There are many problems that occur currently in agriculture industries. The problems such as unexpected of changing weather condition, lack of labor, dry soil were some of the reasons that may cause the growth of the plants. Condition of the weather in local area is inconsistent due to the global warming effect thus affecting the production of the crops. Furthermore, the loss of farm labor to urban manufacturing jobs is also the problem in this industry. Besides, the condition for the plant like air humidity, air temperature, air quality index, and soil moisture are not being recorded automatically which is more reason for the need of implementation system to monitor the data for future research and development of agriculture industry. As of this, we aim to provide a solution by developing IoT-based platform along with the irrigation for increasing crop quality and productivity in agriculture field. We aim to develop a smart garden system environment which the system is able to auto-monitoring the humidity and temperature of surroundings, air quality and soil moisture. The system also has the capability of automating the irrigation process by analyzing the moisture of soil and the climate condition (like raining). Besides, we aim to develop user-friendly system interface to monitor the data collected from the respective sensor. We adopt an open source hardware to implementation and evaluate this research.

The aim of this study is to find out problems between the '7th National Curriculum' and '2007 Revised National Curriculum' that would initially apply from 2009 and then to suggest better ways to improve computer education in Middle schools. A survey was carried out with a questionnaire. Based on the result, a comparison was made and a suggestion has been derived: Firstly, the computer subject should not be treated as a rival to others anymore, rather it should be considered as an essential subjects. Secondly, teachers who take computer subjects as their major should be allocated to middle schools. Thirdly, computer subjects should be taught systematically from elementary and be continued throughout in order to promote the level of the computer science education. Fourthly, the advantages of computer utilisation should be taken into account to layout the computer curriculum that is practicable and learner-centered. Finally, teachers should recognise the main aim of computer education and teach computer subjects to be useful in education. Though the revised version is not perfect the more the curriculums are revised, the better they might be expected to be developed. Consequently, whenever the newly revised computer curriculum emerges, the defects should be identified and addressed in order to achieve the aim of the computer curriculum.

We investigated the effects of Ponciri Fructus (PF) and Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (AI) on the cicular and longitudinal smooth muscle of rat gastric fundus. Methanol extracts of PF (PFM) and AI (AIM), water-fractions (PFW, AIW) and chloroform-fractions (PFC, AIC) of the extracts induced relaxation in the rat fundic circular muscle pre-contracted by U46619. All extracts showed relaxation without significant differences among the extracts. In the longitudinal smooth muscle, PFM and its water fraction, PFW, showed multiphasic effects, fast relaxation and rebound contraction followed by lasting relaxation. AIM and AIW showed diphasic effects, transient contraction followed by lasting relaxation. However, PFC and AIC induced only relaxation in the rat fundic longitudinal muscle contracted by U46619. PFM showed significantly more effective relaxation compared with PFW, AIM and AIW. Hesperidin, flavonoids known as common constituent of PF and AI and it's an aglycon, hesperetin, induced relaxation in both fundic circular and longitudinal smooth muscle pre-contracted by U46619. Poncirin, known as flavonoid content of PF showed also induced relaxation in the both circular and longitudinal smooth muscle pre-contracted by U46619. These results suggest that both PF and AI has relaxing effects on the gastric fundus smooth muscle and its effects might be caused by their flavonoids constituents.

In this paper, we propose an infrared LED tacking system called IRED Gun, which is designed for the game gun interface. The conventional systems are practically restricted by physical environment and are not robust to the measurement variations. We suggest the IRED Gun system to solve theses problems. Unlike conventional systems, our tracking system uses three infrared LED lights attached on monitor. Since the coordinate calibration is designed to regulate the detected target coordinates, more accurate aim position is calculated, which enables a game player to interact with a game more reliably. The experimental results verify the feasibility and validity of the calibration method and the infrared LED tacking system.

ACE 2000 ATM 교환기를 이용하여 MPLS 교환기를 구현 시, ATM 가입자 및 중계선을 수용하여 스위치와 정합 기능을 수행하는 AIM(ATM interface module)에 IP 패킷에 대한 룩업을 수행하여 ATM 스위치로 패킷을 포워딩하는 HFEA(High performance Forwarding Engine board Assembly)를 연동하기 위해서는 UTOPIA Level2 연결이 요구된다. 그러나 HFEA 에서 622Mbps 급 성능의 MXT4400(SAR) 칩은 TSAR(Transmit SAR)로 운용 시 Master모드로 동작하게 되고, AIM 모듈 또한 Rx에서 Master모드로 동작하기 때문에 이들을 연결하기 위해서는 양 모듈간에서 Slave 모드로 동작할 수 있는 UTOPIA Controller가 필요하게 된다. 이에 따라 ALMA(AW Layer Module Assembly)칩과 HFEA TSAR 사이에서 데이터를 전달하는 UTOPIA Controller를 Xilinx를 이용해 FPGA로 구현하였다.

