불소도포가 교정환자의 타액내 Streptococcus mutans 수에 미치는 영향 (THE EFFECT OF TOPICAL FLUORIDE APPLICATION ON THE NUMBER OF SALIVARY STREPTOCOCCUS MUTANS IN ORTHODONTIC PATIENTS)

  • The effect of topical application on the number of S. mutans was tested in a group of 44 orthodontic patients (mean age, 12Y 3M). They were divided into 5 groups according to the method using NaF and $SnF_2$. The number of S. mutans CFU were counted in stimulated saliva of each subject at baseline, and after one, two, three, and eight weeks. The following results were obtained. 1. In NaF rinsing group, and NaF topical application and NaF rinsing group, the number of S. mutans per ml saliva was not significantly changed. 2. In $SnF_2$ topical application group, and $SnF_2$ topical and NaF rinsing group, the number of S. mutans per ml saliva was significantly reduced. 3. After 8 weeks, there were no significant reduction of the number of S. mutans in comparison with baseline.

돈분뇨 액비 시용이 벼 생육 및 침투수질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Liquid Pig Manure on Growth of Rice and Infiltration Water Quality)

  • To evaluate the effect of liquid pig manure application, the growth and yield of rice and the quality of infiltration water were investigated with application of different amounts of liquid manure. At this study, liquid pig manure was treated with 100, 200, 300 and 400% of recommending nitrogen fertilizer level, respectively. Liquid manure with application rate more than 200% of recommending N fertilizer level (11kg) caused to increase of plant height and number of tiller at panicle formation stage, but it caused the plant disease and pest and plant lodging. In those treatment, number of panicles per hill and number of spikelets per panicle were increased, but yield of rice was less than chemical fertilizer treatment due to low rate of ripeness and 1,000 grain weight. $NO_3-N$ concentration in infiltration water sample collected at 90 cm of soil depth was increased with increasing application amount of liquid manure. With liquid manure application more than 200% of recommending N fertilizer level, it affected negatively on yield and environment such as groundwater quality.

  • Recent demands from construction industry have emphasized the capability for graduates to have improved skills both technical and non-technical such as problem solving, interpersonal communication. To satisfy these demands, problem-based learning that is an instructional method characterized by the use of real world problem has been adopted and has proven its effectiveness various disciplines. However, in spite of the importance of field senses and dealing with real problem, construction engineering education has generally focused on traditional lecture-oriented course. In order to improve limitations of current construction education and to satisfy recent demands from construction industry, this paper proposes a new educational approach that is Failure-Based Learning for using combination of the procedural characteristics of the problem-based learning theory in construction technology education utilizing failure information that has the educational value in the construction area by reinterpreting characteristics of construction industry and construction failure information. The major results of this study are summarized as follows. 1) Educational effect of problem-based learning methodology and limitation of application in construction area 2) The educational value of the information on construction failure and limitation in application of the information in construction sector 3) Anticipated effect from application of the failure-based learning 4) Development and application of the failure-based learning conceptual model.

Effect of Toluene Application to Skin on the Liver Injury in Rats

  • To investigate an effect of the topical toluene application to .at skin on the liver injury, toluene (35 mg/$cm^2$) was sequentially applied for 3 or 5 days to rat skin and then the animals were sacrificed. 5 day toluene-treated rats showed the slight increase of live. weight per body weight(%) compared with control. Serum levels of xanthine oxidase and alanine aminotransferase activity were significantly increased both in 3 days and 5 days toluene-treated animals compared with control. In the histopathological findings, cytoplasmic degeneration of hepatocytes around the central vein was noted in the liver of rats applied with toluene to the skin. These results indicate toluene application to rat skin feds to somewhat slight liver injury. On the other hand, the hepatic benzylalcohol or aldehyde dehydrogenase activities were significantly decreased by toluene application to rat skin. In conclusion, the liver min was induced by toluene application to rat skin, and it can be hypothesized that accumulation of benzaldehyde in liver cell may be responsible for liver injury.

