입원 환자에 대한 심리 간호 연구 (A Study on Psychological Care for Hospitalized Patients)

  • The purpose of this study were to find out the perceived importance of psychological care, to investigate the nurses perception on the quantity of psychological care activities, and the correlation between the structual variables. 206 registered nurses from general wards of 3 university hospitals in Seoul were randommly sampled. Data were gathered by check-list on the perceived importance and perceived quantity and were analysed by the frequency, percentile scores, ANOVA and Correlation-coefficient. Results are as follows 1. Majority of subjects(96.6%) responded to the psychological care for hospitalized patients being very, and most important nursing care activity Two-third(66%) revealed to be give more or less satisfactory amount of psychological care-to the hospitalized patients. 2. Heavy work-load(79%), personal factors of(33.0%) nurses and the health team and factors of nurse-patient relationship (20.9%) revealed to be the major causes hindering psychological care. 3. To improve quality and the quantity of psychological care, personal and professional development of nurses and the health team(56.8%), improvement of nurse-patient relationships (49.03) and improvement of nurse patient ratio(45%) were suggested. 4. The perceived quantity of psychological care and the educational status revealed significant correlation(p<.005). The perceived quantity and position in nursing revealed significant correlation (p<.01). 5. No significant correlation was revealed between the perceived importance and the perceived quantity of the psychological care.

한국 재래닭의 발생.발육단계별 telomere와 telomerase activity 분석

  • 본 연구는 닭의 여러 조직별 세포들의 telomere 함유율과 telomerase 활성도를 분석 제시하고자 하였다. 한국재래계의 수정란 및 발생단계별 신생 조직과 출생 후 성장단계별 각 조직들에 대한 telomere의 함량과 telomerase 활성도를 분석하였고, 초기배자, 간, 뇌, 신장, 심장, 생식선 조직 및 백혈구 세포를 분석대상으로 하였다. Telomere의 함량 분석은 chicken telomeric DNA probe를 이용한 Q-FISH법으로 수행하였고, telomerase activity의 분석은 TRAP법을 이용하였다. 분석결과 초기 배자, 생식선 세포 및 신장세포에서는 지속적으로 매우 높은 telomerase activity를 나타내었으나 뇌, 심장, 간 등에서는 발생 및 발육이 진행됨에 따라 유의적 감소 양상을 보였다. 닭의 각 조직별 telomere의 함량 분석결과, 대부분의 세포들이 성장이 진행됨에 따라 telomere 함유율이 감소되는 양상을 보였다. 이상의 결과로부터 telomerase의 활성도와 telomere의 함량간에 매우 밀접한 연관성을 보이며. 이들이 닭 조직별 세포의 분화 및 증식성 특이성과도 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

초등 수학과 과학, 사회에서 다루는 내포량에 대한 교수학적 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of the Intensive Quantity Covered in Elementary Mathematics, Science and Social Studies from a Pedagogical Perspective)

  • 현행 초등 수학과 교육과정에서는 내포량에 대하여 다루지 않지만, 타 교과에서 관련 내용을 다루는 문제가 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 이러한 문제의 해결 방안을 모색하고자 교수학적 관점에서 내포량을 중심으로 초등 수학, 과학, 사회 교과의 교육과정과 교과서를 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 초등 수학 교육과정에서 내포량에 대한 성취 기준을 제시하거나 해당 용어를 내용 요소로 명시하지 않았으나 초등 수학 교과서에서 차시 활동 및 문장제의 소재로 활용하고 있었다. 타 교과에서 내포량에 대하여 먼저 학습하거나 내포량을 계산하는 등 학습 순서 및 내용이 일치하지 않는 것도 나타났다. 효과적인 학습을 위하여 초등 수학 교과에서 내포량을 다룰 것을 고려할 필요가 있으며 타 교과에서 해당 개념을 지도할 때 수학 교과와의 연계성을 고려하여 학습 순서와 내용을 구성하여야 한다.

미취학 자녀를 둔 도시 맞벌이 부부의 여가시간에 관한 연구 (The Analysis of Leisure Time Use of Urban Dual-earner Couples with Preschool Children)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine gender equity in the quantity and flow experience of leisure time of urban dual-earner couples having preschool children. The quantity of leisure time is measured by primary activity and the flow experience of leisure time is measured by primary and secondary activities. The data collected by Korean National Statistical Office in 2004 is used. The sample for this study consists of 255 couples, and the statistical methods are frequency, percentage, paired t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The following is a summary of the major findings. The first, the pattern of the leisure time was different between husbands and wives. The quantity of leisure time of husbands was longer than that of wives. The husbands spent more time to perform social activities, media contact, sports and outdoor activities, while women did more in religious activities. The second, husband's leisure flow experience was higher than that of wives. The pure leisure time of wives was shorter than that of husbands and wives experienced more contaminated leisure time by a secondary activity. In other words, wives's leisure is more likely to be interrupted, to involve episodes of shorter duration, and to be associated with personal care and unpaid work.

