탄천 이용자의 인식조사를 통한 생태계서비스의 트레이드오프 관계 고찰 (A Study of Ecosystem Services Trade-off based on user Perception in Tancheon)

  • Since the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment Report was published in 2005, the conflict between development and the preservation of the ecological environment has turned to paying attention to value assessments in rational decision-making. In recent years, the concept of ecosystem services has been recognized as a viable one for making significant decisions. However, a trade-off between increase and decrease occurs between the ecosystem services sub-categories (cultural service, regulating service, supporting service, and provisioning service), for which research centering on target sites is needed. To this end, the present study aims to investigate the trade-off relationship between service categories to search for reasonable decision-making strategies. As the research method, a survey was conducted using the translated version of SoIVES(Social Value for Ecosystem Services) 3.0 questionnaire of the United States Geological Survey. The research findings demonstrate the economic value, based on the derived monetary value of each service category, the economic value of the target site was compared among landscape aesthetic value 8,050,000 won, recreation value 6,750,000 won, biodiversity value 4,610,000 won, healing value 3,970,000 won, life-sustaining value 2,090,000 won, and productive value 220,000 won. And then the primarily recognized value criteria of the Tancheon ecosystem services illustrate landscape aesthetic and recreation value. Besides, this study illustrates visualized trade-off relationships based on user perception, and the derived relations illustrate the trade-off relationship between the cultural service, regulating service, supporting service, and provisioning service, as well as relationships between the components of the sub-categories.

  • Due to the development of the media, the digital image is gradually developed, giving some motion to the still image called Cinemagraphs, thereby enhancing the visual perceptional ventilation. In today's advertising media, visual stimuli are transmitted through Cinemagraphs. Demonstrate what is conveyed by aesthetics through case studies and experimental studies. In addition, through Cinemagraphs, the possibility of aesthetic technique is confirmed, and the features of Cinemagraphs will become a new trend in the field of design studying digital images. As IT technology becomes increasingly sophisticated and easy to make, it is expressed as a cultural symbolic pleasure of the masses. The value of future research will be significant.

지각적-인지적 판단과 감정적 판단에 따른 복잡성과 선호도의 관계 - 상업공간의 실내디자인을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationships between Complex and Preference by Perceptual-cognitive and Affective Judgement - Focused on the Commercial Interior Design -)

  • Design is inseparably related to aesthetics. In spite of that, it is difficult to explain the precise aesthetic variables that affect the aesthetic value of space or environment. Therefore, this study intended to find the relationships between aesthetic variables by perceptual and affective judgement for space design with focus on complexity and preference variables. The research found low level of 'arousing' as well as high levels of affective dimension variables 'pleasant' and 'relaxing' evoked high preference. High preference also appeared in space design cases with high unity, order, and clarity with low contrast and complexity, which are variables of perceptual dimension. Complexity, one variables of preference by Kaplan, is in an inverse proportion to space preference. Thus, space design with high complexity has high level of 'exciting' and 'arousing' affective responses and relatively low level of 'relaxing' response. Additionally, it was confirmed that the most importantly influential factor on complexity was diverse components rather than visual richness and ornamentation.

  • In this modern digital era, there are very vigorous arguments about digital and media aesthetics throughout culture and art on the basis of new transferring of recognition about the art-media's characteristics. Therefore, this paper tries to discover the art-media's characteristics and aesthetic value that are included in contemporary digital fashion through studying the fusion between digital and fashion. The purpose of this research is to offer positive and evolutive opportunity of artistic thinking to make the meeting between fashion and media suggest the future generation, adaptation and recognition in the media - developmental environment that will be deeper and more fueling. In the area of research method, this paper takes the method of theoretical research by referring national and foreign literatures and preceding research-papers, and carries out investigation and analysis about digital fashion for the last 10 years. The results of this study; The art-media's characteristics of modern digital fashion are virtuality, immateriality and characteristics of multimedia. The aesthetic values can be classified with four kinds of properties. First is hybridity initiated from multi-media that creates works; the second is infinite reproductivity initiated from the characteristics of the multi media and the digital carrier. Thirdly, there is also interactivity appeared all over the area of production, adaptation and perception caused by non-linearity and immateriality. Finally there is synesthesia that can extend the capability of sense through digital media.

