Purpose: This research explores how domain passion in addition to entrepreneurial passion influences innovation strategy of venture, thus expanding the role of passion in choosing the path for innovation strategy. Passion is considered one of the most debated concepts in entrepreneurship, psychology, and marketing literatures, and yet a framework describing the integrated effect of entrepreneurial and domain passion on innovation strategy of venture is still lacking. Research data and methodology: Based on an inductive qualitative approach, the research addresses these issues via analyzing four unique cases of independently owned restaurants in Pakistan. The research focusses on the entrepreneurs who startup a venture out of a passion for a specific domain and have a passion for entrepreneurship either from start or it fuels up later during entrepreneurial process. Results: In the presence of both types of passions (Domain and entrepreneurial), the individuals will be inclined towards ambidexterity which differ in types from case to case according to different combinations and intensities (harmonious and obsessive) of passion. Conclusion: Research shows how innovation strategy of domain passion driven ventures is influenced by both entrepreneurial and domain passion, so to understand the role of passion in such cases integrated effect of both passions needs to be explored.

Purpose: This is a phenomenological study to improve the quality of nursing and understand its essence by comprehensively analyzing job experience of nursing managers in small and medium. Methods: This study focused on deriving the common empirical attributes of all the study participants, rather than their individual attributes. Data on the job experiences of nine nurse managers in small and medium-sized hospitals were collected and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Result: The job experiences of nurse managers in small and medium hospitals were classified after analysis into 14 theme cluster sets and 34 themes in five categories. The categories derived were 'A feeling of pressure as if taking responsibility for the entire hospital', 'Taking on the difficulties of hiring a nurse alone.' 'Difficulty in mediating conflicts within the organization', 'Struggling to endure', 'To take root in the field with a sense of ownership'. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in helping nursing managers in small and medium hospitals perform their duties more efficiently and stably by understanding their job experience.

Many new challenges in different sectors have emerged due to societal growth, and researchers are needed to help solve them; and Google Scholar is a tool to assist researchers in doing so. The goal of this study is to figure out what characteristics influence how effective the Google Scholar tool is for Vietnamese university students. The study focuses on analyzing and explaining the interplay between the independent variables Perceived of Google Scholar, Perceived ease of use, Comprehensiveness and subjective norm, Perceived Satisfaction for the dependent variable Perception of usefulness. The study was carried out using quantitative and qualitative methods with 280 data points collected online through the survey link. The methods used to test the scale such as Cronbach alpha, CFA, SEM, One sample T-test, Independent Sample T-test, and One-way Anova are used to find the correlation between factors such as gender, Age, and Majors that affect the students' perception of the usefulness of google scholar. The results show that all the factors suggested in the model have a significant impact on the perceived usefulness of Google scholar. Furthermore, research shows that Google Scholar is an important academic search engine for Vietnamese students.

Purpose - First, this study contextually examines the governance codes of South Africa and South Korea. Second, it analyzes board features of South African (JSE) Mainboard and South Korean (KRX) KOSPI-listed companies. Design/methodology - This review is qualitative and uses data from the annual reports of the selected markets' companies, respective exchanges' official web sites and corporate governance-related web sites in order to examine the corporate governance practices in the two markets. In addition, Nvivo is employed in analyzing the content of the corporate governance codes of the selected countries. Findings - Our analysis indicates that the corporate governance codes of the two countries are evolving to keep up with the international trend of principles-based approach. The composition of the board of directors (BODs) of non-financial companies of both South Africa and South Korea shows no significant variation between the companies with regards to the executive (inside) and nonexecutive (outside) directors. On the contrary, there is a significant variation between South African and South Korean listed companies with respect to diversity. Originality/value - While previous studies are centered on the impact of governance codes on performance, this study intends to contextually evaluate the codes and features of South Africa and South Korea listed companies. This is essential and timely for regulators and policy makers given the importance of corporate governance features such as board independence and diversity in recent times.

Purpose: K-beauty products industry trends, estimates and dynamics are examined in this study to discover a potential possibility for growth. There is a thorough examination of the elements that drive and impede the expansion of the K-beauty industry. This study aims to investigate marketing strategy of K beauty product to enhance economic growth in South Korea. Research design, data and methodology: This study used one of the most famous approach for analyzing the current literature which is a PRISMA (Process and Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method. This method maps out the number of records identified, the included and the excluded ones with the reasons for the exclusion. The technique clearly states the research problem and the appropriate scope. Results: The theoretical findings of prior literature indicates K-beauty companies should retain physical locations despite the trend toward online commerce, in order to guarantee that they meet the demands of different customers and enhance customer experiences to develop trust and loyalty. Conclusions: The findings of this research are of academic importance since they provide light on customer preferences for new K-beauty products. While past research has often ignored certain kinds of influencers, this study emphasized the need of considering influencers and certain product exposure strategies together, which has major academic consequences.