우슈 수련자의 신체활동에 따른 생체신호 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study of BioSignal Analysis for Physical Activity of Wu-Shu Training)

  • 본 연구에서 우슈 도장에서의 수련자 신체활동량을 과학적, 정량적으로 분석하여 스포츠의학의 중요한 관심사인 질병의 예방과 만성퇴행성 질환의 조절과 관리 그리고 건강을 증진할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 신체활동량을 측정하기 위해 신호획득 장비는 body media사에서 개발한 SenseWear PRO2 Armband를 사용하였다. Armband내에는 체온계(skin temperature sensor), 온도계(near-body temperature sensor), 가속도센서(accelerometer), 몸에서 발산되는 열량을 측정하는 센서(heat flux sensor), 피부의 전기전도도를 측정하는 센서(galvanic skin response sensor)가 있다. 각각의 센서로부터 획득한 데이터는 Armband내의 저장장치에 기록하였다. Armband에 저장된 데이터를 InnerView Wearer Software를 이용하여 우슈 도장에서 수련자의 신체활동에 따른 피부온도변화, 칼로리 소모, 활동량 추이변화를 분석하였다. 연구결과 지속적으로 오랜 기간 동안 운동을 한 사람은 단시간에 많은 에너지 소모를 하는 것으로 나타났으며 Physical activity가 활발하면 에너지 소모가 증가하고 동시에 피부 온도가 상승하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 에너지 소모가 증가하면서 피부온도가 증가하고 난 후 열 발산이 일어나는 것을 실험결과 알 수 있었다. 그리고 피부전도는 Physical activity, 에너지 소모, 피부온도 증가 등의 인자에 아무런 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

아동의 기질, 어머니의 양육행동 및 보육경험이 아동의 불순응 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Children's Temperament, Maternal Child-Rearing Behavior, and Child-Care on Children's Noncompliance)

  • This study investigated the effects of children's temperament and environmental factors on boys' and girls' noncompliance in ecological context. Observations were made of 62 children(34 boys and 28 girls, $\bar{x}$= 44 months) enrolled in child-care centers. Mothers and caregivers completed questionnaires. Data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson's Correlation, and three way ANOVA. Results showed no significant gender difference in noncompliance. There were correlations between children's activity level, maternal rejection and responsiveness, quantity of child-care and boys' noncompliance. For girls, only activity level and quantity of child-care were related to noncompliance. The effects of maternal child-rearing behavior and child-care variables on noncompliance varied by children's gender and temperament.

산출내역서.공정 통합관리 모형 구축에 관한 연구 (Work Management Model to Integrate Schedule and Bill of Quantity)

  • Recently our government operates earned value management system (EVMS) for improving work management system of the construction projects over specific scale. The EVMS is based on the integrated management between construction cost and schedule. the existing systems, however, are focused on the cost management by using work quantity. This study suggests a work management model to integrate construction cost with activity information. The model introduces a work task concept as a tool that can connect construction rest to activity information. The suggested model in this study is verified by using actual data for the applicability to practical construction projects.

Radioactivation Analysis in Clinical and Biochemical Analysis

  • Radioactivation analysis is based upon irradiation of nuclei with elementary particles. In many cases the interaction gives rise to radioactive nuclei, which can be detected and identified by the emitted radiation. If we irradiate under identical conditions an unknown quantity of a certain atomic species and a known quantity of the same species, the following relatio will exist between the induced radioactivities and the irradiated masses: $\frac{Activity standard}{activity unknown}$=$\frac{Mass standard}{Mass unknown}$ From this equation the mass of the unknown can be easily calculated. This relatively siple technique (abstract made from the irradiating facility) allows quantitative determination of about 60 elements with a sensibility that most of the time considerably exceeds the sensibility of conventional analysis techniques. Is It Feasible Nutritionally to Improve Both Quality and Quantity of Meat Carcasses from Beef Steers?

  • Beef producers are trying to produce not only better quality but also greater quantity of beef in order to meet the preferences of some consumers at a lower cost. This can be accomplished if we understand the factors regulating lipid deposition in intramuscular adipose tissue and the tenderness of meat. Propylene glycol (PG) might be used as a precursor of intramuscular fat synthesis especially in the late period of fattening because adipose tissue in ruminants is thought to mature sequentially in abdominal, intermuscular, subcutaneous and intramuscular depots. The action of cholecalciferol supplementation has been verified in producing more tender meat through the enhancement of calpain activity over the postmortem ageing period. A synergistic effect can be expected if the dietary cation and anion difference (DCAD) technique is used in combination with dietary supplementation of cholecalciferol. In another approach, the optimization of hormonal implant use also may provide similarly marbled beef at a much lower cost.

A New Cell Counting Method to Evaluate Anti-tumor Compound Activity

  • Determining cell quantity is a common problem in cytology research and anti-tumor drug development. A simple and low-cost method was developed to determine monolayer and adherent-growth cell quantities. The cell nucleus is located in the cytoplasm, and is independent. Thus, the nucleus cannot make contact even if the cell density is heavy. This phenomenon is the foundation of accurate cell-nucleus recognition. The cell nucleus is easily recognizable in images after fluorescent staining because it is independent. A one-to-one relationship exists between the nucleus and the cell; therefore, this method can be used to determine the quantity of proliferating cells. Results indicated that the activity of the histone deacetylase inhibitor Z1 was effective after this method was used. The nude-mouse xenograft model also revealed the potent anti-tumor activity of Z1. This research presents a new anti-tumor-drug evaluation method.