Digital immersive experiences with the future of shelf painting -From "Kandinsky, the Abstract Odyssey."

  • In the early 20th century, Walter Benjamin analyzed the changes in the value of traditional art forms under the industrial era and the changes in the aesthetic attitude of the masses. A century later, in the contemporary multi-art world, the traditional medium of shelf painting is once again experiencing a similar situation as the last century. Emerging technology display modes such as digital virtual reality and digital immersive experience can achieve digital reproduction of paintings on shelves and reach a certain level of performance, which once again shocks the public's aesthetic perception. This paper attempts to illustrate the outstanding characteristics of the new art form after digital reconstruction by exploring the transformation and sublimation of digital technology to shelf painting. We predict that art research on future reality and augmented reality according to the artificial intelligence era will be conducted in depth in the future.

동양회화에 있어서 형상관점의 심미 (The beauty of form in Oriental painting from a realistic point of view)

  • The intention of the research is to look into the form reflecting the spiritual image due to Oriental aesthetic from a realistic point of view. In this regard, I will pay attention to examining the process from figurative perspectives, in which painting image by subject acquires the beauty of form. Of the main subjection this paper, figure is an image itself appearing in painting. At this point, I will attempt to show how the meaning and value of image have been interpreted and judged on the aesthetic standard in Oriental painting in particular. For this process, I generalize the conception of the image as 'figure' and through this I will reconsider the standard of understanding and the value of perception regarding painting images on the method which are more applicable to the expressions of Oriental painting. The reason why I try to find out the true nature of images in Oriental painting from a figurative viewpoint is to convert a conventional sense of value which recognizes the images of Oriental painting only as results of idealism, into more practical field. If the true nature of Oriental painting is fixed and restricted to natures of idealism, any productive development and any changes in form for future couldn't be expected at all. In fact, what the ideological and aesthetic values of art suggest is clearly a proof of real art form. However, it is not a hard thing to prospect that only a superficial idealism will be ceaselessly produced, while the practical study about aesthetic values, meaningful results of painting expressions, is totally ignored, if ideology itself is used as criteria to judge the identity of it or if only the idealistic aesthetic values are emphasized while any clue to show a real existence of oriental paintings is not certain. Actually, nobody can deny the fact that interests about real natures regarding art expressions have been relatively ignored while armed with mental ideology for esthetic view of oriental painting in traditionalism Therefore, it is clear that 'spiritual status' itself can generate any form. Traditionally, in the Orient, the standard of judging a real value of things, which put a focus on a spiritual view of value rather than on a materialistic view of it, has been vaguely positioned the identity of images in painting As a result, the aesthetic convention has finally committed to an error that for images of oriental painting, ideological criteria like so called spiritualism are applied as a judging way, and esthetic meanings and values of real painting are considered as strategic results and spiritual intentions.

체험경제이론에 의한 북큐레이션 교육 프로그램이 지각된 가치와 지속적 참여 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effect of the Book Curation Education Program Using Experiential Economy Theory on Perceived Value, Continuous Participation Intent)

  • 본 연구는 체험경제이론을 반영한 북큐레이션 교육 프로그램을 개발, 실행한 후에 프로그램에 대한 인식이 지각된 가치와 지속적 참여 의도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하려는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 북큐레이션 교육 프로그램은 체험경제이론에 따른 4가지 요소 즉, 오락적 경험, 교육적 경험, 현실 도피적 경험, 심미적 경험을 교수·학습 활동에 반영하였다. 이 연구는 프로그램의 효과를 측정하기 위해 프로그램에 참여한 195명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 분석한 결과, 연구가설 1(북큐레이션 교육 프로그램의 경험에 대한 인식이 프로그램의 지각된 가치에 영향을 미친다)은 심미적 경험과 오락적 경험이 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 연구가설 2(북큐레이션 교육 프로그램의 경험에 대한 인식이 지속적 참여 의도에 영향을 미친다)는 교육적 경험을 제외한 다른 모든 요인이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.