This study proposes the practical design elements of sustainable fashion by understanding the values of the MZ generation and analyzing the design characteristics that can extend the life of clothing. The theoretical concept of sustainable fashion through previous studies was reviewed and in-depth interviews were conducted with the MZ generation on "design characteristics of clothes that they have actually used for a long time." The result was drawn by approaching the constant comparison method through the qualitative methodology. As a result of the study, the design characteristics of clothes that can be worn for a long time are as follows. First, simple design pursues simplicity that is not excessive to the essential characteristics of clothes. Second, sturdy material is durable and not easily damaged. The clothing storage method and laundry method were also factors that could extend the life of the garment. Third, emotional design is a design that fits well with your mood and body type and gives a special meaning to your emotions. This study is meaningful in suggesting elements necessary for extending the life cycle of clothing and providing basic data that can be applied to the practical design steps of the fashion industry.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the meaning of job experiences of fixed night shift nurses participating in a pilot project by a tertiary hospital, and to provide basic information for improving their night shift working environment. Methods: A descriptive qualitative study was conducted using individual interviews in September 2022. Three female nurses who worked fixed night shifts were recruited from a tertiary hospital. Data were analyzed using content analysis. Results: By analyzing the meaning of job experience as a fixed night shift nurse, four categories and nine subcategories were identified. The four categories of job experience of fixed night shift nurses were: expecting an improvement physical health due to predictable working hours, enjoying leisure time due to long off-duty hours, regretting for loosened relationships, and considering a successful settlement of fixed night shift nursing. Conclusion: As night shift work is essential for nurses to provide continuous nursing to patients, it is necessary to develop various strategies to improve the physical health of night shift nurses through fatigue management and good sleep quality, mental health through work-life harmony, and social health through intimate relationships between patients and coworkers.

Purpose - The hospitality industry has experienced significant transformations in recent years, primarily driven by advancements in technology and changes in consumer behavior. The worldwide COVID-19 epidemic has intensified a trend of hotel guests increasingly relying on meal delivery applications. Considering the recent COVID-19 pandemic, this study sets out to investigate how hotel guests have been using food delivery apps before and during the outbreak. Research design, data, and methodology - This study utilizes a systematic literature review as its research design. A systematic literature review is a methodical, well-structured procedure for locating, analyzing, and synthesizing pertinent research articles. Result - The findings shed light on four main aspects: convenience and accessibility, safety and hygiene assurance, personalization and customization, and local exploration and cultural immersion. These findings provide valuable insights into the evolving preferences and behaviors of hotel guests in utilizing food delivery apps, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion - This study has contributed to the understanding of the changing role of food delivery apps among hotel guests. By recognizing the evolving dynamics and leveraging the opportunities presented by food delivery apps, hotels can adapt to meet guest expectations, enhance customer satisfaction, and thrive in the ever-changing landscape of the hospitality industry.

It is significant to predict the performance degradation of complex electromechanical systems. Among the existing performance degradation prediction models, belief rule base (BRB) is a model that deal with quantitative data and qualitative information with uncertainty. However, when analyzing dynamic systems where observable indicators change frequently over time and working conditions, the traditional belief rule base (BRB) can not adapt to frequent changes in working conditions, such as the prediction of aeroengine performance degradation considering working condition. For the sake of settling this problem, this paper puts forward a new hidden belief rule base (HBRB) prediction method, in which the performance of aeroengines is regarded as hidden behavior, and operating conditions are used as observable indicators of the HBRB model to describe the hidden behavior to solve the problem of performance degradation prediction under different times and operating conditions. The performance degradation prediction case study of turbofan aeroengine simulation experiments proves the advantages of HBRB model, and the results testify the effectiveness and practicability of this method. Furthermore, it is compared with other advanced forecasting methods. The results testify this model can generate better predictions in aspects of accuracy and interpretability.

This study examined the trends of domestic academic research on children of divorced families by classifying them by period, method, target, and subject. From 2000 to 2022, 105 papers published in 58 journals were surveyed. In terms of research methods, quantitative research was conducted using questionnaires and panel data. The subjects of the reviewed studies were mainly elementary school children, and there were many studies on both divorced single mother and child families as well as divorced single father and child families. By analyzing the core subjects of the study, papers related to children's personal adaptation accounted for the largest proportion, followed by problematic behaviors, psychological difficulties, such as depression and stress, and relationships. In conclusion, due to the high divorce rate in Korea there is a need to focus academic attention on the children of divorced families. To this end, it is necessary to study the adaptation and protection factors of the children of divorced families. More qualitative research should be conducted on children of divorced families of various ages, not just elementary school students.
