Recently, cloud computing has been affecting academic information system buildup. When university academic affairs information system is designed with cloud computing, it is very important to estimate the adequate processing capacity for the cloud computer taking into account a waste of resources and the quality of service. Cloud computer's processing capacity to meet the quality of service expected by users should be predicted based on users' transaction patterns and resource requirements characteristics. In this paper, we analyze actual traffic patterns occurring in university academic affairs business and propose a method to calculate the optimal processing capacity for cloud computer to satisfy the given average response time. To justify our research, we apply the research results to a real university academic affairs business case and obtain the optimal processing capacity for the integrated academic affairs business.

Elementary schools and middle schools currently manage their student data by using the education administration system. One of its sub-systems called 'the academic affairs support system' is especially dedicated to handle school and academic affairs data. By allowing simple data search and statistical data calculations, it helps teachers easily integrate and manage education information resources. However, it is not easy for teachers to analyze the correlations among student data. In this paper, we showed by examples that a lot of meaningful information can be extracted by analyzing the relations among student data. Based on the results, we designed and implemented SIMS as a tool to provide teachers with such services. SIMS makes use of Association Rules for data correlation analyses. SIMS can be used in connection with the academic affairs support system, and is much easier to use than previously developed commercial products for similar services.

The Purposes of this study are twofold. Firstly, the study investigated the spec of the server environment for managing the academic affairs, and overviewed the theoretical background in connection with the clients and the server as a way of implementing a comprehensive management system for school information which can be effectively utilized for cyber education, multimedia education, joint ownership of learning materials, and educational activities as well as management of the academic affairs using the UNIX-based server, which has lately installed on school thanks to the speedy development of the Internet, Secondly, this study, placing emphasis on practical aspects, attempted to find a method of implementing the web server for constructing a school website in order to provide educational information.

Most organizations are more depending on information system in advanced information society. According to this current, unrapid reaction to system failure can cause a fatal effect to a credibility of the organization. An excessively high level of dependence on information system at work makes itself as a primary target of cyber terror. The stability of university's information system is especially weaker than the enterprise's but policy support for securing availability is inadequate. In this paper, we consider the recovery system toward to disorder of university's school affairs information system theoretically and suggest high availability PC based academic administration system.

The study aimed to assess the state of electronic security for the website of the Deanship of Library Affairs at Northern Border University, as one of the university's electronic portals, which provides distinguished knowledge services to faculty members, through the Saudi Digital Library, and the integrated automated system for libraries (Symphony) with the definition of cyber security of the university, and the most important threats The study sought to analyze the opinions of a wide sample of faculty members, towards evaluating the state of electronic security for the Deanship of Library Affairs portal, through the use of both the analytical method, as well as the survey, using the questionnaire tool, and the study sample consisted of 95 A faculty member of all academic categories and degrees, and university faculties, and the study concluded that it is necessary to work to overcome the relative slowness of the university's Internet, with the faculty members notifying the information security services through e-mail and SMS service, with the continuous updating of operating systems, Apply and use the latest anti-spyware, hacking, and antivirus software at the university, while conducting extensive research studies towards information security services, and contracting It aims to introduce information security risks, and ways to combat and overcome them, and spread the culture of information security among faculty members.

A teacher needs documented information includes basic information about students and lectures to teach students. Currently, both non-electronic and electronic teachers diary are used in most of the field of education. designed and implemented. The electronic teachers diarys only driven on desktop PC. Therefore, managing school affairs with this un-portable system is very inefficient. Managing students' data is a high prioritized duty of the university administration since most of the school affairs are proceed based on that database. Universities have invested in IT assets such as servers, storage, database, and networks. However, continuing investment in IT infrastructure is impossible due to limited budget and rapid changes in the educational environment. As cloud computing diffuse, universities are trying to reduce costs and improve efficiency by increasing server utilization, unlike when physically investing. We designed a hypothetical academic information management system based on cloud computing by utilizing the advanced server virtualization technology. This administrative cloud system allows universities to improve the availability of the system with low cost. The system demonstrates its flexibility of using data resources and immediacy of resumption.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the organization's information security system in the context of COVID-19 on the basis of public-private partnership. The development of public-private interaction in information security is one of the priorities of the state policy of many estates. Among the priorities of public-private partnership in cybersecurity and information security, there is an expansion of interaction between government agencies and private scientific institutions, public associations and volunteer organizations, including in training, as well as increasing the digital literacy of citizens and the security culture in cyberspace. As a result of the study, the foundations of the organization's information security system in the context of COVID 19 were formed on the basis of public-private partnership.

In response to the recent decline in the school-age population, universities have made attracting foreign students a major policy task for universities. As a result, the number of foreign students increased rapidly in terms of quantity, but in terms of quality, the risk is inevitable. Accordingly, the government presented education and internationalization competency certification system indicators on the basis of which quality control of students was systematized. Based on the above certification system, this study focused on analyzing the multiple factors that are actually given to the academic adaptation (performance) of the 2200 students who entered a certain university. In addition, factors other than the certification system index were discovered to comprehensively track how they affect the academic performance of students studying abroad. The researcher found the multi-reciprocal model analysis showed that the difference between the learner and the moderator was significant, and whether or not they had the Korean proficiency test (TOPIK) was significant. It also said that it could have a direct impact on Chinese University Entrance Exams (高考) are significant. If a model that is very effective in selecting students is established by each university and used as an indicator through this study, it will serve as a basis for efficient selection of students.
