  • This study is to look into importance and achievement on awareness of creative musical audiences, who use SNS, by the use of Importance Performance Analysis(IPA), and to find ways to improve the recognition of creative musical by performance enterprise. In other words, the study is to discover choice attributes, that need to be urgently improved, which importance is rated high but which achievement is rated low. As a result, it is learned that composition of content(memorable dialogue), admission fee(ticket prices, charges of using additional facilities), theater(parking), composition of stage(acoustics of the stage), staff services(ticket box staff, usher, and etc. are should be properly controlled by staff expertise) need to be consistently improved. In addition, it is learned for SNS non-user group that choice items such as creative musical choice attribute(admission fee), composition of stage(acoustics of the stage), production(overall music from a musical), admission fee(ticket prices, charges of using additional facilities), and theater(parking) need to be improved.

  • Cloud Computing allows application providers seamlessly scaling their services and enables users scaling their usage according to their needs. In this paper, using queuing game model, we present service scheduling schemes which are used in software as a service (SaaS). The object is maximizing the Cloud Computing platform's (CCP's) payoff via controlling the service requests whether to join or balk, and controlling the value of CCP's admission fee. Firstly, we treat the CCP as one virtual machine (VM) and analyze the optimal queue length with a fixed admission fee distribution. If the position number of a new service request is bigger than the optimal queue length, it balks. Otherwise, it joins in. Under this scheme, the CCP's payoff can be maximized. Secondly, we extend this achievement to the multiple VMs situation. A big difference between single VM and multiple VMs is that the latter one needs to decide which VM the service requests turn to for service. We use a corresponding algorithm solve it. Simulation results demonstrate the good performance of our schemes.

  • This study aims to determine the value of the willingness to pay(WTP) admission fees through surveying the level at which visitors to national science museums in Korea are willing to pay for admission fees. The determination helps objectively identify ways to substantially increase admission-based revenues, thereby enhancing managerial efficiency of national science museums. Using the contingent valuation method(CVM), we analyzed the WTP for admission fees of 250 visitors to Gwacheon National Science Museum. The statistical analysis revealed that the average amount of WTP was far higher than the current admission fees(4,000 won for adults and 2,000 won for children and adolescents). WTP of questionnaire respondents was normally distributed at the mean of 8,447 won for adult admission and 6,535 won for non-adult admission to Gwacheon National Science Museum. This result can be used as basic evidence to redetermine admission fees of national science museums and ultimately improve financial vitality.

  • The increase in medical expenses for convalescent hospitals is increasing abnormally, which puts enormous burden on the National health insurance finances. This is a phenomenon that has been associated with the social phenomenon of rapid aging. The fact that the convalescent hospitals are paid the fixed amount per day for hospitalization became the incentive for some hospitals to use the patients as means of making money. And these hospitals intend to get regular care or take medicines at other hospitals in order to reduce medical expenses, even when the medical fee is paid. In order to prevent such financial leaks, the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service adjusted the patient group for inpatients in a hospital with the above behavior, and then cut the cost of medical care benefits. However, Above decision was canceled by the court on the grounds that there was no basis rule. However, based on the above case, I think that it can be an opportunity to draw up the problem and to improve of the Medical Fee System of hospital. The modified medical fee system can strengthen the medical function of the convalescent hospital. In addition, it seems reasonable to exclude admission for "physically disabled group". Even if admission is allowed for the physically disabled group due to social needs, it should be excluded from the National health insurance for the fianacial soundness and the sustainability of the system.

  • Purpose: To know for what the medical expenditure had been used and to seek the way how it can be efficiently redistributed, I investigated total medical expenditure according to the time period to death in the expired patients for recent 2 years. Methods: 21patients were enrolled in this study. Total medical expenditure including benefit charge and non-benefit charge charged to patients in in-patient department(IPD) and out-patient department(OPD) was counted according to the period for one year by death. Results: 94.7% of the total medical expenditure had been payed for admission-related expenditure and 89% during period 3 and 4 for 6months before death, which may be due to the more days of admission during those periods. 70.1% of the total expenditure had been charged on the admission-fee, room charge, diet, and administration of the fluid, medicines, and blood etc. Conclusion: Majority of medical expenditure has been used in the affairs being unable to improve the survival or quality of life of patients and during the periods closer to death. Here, it would be needed heartily to look for the best ways in detail how the idea of hospice can come true through nation-wide and social consensus.

  • This study, by using SNS, is to find ways to improve the recognition of the audience on creative musical for performance planning and marketing after looking into how the choice attributes of creative musical has the different impact on satisfaction. As a result, the audiences who use SNS show that the composition of content(1st ranking), main actors(2nd ranking), reviews on musical(3rd raking), and production(4th ranking) have the impact on their satisfaction but the stage composition, staff service, satisfaction on theater, and admission fee haven't. For those who don't use SNS, however, the composition of content(1st ranking), reviews on musical(2nd ranking), production(3rd raking), and main actors(4th ranking) affect the satisfaction while the staff service, stage composition, admission fee, satisfaction on theater hardly make any effect on it.

  • This study was designed to provide basic visitor information for establishing effective visitor management strategies. A questionnaire survey was carried on at major entry points(Dobong district) in Bukhansan National Park. 239 random samples of visitor were chosen to represent general visitor population. As for the results from comparing other studies, some differences of demographic characteristics(age, income, occupation etc.) and use patterns(purpose, group types etc.) exist. Total visitors' satisfaction level with the area was relatively high. However, negative impacts on the trails and trash problem by increasing visitor numbers due to abrogating admission fee were indicated as the managerial priority in Bukhansan National Park.
