We report a case of hepatoma which had a suggested splenic metastasis in a 64 year-old male patient. Hepatoma proved by abdominal CT (Computed Tomography) and considerable accumulation of $^{99m}Tc$-DISIDA was noted in a enlarged spleen. We suggests the splenic uptake of the radionuclide corresponded to the diffuse metastasis of hepatoma to spleen.

GRBAS(G : grade, R : rough, B : breathy, S : strained, A : asthenic) 음성장애평가는 성대의 이상 또는 말마비장애 등의 환자들을 평가하는 척도로 널리 사용된다. 하지만 사람에 의해 주관적인 평가로 이루어지는 방식의 문제점이 많이 제기되어, 자동화 알고리즘에 의한 객관적인 청지각적 음성장애 평가도구를 개발하려는 시도가 많이 연구되어왔다. 이러한 개발에 있어 보편적으로 선행되어야 하는 음소 분류 및 일치성 판단을 위한 객관적인 파라미터를 구하고자 함이 본 연구의 목적이다.

연약지반 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 세계 각국에서 연약지반 개량공법의 하나인 연직배수공법이 주로 사용되고 있다. 연직배수공법은 연약한 점성토 지반 내에 인공적으로 연직 배수재을 다수 설치하여 배수거리를 단축시킴으로써 압밀을 촉진시키고, 그에 따른 강도증가 효과를 얻을 수 있는 공법이다. 연직배수재로 경제성과 시공성이 우수한 PBD가 널리 사용되고 있다. PBD 시공품질은 시공 깊이, 압력, 수직도 등에 영향을 받을게 된다. 본 논문에서는 PBD 시공시 배수재의 시공 심도, 압력, 수직도를 자동측정하여 작업자가 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있고 시공결과를 자동 저장하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 시공 불량 요인이 발생시 자동 경고하여 불량률을 줄일 수 있고, 장비의 이상 발생시 자동 제어시스템을 가동하여 작업의 안전성을 확보하도록 하였다.

In the case where the building's rooftop was laid without any foundation, the combined deterioration, such as the repetition of shrinkage and expansion caused by temperature changes, caused further cost generation and damage. To prevent this, the concrete mixing design and construction process shall be established to resist combined deterioration.

The success of the domestic construction project is mostly judged by process and costs. It can raise the accuracy of the process and costs through productivity measurement and management. System which can increase the productivity and efficiency is required at this moment. The purpose of this study is to introduce the case of measuring productivity system using the Digital Pen System. To utilize Digital Pen System can raise construction productivity. This system is expected to more efficient to accumulation and utilization of construction site information.

This paper develops methodology in order to consider CHP(Combined Heat and Power) capacity in the Basic Plan of Long Term Electricity Supply & Demand. We develop generating cost of CHP considering electric and heat. Also we develop mixed load duration curve which includes the electric load and heat load and then apply CHP capacity to SCM(Screening Curve Method) considering CHP feature. Accordingly, it decide the optimal CHP capacity in the Basic Plan of Long Term Electricity Supply & Demand. Also, We perform the sensitivity analysis according to cost variation.
