In this paper, we develop a system that can add additional information to video for educational purposes by utilizing various Open APIs. Teachers can use the system to reconstruct general videos for educational purposes. Especially, teachers can use various Open APIs easily without programming by simply typing keywords. In addition, the system manages the information about keywords so that it can provide learning contents that are appropriate for the students. Using the proposed system, students can easily understand the contents of the video and extend the knowledge since the information about keywords are adaptively provided.

In this paper, we proposed an algorithm based on movement prediction using Markov chain in delay tolerant networks(DTNs). The existing prediction algorithms require additional information such as a node's schedule and connectivity between nodes. However, network reliability is lowered when additional information is unknown. To solve this problem, we proposed an algorithm for predicting a movement path of the node by using Markov chain. The proposed algorithm maps speed and direction for a node into state, and predict movement path of the node using transition probability matrix generated by Markov chain. As the result, proposed algorithm show that the proposed algorithms has competitive delivery ratio but with less average latency.

To guarantee secure communication in wireless sensor networks, secret keys should be securely established between sensor nodes. Recently, a simple key distribution scheme has been proposed for pair-wise key establishment in sensor networks by Anderson, Chan, and Perrig. They defined a practical attack model for non-critical commodity sensor networks. Unfortunately, the scheme is vulnerable under their attack model. In this paper, we describe the vulnerability in their scheme and propose a modified one. Our scheme is secure under their attack model and the security of our scheme is proved. Furthermore, our scheme does not require additional communication overhead nor additional infrastructure to load potential keys into sensor nodes.

Purpose Due to COVID19, the over-the-top media service (OTT) market is growing faster than expected at an annual average of 26.4%. In Korea, WAVVE, which integrated SKT's Oksusu and POOQ in September 2019, outperformed Netflix in the number of users immediately after its launch, but the number of users gradually decreased. Research on OTT investigated the spread of new media due to changes in regulations or policy, mostly in broadcasting media. On the other hand, OTT research in information systems began after the success of Netflix. It investigated consumers' satisfaction with information technology using the Information Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study investigates changes in consumer perceptions in the OTT market, which has grown after the Netflix's entry into Korea, the emergence of WAVVE and new OTT service providers, and the spread of COVID19. Design/methodology/approach This study selects contents, fees, service quality, and additional services as factors to evaluate consumer perception using AHP. Findings According to the 101 respondents, the content was the most important factor, followed by service quality, fees, and additional services. Contrary to previous findings that price is the determining factor in service adoption, this study reveals that consumers are willing to pay a reasonable amount for rich content and excellent service quality. Future research will use demographic analysis to reveal differences in consumer's perceptions of service selection.

Farming activities are transforming from traditional skill-based agriculture into knowledge-based and technology-driven digital agriculture. The use of intelligent information and communication technology introduces the idea of smart farming that enables farmers to collect weather data, monitor crop growth remotely and detect crop diseases easily. The introduction of Plantix, a pest and disease management tool in the form of a mobile application has allowed farmers to identify pests and diseases of the crop using their mobile devices. Hence, this study collected the reviews of Plantix to explore the response of the users on the Google Play Store towards the application through Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling. Results indicate four latent topics in the reviews: two positive evaluations (compliments, appreciation) and two suggestions (plant options, recommendations). We found the users suggested the application to additional plant options and additional features that might help the farmers with their difficulties. In addition, the application is expected to benefit the farmer more by having an early alert of diseases to farmers and providing various substitutes and a list of components for the remedial measures.

This study make comparative analysis of the cataloging rules on the edition area included in the KCR4, NCR(2001), AACR2R, ISBD(M), and ISBD(ER). There is a delicate difference between the cataloging rules. The main features on the edition are as the follows. (1) In the bibliography description the concept of the edition is a general application. That is to say, the edition construct the new edition and the impression. The former comes the purview of a change content, the size, and a printing type. The latter publish newly- (2) The requisite for description of the edition area consists of a edition statement, statements of responsibility relating to the edition, additional edition statement, and statements of responsibility following an additional edition statement. Voluntary rules transcribe the parallel edition statement. (3) In the case of the electronic materials special versions on content and Auction indicates as the edition, but the environment of software does not indicate as it. (4) Parallel statement of responsibility relating to the edition, parallel additional edition statements, and parallel statements of responsibility following an additional edition statement are voluntary rules or not transcribed in the edition area.

A continuous fine-tuning phase locked loop with an additional negative feedback loop has been proposed. When the phase locked loop is out-of-lock, the phase locked loop has a fast locking characteristic using the continuous band-selection loop. When the phase locked loop is near in-lock, the bandwidth is narrowed with the fine loop. The additional negative feedback loop consists of a voltage controlled oscillator, a frequency voltage converter and its internal loop filter. It serves a negative feedback function to the main phase locked loop, and improves the phase noise characteristics and the stability of the proposed phase locked loop. The additional negative feedback loop makes the continuous fine-tuning loop work stably without any voltage fluctuation in the loop filter. Measurement results of the fabricated phase locked loop in $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process show that the phase noise is -109.6dBc/Hz at 2MHz offset from 742.8MHz carrier frequency.

In a Single Frequency Network (SFN) for Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) terrestrial digital television (DTV) system, the interferences induced by the multiple transmitters and/or repeaters using same frequency are unavoidable. To ease the interference handing in the SFN for ATSC DTV system, transmitter identification (TxID) signal is recommended in the ATSC terrestrial DTV system. The TxID signal is embedded in the ATSC DTV signal and transmitted from each transmitter and repeater within the SFN and in ATSC recommended practice (RP) A/111, Kasami sequence is recommended as the TxID signal. In this paper, we propose an additional data transmission scheme using the TxID signal. In the proposed scheme, the Kasami sequence not only acts as the conventional TxID of the SFN for ATSC terrestrial DTV system but also carriers the additional data bits on its polarity and the code phase.

In this paper, we propose a generalized Kullback-Leibler (KL) information for measuring the distance between two distribution functions where the extension to the censored case is immediate. The generalized KL information has the nonnegativity and characterization properties, and its censored version has the additional property of monotonic increase. We also extend the discussion to the discrete case and propose a generalized censored measure which is comparable to Pearson's chi-square statistic.

Wireless & data traffic are increasing, resulting in the need for integrating different networks into a unified platform for network efficiency, cost savings and additional revenue opportunities.
