Information system (IS) security continues to present a challenge for firms. Especially, IT security accident is recently taking place successively in the financial sector. Thus, a comprehensive measure on this is demanded. A large part of a research on security relies upon technical design in nature and is restrictive in a consideration of person and organizational issue. To achieve a goal of firm security, it is possible with an effort of organizational management and supervision for maintaining the technical and procedural status. Based on a theory of accountability, we propose that the security countermeasures of organization lead to an increase in accountability and reduction in risk of IT security in a financial firm and further to firm performance like promotion in firm reliability. In addition, we investigate which difference a theoretical model shows by comparison between South Korean and American financial firms. As a result of analysis, it found that South Korea and America have significant difference, but that a measure on the financing IT security is important for both countries. We aim to enhance interpretability of a research on security by comparatively analysis between countries and conducting a study focus on specific firm called financial business. Our study suggest new theoretical framework to a research of security and provide guideline on design of security to financial firm.

염산 제조과정에서 생성될 가능성이 있는 협잡물이나 침산과정에서 혼합될 수 있는 혼합물이 침산방법에 의한 가잠의 인공부화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 조사한 결과 철, 수은, 연, 비색 등은 부화에 별다른 영향이 없었으나 아황산(SO$_3$)과 유리염소(Cl)는 대단히 유해한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 침산시 염산을 5$0^{\circ}C$로 가열하여 각종 유해 개스를 제거할 후 사용하는 것이 좋으며 보다 안전한 인공부과를 기하기 위해서는 여러가지 염산표준액을 만들어 예비침산을 행한 후 본침산을 하는 것이 바람직하다.

본 연구는 해양사고 피해규모에 의한 위험수준을 평가하였다. 이러한 위험수준 분석은 정량적분석보다 전문가에 의한 정성적 분석이 용이하다. 우리나라 RCC 및 RSC 수색$\cdot$ 구조구역에 대한 위험수준 평가를 위해 본 연구에서는 전문가 지식에 기반한 퍼기이론과 계층분석법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 퍼지이론은 퍼지확장원리에 의한 최대최소화 합성이고, 비퍼지화는 무게중심법을 이용하였다. 그 결과 태안, 군산, 목포, 여수, 통영, 부산 제주지역은 위험수준이 심각한 것으로 평가되어, 향후 위험수준을 경감 하기위해 많은 구조선과 구조장비가 필요 할 것으로 판단된다.

In the 21st century knowledge and information society, Electronic Contracts made with the intention of electronic computer information networks are emerging as a new legal problem which can not be solved in the conventional legal system governing contracts. In other words, the indicator's decision determines the effect and formation of the contracts in the face-to-face or written contracts but electronic decision through computer information network is established the working process of electronic signals-electronic contracts are not only difficult to separate the decision-making process but questioned to be solved by the theory of the general legal action. Ministry of Transportation is scheduled to introduce real estate sales and lease contract using a variety of electronic devices such as computer, tablet PC, smart phones and so on without a paper contract. This system is conducted to global expansion of Seoul in demonstration zone on May 8, 2016 and will be implemented nationwide in the second half of 2017. Electronics contract Real estate has some benefits because made by linking electronic contract system and the electronic registration system - the economic effects discounts on various kinds of fees, the prevention from real estate fraud beforehand and the solution to the complexity of the process the seller and the buyer visits The Real estate agency. However, it has some problem- the disorder in the real estate contract market, the occurrence of the real estate agency accident and the author of the electronic real estate contracts have limited only to realtor. In this paper, I suggest the activation plan to search for establishment and effect of electronic contracts and declaration of intention in electronic depending on the Electronic Contract Real Estate system.

During transients or accidents, the reactor core is uncovered, and droplets entrained above the quench front collides with the uncovered fuel rod surface. Droplet impact cooling can reduce the peak cladding temperature. Besides zirconium-based cladding, versatile accidental tolerant fuel (ATF) claddings, including FeCrAl, have been proposed to increase the accident coping time. In order to investigate the effect of surface properties on droplet impact cooling of cladding surfaces, the droplet impact phenomena are photographed on the FeCrAl and zircaloy-4 (Zr-4) surfaces under different conditions. On the oxidized FeCrAl surface, the Leidenfrost phenomenon is not observed even when the surface temperature is as high as 550 ℃ with We > 30. Comparison of the impact behaviors observed on different materials shows that nucleate and transition boiling is more intensive on surfaces with larger thermal conductivity. The Leidenfrost point temperature (LPT) decreases with the solid thermal effusivity (${\sqrt{k{\rho}C_p}}$). However, the CHF temperature is relatively insensitive to the surface oxidation and Weber number. Droplet spreading diameter is analyzed quantitatively in the film boiling stage. Based on the energy balance a correlation is proposed for droplet maximum spreading factor. A mechanistic model is also developed for the LPT based on homogeneous nucleation theory.

