치과위생사의 미래지향적 업무 범위에 대한 고찰 (A study on the scope of future oriented work of dental hygienists)

  • The aim of this study is to identify future-oriented tasks for Korean dental hygienists based on a literature review. A literature search is performed using 14 keywords related to tasks carried out by dental hygienists, and included articles published from 2000 to 2019 in the databases KISS, RISS, DBpia, NDSL, Papersearch, Pubmed, and Google Scholar. Six reviewers assessed the titles and abstracts of articles, and an article was selected if the study was considered to cover future-oriented tasks for Korean dental hygienists. Based on the results six local studies and two foreign studies were used for literature review and data extraction. In total, 38 tasks were classified as future-oriented tasks of dental hygienists according to the following criteria: 1) tasks that were specifically referred to as future-oriented tasks, and 2) tasks that could be classified as future-oriented tasks although no specific reference was made. Of these, the most frequently mentioned tasks were measuring periodontal pocket depth, dental hygiene assessment, providing dietary advice, infiltration anesthesia, and root planing. These were extracted from five of the eight studies, including both local and foreign studies. Dental hygiene planning, emergency, emergency management, and smoking cessation were the next most common tasks based on four studies. Even though some of these future-oriented tasks for Korean dental hygienists are included in the dentistry curriculum, and are currently performed as clinical practice for dental hygienists. Nonetheless, the reference to the legal scope is unclear. It is necessary to reconsider the scope of tasks of dental hygienists to reflect changes in domestic and foreign dental care delivery, thereby contributing to the oral health promotion of the public, where safety is guaranteed under legal protection.

국토교통연구개발사업 평가지표별 연구개발과제 선정에 대한 영향력 분석 - 국토교통기술사업화지원 사업을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of Influence on the Selection of R&D Project by Evaluation Index for National Land Transport R&D Project - Focusing on the Technology Commercialization Support Project -)

  • 국가연구개발사업 연구개발과제 선정에 대한 투명성과 공정성에 대한 개선 필요성이 지속적으로 제기됨에 따라, 국토교통기술사업화지원 사업을 대상으로 선정평가 지표별 평가 결과에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고 분석결과를 활용한 지표 개선 방안을 모색하였다. 연구자료는 2021년도 국토교통기술사업화지원 사업 중소기업 혁신, 스타트업 2개 분야의 신규 연구개발과제의 선정평가 결과 자료와 평가지표를 적용하였으며, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 평가지표별 영향력을 분석하였다. 회귀모형은 분석결과의 신뢰성 제고를 위해 인공신경망 다중 퍼셉트론 분석을 수행하여 영향력이 낮은 평가지표를 사전에 제거하였다. 분석결과, 중소기업 혁신 분야는 인력운영계획에 대한 평가지표의 영향력이 가장 낮고 사업화 추진계획의 적절성 지표의 영향력이 가장 높게 나타났다. 스타트업 분야는 기술개발 적합성, 시장성, 사업수행 적합성 평가지표의 영향력이 상호 유사하게 추정되었으며, 기술성 평가지표의 영향력이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 본 논문의 분석결과는 지속적인 선정평가 지표의 개선 필요성을 시사하며, 분석결과를 활용한 타당한 평가지표 선정 및 공정한 연구개발기관 선정을 통해 국토교통 분야 우수 연구성과 도출 및 우수 기업 육성에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

임상간호사의 간호일터영성, 감사성향, 희망이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nursing Workplace Spirituality, Grateful Disposition, Hope on Nursing Performance among General Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사의 간호일터영성, 감사성향, 희망 및 간호업무성과에 대하여 조사하고 관련요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 K시, P시 및 S시의 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사로 총 323명이며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2022년 7월부터 2022년 8월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용해 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Hierarchical regression analysis로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 간호업무성과는 4점 만점에 평균이 3.01점, 간호일터영성은 7점 만점에 4.48점, 감사성향은 7점 만점에 4.23점, 희망은 4점 만점에 2.77점으로 나타났다. 간호업무성과는 간호일터영성(r=.58, p<.001), 감사성향(r=.41, p<.001), 희망(r=.47, p<.001)과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 보였다. 간호업무성과에 감사성향(β=.417 p<.001), 희망(β=.357 p<.001), 간호일터영성(β=.235 p<.001)은 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 설명력은 30.1%이었다. 따라서 간호업무성과 향상을 위해서 간호사의 간호일터영성, 감사성향, 희망을 높일 수 있는 다양한 교육프로그램과 인력관리 제도가 요구된다.

