Advanced Safety Management System(SMS) of Korea Railroad Corporation for risk management should be established applying contents-centered domestic standard according to Railway Safety Act and process-centered international standards suggested by Lloyd's Register Company. Besides, laws, regulations, guidelines and manuals which are optimized for each sector should be systematically integrated to strengthen the consistency of SMS of KORAIL. New safety regulations and guidelines for safety management/train operations/maintenance should be established according to the safety policy of KORAIL to boost effective field work by regulations, guidelines, manuals, etc. The advanced Safety Management System will lead KORAIL as a competent global enterprise with its boosted reputation in the international railway market.

Clinical laboratory order communication system was developed to run fast and effective laboratory tests at the Chungbuk National University Hospital. The present system incorporated with the main Hospital Management Information System accepts :aboratory orders, classifies them based on the predefined logical system, and outputs various practical informations for the user. These assist sample taking, sample management, and work plan organization. A special care was taken to the sample management by introducing the bar code system. The system was written in the INFOS hierarchical database and COBOL, and is currently in the practical use for both in - and out-ward patients. The present system enabled fast and effective data communication as well as reducing the time and man power indispensable when the manual slips are used for order communication.

Railway system is a word that includes rolling stock, railway infrastructure and signalling System in passenger transfer and rail freight. This system get higher competitiveness in energy efficiency part than other transfer system. But it is comprehensive system has latent loss of lives and property by big accident. First of all, to control this comprehensive system and to confirm safety of it, we need human resource management. This research will suggest how to apply efficiency safety verification and certification system to railway system. human resource management systems is defined as three kinds that is recruitment and management, ensure personnel's competencies and fitness, activity of assigning suitable responsible person for work.

Construction system modeling can enhance work performance by following the behaviors of a system. System behaviors may originate from physical aspects of a system, namely operation level variables, or from non-physical aspects of a system known as context level variables. However, construction system modelers usually focus on only one type of system variable (i.e., operation level or context level) which can lead to less accurate results. Hybrid modeling with System Dynamics (SD) and Discrete Event Simulation (DES) is one of the approaches that has been utilized to address this issue. In this research, an SD-DES hybrid model of a steel fabrication shop is developed, and the benefits of capturing context level variables together with operation level variables in the model are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to find out the successful way of the hospital management focusing on the OCS. More than 40 educational hospitals have OCS. However, only five of them were chosen for the research. Questionnaires are collected from more than 750 persons working in five educational hospitals and some of them were interviewed. The major conclusions of the study can be summarized as follows: o The OCS has simplified the treatment procedure for outpatients, and the outpatients' waiting time has been shortened. o Higher rate of satisfaction was found among the personnel in general. o The number of patients who visited outpatients clinics has increased, so as the hospital profits: the personnel are rescheduled or sent to other departments the number of employees in hospitals have decreased. o The system has the positive effect on large hospitals with over 1000 beds, highly invested hospitals, well computerized hospitals and where the personnel are much interested in the system. o The managers' and the doctors' intention to utilize the OCS is the most important factor influencing the patients' convenience, the simplification of the work and the rate of the employees' satisfaction about their duties. The suggestions for more efficient hospital management through the OCS are as follows ; o The managers and the doctors are need to decide to make active use of the OCS. o The hospital can be run more effective under the clear management purpose. o The work in the hospital must be standardized based on patients' needs. o The OCS must be built and developed mainly for the users' utility. o The education of the personnel and the inspection of the program are necessary before the OCS is introduced. o The hardware should be thoroughly benchmarked before the purchase.

This study was conducted to examine the domestic and foreign street tree creation and management system. This study examined the planning, creation, and management of street trees in Seoul, Korea, Lebanon, U.S.A, Yokohama, Japan, and Paris, France. Although the work system and perception of street trees differ depending on the national administration and cultural differences, major differences and characteristics could be examined. According to the research results, each country surveyed street trees through various methods and standards, and it was confirmed that an efficient work performance system was established with quantitative standards and devices to efficiently utilize them compared to Korea. There is a limitation in representing an entire country as only one local government was considered. In addition, since laws are revised and established according to changes and needs in society, it is necessary to conduct continuous research.

Purpose - This work aims to study the existing management process and methods of statistical evaluation of personnel mobility management, and propose improvement measures. This is particularly relevant in today's market economy because proper organization of personnel movement affects the availability and effective utilization of human resources in enterprises. Hence, it influences the volume, timely execution of work, equipment efficiency, and consequently the volume of production, its cost, profit, and other economic indicators. Research design, data, and methodology - We investigate the indicators that measure staff mobility, and their dependent consequences. Further, it analyses the factors influencing high staff turnover, which is a main indicator of staff mobility. Results - Measures for staff mobility development and prevention of turnover are proposed. Micom Systems is a sample case that has developed special programs to reduce staff turnover. Conclusions - Staff mobility leads to additional costs, significant loss of working time, and increase in defects. However, the advantages of staff mobility outweigh these negative factors. The role of staff mobility in a market economy cannot be overestimated.

Considering in view of China's low price and Japan's high technology, the most important point is the quality of product. To increase the comparative power internationally all workingmen have to fulfill the responsibility to maximize the quality, and this is possible practiced under 'Zero Defect' spirit. To reduce the defect ratio to 'Zero' the workingmen have to recognize own fault, all the manufacturing process should be conducted under 'Fool Proof System', If done under this circumstances, then labor force can work comfortably and safely without nervousness and tiresome. The productivity and quality can increase ultimately and even foreign labor, imbecile child, old-aged labor can participate in work, which can reduce shortage of labor source. Therefore, in this study all defects in manufacturing process, it would be recognized the errors and mistakes caused by human.
