Purpose: This study examined the effects of the type of video contents used for action observations on the ability to control posture. Methods: The participants were 48 healthy adults. The two hands of the participants were crossed on both shoulders, and the other foot was placed in a straight line in front of the target to allow them to watch a video of the monitor. The videos were presented in random order with three video contents (natural, stable balance posture, and unstable balance posture) consisting of 30 seconds each. A 15-second resting time was given between each video. During action observation using various video content forms, the posture control ability was measured using a TekScan MetScan® system. Results: The results revealed statistically significant differences in the area of movement and the distance by COP and distance by the type of action-observation videos, and the distance by the anteroposterior and mediolateral sides (p<0.05). The stable balance posture and unstable balance posture video showed significant differences in the distance by the COP, anteroposterior, and mediolateral distance. (p<0.05) Conclusion: This study suggests that choosing the contents of the videos is important during action-observation training, and action-observation training can help improve postural control.
This study was performed in order to investigate the effect of renal denervation on diuretic action of UK 14, 304, $\alpha$$_2$-Adrenergic Agonist, administered into the vein and the carotid artery in dog. The diuretic action of UK 14, 304 administered into the vein or the carotid artery was reversed to the antidiuretic action by renal denervation, this time, the decrease of N $a^{+}$excretion amounts in urine ( $E_{Na}$ ) and the increase of N $a^{+}$ reabsorption rates in renal tubule ( $R_{Na}$ ) were exhibited. This results suggest that central diuretic action of UK 14, 304 is mediated by renal nerves and the antidiuretic action of UK 14, 304 in denervation kidney is caused by the increase of N $a^{+}$reabsorption rates ( $R_{Na}$ ) in renal tubules in dog.n dog.
Objective : The purpose of these research was to investigate effects of water extract of Bistortae Rhizoma(BRE) on the hemostasia, anti-inflammatory action and central nervous system. Methods : we used mice and rats administered with the extract of the above herbs. Results : BRE decreased the permeability of evans blue into peritoneal cavity and cotton pellet granuloma formation. BRE did not decrease the acetic acid induced writhing syndrome and the histamine induced mouse paw edema. BRE inhibited the pentylenetetrazole and the strychnine induced convulsion. BRE shortened the bleeding time and plasma prtrombin time. BRE did not affect on the proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 cells. Conclusions : these results suggest that the effects of BRE are the hemostasia, anti-inflammatory action, and mild depressant activity of central nervous system.
Based on input and output data pairs of nonlinear systems, this paper proposes a simple and effective Just-In-Time (JIT) method, called Direct JIT Control, for nonlinear control design. It uses an inverse model of controlled plant to compute an initial control action, and then adapts the initial control action by adding a fine-tuning control action, depended on the errors between the real outputs and the expected reference signals. Meanwhile, the proposed JIT method accomplishes the adaptation of the inverse model just simply by means of the refreshment of input and output data pairs. In addition, the JIT modeling technique guarantees this method to obtain an approximate inverse model of the controlled nonlinear plant in the neighborhood of a query. Based on a ...
Game bots are illegal programs that facilitate account growth and goods acquisition through continuous and automatic play. Early detection is required to minimize the damage caused by evolving game bots. In this study, we propose a game bot detection method based on action time intervals (ATIs). We observe the actions of the bots in a game and identify the most frequently occurring actions. We extract the frequency, ATI average, and ATI standard deviation for each identified action, which is to used as machine learning features. Furthermore, we measure the performance using actual logs of the Aion game to verify the validity of the proposed method. The accuracy and precision of the proposed method are 97% and 100%, respectively. Results show that the game bots can be detected early because the proposed method performs well using only data from a single day, which shows similar performance with those proposed in a previous study using the same dataset. The detection performance of the model is maintained even after 2 months of training without any revision process.
