간호학생의 임상실습과 관련된 스트레스와 분노경험 (Nursing Students' Stress and Anger Experience in the Clinical Setting)

  • The purpose of this study was identify the level of stress, anger and anger expression in the clinical setting and identify the relation ships between anger and stress of nursing students in the clinical setting. A convenient sample of 213 junior college of nursing students was used for the study. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson Correlation Coefficients. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1. The average stress score in the clinical setting of subjects was 3.87. The higher level of stress in the clinical setting was 4.10 in domain of nurses, 4.10 in domain of human relationships, 4.07 in domain of report and 3.89 in domain of relationship between nursing theory and practice. 2. The average state-anger score of subjects was 1.54. 3. The average anger-out score of anger expression mode was 1.66 and 2.36 in anger-in. 4. The state-anger was found significantly related to stress of nursing students in the clinical setting (r=0.256 p<0.001). In the relationship between state- anger and stress in the clinical setting, environment, patient relationship, between nursing theory and practice, nurses, report, orientation were significantly positive correlation . 5. The anger-out of anger expression mode was not found significantly related to stress of nursing students in the clinical setting. 6. The anger-in of anger expression mode was found significantly related to stress of nursing students in the clinical setting (r=0.205 p<0.01). In the relationship between anger-in of anger expression mode and stress in the clinical setting, environment, patient, nurses, human relationships, conference were significantly positive correlation.

한국판 상태-특성 분노표현척도를 이용한 한국 청소년의 분노 평가 및 우울과의 관계 (Anger Assessment Using State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory in Middle-School Students in Korea and Association with Depression)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to assess anger of middle school adolescents in an urban community using State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory (STAXI)-Korean and Korean Child Behavior Checklist (K-CBCL), and to determine whether specific anger expression of adolescents is associated with certain psychopathology including depression. Methods : Data were collected from 395 middle school students and their parents in Incheon city. The students completed the STAXI, Children's Depression Inventory, Korean version of Mood disorder Questionnaire, and Conners-Wells' Adolescent Self-Report Scale (Short Form), and their parents completed the K-CBCL. Results : No significant correlation was observed between aggression subscale K-CBCL and each scale of the STAXI, except anger out (r=0.704). The scores for STAXI total and respective scales were significantly higher for female students than male students. A stepwise logistic regression model was used to explore the possible predictors for depression in adolescents and lower anger control and higher anger suppression were found to be predictors for depression in adolescence. Conclusion : There is a possibility of a large discrepancy between anger that the adolescents actually feel and parents' judgment of their children's anger. It must be considered in assessment of adolescent anger and use of further structured interviews is necessary. In addition, it may be useful to consider the anger expression style in adolescents who report depressive symptoms.

남자 노숙인의 분노와 건강기능과의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy in the Relationship between Anger and Functional Health of Homeless Men)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation of self-efficacy in the relationship between anger and the functional health of homeless men in order to provide a basis for planning nursing interventions to improve the functional health of homeless persons. Methods: The participants were 137 homeless men who lived in homeless shelters or visited one center serving free meals for homeless persons in Seoul. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires and analyzed with the SPSS-WIN 20.0 program. The instruments were the Functional Health Pattern Screening Assessment Tool (FHPAST), Self-efficacy Scale (SES), and State-trait Anger Expression Inventory-Korean version (STAXI-K). Results: The mean score for functional health was 2.41. Overall self-efficacy was 70.82. state anger was 16.53, trait anger was 19.54, and anger expression was 25.31. There were signigicant correlations among the 3 variables, functional health, self-efficacy, and anger. Also, self-efficacy had a complete mediating effect in the relationship between anger and functional health. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, health management programs focusing on anger management and self-efficacy improvement are highly recommended to promote functional health in homeless persons.

