This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions of the metaverse platform and luxury fashion brands in relation to consumer lifestyles, thereby providing foundational data for future marketing strategies of fashion brands using the metaverse. A survey on the lifestyle and perceptions of the metaverse, as well as on luxury fashion brands, was conducted among 300 men and women between their 20s and 40s. Statistical analyses included frequency analysis, cross-tabulation, chi-square (χ2) analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan's post-hoc test. Factor analysis of the participants' lifestyles revealed five distinct types: "Indifferent," "Social, individual, and leisure-oriented," "Trend-leading and brand-oriented," "Appearance and fashion-oriented," and "Self-improvement-focused and individualistic" types. The analysis of luxury fashion brand perceptions based on lifestyle types showed that the "Trend-leading and brand-oriented" type had higher awareness and preference for brands such as Gucci, Burberry, and Balenciaga, while the "Indifferent" type showed lower levels of awareness and preference. Regarding brand perception related to luxury fashion brand content experiences within the metaverse, Gucci, Burberry, and Balenciaga showed consistent results across all types. Specifically individuals classified under the "Trend-leading and brand-oriented" category exhibited higher awareness and preference for these brands within metaverse experiences, while those categorized as "Indifferent" displayed comparatively lower levels. Therefore, digital marketing strategies targeting consumers under the "Trend-leading and brand-oriented" category are expected to be highly effective for luxury fashion brands. This study is poised to contribute to the expansion of the marketing landscape within the metaverse virtual world for fashion.
The purpose of this study was to analyze potential effects of Koreans' ultraviolet risk awareness and appearance management on their UV protective behaviors in daily life and outdoor activities, and was to investigate in their awareness of UV-protective clothing and their purchase attitudes toward anti-UV protective clothing. To meet the above goals, we have surveyed a total of 262 participants(male and female) residing in Chungcheong province. Findings were as following: As a part of ultraviolet-protective behaviors, it was found that the respondents often relied on applying sun-block cream or shady place before exposition to sunlight. Particularly, it was notable that 30's or older group was more proactive in UV protective behaviors than younger group below 30 years old. There were significant correlations among the respondents' UV protective behaviors, their awareness of anti-UV clothing and their purchase attitudes to anti-UV clothing. Also, there were also significant correlations among their UV-protective means for outdoor activities. That is, more favorable awareness about anti-UV clothing they have is associated with their more active attitudes to purchasing anti-UV clothing and taking anti-sunlight behaviors. It was found that the number of respondents who used cosmetics for outdoor activities was more than that of respondents who used clothing to protect their body from ultraviolet ray. Hence, it will be necessary for follow-up studies to focus on the development and promotion of anti-UV clothing.

This scientific article is devoted to the study of the legal significance of such a category of legal status of the purchaser of another's thing, as its good faith. The essence of this phenomenon has been studied, it has been established that the criterion of good faith attaches significant importance to the claims of the participants of these relations for the acquisition or preservation of private property rights. The paper emphasizes that, in addition to the importance of good conscience at the time of possession of another's thing, which gives legal certainty the possibility of registration of the title and is part of the actual composition for the acquisition of property or the right of ancient possession, bona fides also characterizes the behavior of the occupier. In this case, good conscience only has some legal consequences when it is opposed to subjective law. Under such conditions, it acquires direct legal significance, including as a condition for the acquisition and protection of rights. Good faith possession of another's property is an internal indicator of the subject's awareness of a certain property status. This sense, the article assesses this status from the standpoint of the scientific concept of the visibility of law. According to this theory, prescription is also considered as a consequence of the appearance of law, however, because it arises and lasts against the will of the parties and despite their awareness of this fact. Therefore, bona fide continuous and open possession of property as one's own, during the acquisition period, was most significantly associated with the appearance of property. Therefore, the concept of good faith, in the sense of personal perception of real values, is closely related to the principle of protection of the appearance of law, as it is aimed at understanding it by third parties. The paper notes certain differences in the application of the theory of the appearance of the right in the acquisition of property by a bona fide purchaser from an unauthorized alienator and the acquisitive prescription. It is emphasized that such a mechanism must be used in presuming the attitude to the thing as its own, by the holder of movable property. But there should be exceptions to the rule, in particular, if the owner has grounds for vindication of the thing.