Background: The emergency planning zone (EPZ) of the city of Busan is divided into the precautionary actions zone (PAZ) and the urgent protective action planning zone; which have a 5-km radius and a 20-km to 21-km radius from the nuclear power plant site, respectively. In this study, we assumed that a severe accident occurred at Shin-Kori nuclear unit 3 and evaluated the dispersion speed of radiological material at each distance at various wind speeds, and estimated the effective dose equivalent and the evacuation time of PAZ residents with the goal of supporting off-site emergency action planning for the nuclear site. Materials and Methods: The total effective dose equivalent, which shows the effect of released radioactive materials on the residents, was evaluated using the RASCAL 4.2 program. In addition, a survey of 1,036 residents was performed using a standardized questionnaire, and the resident evacuation time according to road and distance was analyzed using the VISSIM 6.0 program. Results and Discussion: According to the results obtained using the VISSIM and RASCAL programs, it would take approximately 80 to 252.2 minutes for permanent residents to move out of the PAZ boundary, 40 to 197.2 minutes for students, 60 to 232.2 minutes for the infirm, such as elderly people and those in a nursing home or hospital, and 30 to 182.2 minutes for those temporarily within the area. Consequently, in the event of any delay in the evacuation, it is estimated that the residents would be exposed to up to $10mSv{\cdot}h^{-1}$ of radiation at the Exclusion Area Boundaries (EAB) boundary and $4-6mSv{\cdot}h^{-1}$ at the PAZ boundary. Conclusion: It was shown that the evacuation time for the residents is adequate in light of the time lapse from the initial moment of a severe accident to the radiation release. However, in order to minimize the evacuation time, it is necessary to maintain a system of close collaboration to avoid traffic congestion and spontaneous evacuation attempts.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of Action-observational training program on gait and balance of patients with hemiplegia. Subjects of this study, among the patients who received the diagnosis cerebral vascular accident, for patients total of 4 people have agreed to research. Experimental group 2 people, control group 2 people, was a total of 4 people. Group-specific arbitration method, was applied to Action-observational training program(experimental group) and general Task-oriented training program(control group). Each training courses 30 minutes for 4 weeks, examined the changes in 10 Meter Walk Test(10MWT), gait speed, Berg Balance Scale(BBS) and time up and go(TUG) ability to examine a total of 4-week course effectively. The intervention were compared by measuring before and after. There were significant improvements in the subscales of the gait and balance test of those who practiced with the Action-observational training program, while the control group showed no significant changes. Therefore, Action-observational training program is effective in improvement of to improve the gait and balance in patients with hemiplegia.
Web page evaluation is important issue in the Internet. Web pages are increasing extremely fast. The web page evaluation based on frequency, like the count of the page view (PV), is not sufficient way even it is used variously. Because users never use the unnecessary or irrelevant web pages for a long time. We concentrated on user's visiting duration time for the evaluation web pages. And we can collect user actions. Users do some action when users using the web page in the web browser. The movements of mouse pointer, mouse button click, page scrolling and so on are produced in the web browser. JavaScript can collect user action and Ajax can send collected data to server when user using the web browser without no user notification.
We obtained 4 kinds of extract fraction from Acanthopanacis Radicis Cortex and studied on the influence to the blood pressure of rabbit. These 4 fractions were obtained as follows; Fraction I was insoluble fraction by 99% ethanol from 80% methanol extract of Acanthopanacis Radicis Cortex, fraction II, precipitated fraction by ether from 99% ethanol soluble fraction of 80% methanol extract of Acanthopanaacis Radicis Cortex, fraction III, no precipitated fraction by ether from 99% ethanol soluble fraction of above 80% methanol extract and fraction IV, water extract of Acanthopanacis Radicis Cortex. All of fractions, when administered into ear-vein of rabbit, produced fall of blood pressure. Among these 4 fractions, although fraction III was not only the most potent but had the greatest efficacy, we observed the mechanism of hypotensive action of Acanthopanacis Radicis Cortex, making use of fraction II which was thought as a comparatively pure fraction. Hypotensive action of fraction II (APF II) was not affected by vagotominization but markedly inhibited by atropine. Pretreatment of bethanidine showed a tendency to weaken the depressor action of APF II, although it was not a significant result, but diphenhydramine did not influence APF II action. Phentolamine, guanethidine and chlorisondamine inhibited significantly the hypotensive action of APF II. APF II elicited the potentiation of norepinphrine pressor action dependent on the time-factor whereas it did not influence angiotesin pressor action. It is seemed that APF II exhibited hypotensive action, causing peripheral muscarinic-effect and centrally induced sympatholytic action.

In this paper, recognition system for continuous human action is explained by using motion history image and histogram of oriented gradient with spotter model based on depth information, and the spotter model which performs action spotting is proposed to improve recognition performance in the recognition system. The steps of this system are composed of pre-processing, human action and spotter modeling and continuous human action recognition. In pre-processing process, Depth-MHI-HOG is used to extract space-time template-based features after image segmentation, and human action and spotter modeling generates sequence by using the extracted feature. Human action models which are appropriate for each of defined action and a proposed spotter model are created by using these generated sequences and the hidden markov model. Continuous human action recognition performs action spotting to segment meaningful action and meaningless action by the spotter model in continuous action sequence, and continuously recognizes human action comparing probability values of model for meaningful action sequence. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model efficiently improves recognition performance in continuous action recognition system.