Evaluation and Comparison Yield and Feed Value of Pasture Species and Varieties by Spring Sowing in High-Latitude Regions

  • In preparation for the ever-changing climate and unification of North Korea and South Korea, it is necessary to increase the grain self-sufficiency rate by selecting crops with good utilization in high-altitude regions. The principle is to sow pastures at the end of August. However, sowing occurs in spring because the sowing period is missed when the weather is bad or when the workforce is insufficient. Sometimes when the grassland is completely devastated, it is frequently sowed in spring. In addition, North Korea consists of a high-altitude regions, and has been devastated in a general mountainous region. As a result, the landscape is not good and it is vulnerable to natural disasters such as landslides. Therefore, to prevent this, pasture must be sowed in the high-altitude regions. The goal of this study was to evaluate and compare yield and feed value of pasture species and varieties by spring sowing in high-latitude regions. The study was conducted in Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do, which is 700m height above sea level. The pasture species and varieties was sown on April 24, 2022. Each treatment was carried out by sowing 30 kg/ha, the experiment field size was 1 m2(1m×1m), and randomized block design with tri-repeat. The total of 14 varieties was used in the study, 6 varieties of Orchardgrass (OG), 6 varieties of Tall fescue (TF) and 2 varieties of Perennial ryegrass (PRG). The grassland composition fertilization using (N:P2O5:K2O at 80:200:70 kg/ha) was conducted and management fertilizer was N:P2O5:K2O at 210:150:180 kg/ha. The first harvest was June 26,2022 and the second harvest was on August 16, 2022. For statistical analysis of the data, an Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was performed using the R3.6.3 software program, and all data was subjected to analysis using Duncan's multiple range test. Significance was set at the 5% level. The dry matter yield at the first harvest was the highest in PRG, and second harvest was the highest in TF (p < 0.05). Overall, PRG showed a trend of gradually decreasing growth, OG and TF showed a trend of gradually improving growth. This showed that PRG was considerably weaker to summer depression than other pasture species. Comparing the total dry matter yield, TF was the highest (4,565.45 kg/ha), but there was no significance difference with PRG (4,487.24 kg/ha) (p < 0.05). In addition, comparing the total TDN (total digestible nutrient) yield, TF was the highest (3147.33 kg/ha), second in PRG (2975.67 kg/ha) and third in OG (2052.33 kg/ha). Since this result is the data of the second harvests, if the result is derived by the end of next year, it will be provided as basic data for selection of pasture species and varieties suitable for spring seeding in high-altitude regions.

일 상급종합병원 병동간호사의 업무량 측정 및 간호사 배치수준의 적절성 연구: 혼합연구 설계 적용 (Analysis of the Adequacy of Nurse Staffing Level through the Estimation of Nursing Activity Hours and Implementation of Focus Group Interviews in a Tertiary Hospital: Using a Mixed-Method Design)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the adequacy of current nurse staffing levels by identifying nursing activities and workload. Methods: The study used a mixed-method design. A nursing activity survey was conducted using the work sampling method over 2 working days with 119 general ward nurses. A focus group interview was conducted with 12 nurses. Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and content analysis, respectively. Results: The most amount of time was spent on medication (in direct nursing) and electronic medical record documentation (in indirect nursing). The appropriate nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:7.7 for the day shift, 1:9.0 for the evening shift, and 1:11.9 for the night shift. However, the current nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:9.4, 1:11.0, and 1:13.8 for the day, evening, and night shifts, respectively. Therefore, the current nurse staffing level is insufficient for the workload. In the focus group interview, the main reasons cited for being unable to complete tasks within working hours were communication and coordination, and the nursing electronic medical record. The essential nursing activities of basic nursing and emotional support were overlooked owing to a heavy workload. Therefore, an adequate nurse staffing level should be higher than the measured quantitative workload. Conclusion: These results suggest the general wards of tertiary hospitals should evaluate the adequacy of their current nurse staffing and allocate sufficient nurses to improve patient safety and nursing care quality.

