investigated, based on measuring centrality and community modularity of devices, functions, key buying factors and brands. Results: Americans use more services and functions in the multi-screen environment, compared to Chinese. As a device substitutes other devices, traditional boundaries of the devices are disappearing in the USA. Americans consider function to recall Apple, but Chinese consider function, design and brand to recall Apple, Sony and Samsung as an important brand at the time of their purchase. Conclusion: This study shows the potential of semantic network analysis for design research through the practical application. Semantic network analysis presents how the concepts regarding a theme are structured in the cognitive map of users with visual images and quantitative data. Therefore, it can complement the qualitative analysis of the existing design research. Application: As the design environment becomes more and more complicated like multi-screen environment, semantic network analysis, which is able to provide design insights in the intuitive and holistic perspective, will be acknowledged as an effective tool for further design research.

학습관련 인지이론에 기반한 유아용 스마트폰 어플리케이션 분석 (The Analysis of Smart Phone Application for Early Childhood Based on Cognitive Theory)

  • 본 연구는 현재 어플리케이션 마켓 시장에 공급되고 있는 유아용 어플리케이션을 다양한 기준으로 분석하고, 유아들의 발달 특성 및 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 특성이 유아 교육용 어플리케이션에 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지에 대한 가능성을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 아이폰 웹스토어 및 안드로이드 마켓 등의 교육 카테고리에 탑재되어 있는 어플리케이션 중 61개의 유아용 어플리케이션을 선정하였고, 학습 유형별 콘텐츠 유형, 인지부하원리, 멀티미디어 설계원리에 기반을 둔 분석기준을 토대로 유아용 어플리케이션을 분석하였다. 분석결과 좀 더 다양한 유형의 어플리케이션 개발의 필요성이 제기되었으며, 스마트폰의 성능을 최대한 활용할 수 있으며, 멀티미디어 설계원리를 준수하고, 무분별한 멀티미디어 사용을 지양하는 어플리케이션 개발의 필요성이 제기되었다.

  • 도로는 사회간접자본 중 하나로서 지속적으로 관리되어야 그 기능을 발휘할 수 있는 국가의 중요한 자산이다. 지금까지는 도로를 포장관리시스템이라는 체계로 관리하여 왔다. 이 포장관리시스템은 시설물유지관리차원에서 사회기반시설을 관리하는 것으로서 주로 관리자 관점에서 공학적 판단을 기준으로 최소의 비용으로 공용수명을 최대화하는 모델이다. 그러나 경제발전으로 국민의 소득수준이 올라감에 따라 삶의 질에 대한 요구도 증가하고 있어 이제는 납세자로서 국민의 동의는 국가의 정책을 결정하는데 중요한 변수로 작용하기 시작했다. 따라서 사용자 관점의 평가는 이러한 요구를 해결하는 출발점이 되었다. 이런 관점으로 평가하기 위한 척도로서 서비스 수준(Level of Service: LoS) 이라는 것이 사용되기 시작했으며, 이를 시설물 자산관리에 활용하려는 여러 가지 시도가 있다. 본 논문에서는 LoS를 척도로 활용하는 한국형통합 자산관리체계(Korea Total Asset Management-40: KTAM-40)를 적용한 도로포장자산관리시스템의 정보기술아키텍처 중에 응용아키텍처와 데이터아키텍처를 설계하고 이것이 KTAM-40의 요구조건을 충족시키는지를 밝히고자 한다.

전통복식 문화원형 콘텐츠의 디지털 활용 현황과 제언 (Digital Application and Suggestions of Cultural Prototypes in Traditional Costumes)

  • This study is intended to analyze current status of costume in the cultural industry and explore feasibility of integrating costume as important cultural contents in the digital era. Among the websites for contents as the cultural archetypes, some have strong foundations while others don't. First, as for various archetypal characters restored based on the Korean history, most of their clothes focus on shapes and colors but lack details. They should be produced in 3D to provide back views or textile patterns to users. To ease understanding of the history of costume, user-friendly services such as launch of a pop-up window when users click on specific contents in question should be available for detailed information. At least there should be a link to other related sites where users can conveniently find more details. Second, some sites have too much data under one subject, increasing complexity and undermining orderliness. As a result, it takes long time to identify the site map. In this case, it is required to rearrange the contents with Quick View by subject and related links for in-depth study. Third, each subject is important to develop the archetypes for a variety of purposes. Creation of design derived from them or their commercialization can be an example but these activities should not restrict imagination of users or degrade the value of the archetypes. Last, it is needed to adopt validation system to detect the needs for a regular update (renewal) and to fix errors. We found many servers whose operation is not stable in general. When these technical issues are addressed for stable operation, users will rely on the sites to utilize them for their purpose of developing the cultural archetypes. In conclusion, advancement of www.culturecontent.com is essential. Based on efficient management and operation of the system, the quality of contents would be increased and multi-faceted advertising campaigns focusing on needs should be launched, to promote application of the contents. This is the recommendation for the future of the cultural archetype industry in Korea.

교정치료환자의 구강건강관리프로그램 적용에 따른 구강건강지수 비교 (A comparative study on oral health index after oral health care program for orthodontic patients)

  • Objectives: The objective of the study was to investigate the oral health index in orthodontic patients by dividing the patients into two groups; the OHCP (Oral Health Care Program)group and the control group. Methods: The subjects in Busan were divided into two groups, including the OHCP group (205 patients) and the control group (119 patients), during orthodontic treatment that took place from October 2015 to October 2016. The oral health index was subdivided into three groups according to the oral interest level of the OHCP and control groups. The oral health index used was Simplified Oral Hygiene Index (S-OHI) and Community Periodontal Index of Treatment Needs (CPITN). Results: When the degree of oral interest was compared, he OHCP group before application and after application saw a significant difference (p<0.001) in all the variables except the S-DI. Meanwhile, the control group saw no significant difference in most variables. after OHCP application, The OHCP group was significant differences in all variables (p<0.001), and the control group was no significant difference in most variables. Conclusions: Oral hygiene management for orthodontic patients should be systematically and professionally programmed differently from that for general dental treatment patients. As such, dental hygienists should take this into consideration and proactively develop and research programs similar to OHCP for orthodontic patients.

국내 모바일 애플리케이션 소셜 데이팅 서비스에 대한 사용자 경험 연구 -이음과 정오의 데이트를 중심으로- (Evaluation for User Experience about Social Dating Mobile Application Service in Korea -Focusing on I-um and Noondate-)

  • 본 연구는 국내 대표 소셜 데이팅 애플리케이션인 이음과 정오의 데이트를 사용자 관점에서 비교 분석하고, 사용자 만족도 향상을 위한 개선 방향을 제안하는데, 그 목적이 있다. 1차로 문헌 연구를 통해 현재 제공되고 있는 서비스의 유형 분석과 이론적 배경을 고찰하고, 서비스 현황에 대해 비교 분석하였다. 2차로 피터 모빌(Peter Morville)의 허니콤 모델(Honey comb model)을 6가지 사용성 원칙으로 재구성하여 설문을 설계한 뒤 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 이음의 경우 사용자의 관심사나 취미에 기초한 프로필을 추가로 도입하여 매칭의 정확도 개선이 필요하였다. 정오의 데이트 경우 사용자 스스로가 체계적으로 관리 할 수 있는 카드 분류 서비스 개발의 필요성이 발견되었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 앞으로 소셜 데이팅 애플리케이션 사용자 경험 개선 방안을 위한 참고 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것을 기대하며, 이후 진행될 다른 분야의 사용자 경험 연구에도 도움이 되기를 바란다.
