  • This paper presents about a example of circuit design and characteristics of proposed circuit in the case of adopted the high frequency resonant Inverter of SEPP type using ZVS(Zero-Voltage-Switching) to the Induction heating load. The soft switching technology known as ZVS is used to reduce turn on and off loss at switching. Also, this paper realizes quantitative circuit analysis which has change the equivalent of Induction heating load to the electric circuit. According to the calculated characteristics value, a method of the circuit designs and operation characteristics of the Inverter is proposed. In addition, this paper proves the propriety of theoretical analysis through the experiment. The proposed inverter shows it can be practically used as power source system for induction heating Jar etc.

  • This paper presents the high frequency resonant inverter of class D SEPP(Single-Ended Push Pull) type using LS-ZVS-LSTC, which can reduce the switching losses during the turn-on and turn-off switching time. The analysis of high frequency resonant inverter using LS-ZVS-LSTC(Low-loss Turn-off Snubber Capacitor) proposed in this paper is described in general by adopting the normalized parameters. The operating characteristics of the proposed high frequency resonant inverter were also evaluated by using the control parameters such as the normalized control frequency(μ), the normalized load time constant(τ), the coupling factor(κ) and so on. Based on the characteristic values through the characteristics of evaluation, an example of the design method of the 1.8[kW] class D SEPP type high frequency inverter is suggested, and the validity of the theoretical analysis is verified using the experimental data.

  • This paper has described about principle and form of proposed circuit made use of soft switching technology ZVS(Zero-Voltage-Switching) to reduce turn on and off loss at switching. also, the analysis of the proposed circuit has described by using normalized parameter and operating characteristics have been evaluated as to switching frequency and parameters. In addition, this paper proves the propriety of theoretical analysis in terms of the experiments.

  • In this paper, the resonant inverter of SEPP-LCC type is proposed and described the operating principle. As adding t two capacitors in the switching devices in parallel. the proposed inverter can reduce switching losses. noise and voltage s stress at Turn-on and Turn-off. The analysis of the proposed circuit are described by using the normalized parameters. The data of design are got by the characteristic values and an example of the design's method is proposed. In addition. t the justification of theoretical analysis is verified by comparing to the experimental waveforms.

  • This paper has described about a SEPP Inverter for induction heating load. It is analyzed theoretically about the Inverter operation for induction heating. According to the parameters of induction heating load, it is proposed a method of circuit analysis and operation characteristics of the Inverter. In addition, the soft switching technology known as ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) is used to reduce turn on and off loss at switching. The Proposed inverter shows it can be practically used as power source system for high frequency induction heating appliancs.

Also, the analysis of the proposed circuit is described generally by using normalized parameter and basic operating principle and driving characteristics have been evaluated as to switching frequency and load p arameter. Based on the characteristics value, a method of circuit design is proposed. In addition, Pspice's simulation and experimental waveforms are compared with theoretical ones. The experimental results shows that the proposed Inverter can be used practically such as power source system for induction cooker etc.