국내 의류봉제 산업의 글로벌소싱 의향 고려요인 연구: 여성니트복종(women's knit wear) 생산을 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study of the Determinants of Global Sourcing Intention in Korean Clothing Sewing Industry: Focusing on Women's Knit Wear Production)

  • Purpose - This study seeks to investigate the determinants of global sourcing intention in clothing sewing industry, in particular with its focus on women's knit wear production. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected a unique set of qualitative data through 31 in-depth interviews with fashion brands, promotion agencies, and sewing factories between July 2023 and October 2023. In addition, it analyzed the dataset using the MAXQDA to complement the research findings. Findings - We have two findings. First, the interviewees commonly mentioned the following factors as reasons for considering global sourcing: the human factors(aging of skilled technicians and labor shortages), the financial factors(gap in production unit prices at home and abroad), the relational factors(lack of novelty), and the physical factors(loss of production infrastructure and network), while the human factors(skilled workforce), the production factors(delivery date and product quality), and the relational factors(timely communication and mutual trust) as reasons for continuing domestic sourcing. Additional code analysis of interview also supports this finding. On the other hand, there was also a subtle difference between buyers(brands) and suppliers(promotion agencies and processing plants), and buyers consider the exact delivery date critical so that they could see trend-sensitive women's knit wear on time, and suppliers took production costs, labor costs, and labor shortages, which are financial factors, more seriously. Research implications or Originality - This study provides a richer and more balanced view of existing literature, which has generally tended to introduce global sourcing across the clothing industry despite the existence of various diversity within the industry. In addition, through qualitative research, we introduce that the sewing industry is carried out according to complex factors, and by revealing and categorizing the determinants of global sourcing, we supplement the existing research on the clothing sewing industry centered on survey. On a practical note, this study introduces that there is a difference in view of domestic sourcing and global sourcing between buyers(brands) and suppliers(promotion agencies and sewing factories), suggesting practical implications for revitalizing networks and deriving win-win cooperation network models among members in the future.

부산항 컨테이너 터미널 사이버 보안 강화를 위한 우선순위 분석 (Prioritization Analysis for Cyber Security Enhancement at Busan Port Container Terminal)

  • 최근 항만산업은 4차 산업혁명 기술을 적극적으로 도입하고 있으며 그 결과 자동화 항만, 스마트 항만 등 항만의 형태가 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 항만의 효율성 증대와 같은 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔으나 그 반면 하역 장비를 통한 정보 유출, 랜섬웨어 공격에 의한 터미널 운영 중단 등 사이버 보안사고 및 위협 가능성 또한 증가를 초래하였다. 항만의 사이버 보안 강화 방안의 우선순위를 제시할 필요가 있다고 판단하였다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 대표 항만인 부산항 중 가장 자동화가 빠르게 진행되는 컨테이너 항만을 대상으로 사이버 보안 강화 우선순위 도출 분석을 진행했다. 아이젠하워 매트릭스 분석을 진행한 결과 법·제도적인 요인이 1사분면에 주로 포함되어 있었으며 교육 체계 및 인력 양성 요인과 네트워크 구축 및 정책 지원 요인이 3사분면에 주로 포함되었다. 이후 Borich 요구도 분석을 실시한 결과 보안 관리체계 법정 정비가 가장 높은 우선순위를 나타냈으며 사이버 보안 전문 인력 양성이 가장 낮은 우선순위를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 향후 국내 컨테이너 터미널 사이버 보안 강화를 위한 기초연구자료로 사용될 것으로 판단된다. 또한 국내 컨테이너 터미널의 사이버 보안 강화 방안과 향후 국내 컨테이너 항만의 사이버 강화를 위한 선진적인 연구이며 향후 컨테이너 터미널이 나아갈 방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

연구모델 개발의 포괄적 접근 -미국 소매업 종사자의 직무 경험이 소매업 직업 성과와 직업 만족 그리고 소매업 직업 선택의도에 미치는 영향- (A Comprehensive Approach to Model Development -The Effect of U.S. Retail Employees' Work Experiences on Job Performance, Job Satisfaction, and Retail Career Intention-)

