The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of dietary life application according to preferred dietary life education type on quality of life of participants in dietary life education programs and to provide basic data necessary to enhance dietary life education. The results of the analyses conducted to classify the types of preferred dietary life education and types of dietary life application and to verify the validity and reliability of the factors are as follows. In terms of the types of preferred dietary life education, health-oriented type, knowledge-oriented type, and experience-oriented type were derived. In terms of types of dietary life application, proactive application and emotional application were derived. Knowledge-oriented type and experience-oriented type were found to affect proactive application and emotional application in terms of real-life application, and proactive application and emotional application were found to affect quality of life. Therefore, in order to enhance the dietary life education for adults in general, it is necessary to improve accessibility by initiating and promoting various programs along with continuous support from central and local governments. Moreover, in order to increase the real-life application and utilization of such programs, the importance of practical and theoretical education must be recognized, and efforts should be made in training specialized instructors.

본 연구에서는 문제해결력, 수학화 및 실생활 문제에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴보고, 중학교 수학교사와 일반계 고등학교 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 중학교 수학의 도형 영역에 속하는 각 단계별 주요 내용과 관련하여 실생활 문제에 대한 인식을 조사하여 문제점을 알아본다. 그 결과에 따라 8단계와 9단계 수학의 도형 영역을 중심으로 교과서에 제시되어 있는 실생활 문제를 분석하여 문제점을 제시하고, 문제해결력 향상을 위한 실생활 문제의 개발과 함께 그 적용에 대해 제안한다.

This study was conducted to determine the elements that are required and that need improvement in the contents of dietary life education and the educational environment by analyzing the importance-satisfaction of a dietary life education program for dietary life education trainees. The results of the rank test for the satisfactory elements of dietary life education were in the order of competence of instructors, educational contents, time of education, educational environment and affordability of tuition. The importance-satisfaction analysis of the contents and construction of the dietary life education program showed that "suitable contents for the theme of the class", "contents and construction of practice class", "diversity of practice menu" and "diversity of educational contents" had high importance and satisfaction scores and therefore, could be maintained at their current levels. Meanwhile, "adequacy of class time" and "contents and construction of theory class" showed low importance and satisfaction scores, requiring a little effort. Whereas, "time and construction of group practice", "structure of textbook for class" and "duration of course and number of classes" showed relatively low satisfaction compared to importance, requiring major efforts for improvement. Similarly, analysis of the lecture element from dietary life education showed that "professional lecture by instructors", "lectures suitable for themes" and "lecture applicable in real life" had relatively low satisfaction compared to importance, requiring major efforts for improvement. In addition, analysis of the educational environment from dietary life education showed that "adequacy of lecture room space", "cooking equipment", "diversity of cooking utensils" and "sanitary condition of cooking utensils" also require major efforts for improvement. Therefore, dietary life education should not be executed with a simple delivery of knowledge but with both theory and practice classes to increase its application in real life, and active and specific efforts are required to nurture professional instructors and establish educational strategies.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of housing education in Home Economics and then to present some suggestion for improving the housing education in the middle school and to analyze the problems of housing edcation that was investigated on the recognition and application in real life of housing area subject to male/female students in the middle school. The respondents were 600 boys and girls of middle school. Statistical methods adopted for data analysis were Frequency, Chi-square, t-test, F-test. The major findings were follows: 1. Many students(67.2%) responded that housing of home economics was wholly helpful in the actual life. 2. Many students recognized the necessity for the housing education. They particularly recognized the need about the knowlidge of sanitation and facilities of housing. 3. The degree to which housing education applied in the real life was lower than that to which it was needed. 4. There was a tendency that the more students realized the usefulness of housing education, the more positively they applied it in the real life. 5. The contents that students preferred to be additionally included in housing education were improvement of residential environment, solutions to housing environmental deterioration and pollution, future housing, and housing for the elderly.

The cold forging process induces material deformation in an enclosed space, generating a very high forging load. Therefore, it is mainly designed as a multi-stage process, and fatigue failure occurs in forging die due to cyclic load. Studies have been conducted previously to quantitatively predict the fatigue limit of cold forging dies, however, there was a limit to field application due to the large error range and the need for expert intervention. To solve this problem, we conducted a study on the introduction of a real-time forging load measurement technology and an automated system for quantitative prediction of die life cycle. As a result, it was possible to reduce the error range of the quantitative prediction of die life cycle to within ±7%, and it became possible to use the die life cycle calculation algorithm into an automated system.