  • 본 저자는 삭제된 법랑질표면에 $8\%$ Stannous Fluoride $(SnF_2)$를 국소적으로 표면도포하여 1 mol의 lactate buffer solution에 넣어 비교표본과 탈회정도를 비교 관찰하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 일차 불소도포한 48시간후의 탈회정도는 비교표본과 차이는 보였으나 양종표본 모두 심한 탈회 상태를 보여주었다. 2. 이차 불소도포한 48시간후는 점차 그 탈회도는 감소했다. 3. 일차, 이차 불소도포한 288시간후의 탈회도의 차는 $0.24{\pm}0.0.3\;mm$인 불소처리 표본에 비해서 비교표본에서는 $0.66{\pm}0.03\;mm$의 차이를 나타냈다. 4. 결과적으로 법랑질표면 삭제부위에 불소도포를 주기적으로 실시하면서 불소가 함유된 치약을 계속적으로 사용하므로서 충치 발생율을 저하시킬 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.

  • 최근 무선인터넷 기술이 급속히 발전하고 있으며 특히 스마트폰의 서비스 활성화를 기반으로 모바일 어플리케이션에 대한 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 따라서 소프트웨어 개발자들이나 IT 관련학과 학생들은 일상생활에 편리한 각종 어플리케이션들을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 남서울대학교 컴퓨터학과 캡스톤 디자인 교과목에서 모바일 프로그램 개발 능력을 키우고 특히 안드로이드 운영체제기반으로 하는 각종 툴의 학습을 위해서 개발한 소지품 분실예방 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 이것은 스마트폰을 소지한 사용자가 알람을 통하여 자신의 소지품을 관리할 수 있고 분실하지 않도록 하는 어플리케이션이다. 또한 개발하는 과정을 통해 얻게 된 실무적 교육 효과에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

사료용 수수 ( Sorghum bicolor X S. bicolor ) 생육에 대한 정수 슬러지 ( alum sludge ) 의 시용효과 (Effects of Alum Sludge Application on the Growth of Forage Sorghum ( Sorghum bicolor X S. bicolor ))

  • An experiment of alum sludge application was carried out on a mountainous site, to know its effect on the growth of forage sorghum hybrid, Pioneer 93 1 (Sorghum bicolor x S. bicolor). When alum sludge with 80% water content was applied at the level of 133 ton per ha, the effect of the application on the growth of Pioneer 931 was much smaller than that of chemical fertilizer. But Eresh yield of the forage, with the sludge application, was greater than that without fertilizer when the soil is not fertile. But when the soil was comparatively fertile, the sludge application gave an adverse affect on the growth of the forage plant. The content of exchangeable K in the soil has a very close positive relation with the Eresh yield and plant height of the plant, while that of exchangeable Ca has a close negative relation with those growing factors. There was a tendency of yield decrease of the forage plant, when alum or compost was applied with NPK to the comparatively infertile soil especially for alum sludge. As a result, when soil is not fertile more attention will be necessary for applying alum sludge with chemical fertilizers. But to soil with better fertility, it is recommended to use alum sludge with chemical fertilizer to obtain more yield of the forage plant.

  • 본 논문은 컨설팅특성이 구전의도와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향연구이다. 컨설팅특성은 전문성, 신뢰성, 활용도로 구성되어 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 전문성과 신뢰성을 제외한 활용도가 구전의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신뢰성을 제외한 전문성, 활용도는 재구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 컨설팅 수행경험에 대한 활용도와, 컨설팅의 전문성을 높여야 기업 마케팅성과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 바실러스와 그람음성균은 녹비시용구에서 높았지만, 미생물량은 비료+돈분퇴비 시용구에서 높았다. 인산효소와 유기물분해효소는 무처리구에 비해 유기물 시용구에서 모두 높은 값을 보였다. 영년 밭토양의 PLFA에 의한 군집분석은 볏짚퇴비 및 돈분퇴비시용구가 다른 처리와 상이한 특성을 보였다. 영년 밭 토양의 우점균은 Bacillus flexus, Bacillus subtilis 및 Bacillus megaterium 등이었으며, 토양에서 분리된 세균은 대부분 amylase, protease 및 lipase의 활성을 가지고 있었다.

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰을 활용한 간호관리학 교육용 애플리케이션이 간호대학생의 학업크래프팅에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 시도되었다. 자료수집기간은 2019년 9월 1일부터 6주간이었으며, 실험군과 대조군 각각 38명을 선정하였다. 연구의 결과 간호관리학 교육용 애플리케이션을 활용하여 간호관리학 학습을 진행한 실험군은 그렇지 않은 대조군보다 학업크래프팅 정도가 유의하게 높은 결과를 보였다. 결과를 토대로 간호관리학 교육용 애플리케이션은 간호대학생이 학습에 대한 의미를 찾고 주도적으로 학습을 하는 데 유용한 매체임이 확인되었다.
