근래에 와서 성인과 아동에 비해 공공도서관서비스의 혜택을 제대로 누리지 못하고 있는 청소년 이용자 군에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 특히 아동에서부터 성인으로 성장해 가는 발달과정에 있는 청소년들을 위하여 청소년들의 독특한 정보요구에 맞추어 서비스하도록 강조하고 있다. 이를 위해 청소년들의 요구조사가 실시되고 사회적으로 심각한 청소년문제 해결을 위해 공공도서관의 역할이 중요시되고 있다. 이에 따라 도서관계에서는 청소년서비스에 필요한 지침, 권고사항, 매뉴얼 등 기본사항을 제시하여 청소년서비스 개선에 도움을 주고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 공공도서관에서도 청소년서비스의 중요성을 인식하고 보다 체계적으로 청소년서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 미 도서관계에서 제시한 청소년서비스에 관한 기본사항을 소개하고 있다.

이 연구는 공공도서관 청소년 프로그램의 현황을 조사하여 문제점을 분석하고 개선 과제를 탐색하였다. 1개 특별시와 6개 광역시의 공공도서관 중 2009년 8월 31부터 9월 4일까지 청소년 프로그램이 실시된 86개관을 대상으로 조사하였다. 이 연구에서는 청소년프로그램을 참여형, 체험형, 강좌형, 콘테스트형, 기관협력형 등 5가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별 특성과 문제점을 분석하였다. 그리고 공공도서관의 청소년 프로그램의 활성화를 저해하는 제반 환경적 문제를 점검하고 발전 방안을 제안하였다.

In order to establish a digital-based use environment for the provision of new information services suitable for the 5G era, it is necessary to discuss the direction of service provision by the National Library of Children and Young Adults in the 5G era. Based on utilization services in other fields, library services in the 5G era, including the development and provision of employee education and training services, ultra-high-definition and 360-degree realistic contents and education on library use, provision of multi-dimensional realistic media streaming broadcasting services, provision of telepresence education programs, activation of virtual communities, implementation of hologram performance halls/exhibit centers, and provision of unmanned book delivery services, environment monitoring, safety monitoring, and customized services, were proposed. In addition, based on 5G service, 5G technology, and library application direction, advancing into a producing and supporting base for ultra-realistic and immersive contents in the 5G era, strengthening online and mobile services in the non-contact era, and establishing a smart library environment were proposed as the service provision direction for the National Library of Children and Young Adults in the 5G era.

The number of household living alone including young single adults has gradually increased. The purpose of this study is to examine the demand on housing options, additional space, shared space, community facilities, housing service for young adults living alone including college students. A total of 180 questionnaire were collected and analyzed. For housing location, commuting distance is the most important feature and amenities are the second important feature. For additional space, there is a significant difference between male and female single residents. Female residents want to install dress room most while male adults want to have a study room. For the shared house option, single adults concerns housing fee and living cost most. However, female adults concern safety and security issues much more than male ones do. The degree of preference to community facilities varies between male and female single residents. The findings suggest more differentiated approaches are needed for alternative housing options for male and female residents.

This study aims to analyze older adults's intention to use digital financial services. To verify the purpose, the '2022 Korean Senior Technology Acceptance Panel Survey' data were used. And a shortened Senior Technology Acceptance Model(STAM) reflecting the characteristics of older adults was applied. The results of Structural Equation Model analysis are as follows. First, the lower gerontechnology anxiety, the higher control beliefs reflecting perceived ease of use, self-efficacy and facilitating conditions and the intention to use digital financial services. Second, the health factor had a positive effect on the control beliefs. Third, the higher the control beliefs, the higher the attitudinal beliefs reflecting perceived usefulness and attitude and the intention to use digital financial services. Lastly, the higher attitudinal beliefs, the higher the intention to use digital financial services. The results suggest the need for interventions that can relieve gerontechnology anxiety and strengthen positive perceptions about control beliefs and attitudinal beliefs in order to increase older adults's intention to use digital financial services.

