The background of Korean Ethnical Costume was originated from those northern mounted nomadic groups, which was Scythe style Costume Culture. Through the antique records and paintings of tombs bequests hereby describe the forms of Scythian Cotume (1) Headgear : There was Conical Cap(or Pointed Cap), Feathered Cap, and Crown. (2) Clothes : Both Men and Women wore Jacket as upper garment with leftsided collars, narrow sleeves to the length of the hip line. As lower garment, they wore the tight Trousers and Kungo(:窮袴)that was attached with gusset. (3) Belts and Boots : On the upper garment bound the leather Belts that was hanged a hook that was shaped of animal form at the end. Scythian Buckles was divided into six groups, animal-shaped, animal's head shaped, animal fight-shaped, rectangle-shaped, rectangle openwork-shaped, genre scene shaped Buckle. To the Boots, they wore leather boots. (4) Ornaments : Ornaments divided into Dress Trimming(:Gold plaques), Earrings, Necklaces(;Torques), Bracelets, Rings. Scythian Gold Plaques were divided into several types according to the shape, animal style(curved beast shape, profile shape, head reversed over its back shape), round shape, quadrilateral form, star shape, flower shape, crescent shape, bundle shape, human appearance. Earrings consisted of a plain ring and pendant ring was a middle ornament hung from it to a pendants which hung was made of heart shaped leaves of the tree, beads-linked. Scythian Torques were divided into several types according to the shape, Torque with Terminal style, Spiral style, Layers style, Crescent-shaped pectoral style, Crown style. Scythian Bracelet were divided into 4 styles according to the shape, Bracelets with ends shaped like beasts style, Spiral style, Layers style, Crown with openwork style. Rings were rhomb-shaped and animal shaped styleRings (5) Animal motifs used in Scythian ornaments appears that in some cases the work was intended to be purely ornamental, while many times the motifs had symbolic meaning (such as the successful dominance of the aggressor over the victim portrayed in the attack scenes). Magical use of symbols may have been inten-ded to guarantee the power of the aggressor.

According to Scythian tradition, many burials contained numerous artifacts, from weapons and harness to everyday objects and a multiplicity of personal adornments. Most valuable of all is the Scythian Gold often lavishly decorated with precious stones. The detailed images on these pieces make it possible for us to picture the appearance of the Scythians, their clothes and weapons. Scythian Gold Plaques were attached to the fabric in such a way that when they moved with each movement of the wearer it created what must have been a dazzling sight in bright daylight. Scythian Gold Plaques were divided into several types according to the shape, animal style(curved beast shape, profile shape, head reversed over its back shape), round shape, quadrilateral form, star shape, flower shape, crescent shape, bundle shape, human appearance. Through the antique tombs bequests of Three Kingdom States hereby describe the original forms of their source of Baekje gold plaque were influenced by Scythe style. Like nearly all Scythian ornaments, such gold pieces were designed to maximize various magical powers and to signify the owner's importance relative to his fellow tribesmen.

This research is for selection of animal and establishment of guideline which for animal robot design for the purpose of emotionally disturbed children's psychotherapy. In the case of emotionally disturbed children because of poor expression about themselves's emotional condition, there are many restriction in the existing cure and educational method. Using research method of animal shape robot which is starting to make attempt since the late 1990s is effective to learning disturbed children. For the development of animal robot for psychotherapy of emotionally disturbed children first of all which animal is selected is very important. Therefore at the early stage of research preference surveyed to children including emotionally disturbed children and decide an object of animal robot. And what kind of shape is very preferred is also preference surveyed. Through focusing group interview about shape, color, facial expression, sound, and move which have an influence on outward shape design of robot, present the guideline which is needed to animal robot design for emotionally disturbed children.