모시 소재의 문양에 따른 감성 이미지 평가 (The Effect of Motives of Ramie Fabrics on Sensory Image Evaluation)

  • The purpose of the study were to find out (1) the effect of motives on perceiver's image perception on ramie fabrics, and perceiver's trait, age and gender on sensory image evaluation of ramie fabrics. The research was a quasi experiment and experimental materials developed for the study were a set of material stimuli and semantic differential scales to measure sensory image of the stimuli, an aesthetic value scale. the independent design was motif design techniques(Plain Weave, burnt-out, embroidery, stripe, check). The subjects were 421 adults in Daejeon and Seachun. The results was as follows: The factor analysis of semantic differential scales for the ramie materials emerged 4 different image dimensions: attractiveness, hand, elegance, weight). The five design techniques showed significantly different image affects on some selective dimensions. The burn-out design gave the most attractive image, the embroidery design gave the softest image and plain weaved fabric presented the lightest hand image. Consumer's aesthetic values, gender and age tended to affect sensory image evaluation of ramie materials. On conclusion the result revealed that design strategy for the ramie material, design development though motives will be an essential process. and for material design pursued design image and target consumer's trait should be carefully considered.

환경인지의 시각적 질과 그 효과에 관한 연구 - 경험미학적 관점 - (The Visual Quality in Environmental Cognition and Its Effect on Human Behavior - From the Perspective of Empirical Aesthetics -)

  • 본 연구는 미래 도시경관 ·건축환경에서 요구되는 미학적 질에 관한 연구로 다수가 선호하고 즐거워할 수 있는 과학적이고 객관적인 미적 가치, 시각적 특성들을 제안하는 것이 목표이다. 연구의 이론적 접근방법은 경험 과학적 미학으로 이를 통한 인간지각.인지.행동의 본성을 이해하고자 하였으며 미적 환경이 갖는 시각적 질의 특성을 범주화하고 그 효과를 설명, 예측하고자 하였다. 그리고 환경지각.인지이론과 새롭게 제시된 환경미학모델들을 검토하였으며 환경디자인에 적용될 수 있는 미학적 특성들을 제안하였다. 첫째, 시각적 질에 대한 미적 경험은 심리 생물학적 특성과 인간활동의 결합과정으로 환경의 형식적.상징적 그리고 내적인 표상체계의 상호작용에 의해서 이루어짐을 알 수 있다. 또한 시각적 질은 사회 문화적 가치, 개인적.집단적 가치 등으로 인해 다양성과 차이가 있으므로 절대화 할 수 없는 복잡한 영역으로 간주되었다. 둘째, 시각적 질의 효과, 미적 반응은 궁극적으로 즐거움, 선호, 인간생존을 위한 적응과 자율성 등에 관계된다. 셋째, 미학은 더욱더 통합적인 학제간 연구를 통해 발전될 수 있으며 이러한 미학적 경험자료는 디자인, 계획, 평가를 위한 기초적인 정보가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

직장여성의 발레피트니스 수업 경험에 대한 미적 가치 인식 연구 (A Study on the Aesthetic Value Recognition of Work Women's Ballet Fitness Class Experience)

  • 이 연구는 발레피트니스 수업을 수강하고 있는 직장여성들의 수업에 대한 미적 가치 인식에 대해 질적 분석하고 연구 참여자들의 의견에 따라 발레피트니스 수업이 올바르게 정착되기 위한 방법 모색을 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 지역 교육기관에서 발레피트니스 수업을 수강하고 있는 직장여성 9명으로 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 진행하였으며 인터뷰는 반구조화 형식의 질문지를 바탕으로 진행되었다. 이후 범주화 내용은 전문가 검토 및 동료 간의 검토로 도출되었다. 그 결과 첫째, 연구 참여자들은 발레피트니스 수업을 통해 일상의 즐거움과 통증개선에 도움이 되었으며 발레공연 또한 관심 있게 보게 되었지만 수업에 관련한 정보제공이 미흡한 점은 개선되기를 바라며 불만을 표하였다. 둘째, 연구 참여자들은 발레피트니스 수업의 이점을 가족 및 주변 지인들에게 적극 알리고 있었으며 이 운동이 발레에 대한 어려운 이미지의 개선에도 도움이 되기를 바라였다. 이 연구를 토대로 발레피트니스 수업은 직장여성들에게 취미 운동으로 충분히 자리 잡을 수 있도록 기대하였다.
