The Study on the Influence of Selection factors of Franchise System and Franchisee's Satisfaction in the Food Service Franchise Industry. Franchisors can use franchisee selection criteria as a key input control to enhance the outcomes of their future franchisees. A business technique based on long term contractual arrangements between two legally independent businesses and relying on certain inputs from both parties for success and survival has significant potential for conflict. Furthermore,with many independent small businesses falling to reach their full potential, it is important to evaluate franchising as an alternative system of business management and to identify the characteristics of franchisor and franchisees which contribute to the satisfactory operation of a franchised small business. Thus, the objective of this study was to investigate a possible relationship between franchisee satisfaction and certain characteristics of the franchisor and of the franchisees themselves. In accordance with results of a hypothesis verification, a Selection factors of Franchise affects positively a Franchisee's Business Satisfaction.

In this study, we present how our assistive technology service worked in the public funds delivery system through the center of professional assistive technology in Gwangju. In detail, among total 253 applicants for assistive device support business for disabled, 28 clients and 28 clients failed to get the support because of self-withdrawl and insuitability, respectively. The left 225 clients finally got the chance to use the assistive device; especially, 28 clients will get the alternative device which was recommended through the assistive technology professionals. Therefore, this work is believed to be a good example of how mediation of professionals in assistive technology center leads to the efficient use of public funds.

In recent years, the efforts for standards of Web contents accessibility and improvements of Web accessibility are expanded in the government, public institutions, university, enterprises. Korean Web Accessibility Guidelines, KWCAG 2.0, by comparison with 1.0, was able to provide more define alternative text in terms of image content, enhance guidance for accessing and use of the keyboard and for a clear distinction of data tables. In this paper, we developed a CMS(Content Management System) for everyone to be able to access to information easily in the mobile/web environments that are changing rapidly. The CMS, which is developed in this paper, is designed and manufactured based on KWCAG, W3C XHTML-1.0-Strict DTD, W3C CSS2 web accessibility and web standards. CMS builder is a WYSIWYG manner making it easy to use and manage, as well as a variety of the web was to operate in a mobile environment.

As the e-Learning plays an increasingly larger important part in education and has been increased as an alternative to offline education, academic organizations are moving ahead to set guidelines for quality assurance in e-Learning. And various quality assurance techniques in e-Learning have been developed because the e-Learning does not always match well traditional models of teaching and learning, much care needs to be taken in the design, creation and implementation of service. But the present quality assurances in e-Learning which are focused in learning objects have much problems because they use partial and static management. In this thesis we suggested dynamic quality assurance using CLD(Causal Loop Diagram) in e-Learning. The suggested method has more efficiency than existing methods and it can provide important strategies with regard to administrative issues in e-Learning.

Recently, the side effects from the online game is appearing to adolescent to serious level. This research studied the system to protect adolescent from excessive game usage, the system to limit an online game service connection at the midnight time. Namely we found at a shutdown system introduction of adolescent out about cognition, problems with the game poisoning and effects with shutdown system and alternative policy. The investigation results were as follows. First, only 17.5% of adolescent knew a shutdown system. Second, they were recognizing about the game poisoning seriously. Also the half degree thought them efficiently about a shutdown system introduction. The policy about a shutdown system introduction were as follows. First, public education is activate, and we must keep adolescent from exposing to private education in the entrance examine competition. Second, we need the thing to increase the conversation time of the children with put parents to develop desirable family education program. Lastly, the supply must be achieved with leisure culture contents development of adolescent.

As an application of big data and artificial intelligence techniques, this study proposes an atypical language-based sentimental opinion poll methodology, unlike conventional opinion poll methodology. An alternative method for the sentimental classification model based on existing statistical analysis was to collect real-time Twitter data related to parliamentary elections and perform empirical analyses on the Polarity and Intensity of public opinion using attribute-based sensitivity analysis. In order to classify the polarity of words used on individual SNS, the polarity of the new Twitter data was estimated using the learned Lasso and Ridge regression models while extracting independent variables that greatly affect the polarity variables. A social network analysis of the relationships of people with friends on SNS suggested a way to identify peer group sensitivity. Based on what voters expressed on social media, political opinion sensitivity analysis was used to predict party approval rating and measure the accuracy of the predictive model polarity analysis, confirming the applicability of the sensitivity analysis methodology in the political field.