The aim of this study to present useful information on effective space composition by understanding education process of a preschool for children's education and required interior space for this process. The 6th education process of a preschool as the criteria on this study would be classified into 5 spheres as follows : Health life, Social life, Expression life, Language life. survey life. And the required interior space would largely be classified into interesting sphere and home sphere. As a result of analyzing the space composition, we can draw conclusion as follows : First, the interior spaces for properly doing children's education process have close relations. So, each sphere too independent or too unified is not good. That is to say, each sphere has closely organic connection for enhancing efficiency. Secondly, children's service spaces are considered to in children's education process. And the space had better be made for children only considering their physical states. Finally, we have to in advance process. And the space had better be made for children only considering their physical states. Finally, we have to in advance understand educational aim and program because space composition can be changed according to the aim of education process.

First aim of this study is to investigate consumer's actual value for environment related performance of house by using three different method, Ranking, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Conjoint Analysis method. Second aim is to estimate consumers' monetary value about environment related factor through Marginal Willing to Pay(MWTP), and third aim is to find out the difference of values between the groups classified according to respondents' characteristics. A questionnaire survey was carried out in Seoul in order to clarify the preference and monetary value of four selected attributes. They are environmental performance, residents' health, home automation and increase of floor area. As a result, people showed high values in the order of health, environmental consideration, increase of floor area and home automation. Moreover, it was found out that MWTP for environmental performance and health are higher than market price. In addition, the group of high age and group of female showed high values for the reduction of $CO_2$ emission

This study aims to reflect the origin and the meaning of open education and to derive pedagogical principles for open mathematics education. Open education originates from Socrates who was the founder of discovery learning and has been developed by Locke, Rousseau, Froebel, Montessori, Dewey, Piaget, and so on. Thus open education is based on Humanism and Piaget's psychology. The aim of open education consists in developing potentials of children. The characteristics of open education can be summarized as follows: open curriculum, individualized instruction, diverse group organization and various instruction models, rich educational environment, and cooperative interaction based on open human relations. After considering the aims and the characteristics of open education, this study tries to suggest the aims and the directions for open mathematics education according to the philosophy of open education. The aim of open mathematics education is to develop mathematical potentials of children and to foster their mathematical appreciative view. In order to realize the aim, this study suggests five pedagogical principles. Firstly, the mathematical knowledge of children should be integrated by structurizing. Secondly, exploration activities for all kinds of real and concrete situations should be starting points of mathematics learning for the children. Thirdly, open-ended problem approach can facilitate children's diverse ways of thinking. Fourthly, the mathematics educators should emphasize the social interaction through small-group cooperation. Finally, rich educational environment should be provided by offering concrete and diverse material. In order to make open mathematics education effective, some considerations are required in terms of open mathematics curriculum, integrated construction of textbooks, autonomy of teachers and inquiry into children's mathematical capability.

Digital divide commonly means the gap among diverse stakeholders, businesses, physical areas, and individual people in terms of opportunities, accessibilities, and usabilities (Acilar, 2011). Lee and Park (2011) and Barzilai-Nahon (2006) suggested that the digital divide issues should be considered as an important public issue because proper public response may enhance or reduce the information gaps by the digital divide. This study is a follow-up study of the study of Lee and Park. This study's main aim is to clarify the changes of the digital divide in the rural areas during five years and to find out meaningful factors to reduce the gaps between the rural area and urban area. To achieve the research aim, this study analyzes the public data by ITSTAT and previous studies on the digital divide. Also this study follows the system thinking approach to model the causal relationships among diverse factors on the digital divide. With the results, this study suggests that the factors to measure the digital divide should be re-designed including smartphone penetration and accessibilities. Especially, current digital divide scoring factors should be considered in the way of social welfare.

In the 21st century, the era of artificial intelligence, it is demanded to make a change of the paradigm of education by the recent impact of the 4th industrial revolution. The education up to now has emphasized knowledge, meanwhile the human resources for the future are required to be armed with four C's: critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration capability, rather than being equipped with just knowledge. That is because the future society demands such abilities, especially the creativity of each individual. At this point, we are asked to consider the aim of education and teaching methods. In school education, students are to be respected and considered able to develop their potentials by themselves. They shouldn't be estimated by tests in the process of learning as they are now. We reconsider the aim of education here by taking a look at Whitehead's opinions and the present educational situations.