  • 활발한 미국 소매업 시장에는 그 어느 때 보다 많은 취업과 고용의 기회가 있다. 소매업이 타 산업이나 혹은 소매업간에서 경쟁적 우위를 차지하기 위해서는 유능한 인재의 확보가 우선적이다 그러나 대학교육을 이수한 젊은 인재들의 소매업에 대한 부정적 인식과 또한 소매업 종사자의 높은 이직률은 현재 소매업의 증가하는 인적 요구를 수용하기 어렵게 한다. 따라서 대부분의 미국 소매업에서는 24세 이하의 젊은 임시직 고용인으로 인재를 확충하고 있는 현실이다. 그러나 적절한 직업 훈련이나 직업 역할에 대한 감독자의 충분한 지도 없이 형성되는 그들의 일시적인 소매업 직무 경험은, 소매업종에 대한 부정적 인식을 가중시키고 있다. 이러한 제한적 인 직무 경험은 곧 소매업 자체에도 부정적 인 파급효과를 낳게 되어 소매 기업 자체의 이 익을 저하함은 물론, 장기적 안목에서 유능한 인재를 소매업으로 유입할 수 없게 만드는 요인이 되는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 대부분 고등학교 시절부터, 임시직 고용인으로 출발하는 미국 젊은 소매업 종사자들의 '직무 경험'이 어떻게 그들의 '직업 성과' 와 '직업 만족'궁극적으로는 장래의 '소매업 직업 선택'에 인과적 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다. 연구방법은, 4년 간에 걸쳐 5회의 focus group interview 와 총 2,171명에 대한 3회의 설문지조사가 미국 고등학교 및 대학생들을 대상으로 시행되었다. 이러한 광범위한 양적, 질적 접근에 대하여 회귀분석, 확증적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모델의 분석을 함으로써 본 연구 주제에 대한 포괄적인 연구모델이 개발되었다. 연구결과로는 젊은 임시직 소매업 고용인들의 직무 경험 중 '감독자지도' 와 '직무관여'는 일관되게 '직업 만족' 및 '직업성과'에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 '역할 갈등'과 '역할 모호성'은 '직업 만족'및 '직업성과'에 비 일관된 부정적 영향을 미치고 있었다 한편 '직업성과'는 '직업 만족'과 '소매업 직업 선택의도'에 대해 영향을 미치지 않은 반면, '직업 만족'은 '직업 선택의도'에 직접적인 결정적 요소로 일관된 영향을 나타내었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 미국 젊은 학생들이 고등학교 시절부터 보편적으로 경험하게 되는 소매업 직무 경험에서, 혁신적인 감독자들로부터 적절하게 직무에 대한 지도를 훈련받고 또한 높은 수준의 직무 관여를 소매업 종사자들이 경험한다면, 그들의 직업 만족은 증가하고 이는 곧 장래에 그들이 소매업을 직업으로 선택하게 할 수 있는 가장 최우선적인 동력이라는 것을 확인하였다.

대구지역 숙녀복업계 기업주가 요구하는 패션전문인 (The Fashion Professionals Required by the Ladies Apparel Manufacturers in Daegu)