간호사의 특성분노 및 분노표현이 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (The Relationships among Trait Anger, Anger Expression, Jab Satisfaction, Job Commitment, and Organizational Performance in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among trait anger, anger expression, job satisfaction, job commitment, and organizational performance, and especially to verify the effect of anger experience on organizational performance. Method: A descriptive study was conducted using a convenient sample. Data were collected by a self-report questionnaire from 671 clinical nurses in three university hospitals and analyzed by using SPSS 14.0 Win program with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Result: Organizational performance was significantly correlated with trait anger, anger expression-in, anger expression-out, anger control, job satisfaction, and job commitment. Multiple regression analysis showed that organizational performance was significantly predicted by job commitment, job satisfaction, educational level (university graduation), anger control, and working place (operative room), and 34.7% was explained by these variables. Conclusions: Out of anger expression, anger control significantly affected on organizational performance together with job commitment and job satisfaction. From this result, it could be concluded that nursing intervention for anger control have a positive effect on improving organizational performance. Further studies are needed to develop and test the effect of nursing intervention programs for anger control.

학교스트레스가 청소년들의 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향 : 분노표현양식의 조절효과 (The Effect of School Stress on Interpersonal Problems in Adolescent : The Moderating Effect of Anger Expression Styles)

  • 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 학교스트레스와 대인관계문제를 탐색하고, 그 관계를 조절할 것으로 예상되는 분노표현양식의 하위변인의 효과를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2015년 9월~10월 충북 소재 청소년 300명을 대상으로 학교스트레스 척도와 분노표현 척도, 대인관계문제 척도로 구성된 설문지로 조사를 실시하였다. 총 261개의 설문을 분석에 사용하였으며, 중다회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 청소년의 학교스트레스와 분노표현양식 중 분노억제와 분노표출이 대인관계문제를 악화시키는 요인으로 나타났다. 청소년의 대인관계문제에서 학교스트레스와 분노표현양식의 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았지만, 대인관계문제의 하위영역 중 통제지배를 분노표출이 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 청소년들의 대인관계문제를 유발하는 요인에서 학교스트레스와 분노 감정을 다루는 방식이 중요함을 제안한다. 이를 통해 청소년들의 대인관계문제를 예방하고 완화시키기 위한 예방 교재의 개발 및 효과적인 교육 프로그램 운영에 필요한 정보를 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

유아 어머니의 양육스트레스, 분노, 분노표현 유형의 관계 (The Relation Among Parenting Stress, Anger and Anger Expression in Infant's Mothers)

  • 본 연구는 유아 어머니의 양육스트레스, 분노, 분노표현 유형 정도를 파악하고 분노표현 유형에 영향을 미치는 변인을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. K시의 유치원과 어린이 집에 재원하고 있는 3-6세 아동의 어머니 205명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하여 자료 수집을 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 19.0 통계 program을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 양육스트레스의 평균 점수는 2.32점이었고, 상태분노 1.36점, 특성분노 1.85점으로 나타났다. 분노표현 유형의 하위척도인 분노표출의 평균 점수는 1.84점이었고, 분노억제 1.75점, 분노조절 2.31점으로 나타났다. 양육스트레스는 상태분노, 특성분노, 분노표출, 분노억제와 정적상관관계를 보였고 분노조절은 부적상관관계를 보였다. 상태분노는 특성분노, 분노표출, 분노억제와 정적상관관계, 분노조절은 부적상관관계를 보였다. 특성분노는 분노표출, 분노억제와 정적상관관계, 분노조절과 부적상관관계를 보였다. 분노표출은 분노억제와 정적상관관계이고 분노조절과 부적상관관계를 보였다. 분노표현 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 양육스트레스, 상태분노, 특성분노가 분노표현 유형에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 자녀양육에 필요한 정보와 기술 제공뿐 만 아니라 어머니의 분노를 조절하고 양육스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 부모교육프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

