Mobile communication industry is attracting a lot of attention all over the world and is expected to continue developing endlessly with the current rapid development of IT industry. Nowadays, mobile communication companies of vietnam are competing about service quality in order to retain existing customers and improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study attempts to research about the effect of mobile communication service quality on customer satisfaction and affecting relationship between customers satisfaction and customer loyalty. In this research empirically examine how mobile communication service quality influence customer loyalty in Vietnam. To do this, after considering characteristics of mobile communication service quality, quality measurement instrument was designed including call quality, call charge, cellphone, added service quality, corporate image, employee's attitude, and behavior. The study finds that all factors of call quality, added servces quality, corporate image, employee's attitude and behavior have positive effect on customer satisfaction except call charge and customers satisfaction also effects customers loyalty positively. From these results, Vietnam domestic mobile communication companies and foreign companies can grasp the general information about Vietnam mobile communication industry, and then, establish customers satisfaction strategies more effectively.

This paper suggests an e-learning system model, a goal-driven personalized e-learning system, which increase the effectiveness of learning. An e-learning system following this model makes the learner choose the learning goal. The learner's choice would lead learning. Therefore, the system enables a personalized adaptive learning, which will raise the effectiveness of learning. Moreover, this paper proposes a SCORM standard, which modifies SCORM 2004 that has been insufficient to implement the "goal driven personalized e-learning system." We add a data model representing the goal that motivates learning, and propose a standard for statistics on learning objects usage. We propose each standard for contents model and sequencing information model which are parts of "goal driven personalized e-learning system." We also propose that manifest file should be added for the standard for contents model, and the file which represents the information of hierarchical structure and general learning paths should be added for the standard for sequencing information model. As a result, the system could sequence and search learning objects. We proposed an e-learning system and modified SCORM standards by considering the many factors of adaptive learning. We expect that the system enables us to optimally design personalized e-learning system.

Unlike physical products, the distribution of digital content has involved many participants in all distribution phases from providers to consumers. The longer the distribution channel for services is, or the more participants that take part in it, the more the added value of the content increases. Consequently, the customer usefulness has been maximized. In order to enhance the values of digital content, it is utterly urgent to implement a service infrastructure that could be shared by all participants along the distribution path. Digital content is distributed from a creator to a final user through complex value chain stages. All the participants along the value chain exchange information about copyrights, marketing, and contents themselves, through the distribution channel. Recently, the more the distributed Information Technology environment has been widely used, the more the necessity of an identifier for digital content has been increased. In this paper, we examine the current status of the Korean distribution market of digital content, identify necessary distribution services of digital content, and establish a systematic roadmap to implement these services.

Loosely coupled properties of SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) services do not guarantee that service applications always work properly. Service errors may also influence other services of SOA. These characteristics adversely affect software reliability. Therefore, it is a challenge to effectively manage system change and errors for operating services normally. In this study, we propose a SOA based framework using AOP(Aspect Oriented Programming) for reliable service applications. AOP provides a way to manipulate cross-cutting concerns such as logging, security and reliability and these concerns can be added to applications through weaving process. We define a service specification and an aspect specification for this framework. This framework also includes service provider, requester, repository, platform, manager, and aspect weaver to handle changes and exceptions of applications. Independent Exception Handler is stored to exhibited external Aspect Service Repository. When exception happened, Exception Handler is linked dynamically according to aspect rule that is defined in aspect specification and offer function that handle exception alternate suitable service in systematic error situation. By separating cross-cutting concerns independently, we expect that developer can concentrate on core service implementation and reusability, understanding, maintainability increase. Finally, we have implemented a prototype system to demonstrate the feasibility of our framework in case study.

