산업체 전문직 여성의 직무특성과 직장상황에 의한 의복선택 연구 (Cloches Selection in Accordance with Job Characteristic and Working Place Situation of A Professional Women in Industry)

  • The purpose of this study is to disclose the dimension of job characteristic, working place situation. and clothes selection, which are variable on clothes selection, to research the relation of job characteristic, working place situation, and clothes selection and to disclose the feature of consumers by each group in accordance with job characteristic. The follows are summary of this study result : The concept structure of job characteristic is composed by four types. Working place situation related with clothes selection are consisted of five types. Professional women selected clothes in accordance with nine feature. Job characteristic is related with working palace situation and influences on clothes selection. The persons influenced by activity state regarded personality as important when select clothes. The persons influenced by duty state regarded harmony and control as important, instead of, they ignored conformity. People select occupation according to individual feature, so the feature of consumers, working place environment, working place situation are different in accordance with job characteristic, as a result we can find differences in clothes selection suitable for working palace and purchasing.

Critical Factors Influencing Satisfaction of Employees to Their Working Place: An Empirical Study in Vietnam

  • Globalization has greatly contributed to an increased need for improvement of human capital, and particularly in the development of the real estate and construction sector. Since the political and economic reforms in 1986, Vietnam has experienced a strong economic performance. The real estate and construction sector is one of the fastest growing industries in Vietnam, accounting for approximately 7.6% of GDP in Vietnam. The aim of this study is to identify critical factors influencing the satisfaction of employees to their working place. The sample data collected was from 265 employees, managers and staff in real estate and construction companies in Vietnam. After revising the missing data, and the errors, 240 valid respondents are selected. In addition, the analysis also employs SPSS software by discussing descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and regression analysis. Our empirical findings show that a company offering greater wages can positively affect the satisfaction of employees to their working place in the real estate and construction sector. In addition, a firm with a superior working relationship and working environment has a positive and statistically significant impact on the satisfaction of employees to their working place.

의복행동과 직업과의 관계연구 - 대전지역의 여성을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationship between Clothing Behavior and Occupations of Women in Dae Jeon)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate clothing behavior of women in Dae Jeon and to find out the relationship between clothing behavior and occupations. Measures selected for this study was‘Creekmore Scales of Eight Clothing Variables’, (Creekmore, 1966). The questionnaires were distributed to women in Dae Jeon including teachers, women working in a government office, women working in a company, nurses, women working in a bank, women working in a department store and the business center, technicians, women working in a merry making place, and house wives. For statistical analyses of the data from 400 respondents, F-test, and t-test were used. The results were as follows: 1. There were partially significant relationship between clothing behavior and occupations. The significant variables were modesty, comfort, approval, and dependence among the eight clothing variables. a) The group of highest interest in modesty and comfort was house wives and the group of lowest interest was women working in a merry making place. b) The group of highest interest in approval was women working in a merry making place and the group of lowest interest was women working in a bank. c) The group of highest interest in dependence was teachers and the group of lowest interest was nurses. 2. Partially significant differences were found in clothing behavior between a working women and house wives: The house wives were more interest in modesty, comfort, management. 3. Partially significant difference were found in clothing behavior between White-collar workers and Blue-collar workers were more interest in attention, approval, interest.

한국 20·30대 여성의 직장 복식규범과 갈등 -직장의 유형에 따른 현황조사를 중심으로- (Clothing Norms & Conflict of 20·30s Women in Work Place -Focus on Types of Work Places-)

  • This study examined the fashion culture of 20-30s working women through clothing norm relationships in the workplace. A literature research was conducted along with qualitative research, in-depth interviews in order to understand the domestic working environment and fashion culture such as lifestyle and consumer culture characteristics of 20-30s working women. The results were: First, it showed that the increased number of members having various inclinations caused subcultures through an increase of women's economic activities and transition to a knowledge-information society in domestic work places that changed into a business casual that recognized employees' autonomy and diversity. Second, in the working place, clothing norms coexist as stipulated by statutes, company rules, and official documents as well as others implied by experiences of sanction against members. Workplace closing norms are classified into norms of exposure that draw attention to clothes and casual clothes. Third, it showed that factors pressuring clothing norms are classified as external pressures and by spontaneous self-censorship that cause conflict and confusion with working women's fashion according to the degree of pressure. Two kinds of pressure by others (or types of departments and members) were observed.