청소년의 외재화 및 내재화 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 요인: 고등학교 1학년 학생을 중심으로 (Influencing Factors on Externalized and Internalized Problem Behaviors among Adolescents: Focused on First Grade High School Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influencing factors on externalized and internalized problem behaviors among high school students. Methods: The subjects for this study were 707 students in two high schools in K province. The data were collected during the period from October to November, 2014 by use of questionnaires. The instruments used were the Korean Youth Self-report, Daily Hassles Questionnaire, State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory, and Ego Resiliency Scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS. Results: Significant predictors to explain externalized problem behaviors comprised anger-out, anger-in, anger-control, relation with parents, daily stress, and religion. It was found that these factors explained 46% of externalized problem behavior. Ego resiliency, anger-in, daily stress, gender, relation with parent, and anger-out were significant predictors to explain internalized problem behaviors. It was found that these factors explained 45% of internalized problem behaviors. Conclusion: This study suggests that the influencing factors on problem behaviors differ from externalized and internalized problem behaviors. So these findings will provide the basic data to develop a program that is differentiated by problem behavior type.

  • Psychogenic neurological conditions account for 1% to 9% of admissions at neurological unit. They are considered manifestations of underlying psychiatry disorders such as somatoform disorders and factitious disorders or malingering. Diagnosis for psychogenic tremor is difficult because mimic tremor is occurred at the secondary of the organic disorders or coexist in a patient with tremors of organic origin. A patient in this case report was diagnosed as psychogenic tremor, and she also complained the severe anger. A patient did not improved with the chemical medication for a long time. The patient received relaxation training, herbal medication and acupuncture for 20 days and showed short-term alleviation on tremor and decreased anger problem and other somatic problems.

간호학생들의 임상실습시 스트레스에 따른 불안, 분노 및 피로경험 (The Relationship between Anxiety, Anger and Fatigue among Stress factor of Nursing Students in Clinical Practice)

  • 본 연구는 임상실습 시 스트레스에 따른 불안, 분노, 피로정도를 알아보고 이들 간의 공통적인 주제를 모색하여 이들 간의 상관관계를 분석하여 효율적인 임상실습을 도모하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 T종합병원에서 임상실습을 하는 간호학생 197명으로 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 결과적으로 임상실습 스트레스 정도는 평균3.82점, 불안은 평균 48.82점, 분노는 평균 1.17점, 피로는 평균 30.96점으로 나타났으며 불안 정도와 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이는 임상실습 스트레스 요인은 집담회, 수업과 실습, 임상실습만족도로 나타났다. 분노 정도와 유의한 차이를 보이는 임상실습 스트레스 요인은 과제물, 수업과 실습, 오리엔테이션, 간호사, 실습환경이며, 피로와 유의한 차이를 보이는 임상실습 스트레스 요인은 집담회, 오리엔테이션, 실습환경, 환자로 나타났다. 결론적으로 임상실습 스트레스와 불안, 분노, 피로정도, 분노와 피로 정도는 유의한 상관관계로 나타났으며 불안과 분노 정도는 유의한 상관관계를 보이지 않았다.

대학생의 생활스트레스, 분노표현이 자살생각에 미치는 융복합적 영향 (Effect of Life Stress and Anger Expression in College Students on Suicidal Ideation)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 생활스트레스와 분노표현 및 자살생각의 정도를 파악하고 자살생각에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 대학생 219명을 대상으로 자기보고형설문지를 통해 2014년 11월 14일부터 12월 6일까지 자료를 수집하였다. SPSS/Win18.0을 이용하여, 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, Pearson correlation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구결과 생활스트레스 중 대인관계 영역에서는 친구관계, 가족관계, 교수관계와 당면과제 영역에서는 학업문제, 경제문제, 장래문제, 가치관문제와 분노표현영역에서는 분노표현의 분노억제와 분노표출이 자살생각과 정적상관관계가 있었다. 생활스트레스 중 가족관계와 가치관문제는 자살생각을 17%로 설명하였으나, 분노표출과 분노억제를 추가하였을 때는 대학생의 자살생각에 24%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 결론적으로 대학생의 스트레스 관리 및 효과적인 분노프로그램 개발과 자살예방 교육 및 상담을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하며 이를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.