  • This study performed a structural questionnaire survey and non-structural interview of the ladies apparel manufacturers in Daegu on the qualification for the employees, skills required for job performance, job training, automatic manufacturing systems, and the use of computer. The results are as follows. 1. Almost all of the apparel manufacturing systems were Pair System, except one Line System in one company. In terms of outsourcing, most of the manufacturers answered “yes,” and in 1998 the outsourcing process was sewing, but in the year 2002, outsourcing has been increased :12 manufacturers(57.1%) outsourcing most of the processes except patterning, 3(14.3%) outsourcing the finish of sewing. 2. The workforce of 1998 and that of 2002 shows a significant difference(P<. 01) between office work and management. The number of office workers has decreased from 15 down to 5.3 people. On the other hand, that of the management has slightly increased from 5.3 to 9.2 people. The number of the manual workers has decreased from 32.2 to 28.7 people. And the number of tailoring and patterning workers has slightly decreased, but the number has increased in sewing from 3.7 to 7.0 people. 3. The wage of an employee shows a significant difference between a sewing assistant(P<. 01) and a production manager(P<. 05), and the wage of a sewing assistant, in particular, has slightly raised from ₩905,000 to ₩1,054,000. 4. The qualifications required of employees are “cooperative human relations”(30.8%), “diligence,” and “ability for job analysis”(26.9%), and “positive thinking” (15.4%) in 1998, and “ability for job analysis”(38.5%), “cooperative human relations”(34.6%), and “positive thinking” (15.4%) in 2002. The areas for job openings are significantly different(P<. 01) depending on the year. Job openings in the design section has increased from 1(3.8%) to 16 manufacturers (61.5%), and decreased in tailoring section from 22(84.6%) to 2 manufacturers(7.7%). Job openings in the sewing section have increased form 2(7.7%) to 6 manufacturers (23.1%). In terms of sex of the employees, there is a significant difference(P<. 001). 19 companies(73.1%) wanted “male” in 1998, but 8 companies(30.8%) answered that they want “female” and 17 companies(65.4%) answered that “it does not matter.” About the educational background, there was a significant difference between the years. The number of the companies that want junior college graduates with an associate degree has increased(15 companies(57.7%). There was a significant difference(P<. 05) in major of the employee. The number of the companies that want fashion majors has increased from 5(19.2%) to 20(76.9%). 5. In terms of job skills required, there was no significant difference. In 1998, “production skills” (46.2%) and “ability for job analysis” (26.9%) were required, and in 2002, “ability for job analysis” (42.3%) and “emotional skills” (26.9%). 6. In regard to training for job skills, “fashion professional training” has slightly decreased from 65.4% in 1998 to 46.2% in 2002, however, “training for job analysis” has slightly increased from 30.8% in 1998 to 46.2% in 2002, which indicates the fact that “fashion professional training” and “ability for job analysis” have been emphasized. 7. The number of the manufacturers purchased apparel CAD has increased from 1(3.8%) to 3(11.5%), and the number of the manufacturers that have no plan for purchase has increased from 16(61.5%) in 1998 to 15(57.7%), still taking up a big proportion. 8. About the use of computers in manufacturing, there is a significant difference(P<. 05). The number of the manufacturers using computer has increased from 5(19.2%) to 15(57.7%) and that of the manufacturers which do not use computers has decreased from 17(57.7%) to 8(30.8%). 9. In the interviews with the owners of the manufacturers, they pointed that schools should give more weight on practical training courses, the invitation of experts in the specific field, complex production systems, training courses for sewing, field trip courses, and furthering specialty education, personality and vocational education.

DEA를 이용한 호텔 관광 서비스 업계의 CRM 도입 효율성 분석 (The Efficiency Analysis of CRM System in the Hotel Industry Using DEA)

  • 본 논문은 호텔 관광 서비스 업계에서 급변하는 전산화와 글로벌화에 대응하기 위하여 IT 솔루션 도입을 통하여 기업의 업무 처리를 고도화하고 고객 서비스 대응력을 높인 사례를 연구하였다. 이를 통하여 국내 유수의 호텔 관광기업이 효과적으로 고객 요구에 대응하기 위하여 CRM 솔루션을 자체적으로 개발하여 실무에 활용하도록 함으로써, 고객에 대한 분석력을 높이고 고객별 마케팅 전략 수립과 고객에 특화 한 영업을 전개하는 활용 사례를 연구하였다. 특히 본 연구는 호텔 관광 업계의 CRM 솔루션 도입 과정과 CRM을 이용한 영업 업무 및 마케팅 업무에 활용해 나가는 과정에 대하여 논하였고, CRM 도입에 의한 효과를 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) 를 통하여 분석하였다. 우선 CRM을 도입한 L사의 각 사이트별 상대적 효율성을 CCR 모형으로 비교 분석하였으며, 그 다음 L사의 대표 사이트에 소속된 각 영업장들의 상대적 효율성을 BCC 모형으로 비교 분석하였다.