보육교사의 효능감에 관한 연구 (A Study of Educare Center's Teachers on the Efficacy of Early Childhood Care and Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out teacher's variables that made difference between teacher's efficacy for early childhood care and education and general self-efficacy, and to explore variables influencing in teacher's efficacy for early childhood care and education. In this study, 212 inservice teachers in edu-care centers completed and analyzed. Efficacy for Child Care and Teaching(ECCT) and general self-efficacy scale. Age, status in working place, years of experience, and participation in decision-making of working place were found as important variables in teacher's efficacy for child care and education, and general self-efficacy. And status and participation in decision-making of working place were found as important variables in explaining teacher's efficacy for child care and education.

Standardization and Method Selection for the Trenchless Repair Technology of Sewer using Cured-in-place Pipe

  • The trenchless entire repair technology (TERT) have many different names depending on the companies, and they have the same or similar methods as well as materials. In addition, there was quiet difficulty in application of field working and even confuse to classify for new TERT, while application criteria of TERT is not listed systematically. This study proposed standardization and method for TERT affecting by pipe condition, working materials, working method, specification/quantity per unit according to field condition, strange affairs and others. Determination criteria of defective sewer pipe has proposed to effective method which modify a criteria between Ministry of Environment and Seoul Metropolitan City. A Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) is suitable for TERT, and the design criteria for the entire broken pipe are proposed when the pipe itself deforms more than 10%. A check lists are specimen preparing, hardening site made by clamped mold, numbers, flexural and tensile property, water leak and desquamation test, and have to use material property of minimum CIPP value depend on ISO 11296-4, ISO 11297-4, KS M3550-7 and KS M3550-9.

서울지역 일부 특급 호텔 조리종사자의 직무실태와 직업의식조사에 관한 연구 (The study on the job attitude of cooks at the Deluxe Hotel in Seoul)

  • A survey was carried out from 143 cooks working at the deluxe hotels in Seoul to obtain the information on the working environment, characteristics, and the satisfaction of the cooks to improve the culinary art training program and the working environment. The results were as follows: Most of the cooks(58.7%) worked for 8-9 hours/day and 51.7% of the cooks earned 1-1.5 million won in a month. The cooks had average 1.6 licenses per person, however, their licenses accorded with their work place only with 85.3%. Subjects were unsatisfied with the pay(55.2%), but 42.7% of the cooks hoped to work in their current work place. If they could transfer to other work place, they wished to run a restaurant of their own. The unsatisfaction rate was high among the cooks worked for 10-15 years, and 19.2% of them was unsatisfied with the environment of work place and 11.5% was in promotion. The longer the working period of the cook, the higher the recognition of the culinary skill. Also, the more frequently transfer to other places, the higher the self-estimation in their skills. Subjects answered that the most important factors for good cooking are the good taste and hygiene. The quality of ingredients was recognized more important among the cooks worked for longer period. The greatest hindrance for the improvement of cooking skill was indicated as insufficient knowledge among the cooks worked under one year, lack of confidence among those worked for 2-5 years, and authoritarianism of seniors for 6-15 years. They answered that the most important qualification for cook is the sincere attitude. The cooks with under 5 years of experience indicated experience and studying attitude and the ones with over 6 years of experience culinary skill as the important factors for cooks. The important factors for promotion was pointed out as culinary skill and human relationship.