본 연구의 목적은 국립어린이청소년도서관을 중심으로 국내 공공도서관의 어린이서비스 협력체계 구축 방안을 제시하여 향후 국립어린이청소년도서관을 통한 효율적이며 효과적인 온라인 및 오프라인 협력활동을 수행하며, 국내 공공도서관의 어린이서비스 협력체계를 기반으로 공공도서관의 어린이서비스의 발전 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 설문조사 및 면담조사를 수행하였으며, 이를 기반으로 어린이서비스 협력체계 및 전국어린이서비스 담당자 협의회 활성화 방향을 크게 협의회 위상강화 방안과 협의회 홈페이지의 서비스 개선 방안으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 먼저, 협의회 위상 강화 방안으로는 협의회 협력체계 확대 및 정립, 협의회 역할 강화 및 확대, 콘텐츠의 확보 및 공동 활용, 기타 필요한 방안 등으로 나누어 제시하였다. 다음으로 협의회 홈페이지의 서비스 개선 방향으로는 홈페이지 서비스 기능 강화, 커뮤니티 활성화 기능 강화 등으로 나누어 제시하였다.

본 연구는 도서관의 고령자서비스 가이드라인 수립에 필요한 내용과 고려사항을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 고령자 서비스 관련 국내 법 정책 및 국외 가이드라인과 사례를 조사 분석하고, 수도권 사서 10명을 대상으로 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 고령자서비스 가이드라인에는 정보자원, 인적자원, 시설 및 설비, 서비스 및 프로그램, 홍보 및 마케팅의 영역에 따라 세부 지침을 두고, 고령자의 디지털 리터러시를 향상하고 사서가 고령자 응대에서 느끼는 어려움을 해결할 수 있는 방안이 포함되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examined the association between marital status and mental health(depression, and suicidal ideation) of Korean adults by age and sex, using 2005 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data. Differences of marital status in depression and suicidal ideation were assessed by age and sex-specific prevalence according to each stage of the life course. Our results indicated that adults who divorced, separated, and widowed had significantly higher risk of poor mental health than married adults. Men with no spouse at the stage of middle and older aged are reported higher in depressive symptom than married men. For the suicidal ideation, men with no spouse had higher risk of suicidal ideation through all stage of life course. Women were more likely to report depressive symptom and suicidal ideation than men through all stage of life course. But we could not found the mental health advantage of marriage among Korean women through all stage of life course. Based on findings, the study clearly indicate that the implication of marriage on mental health could be different for adults of different age group and sex.

Objectives : The aim of the present study was to propose more substantial data for evaluating the quality of life of adults in terms of oral health as well as provide the basic data necessary to develop an effective oral health care program that improves the quality of life of adults by age group. Methods : Raw data were used from the sixth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey for the first and second years which was conducted from January 2013 to December 2014. Multiple regression analysis was conducted with the collected data by gender and age group to determine the impact of oral functions on the quality of life of adults. Results : It turned out that oral function has an impact on the quality of life of adults by age group as follows: young people (${\beta}$=.077), middle-age people (${\beta}$=.101), young-old elderly people (${\beta}$=.140), and old-old elderly people (${\beta}$=.143). It was shown that as people grow older, they have better quality of life only when they have good oral function. Conclusions : It is necessary to develop a proper oral health care program that prevents oral diseases and improves oral function by age group, which eventually will lead to good oral health. Continuous oral healthcare is also considered necessary.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the structural relationship between public library service-scape, flow, user satisfaction, and customer loyalty for adults who use public libraries for academic purposes in a changing public library environment. To this end, this study reviewed the concepts of public library service-scape, immersion, user satisfaction, and customer loyalty with existing literature, proposed a research model based on this, and empirically verified them. Methods: This study collected and statistically analyzed data for adults using public libraries for the purpose of reading books or studying. The collected data were checked using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 and the research hypothesis was verified by analyzing the results using the structural equation modeling technique. Results: The results of the study are as follows. First, spatiality, aesthetics, and amenity of service-scapes have a positive effect on flow. Second, spatiality and amenity of service-scapes have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Third, Flow has a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fourth, Flow and user satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it suggests a strategic direction to enhance the service competitiveness of public libraries by strengthening the service-scape.