In the study, a shape finding procedure for the tensegrity system model inspired by the movement pattern of animal backbone was presented. The proposed system is allowing a dynamic movement by introducing the concept of "saddle" for the variable tensegrity structure. Mathematical process and an algorithm for movable tensegrity to specified points were established. Several examples have applied with in established shape finding analysis procedure. The final tensegrity structures were determined well to a object shape.

This study investigated a bio-tensegrity structural system that combines the characteristics of a general tensegrity structural system with a biological system. The final research objective is to accomplish a changeability for the structural system as like the movement of the natural bio-system. In the study, we present a shape finding procedure for the two stage bio-tensegrity system model inspired by the movement pattern of animal backbone. The proposed system is allowing a dynamic movement by introducing the concept of "saddle" for the variable bio-tensegrity structure. Several shape finding analysis example and results are presented and shows a efficient validation and suitability.

We identified the five root-lesion nematode species, Pratylenchus crenatus, P. fallax, P. kumamotoensis, P. panamaensis and P. penetrans from intercepted in quarantine inspection over the past five years. Their diagnostic characters are including number of lip annuli, stylet length, shape of the labial region, presence or absence of males, structure of lateral fields, shape of spermatheca, length of the post-vulval uterine sac and shape of tail and so forth. We described the photos, measurements and morphological characters.

Scythian Earrings in the Black Sea region had completely degenerated, stifled by motifs and shapes of Greek origin, retaining its representational realism and its full emotional vitality. The purpose of this study is to review and research the symbolic meaning and classifying the types of the Scythian Earrings style through the tombs bequests. The Scythian Earrings were divided into the styles according to the shape, Earring with Ends Shaped like animal's Heads, Boat-Shaped Earrings, Bird-Shaped Pendants earrings, Earrings with a Disc and a Pendant, Earrings Shaped like the Figures, Earring with the drop Pendant, Spiral Earrings. Earrings based on the boat shape enjoyed a long popularity among the Scythians. As that form became elaborated and combined with the disk-pendent, it reflected native rather than Asian or Hellenic tastes. Although Scythian earrings were produced based on the shapes of Greece earrings, they recreated these as Scythian unique style. In particular, the animal motive and the decoration have various changes. The exquisite earrings attest to the elegant taste and splendid wealth of the upper classes.

The objective of this study was to assess the external and internal quality traits of eggs in wholesale egg market in Colombo, Sri Lanka and the effect of storage period in egg quality traits in the same market after receiving the eggs. First, a total of 482 fresh eggs were randomly collected from the above market and external egg quality traits were determined and recorded according to the definitions given in the Specification for Chicken Egg SLS 959:1992. After that, a total of 288 fresh eggs were randomly collected and various external and internal egg quality traits were measured and recorded according to the standard procedures over a storage period of 1, 3 and 5 d after receiving the fresh eggs to the wholesale market. Information about the shops was also collected using a pretested questionnaire. Using the recorded data, shape index, Haugh unit, albumen index and yolk index were calculated for each egg. Average weight, width, length and shape index of the eggs in the sample was 59.96 g, 4.33 cm, 5.78 cm and 75.03, respectively. Average shape index value was much closer to the standard value of 74. From the total sample 80.5% eggs had a normal and sound shape. However only 60.37% of the eggs are in the desirable quality range specified in SLS 959:1992, when the overall shell quality of the sample is considered based on shell cleanliness, defects and shape. The results of the current study indicated that eggs had significant (p<0.05) deterioration of all internal quality parameters tested with increasing storage time. However the effect was not significant (p>0.05) between the storage periods of 3 and 5 d after receiving eggs except for yolk color and yolk height. Desirable category of eggs had reduced and rejections had increased with the storage period. Main problems associated with the particular market were less space availability, higher percentages of dirty eggs, unavailability of proper packaging materials, no standard packaging system for eggs, and not implementing a standard grading system for eggs. Therefore the results of this study suggest that proper egg handling and storage conditions such as low temperature storage may be implemented to increase the proportion of desirable quality eggs in the above market.