Vietnam has become an attractive destination for foreign investors, but confidence in the country's legal system to resolve commercial disputes remains low. Reasons include the lack of an independent judiciary, the lack of published court decisions, and a tendency to criminalize civil disputes, among others. As such, arbitration has become a preferred alternative to litigation. On June 17, 2010, the National Assembly of Vietnam passed a new act on commercial arbitration replacing the July 1, 2003 ordinance on commercial arbitration. The new act will take effect on January 1, 2011, and it is widely expected by the Vietnamese legal profession and lawmakers will create a favorable legal framework for the expansion of the arbitration service market in Vietnam. The new act is inspired by the UNCITRAL Model Arbitration Law of 1985 as are most new arbitration laws throughout the world. As opposed to the 2003 ordinance, the 2010 Act allows parties to request interim relief from the arbitrators. Also the new act eliminates the mandate that arbitrators be Vietnamese. The law has addressed the ordinance's shortcomings and reflects international standards. Commercial arbitration law is an important milestone in the improvement process of the laws on commercial arbitration in Vietnam. However, it is still too soon to affirm anything definitely because there remain many obstacles to the activation of arbitration. Rule of law and business cultural factors are important. The leading arbitral institution, VIAC, which is attached to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is expected to play an important role for boosting the competitiveness of Vietnamese arbitration as an avenue to dispute settlement.

Along with the recent growth of Fintech industry and low interest rate basis, one of the alternative investment technique for expecting higher investment profit, P2P loan using P2P financial system is greatly increasing. P2P loan can be referred to as a type of Crowdfunding that the law of Crowdfunding (adopted to revised Capital Market Act) enacted on January 25th 2016 only allows investment type Crowdfunding so that it can be used as a tool of raising fund for startup and venture companies. Also, it is true that Korean government could not make any legislative foundation related to P2P loan. At this moment, those online platform companies mediating P2P loan are not included as financial companies, expected to cause various legal arguments. Financial Services Commission has released a guideline in February of this year saying that limit of P2P loan is 10 million Korean Won per arbitrating company and 5 million Korean Won per borrower. However, what is more important is to make a law supporting this institutional system. If legislation on P2P loan is implemented without care, it may disturb growth of the field but it may result in the damage of investors if not clearly defined by law. As this is the case, first, "revision of execution regulations for loan business" should take place as soon as possible to intensify inspection of loan companies by registering them to Financial Services Commission. Second, saving customer fund separately in the their organization. Third, making law on protecting investors such as regulating exaggerative advertisement. Fourth, to have transparent and fair public announcement system, standardized agreement and guideline describing clear understanding on autonomous public information publication of P2P loan online platform business and information on the borrower.

The problem of social phenomenon is getting more complicated than past decades, and the simulation engineers need more computation power to solve the problem. Therefore, the needs of the computational resources of the modeling and simulation environment are increasing. In the perspective of the simulation, it is necessary to allocate computational resources flexibly so that the simulation can be performed per the available budget range. As an alternative to the simulation environment to accommodate these requirements, cloud service has emerged as an environment in which computing resources can be used flexibly. This paper proposes a web-based simulation framework which consists of a front-end that reconstructs the simulation model using the web, and a back-end that executes the discrete event simulation. This paper also carried out a case study which shows web-based simulation framework has better overall runtime than standalone simulation framework.

The purpose of this study is various discussion and alternatives focusing on integration of center for enhancing family policy delivery system and family support service the long term. The subject is managers who work at Healthy Family Support centers and Multicultural Family Centers. And they are responded non-structural questionnaire. The results were follows: First, 82.4% respondents of healthy support center and 50% respondents were in favor of integration. Second, reason of integration are conformance for social integration, the efficiency of center operations, the adequacy of program for various family, doing program with the goal of both centers of the similarity, complementary, and user convenience, prevent duplication and missing of services and so on, If the amount charged against the project of the center dissimilarity of institutions, including the operating direction was different. Third, the Center for the meaning of integration are name, organization, reorganization or consolidation of functions, was regarded as entrusted to corporate consolidation. Fourth, the consolidation that occurs during problem solving to ensure the succession of budgeting and human resources and program alternative for dressing up, commissioning center was the difference as problem solving.