인간은 외부로부터 새로운 정보를 입력받고 나서 시간이 지남에 따라 그 정보가 점차 잊혀져 가지만 그 정보를 반복적으로 학습하면 오래도록 기억에 남고 잘 잊혀지지 않게 된다. 우리가 처음 듣는 전화번호를 기억할 때 한번 듣고 나서 다시 생각하지 않는다면 곧 잊혀지게 되지만 반복하여 말하고 기억해내면 좀 더 오래 기억할 수 있는 것도 그와 비슷한 현상이다. 또한 인간이 강한 자극과 함께 새로운 정보를 입력받을 때에는 그것을 반복하여 학습하지 않는다 하더라도 기억에 오랫동안 남을 수 있다. 목숨을 잃을 뻔했던 사고를 당한 적이 있지나 뜻밖의 큰 행운을 얻은 경험이 있는 사람은 누구나 그 순간을 쉽게 잊을 수 없을 것이다. 인간은 기억력의 한계가 있음에도 불구하고 위와 같은 과정에 의해서 기억을 오래 유지할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 과정을 신경 회로망과 퍼지를 이용하여 구현하고자 한다.

현재, 스마트 삶을 구현하기 위하여 사물인터넷(IoT : Internet of Things)에 이목이 집중되고 있다. 언제 어디서나 스마트폰으로 연결되어 있는 사물을 제어할 수 있게 되었고, 생활 밀접한 곳까지 사물인터넷 기술이 침투하게 되었다. 이에 따라 사용자의 신체 정보와 감성 정보를 수집하는 서비스가 주목을 받고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 생체가 지닌 내인성(內因性) 리듬인 바이오리듬을 활용하여 추가적인 요소를 수집 분석, 그에 따라 감성에 영향을 끼치는 조명 제어 서비스를 개발한다. 바이오리듬 PSI 학설에 따라, 탄생 순간부터 지니고 있다는 바이오리듬과 신체에 영향을 끼치는 기상 정보, 이동 거리 정보를 수집하여 바이오리듬 분석 알고리즘으로 계산한다. 그 후, 계산된 바이오리듬에 따라 감성을 조절할 수 있는 컬러테라피 조명을 제공, 감성을 조절하고 제어할 수 있게 한다. 이로써 사용자가 보다 편리한 조명제어를, 자신의 감성에 따른 컬러테라피 조명으로 감성을 조절, 제어하여 심신의 안정, 건강 관리, 사고 예방 등의 효과를 가질 수 있도록 연구하고자 한다.

본 연구는 효과적인 갈등해소를 위한 공동체 형성 전략을 도출하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 지역공동체 관련 이론의 정립과 더불어 천안지역주민 조사를 통하여 전략방안을 모색해 보았다. 연구결과, 공동체의식과 주민참여의 상관성에서는 충족감, 연대감, 소속감이 높은 유의관계를 보였으며, 이중 소속감이 사회참여의 욕구에 크게 작용한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 지역공동체 형성의 요건은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 지역의 특성과 주민들의 요구에 대응할 수 있는 지역공동체형성 전략의 적용이다. 둘째, 지역공동체의 형성을 위하여 지자체들의 적극적인 지원, 지역공동체의 자체적인 노력과 지역주민들의 협력과 이해가 필요하다. 우리가 생각하는 이상적인 지역공동체란 물적 풍요와 사회구조의 평등실현 뿐만 아니라 성숙된 관계를 이끌어가는 건전한 사고의 각성이 어우러져서 성립된다.

안전관리를 위해 정량화된 데이터를 바탕으로 통계기법을 통해 분석, 해석, 관리하는 기법은 제조업에서 수행하고 있는 6시그마 혁신운동과 거의 유사한 절차를 통해 수행되므로 철도안전관리에 있어서도 이러한 기법을 도입 하여 정량화된 관리기법이 도입되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 경영혁신운동인 6시그마와 철도안전관리의 차이점에도 불구하고 제조업에서 성공적으로 활용하고 있는 6시그마 기법들을 철도안전에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 모색함으로써 일부 안전관리 과정에서 해결하지 못하거나 많은 어려움이 존재하고 있는 부분에 대한 해결책을 찾아 효율적이고 체계적인 철도안전관리에 일조하고자 한다.

본 논문은 해상에서 다수의 인명피해를 야기하는 해양선박사고에 있어서 기업의 형사책임에 대하여 영국과 미국의 실제 사례와 입법례를 최근의 세월호 침몰사고와 관련하여 고찰하였다. 선박침몰의 직접적 원인은 대개 선박 운항을 담당하는 선장과 선원의 과실이겠으나, 궁극적으로 선박회사의 조직과 관리 감독체계의 문제점이 원인인 경우가 많다. 따라서 선박침몰사고 등 대형사고에 있어서 실무자뿐 아니라 기업 자체도 형사처벌할 필요성이 있었으나, 법리상 기업에 대한 처벌이 쉽지 않았다. 이러한 난점을 극복하기 위해서 영국은 2007년 기업살인법을 제정하여 대처하고 있다. 우리의 경우 세월호 참사를 계기로 기업과 기업주를 처벌해야 한다는 여론이 있었으나 법리상의 난점이 있다. 외국의 사례와 입법례를 보면 기업자체를 형사처벌하는 입법은 법리상 가능할 뿐 아니라 우리의 상황에서 필요한 일이기도 하므로, 이러한 입법을 통하여 대형인명재해를 예방할 수 있도록 해야 하리라 판단된다.
