This research attempts to analyze the factors influencing the entrepreneurial intention of employees in manufacturing field. In particular, key factors of entrepreneurship and personal characteristics explain a significant association with the intention to start-up. And study whether R&D support from public enterprise adjusts intention to entrepreneurial Intention. This study conducted a online survey on 292 small and medium-sized enterprise manufacturing employees in May 2020. Using linear regression model and binary logistic model. The main study results are the following: First, among the key factors(innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking) of entrepreneurship, proactiveness hardly influenced the opportunity competency. Second, among the factors(risk-taking propensity, locus of control, tolerance for ambiguity) of personal characteristics, locus of control hardly influenced the opportunity competency. Third, opportunity competency(opportunity recognition and opportunity evaluation) had positive influence to entrepreneurial intention. Fourth, the study investigated the mediated effect of opportunity competency. The result showed that among the factors of entrepreneurship and personal characteristics, only two factors that are proactiveness and locus of control were not mediated by opportunity competency. and opportunity evaluation was acted as a mediator between proactiveness and entrepreneurial Intention, compared with opportunity recognition. Lastly, public enterprise's R&D supporting moderated the entrepreneurial intention). Based on the result, the study showed that first, the key factors of entrepreneurship except for proactiveness and personal characteristics(risk-taking propensity, locus of control, tolerance for ambiguity) except for locus of control affect the intention to start-up, repeatedly. This results are explained that employees have not started a business yet. Second, research on start-up suggests the need to analyze factors differentiated before and after the start-ups. Based on the results, entrepreneurship and personal characteristics show that study on the effects of start-up intentions should be carried out before and after the actual start-up takes place, and can be used as effective data in policies to promoting start-ups in manufacturing field.

While there have been many previous studies showing that an entrepreneur's personal characteristics have a significant impact on his intention to start a business, there was relatively little research on the inherent mechanisms for this. Recent researches show that entrepreneur's personal characteristics affect the entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control, rather than directly. This study carried out empirical research on 233 Chinese university students on what personal characteristics affect the entrepreneurial intention of Chinese university students, who are actively engaged in start-up activities recently. Based on the theory of planned behavior, we set entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control as important variables that shape the entrepreneurial intention and formed a model and hypotheses that personal characteristics of a potential entrepreneur(leadership, planning, innovation, sociality) affect the entrepreneurial intention through these two variables. We verified these hypotheses by regression analysis and structural equation model. The analysis confirmed that for Chinese university students the entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control were important antecedent variables that shape the entrepreneurial intention. It was also shown that leadership and innovation have a positive influence on the entrepreneurial attitude, while leadership and planning raise the level of perceived behavioral control. As a result, leadership forms the entrepreneurial intention through the entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavior control, and innovation affects the entrepreneurial intention through the entrepreneurial attitude, while planning affects the entrepreneurial intention through perceived behavior control. Therefore, entrepreneurship education that emphasizes leadership, innovation and planning is required for Chinese college students as a potential entrepreneur. These three factors could also be important personal characteristics when choosing a potential entrepreneur.
This study attempted to identify the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention and to confirm the moderating effect of social support that plays a positive role in increasing entrepreneurial intention. The subjects of the study were 419 ordinary people, and data were obtained online and analyzed. The analysis method of this study was based on the SPSS statistical program Ver. 24, and a hierarchical regression analysis method was conducted to analyze the moderating effect. The results of hypothesis verification analysis in this study are as follows. First, innovativeness, risk-taking, self-fulfillment, economic motivation, immersion in a drama, drama role model, and indirect experience, all had a significant positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, among the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention, self-fulfillment was found to have the greatest influence. Third, it was confirmed that the moderating effect of social support between various variables and entrepreneurial intention had a significant effect on innovativeness, self-fulfillment, drama role model, and indirect experience, and entrepreneurial intention. The academic value of this study is to confirm the effect of drama characteristic variables on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was possible to confirm the moderating effect of social support, which is the total of individual external support. The implication of this study is that the desire for achievement had the greatest influence on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a desire to achieve in start-up support policies and start-up education. In addition, in light of the ripple effect of TV dramas, drama role model and indirect experience increase entrepreneurial intention, so it was possible to predict its influence on changes in perception of start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Smarthome is one of the remarkable fields of the industrial revolution 4.0, which are popular in many countries such USA, EURO, Japan and Korea. However, how Vietnamese people are considering and having intension to use smarthome devices is still a question for marketers and researchers. This study develops a comprehensive research model that can explain potential customers' behavioral intentions to adopt and use Smarthome services in Viet Nam and figure which key factors affect the intention. This study proposes and validates a new theoretical model that extends the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). The model consists of eight factors that affect one element (Behavioral Intention), specifically: Habits, Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Trust, Innovativeness Personal, Perceived value, Hedonic motivations and Social influences. Data were collected from 304 Vietnamese citizens by sending the email to survey questionnaire, direct contact with the experienced smarthome users. Through regression analysis, data from samples were analysed with SPSS 20 software and verification of hypotheses, the results show the key determinants affecting the intention to use smarthome appliances in Vietnam: Perceived Value, Social Influence, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Trust. From this result, several recommendations have been suggested to to smarthome devices vendors and marketer to improve products as well as marketing approaches to meet customer needs.
