Applying the gyroscopic technology, HeadZmouse has been developed to simulate left and right mouse click, double click, drag and drop, and even a wheel function for navigating web. This device was designed to work on both PC and Macintosh environments using a USB cable. The first time you use this device, you'll find out how much freedom it offers to someone who can't use his or her hands freely. Rather than being tied to your computer, simple manipulation such as blowing an air (breathing) into a sonic sensor can simulate all the functions which standard mouse has, even including a wheel function. Also, a macro-interface device has been developed. By storing repetitive tasks into a memory, you can carry out repetitive tasks just by clicking a button once.

Electronic bulletin boards, has been used as an effective tool in various information delivery. Objectives: The aim of this study was to report a case of 43 year-old patient, diagnosed with missed abortion who previously failed to do spontaneous gestational sac expulsion in spite of 2 week-expectant-method, eventually succeeded with Traditional Korean Herb Medicine (TKHM) treatment only. Methods: In transabdominal sonography, gestational sac was not present at week 8. Due to the possibility of effect of medication on future pregnancy and post-surgery complications, D&C (Dilation & Curettage) as well as any other treatment was not done. Instead, she presented to our clinic. A combination of 2 main TKHMs was prescribed with 120-150 cc/dose (2 times per day for a week) : Gunggi-tang for helping expulsion of the dead fetus and placenta, and Wooseul-tang for treating retained placenta. Results: On day 6 of TKHM treatment, initiation of placenta expulsion was done. From day 8, hemorrhage started, lasting for 6 days. On day 10, placenta was expelled. On day 13, gestational sac and placenta were completely expelled. No infection, delayed bleeding, or pain was observed. After bleeding stopped, menorrhea started from week 7. Conclusions: This report implies a potential of TKHM as an optional and safe medication for the natural expulsion of conceptus in missed abortion.

A great deal needs to be learned about why and how users participate and consume information on various online sites. The design of socio-technical systems especially for promoting engagement in terms of maximum user participation is both a theoretical and real-world challenge that researchers strive to understand. At present, most of the research on the motives of Internet video users' behavior focuses on the user's "viewing motivation" and "sharing motivation", and lacks the analysis of the factors affecting users' "subscription motivation". This study will attempt to compensate for this gap. Based on the YouTube platform, we take Chinese video users as the research object and uses the "Censydiam user motivation analysis model" to make assumptions about user subscription motivation from the two levels of social needs and personal needs, using regression analysis. Validate the hypothesis and get the influencing factors that may be available in the user's subscription motivation based on the assumptions. Built on survey data from 215 respondents, the study found that Enjoyment, Vitality, Power, and Conviviality are four factors that influence user motivation.

This study investigates the impact of heuristic factors on customers' perception of information credibility of influencers on YouTube channels, and the association between customers' perception of information credibility and brand attitude, brand credibility, and purchase intention of cosmetic products in Vietnam. A quantitative approach is employed, with a survey of 270 females who are frequent viewers of beauty content on YouTube channels. The data reliability and validity go through various statistical tests including exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Also, structural equation modeling (SEM) is applied to test the hypotheses. The results reveal that there is a positive association between heuristic factors and the perception of information credibility. This perception of information credibility also influences positively on customers' attitudes toward the brand and brand credibility. Purchase intention is also found to be positively associated with the two latter variables. The study's main findings not only offer advice to practitioners on how to choose the right product endorsers and advertising platforms, but they also offer novel insight from the Vietnamese context that could help to extend the heuristic-systematic model and customers' buy intention behavior.

For the concept design of the device, a tool was made to test the simulated fuel rods and cutting force and the cutting force was measured. When 2-CUT and 3-CUT modules were used, the maximum force in 2-CUT at 12.5 mm/s speed change was $197.5kg_f$ and the maximum force at 3-CUT was $363.2kg_f$. The change of force in 2-CUT rapidly increases from about 1 second, and you can see that there are increase and decrease of the force change from about 5 seconds to 18 seconds, and it was rapidly decreased and the cut was made. The force change in 3-CUT has higher force at about 5 seconds later than 2-CUT at the speed of 12.5 mm/s, and you can see that it has the same tendency afterwards. If you search for the force at adequate speed from this cutting force test, 2-CUT module requires less slitting force than 3-CUT module, and the cutting time for 250 mm at 12.5 mm/s was 21 seconds, which can cut 4 m fuel rod in 5 minutes. But, there are cases of not completely slitting with 2-CUT module, so it is necessary to supplement this in the future through experiments.

Government highlights to inform correct information actively to face negative massage and misinformation. The media has to fact check on the misinformation and disinformation.

This paper aims to summarize why I write, how to find a motif, and how to polish and finish a manuscript. For William Carlos Williams, practicing medicine and writing poetry were two parts of a single whole, not each of the other. The two complemented each other. Medicine stimulated Williams to become a poet, while poetry was also the driving force behind his role as a doctor. Alexander Pope, the 18th century English poet, wrote a poem entitled "The Epistle to Dr. Arbuthnot" that was dedicated to a friend who was both a poet and a physician. In this poem, we receive an answer to the questions of "Why do you write? Why do you publish?" Pope writes, "Happy my studies, when by these approv'd! / Happier their author, when by these belov'd! / From these the world will judge of men and books." When I write, I first reflect on whether I only want to write something for its own sake, like "a dog chasing its own tail," instead of making a more worthwhile contribution. When my colleagues ask me, "Why do you write essays as well as scientific papers?" I usually answer, "Writing is a process of healing for me-I cannot bear myself unless I write." When the time comes to sit down and put pen to paper, I remind myself of the saying, festina lente (in German, Ohne Hast, aber ohne Rast, corresponding to the English proverb "more haste, less speed"). If I am utterly exhausted when I finish writing, then I know that I have had my vision.

Video platforms, including YouTube, have a structure in which the number of video views is directly related to the publisher's profits. Therefore, video publishers induce viewers by using provocative titles and thumbnails to garner more views. The conventional technique used to limit such harmful videos has low detection accuracy and relies on follow-up measures based on user reports. To address these problems, this study proposes a technique to improve the accuracy of filtering harmful media using thumbnails, titles, and audio data from videos. This study analyzed these three pieces of multimodal information; if the number of harmful determinations was greater than the set threshold, the video was deemed to be harmful, and its upload was restricted. The experimental results showed that the proposed multimodal information extraction technique used for harmfulvideo filtering achieved a 9% better performance than YouTube's Restricted Mode with regard to detection accuracy and a 41% better performance than the YouTube automation system.

본 논문에서는 데스크탑에서 실행되는 이동형 개인맞춤 SW 플랫폼 YouFree의 개인용 위젯들을 사용자가 용도로 모아 배포하고 공유하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 개발된 시스템에서는 사용자가 외부로부터 위젯 모음들을 다운받아 자신의 작업환경을 구축하거나, 사용자가 생성한 위젯 모음을 다른 사용자가 이용할 수 있도록 공유하는 기능을 제공한다. 따라서 개별적으로 위젯들을 설치하는 것보다 위젯 모음 공유 기능을 통해 더 빠르게 사용자는 자신의 작업환경을 구축할 수 있다.