This study identifies the dimensions of cosmetics consumption values and the differences in cosmetics brand selection through a cosmetics consumption value group and by product type. The subjects of the study were females over age 20 living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province between January and February 2008; 427 questionnaires were used for analysis. For data analysis the SPSS 17.0 statistical program was used, and principal component analysis, factor analysis using Varimax rotation, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability testing, cluster analysis, ANOVA test, and Duncan test were conducted. The results and conclusions of this study are as follows. The dimensions of cosmetics consumption values were found to be the pleasure value, the fashion value, the function value, the brand ostentation value, and the appearance ostentation value. Five types of groups by factor were identified: the group seeking function, the group seeking fashion and brand ostentation, the group seeking pleasure, the group seeking appearance and brand ostentation, and the indifferent group. Second, The group attaching importance to functionality was more likely to select high-priced brands while the group attaching importance to brand awareness were more likely to seek foreign brands, irrespective of product type. As far as base and color cosmetics are concerned, the group attaching importance to pleasure was more likely to select low, medium, and high priced foreign brands, as well as low and medium priced domestic brands. As for body products, the group attaching importance to fashion and brand awareness tended to select low, medium, and high priced domestic brands, as well as high priced foreign brands. By simultaneously purchasing high, medium, and low priced brands, these groups display an ambivalent consumption pattern. This study identified the differing dimensions around cosmetics consumption values and cosmetic brand selection. The research findings helps cosmetic companies set product prices and contributes to cosmetic marketing strategies.

This study aimed to identify factors influencing awareness and interest in male nail care and nail art among people in their 20s and 30s, using a survey that included 390 men and women. The survey consisted of sub-factors, including awareness of appearance management, interest in nails, perception of male nail care and nail art, behavioral factors in nail care, and image factors in nail care. The results showed that the overall average interest in male nail care and nail art was 3.76, which fell between "average" and "yes". Women showed higher interest in male nail care than men did. While there was no statistically significant difference in the average value, interest in male nail care and nail art was higher among those in their 30s than those in their 20s. Unmarried individuals showed more interest in male nail care than married ones, and higher levels of education were associated with higher interest. In terms of occupation, service workers showed the highest interest in male nail care and nail art. In conclusion, the findings suggest the need for marketing research that caters to the development of services and programs targeting the male nail industry. The study also highlights the importance of segmenting and differentiating marketing strategies that target male and female customers with a high interest in male nail care and nail art. Based on these findings, this study aims to provide direction for the male nail care industry and serve as a basis for the development of customized programs. Additionally, it aims to provide basic data to aid in the development of the nail industry in Gyeongnam.
This study provides a basis for the development of lesson plans and teaching programs associated with the appearance in the adaptation of interpersonal relationships. This study was analyzed adolescents' body comparison and body satisfaction related in the adaptation of interpersonal relationships, and the effectiveness of self-esteem mediation. The survey was conducted among 587 adolescents in Gwangju. The data was analyzed using SPSS ver. 19.0 for Windows: frequency, means, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results indicated that body comparison and body satisfaction effected the adaptation of interpersonal relationships among adolescents consequently, it is necessary to develop lesson plans and teaching programs related to awareness, and improve appearance. A body comparison with similar aged people did not affect self-esteem; however, it is necessary to improve body satisfaction because it affects self-esteem. Self-esteem was also the mediating role between the adaptation of body satisfaction and interpersonal relationships, sub-factors, adaptation of relationships with friends, adaptation of relationship with teachers, adaptation of relationships with parents. It is important that body satisfaction and self-esteem is key factor in planning training programs, and improving the capacity of adolescents adaptation of interpersonal relationships.
