The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationships between adult educators' instructional leadership, learners' motivation and performance among those participants in education for urban-rural migration. The survey was conducted among 22 agricultural educational institutions in South Korea, and a total number of 1,109 learners responded to a questionnaire. In order to verify the hypothesized research model, the collected data were analyzed with structural equation modeling. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, adult educators' instructional leadership had a direct effect and an indirect effect on learners' performance. Second, adult educators' instructional leadership had a direct effect on learners' motivation. Third, learners' motivation had a direct effect on learners' performance.

본 연구는 평생교육자의 핵심역량과 성인학습자의 생애능력의 관계에서 창의성의 매개효과 영향을 살펴보는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구 대상은 경기도 지역의 평생교육기관에서 평생교육 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 성인을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 최종적으로 총 520부가 연구분석에 사용 되었으며, AMOS 22.0 프로그램의 구조방정식 모형을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였으며, 부트스트래핑 방법을 이용하여 성인학습자의 창의성에 대한 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 성인학습자의 생애능력 중 문제해결능력이 평생교육자의 핵심역량의 하위요인인 기획역량, 실행역량, 지원역량과 상관이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 성인학습자의 창의성 중 독창적 유연성이 성인학습자의 생애능력과 가장 상관이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생교육자의 핵심역량과 창의성은 성인학습자의 생애능력에 74.6%의 영향력이 있었고, 이중 창의성이 평생교육자의 핵심역량보다 성인학습자의 생애능력에 가장 많이 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 평생교육자의 핵심역량과 성인학습자의 생애능력의 관계에서 창의성의 매개효과를 살펴 본 결과, 창의성을 생애능력에 미치는 영향력이 검증되어 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 성인학습자의 창의성은 생애능력을 향상시키기 위한 중요한 변인으로 나타났으며, 평생교육자의 핵심역량을 기반으로 성인학습자 창의성에 대해 질적 향상이 이루어져야 한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 생애능력에 미치는 영향 요인이 핵심역량보다 창의성이 높다는 점을 통해 평생교육 성인학습자의 창의성을 높일 수 있는 실무적 방안을 통하여 성인 학습자 자신의 삶의 질을 높이고 성공적인 삶을 모색할 수 있는 교육환경과 기회가 제공되어야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

이 연구는 성인학습자의 평생교육의식, 참여동기, 학습성과에 관한 구조적 관계를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 대전광역시 5개구에서 운영 중인 평생교육기관에서 평생학습 프로그램에 참여중인 성인학습자 319명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인학습자의 평생교육의식은 학습성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인학습자의 평생교육의식은 참여동기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여동기는 학습성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성인학습자의 평생교육의식과 학습성과는 참여동기를 매개로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 관련변인으로 평생교육의식, 참여동기가 영향력을 갖는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 평생교육의식 전환이 이루어져, 평생학습에 대한 참여동기가 부여되고, 학습성과 향상으로 이어져, 궁극적으로 평생학습 참여기회가 확대될 수 있음을 시사해준다.

이 연구는 평생학습에 참여하는 성인학습자의 특성, 참여동기, 강사의 학습진행방법, 기관만족, 학습성과의 구조적 인과관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 또한 성인학습자 특성과 학습성과의 관계에서 다른 세 개의 변인이 어떻게 매개역할을 하는지 역시 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 평생교육에 참여하는 성인학습자 444명에게 설문을 실시하고 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인학습자의 특성이 학습성과 뿐만 아니라 강사의 학습진행방법, 참여동기, 기관만족에 미치는 영향은 모두 정(+)적인 유의한 결과를 얻었다. 둘째, 강사의 학습진행방법은 기관만족에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 참여동기에는 영향을 주지 않으며 학습성과에는 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 참여동기는 학습성과와 기관만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성인 학습자 특성과 학습성과 사이에서 최적의 매개경로 모형을 살펴본 결과, 기관만족을 통한 경로가 최적임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 평생교육현장에서 성인학습자의 학습성과를 높이기 위한 방안과 평생교육기관의 역할을 제언하였다.