경쟁위험분석을 이용한 산재 근로자의 원직장복귀에 대한 연구 (Statistical analysis of economic activity state of workers with industrial injuries using a competing risk model)

  • 본 논문에서는 '제1회 산재보험패널조사'에서 제공된 자료를 이용하여 산재 근로자의 경제 활동 유형의 특성을 연구하였다. 조사 대상자는 2012년도에 산재 요양을 종결한 근로자이며 총 2,000명이 지역, 장해등급 및 재활서비스 이용여부로 층화계통추출되었다. 본 연구에서는 근로자가 산재 후 참여하는 경제활동의 유형으로 원직장복귀뿐만 아니라 다른 직장으로의 재취업의 가능성을 고려하여 이러한 경제활동으로의 이동에 어떤 요인이 영향을 미치는지 조사하고자 한다. 원직장복귀에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위하여 총 1,463명의 연구 대상자에게 경쟁위험 분석방법을 적용하였다. 또한 경제활동상태에 영향을 미치는 요인을 세 가지 유형 (산재 근로자의 특성, 재해 사업장의 특성, 산업재해의 특성)으로 나누어 통합 분석을 시행하였다. 분석 결과를 통해 학력이 높고 근로기간이 길수록 원직장복귀가 빨라짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 연령이 높고, 기능원 및 관련 기능직에 종사자이며, 장해의 정도가 심한 산재 근로자가 원직장복귀까지 더 오랜 시간이 걸렸음을 알 수 있었다.

물류센터 근로자의 안전인식에 대한 요인분석 및 집단간 인식 비교 (Factor Analysis and Intergroup Awareness Investigation of Workers' Safety in Logistic Center)

  • This study is to examine the workers' awareness of the safety in logistic centers. For that purpose, the exploratory factor analysis of workers' safety awareness in logistic centers was performed at first, and the 6 variables extracted from the factor analysis were then used to investigate the difference in intergroup awareness of the safety environment in the logistic centers. We administered a survey to 147 workers attending the logistic centers and collected data from them. The results of the study showed that the intergroup awareness of the safety environment turned out to be statistically different from each other in terms of working environment, safe behavior, work risk, safety knowledge and effort, risk justification and compromising attitudes. Experiences in industrial accidents influenced awareness of working environment, work risk and risk justification. The group who experienced accidents is more likely to feel risky and unsatisfied with working place, and their awareness toward risk justification was high as well. It was also observed that there exists awareness difference between manager group and worker group. The group who manages the working place showed more positive awareness of working environment, safe behavior, work risk, safety knowledge and effort, risk justification and compromising attitudes than the worker group. On the contrary, the worker group showed high recognition in risk of working place, and felt that they are willing to compromise on safety for increasing production. The scale of the logistic center produced negative influence on awareness of safety. The group in small logistic center showed the highest awareness in safety, whereas the group in large logistic center with more than 100 workers showed the highest awareness in risk. They are more likely to deviate from correct and safe work procedures due to over-familiarity with the job, as well. The findings suggest that there is a need for the safety management and education to change the workers' understanding and attitudes towards safety.

병원행정직원의 임금만족에 대한 연구 (A Study of the Satisfaction with Salary of the Clerical Staff in Health care Organization)

  • In this study, satisfaction with salary of the clerical saff in health care organization was analyzed with a view to provide data contributive to efficient wage management for the clerical staff of hospitals. For the analysis, it was investigated if there is any difference in satisfaction with wage depending on the individual and environmental characters as well as comparative factors perceived by self or by others in-and outside the working place. The findings of the analysis may be summed up as follows: First, in support of the hypothesis that the satisfaction with wage of the clerical staff in hospitals will individual factors, statistically significant difference were found in the satisfaction with wage depending on age and career, but there was little significant difference depending on gender and education. Thus, the hypothesis I in this study can be partly adopted. Second, with regard to the hypothesis that the satisfaction with wage of the clerical staff in hospitals will vary with environmental variables, significant differences were found in terms of comparative factors perceived by self or by others inside the working place and those perceived by others outside the working place, and significant difference was also shown in the comparative factors perceived by others outside the working place. Whereas, however, there was no significant difference in the satisfaction with wage depending on the position, which led to the partial adoption of the hypothesis II. This study has following limits in search of difference in satisfaction with wage of clerical staff in hospital depending on individual and environmental variables: the sample is too small to represent the general wage level satisfaction of the whole health care organizations, since the survey hasn't covered the wage level and management of the employees in all hospitals; the professional attitude and rate of fluctuation that are closely connected with the wage level are not considered.