This study examined the factors that influence the turnover intention, job performance of call center representatives based on the adaptive structuration theory (AST). This study intended to empirically examine how individual characteristics of representative affect the technological and task adaptation, how they affect job performance and turnover intention. On the other hand, this study also explains how rational culture and organization a reputation which are considered as dimensions of organizational characteristics affects organizational commitment, and verifies the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance and turnover intention. Finally this paper aim to provide academic and practical implications. In order to solve the above research problems, this research proposed a model based on the adaptive structuration theory. In order to identify the relationship between the proposed variables and the AST for individual, we conducted an empirical test on the call center representatives. The structural equation model was used to verify the research model and hypotheses. The results of the empirical analysis show that the personal characteristics of counselors, such as communication skills, multitasking abilities, and innovativeness have a positive effect on skill adaptation, and skill adaptation has a positive effect on task adaptation, furthermore, it influences on job performance and turnover intention Respectively. In addition, among the factors of organizational environmental dimensions of the call center, it was found that organizational reputation not only increase continuance commitment but also increase normative commitment. Contrary to our expectations, perceived rational culture didn't have a positive effect on organizational commitment. Also, continuance commitment and normative commitment are valid predictors of job performance, but they have nothing to do with turnover intention. On the contrary, emotional commitment is the only one variable among three dimensions of organizational commitment have a positive effect on turnover intention, but is not a valid predictor of job performance.
This study is to identify the factors and explore the moderating effects of gender in influencing customer behavioral intention to adopt mobile commerce in Shanghai and Guangzhou in China. An extended study based on TRA, TPB and TAM, UTAUT, technology adoption model is applied for designing on this study model of behavioral intention to adopt mobile commerce focused on emotional variables and cross-gender differences. The results of analysis reveal that the effects of perceived risk, personal innovativeness, individual familarity and social influence on behavioral intentions to adopt mobile commerce as well as to differ across gender. Differences cross gender is specially the perceived risk and social influence. Findings imply that mobile commerce operators need to be communicated to female consumers, the risk-free quality including security, payment and certification system along with the social influence of using mobile commerce. When targeting female consumers in China, the word of mouth marketing strategic approach and improvement of communications of mobile commerce should be focused.
Nowadays, mobile commerce is having an increasingly profound impact on our daily lives, and offer interesting and advantageous new services. Mobile payment is an emerging and important application of mobile commerce in smart work, enabling users to use their mobile devices (especially mobile phones) for paying goods and services wherever they go. The appearance of m-payment is expected to provide us a convenient and bright future to enjoy. That is the common trend on over the world, but in Vietnam, although the number of smart phone users has been increasing rapidly, the adoption of m-payment system still didn't succeed completely. The research reviewed literature regarding mobile payment services, analyzed the impact of customer characteristics and system characteristics on m-payment adoption in Vietnam. To analyze the adoption behaviors of m-payment users, m-payment research model which consists of three customer-characteristics (m-payment trust, personal innovativeness, m-payment knowledge) and four m-payment system characteristics (mobility, reachability, convenience, compatibility) were studied. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, trust, and compatibility are the important predictors to the intention to use m-payment. This study will assist m-payment services suppliers in implementing appropriate business models and service strategies to successfully attract customer to use m-payment in Vietnam, allowing managers to exert appropriate investment, time, and effort for m-payment system development in designing smart working.
In this paper, a research model was designed to investigate the factors influencing the intention to use of mobile easy payment services in China. Our research model includes the service factors(instant connectivity, economic and security), social factors(subjective norms and image), the user's individual factors(self-efficacy personal innovativeness and suitability), perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and intention to use. A survey was conducted to collect the data with users who have had the actual using experience about mobile easy payment services. In this research, the data were collected by online survey, and in final analysis, 439 users' questionnaires were used. The empirical paper proves research hypothesis by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0. The results of the study are as follows: the mobile easy payment service factors, social factors and the user's individual factors partially give positive effects to perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness; perceived ease of use gives positive effects to perceived usefulness. In addition, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have positive effects to on intention to use.
With the increase of single households and more women entering society, changes to lifestyle, a demand for convenience, and the recent trend for homemade meals, the market for HMR(Home Meal Replacements) is rapidly growing. This study reviewed the repurchase intentions of consumers for RTP(Ready-to-Prepare) HMR products, namely meal kits, and the moderating effect. The study found that i) ease of use increases with higher self-efficacy; ii) ease of use decreases with higher personal innovativeness, but usefulness and repurchase intentions increased; iii) repurchase intentions increase with higher social influence; iv) trust decreases with higher convenience, but repurchase intentions increased; v) trust and repurchase intentions increase with higher economic efficiency; and vi) price sensitivity has a moderating effect between trust and repurchase intentions. The outcomes of this study will not only provide a theoretical basis for a more detailed study of HMR, but is anticipated to be used as fundamental data for suggesting a direction for marketing strategies for product development and sales.
This study examined the factors that influence the use of YouTube-based home training contents by integrating and applying the technology acceptance model and health belief model. The main results are as follows. First of all, it was found that personal innovativeness had a positive (+) effect on perceived ease and perceived usefulness. Perceived susceptibility did not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived benefit had a positive (+) effect on perceived usefulness. Finally, it was found that perceived ease had a positive (+) effect on perceived usefulness, Both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness were found to have a positive (+) effect on continuous intention to use. This study will be meaningful in that it partially reconfirmed the possibility of integrating the technology acceptance model and the health belief model.