본 연구는 성인학습자의 특성과 사이버강의 몰입구인간의 관련성을 살펴보고 몰입, 스트레스, 문제해결간의 관계를 밝혀 보려는데 연구목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 서울에 소재한 K사이버대학교 재학생 1044명 이였으며 학생들은 온라인설문지 형태에 자발적으로 참여하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 즐거움, 관여, 주의집중, 시간왜곡의 몰입구인에서 학년, 연령, 결혼상태, 수강신청 과목 수라는 성인학습자의 특성에 따라 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 사이버강의 몰입은 스트레스와 부적상관관계를 보였고 문제해결과는 정적상관관계를 보였다. 이 연구를 통해 성인학습자의 사이버강의 몰입향상을 구체화하는 프로그램 마련을 위해서 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 성인학습자의 다양한 배경과 특성을 고려한 사이버강의 설계가 필요하며, 둘째, 성인학습자가 학습과정에서 몰입감을 높일 수 있도록 다양한 사이버강의 평가방법의 개발 및 적용이 필요하며, 셋째, 성인학습자들의 사이버강의 몰입향상을 제공할 수 있는 스트레스 관리와 문제해결능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 체계적인 학업상담이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of motivation on academic achievement and satisfaction of adult learners in an e-Learning environment, and to come up with strategies to improve the effectiveness of e-Learning for adult learners. In order to find answer, devices were developed, tested for validity and reliability, and use for testing variables for 289 adult learners. To measure the impact of achievement motivation on learning in job training, a multiple regression analysis was performed. The analysis results show that achievement motivation has an impact on academic achievement with significance level .001, but does not have an impact on a learner's satisfaction. Further analyses on the subcategories of achievement motivation show that individual-oriented motivation affects achievement with significance level of .001, while social-oriented motivation does not. From this finding, some strategies to boost individual-oriented motivation are suggested to enhance effectiveness of job training in e-Learning environment. Further strategies to boost individual-oriented motivation should be developed by studying various aspects of e-Learning such as learning environments, learning culture, learning modes and methods, and evaluation.

A사이버교육시스템 성인학습자의 자기조절학습 관련 학습 추이를 분석하여 교육 성과를 높이기 위해 인공지능을 활용한 알고리즘 모델을 다양하게 설계하고, 그것을 실제 데이터에 적용함으로써 성능을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 A사이버교육시스템에서 115명의 성인학습자의 로그 데이터를 분석하였다. A사이버교육시스템 성인학습자들은 대부분 권장 학습 시간 이상을 학습하였으나, 학기 말에는 권장 학습 시간 대비 실제 학습 시간이 현저하게 감소하였다. VOD 참여율이나 형성평가 참여율, 학습 활동 참여율에서도 학습 후반부에 접어들수록 학습 참여율이 떨어졌다. 따라서 교육 성과를 높이려면 학습 시간이 후반에도 지속될 수 있도록 지원해야 한다 판단하여 후반부에 학습 시간이 떨어지는 학습자를 찾아내기 위해 Tensorflow를 활용한 인공지능 모델을 개발하여 수강 시작 날짜별 학습 시간을 예측하였다. 그 결과, CNN 모델을 활용하여 단일 출력 또는 다중 출력을 예측할 경우 다른 모델에 비해 평균 절대 오차가 가장 낮게 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the educational service quality of lifelong education institutions on the job preparation behavior of adult learners, and to suggest important factors that enhance the job preparation behavior of adult learners and ways to contribute to the improvement of educational service quality. Methods: In this study, 260 adult learners using lifelong educational institutions located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were statistically analyzed with SPSS 22.0 as a study sample. Results: First, lecturer expertise, educational environment, educational programs, and administrative services of instructors, which are sub-factors of educational service quality, were all adopted as positive (+) influences on educational satisfaction. Second, the lecturer expertise and educational programs were adopted due to the positive (+) effect on job search efficacy, but the educational environment and administrative services were rejected. Third, educational satisfaction was adopted as a positive (+) effect on job search efficacy. Fourth, educational satisfaction was adopted as a positive (+) effect on job preparation behavior. Fifth, job search efficacy was adopted as a positive effect on job preparation behavior. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it suggests that educational satisfaction and job search efficacy are important variables for adult learners using lifelong education institutions, and provides basic data on variables necessary to increase their job effectiveness in a rapidly changing job environment.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation of ego-resilience in the relationship between social capital and safety awareness safety pursuit behavior of adult learners in order to provide a basis for planning safety education to improve the safety behaviors. The participants were 162 adult learners who participated in the "Go to find safety classroom of citizens" in Changwon city. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires and analyzed with the SPSS-WIN 20.0 program. As a results, first, the mean score for social capital was 3.36(social confidence 3.38, reciprocal norms 3.29, networks 3.22, democratic citizen awareness 3.56), ego-resilience 3.57. Second, social capital was significant correlation ego-resilience(r=.63, p<.001) and safety awareness safety pursuit behavior(r=.44, p<.001). Third, ego-resilience was significant correlation safety awareness safety pursuit behavior(r=.54, p<.001). Forth, ego-resilience had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between social capital and safety awareness safety pursuit behavior. Based on these findings of this study, safety education focusing on ego-resilience and social capital improvement are highly recommended to promote safety behavior in adult learners.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the English pronunciation for high-leveled adult Korean speakers based on pronunciation proficiency test. For this purpose, one native English speaker and eight Korean speakers' suprasegmental features such as sentence F0, standard deviation of vowels and stressed / unstressed vowels' F0, duration and intensity were measured and analyzed. The major results show that (1) high-leveled adult Korean speakers' sentence F0 was similar to that of native English speaker, (2) vowel durations, were less diverse than those of native English speakers, and (3) high-leveled adult Korean speakers utilize vowel duration more actively than F0 to indicate the stress assignment of vowels.