Among many literary isms, impressionism is often regarded as the most frank expression of personality. As a masterpiece of modernism, Ford Madox Ford's The Good Soldier is a celebration of the subjectivity which reflects the writer's experiential reality. For Madox Ford, art is not to achieve the true objectivity of human society, but to seize the momentary perception in personal life. As the beginning of modernism, Madox Ford's impressionaism was mostly devoted to give fictive life to subjective impressions. And his heroes are usually the egoless person who can absorb the intense rapidity of consciousness without any prejudice. However, the innocent mind's receptions of myriad impressions, like those of the protagonist John Dowell or his idealized version of Major Ashburnham in The Good Solidier, were described as the enjoyable yet deceptive ones in Madox Ford's works. To engrave more sold perceptive impressions into life, Madox Ford often contrasts or mixes truth with deception, life with death as he did in his real life. Speicially as the result of thick application of real-life subject matters to his writings, Madox Ford's literary works get more vivid colors and penetrating forms. Thus, his literary impressionism based upon his harsh and passionate realities overcomes the limitations of shifting moments of senses, demolishing the boundaries between what is objective and what is subjective, like post-impressionism or expressionism. Namely, as Walter Lowenfels said, Madox Ford did not follow the impossible objectivity passively, yet instead "knew how to invent the truth."

As Internet services have spread centering on mobiles, diverse services used in everyday life have become mobile services. For humans, residential spaces have significant implications as physical and psychological environments. Therefore, being provided with accurate information on the room that must be sought to find out the residential space wanted by the user can be said to be an important element of real estate apps. However, when buying real estate, people prefer searching for information using mobiles and verifying the information by visiting the real estate firsthand due to increases in damage due to false offerings. This way approaches as inconvenience in cases where the buyer lives far away or if the conditions are not suitable. Therefore, in the present study, a 'room finding application using VR' was designed and implemented using virtual reality (VR) used for diverse purposes. VR is a technology that provides the user with the sense of presence as if the user is actually present in the space. It was used in the present study as a means to provide more accurate information. The use of the application designed and implemented in the present study is expected to reduce false offerings information at least slightly so that users can be provided with more accurate information on the real estate of interest.

Recently, there are various researches using inaudible high frequencies like as wireless communication based smart devices, data transmission algorithm, indoor positioning trace technologies. However, when they use high frequencies of inaudible range, they have a problem that the accuracy of data transmission with high frequencies was low because of interference from ambient noise in our real life. To solve this problem, in this paper, we proposed an application based on smart phone and server system for collection of ambient noise and detection of robust high frequency range. The server system could detect the robust high frequency range from statistical analysis of collected noise and the robust high frequency could avoid interference from ambient noise. We tested the proposed application's ability to gather noise and high frequencies for a certain period of time to evaluate performance. According to the testing results, we confirmed that the proposed application and server system could detect a robust high-frequency range via noise analysis in real life. Therefore, the proposed application and server could be a useful technology for future research on inaudible high frequencies.

This study purported to develop the learning materials for the optional activities of mathematics, apply them to the students, and examine the effect on the learner's interest and attitude to mathematics. In order to conduct this study, the learning materials for the mathematics optional activities were developed according to the units of grade 8-Ga and the developed learning materials of the mathematics optional activities were inputted in two classes for 18 units after the second grade middle school students in Daejeon area received the questionnaire regarding the learning attitude and the interest in the mathematics. After that, the questionnaire regarding the learning attitude and the interest in the mathematics and the examination regarding the response to the application of the learning materials for mathematics optional activities were conducted and did t-test. The results of the study as follows : First The learning materials applied exciting games for mathematics optional activities aroused interest in mathematics and made the learners have confidence in mathematics learning. Second, There was affirmative change in the interest and attitude to the mathematics learning with the application of the mathematics optional learning materials. Third The leaning materials of the mathematics optional activities made the learners think mathematical questions connected with the real life and try various ways to solve the questions. Here are some suggestions to study the development of the learning materials such as story, game, quiz and craft. First it is necessary to develop the learning materials applied the games or the real life matters connected with mathematics for all grade middle school students and use them in the mathematics optional activities. Second, many students feel a great interest in animation. moving picture, sound graphic, etc. If the multimedia learning materials included the real life matters or the games are developed, the learners will feel more interest in mathematics. Third, the systematic and economical support is continuously needed in order that teachers are given much time to study and the opportunity to attend the training course for the understanding of the optional activities and the development of the various learning materials.

Life-Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) for highway projects is known as an effective analytical technique that uses economic principles to evaluate long-term alternative investment options, especially for comparing the values of alternative pavement design structures and construction strategies. In the Unites States, the 2012 Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21^st Century Act (MAP-21) amended the United States Code to mandate that the United States Government Accountability Office (GOA) conducts a study of the best practices for calculating life-cycle costs and benefits for the federally funded highway projects in 2013. The RealCost 2.5CA program was developed and adapted as an official LCCA tool to comply with regulatory requirements for California state highway projects in 2013. Utilization of this California-customized LCCA software helps Caltrans to achieve substantial economic benefits (agency cost and road user cost savings) for highway projects. Proper implementation of LCCA for roadway construction and rehabilitation would deliver noticeable savings of agency's roadway maintenance cost especially in developing counties where financial difficulties exist.