The ubiquitous middleware configurated an aggregation of the various services. The services are made in different languages and the various services that are dynamically changing environment are carried out in collaboration service. The ubiquitous system that services in the these environment is required appropriate response to real-time system and reliability. In this paper, we suggest the monitoring agent that a monitoring system added or removed the services in real-time is made continuous monitoring in run-time environment and guaranteed performance and reliability of a application by maximally reducing overhead that combined with applications is occurred. The suggested scheme shows the demonstration to fit the scenario situation and verifies function and performance of monitoring about the service applications through the experiment.

This article examines the current status and future trends in library and information services in USA, with particular emphasis on the library automation system, library cooperation, Internet andinformation services, activities of information services organizations. Client/server computing and integrated Web-based technology make it possible for libraries to build a new generation of automated library systems, and digital libraries project is the highest priority. As a cooperative effort among libraries, they formed consortia such as ARL/AAU on the national level. and CIC on the regional level, and GALILEO, LLN, OhioLink, Texshare, VIVA, ILLINET on the state level information netwok. The Internet and the World Wide Web have a huge impact, so American libraries are developing new skills to provide value-added information services using Internet resources. Lastly, recent information activities of the LC, NAL, NLM, ERIC, NTIS are described.

Most public guide robots installed in public spots such as exhibition halls and lobbies of department store etc., have poor capability to distinguish the users who require services. As to provide suitable services, public guide robots should have a human detection system that makes it possible to evaluate intention of customers from their movement direction. In this paper, a DPS (Directional Perception System) is realized based on face detection technology. In particular, to catch human movement efficiently and reduce computational time, human detection technology using face rectangle, which is obtained from the human face, is developed. DPS determines which customer needs services of public guide robots by investigating the size and direction of face rectangle. If DPS is adapted, guide service will be provided with more satisfaction and reliability, and power efficiency also can be added up because public guide robots provide services only for the users who expresses their intentions of wanting services explicitly. Finally, through several experiments, the feasibility of the proposed DPS is verified.

To resolve difficulties of export process and strengthen competitiveness, Korea National Food Safety Certificate (K-NFSC), a comprehensive food safety support system, has been promoted to introduction. K-NFSC is at a developmental stage where the government certifies the safety of exported K-foods by developing Korean certification system based on HACCP and food safety management added for international use, and provides consulting on regulations of customs clearance and safety test analysis of food intended for export. To apply for the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) technical equivalence in 2022, developmental direction of Korean certification system is set referring to FSSC22000. If selected as participants of an export supporting project, regulatory information such as customs clearance procedures and food labeling will be provided. In addition, the results of safety test analysis will be certified to help export products pass customs entry. K-NFSC is expected to support K-food exports and be growth engine for K-food industry.

In this review, several new technologies considered when providing an open service environment in a mobile communication network are described. Recently, 3GPP developed some standards related to IoT services for opening a service platform in an SCS environment based on the OSA concept in a 3GPP LTE system. Similarly, the development of a new framework is underway to allow a plurality of services to commonly use an API environment in which a service provider or client accesses a 5G mobile communication system. Extending the existing LTE SCEF concept, the standardization of the northbound API is applied in the 5G CAPIF environment. Therefore, it is possible to construct a framework that facilitates access from outside, and takes advantage of the common management of various open service environments. An open service platform environment is expected to play an important role in transforming a network with simple connectivity services into a variety of new service markets, or into a service environment that can create added value.

Through the close examination of characteristics of adolescent, social institutions and its programs, and newly added and expanded library reference services. it is founded that new role and qualifications of young adult reference librarians are prerequisite subject. The following are the summary of new role and qualifications of specialized young adult reference librarianship. 1. Adequate training and education for the YA librarians is needed in order to have understanding of their characteristics (physiology, psychology, personality etc.). 2. Because of librarian's unique exposure to human relations and their personal awareness of other people's need, YA librarian should bring a person-centered managerial technique. 3. Librarianship may not have a clinical counseling function but to provide right answer or information, the librarian become counselor inescapably. 4. Librarians are not professionally trained to be experts on counseling in sex education. However, librarians can play an important role in educating YA by committing book selection, reader's advisory, referral services, library programming and staff development planning.