This study investigated modern architectures adjacent to the road, which can be easily destroyed by economic logic. The purpose of this paper is to find the method to preserve and reuse as townscape. The research methods were used the literature survey and field research of modern architecture in Seoul, and compared with the current status. The result are as followings. Firstly, In order to preserve many architectural cultural properties, the policy related to cultural property should be improved. And, awareness of the individual about cultural property should be changed. Secondly, it has been analyzed that modern architecture can be divided into 3 types in the reuse, which is 'Succession Type', 'Change Type', and 'Extinction Type'. Most of the cases has been used for specific use. Therefore, we should be consider the method of the reuse which can accommodate the various contemporary use. Thirdly, the preservation of the appearance and facade, which is the optimal way to preserve at least the historicity of the city, would be suitable for the preservation of modern architecture adjacent to the road. Lastly, it has been analyzed that the cases can be divided into 2 types in the form of appearance, which is 'Modern Type' and 'Hanok Type'. And, common and individual design guidelines have made.
The purpose of this study was 1) to find out the consumer patronage mix of department and fashion outlet stores, 2) to compare the clothing and price attitudes among store patronage groups and 3) to compare the importance of the stores' attributes among the store patronage groups. The subjects were 381 female consumers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The data was analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range Test and Cronbach's Alpha. The results were as follows. First, clothing purchasing attitudes of the total respondents were classified by three factors: fashion/confident oriented, appearance oriented, and brand-name oriented. Also, clothing price attitudes were composed of three factors: price/quality-prestige inference, discount/low price pursuit and benefit/value pursuit. In addition, the importance of the store's attributes was composed of five factors: convenience/service, concern of fashion outlet store, brand-name/fashionability, awareness of fashion outlet store, and practical advantage of the store. Second, the department store patronage group was significantly different from the fashion outlet store patronage group in clothing attitude, price attitude, and the importance of the store attribute. Third, the responses of the department store patronage group were significantly different from those of the fashion outlet store patronage group in product reliability and awareness of the fashion outlet store.

The purpose of this study was to observe lifestyle of female consumers aged 15-25. Also it was to measure brand awareness, to determine purchase criteria in fashion magazine, and to determine promotion preferences according to lifestyle segmentation variables. We distributed 600 questionnaires and 475 reliable questionnaires were used for a statical analysis. Data analyses were conducted with SPSS program on the frequency mean value, Chi-square test, Cluster analysis, and Factor analysis. We classified four clusters such as individual style seekers, trend seekers, promotion/good appearance seekers, and low fashion interest group, based on lifestyle variables. There was a significant difference in brand awareness in Vogue Girl, Cosmo Girl, Elle, Figaro, Ecole magazine among four clusters. There was a significant difference in such purchase criteria as favorable cover models, good "burok" which is a magazine supplement, brand names, and price among four clusters. In addition, the results of ANOVA represent that there was a significant difference in preferred types of promotion such as discount price, clothing gifts, fashion accessary gifts and hair tool gifts. However, the first ranked preferred one was a cosmetic gift in all the magazines, which favored more by trend seeker group.
This study aims to establish a strategy for selling kimchi to satisfy the needs and wants of European consumers through survey, FGI, and IDI. All survey participants were Europeans and were selected on the basis of their kimchi awareness. For the quantitative survey, 246 participants 15 years or older were selected; for FGI, 33 participants aged between 20 and 49 were selected; and for IDI, eight chefs were selected. The survey included four steps of 'Awareness-First try-Needs-Future consumption'. The participants got to know kimchi through the Internet; for example, by visiting Korea and Hallyu, and suggested positive comments, including 'fancy' and 'exotic.' While satisfaction with kimchi sharply decreased due to taste and appearance in the first try of kimchi, it is important to provide the best first-try experience. It also showed that important needs for kimchi are 'hot sensation', 'crunchiness' and 'presentation'. They gave a negative answer to combination with traditional cuisines of their own country, but provided positive comments for benchmarking the use of traditional pickled foods. This study suggests that it may be necessary to implement a two-track strategy by the traditional kimchi as a 'strategic product' and localized kimchi as a 'key product'.
