중학교에서의 조별 협력학습을 통한 수학과 학력신장에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Extension of the Ability of Mathematics through Cooperation of Group work at the Middle School.)

  • Mathematics is extreme the differences of the scholarly attainments in comparison with other subjects at a middle school. Specially, the students at islands and places leave much to be desired the scholarly attainments standards of mathematics. Therefore, every school takes movement class according to level these days. And the small schools put in effect the cooperation of group work through the small groups. These classes are effective at the scholarly attainments extension to some degree, but each student is extreme the differences of scholarly attainments. On this, the small school was the subject of study at the present research and put in effect the cooperation of group work through the small groups. The students were divided in three groups; the top class, average, the low class, And they were offered the fitting textbooks matching the cooperation of group work and the opportunities of discovery learning fitting an individual ability and standard. Consequently, some educational materials were made, for example, question papers, commonness learning materials, choice learning materials. These materials were put in effect to the students to be able to succeed discovery learning. With this, the students were investigated an interest of mathematics and the influence giving at the studies attainment. And the students were put in effect the cooperation of group work through the small groups to improve uniformity and sturdiness of the mathematical education. The conclusion at the present research is as follows. 1) When the students put in effect the cooperation of group work through the small groups, the scholarly attainments of mathematics totally didn't display useful changes as improvement. However, the students of average and the low class gradually seemed to improve the scholarly attainments of mathematics as the help of the top class positively. 2) An individual and cooperation learning in the method of the cooperation of group work through the small groups displayed many changes at the learning attitude of the students by means of discovery learning thanks to the learning heads. 3) When the investigator put in effect the cooperation of group work through rather the small groups than the large groups, the numbers of the students experiencing interest about mathematics increased in 26% and this learning method should continue to progress.

Effective Internal Marketing Based on Cooperation Perception and Relational Diversity

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine under what conditions suggestion programs conducted by organizations actually increase individual perception of their work effectiveness. Specifically, this study looks into the effects of cooperation perception and relational demography of employee on work effectiveness of suggestion programs. It does this by focusing on the interaction effect of organizational commitment. Research design, data and methodology: Data was collected from 1,872 participants who took part in the suggestion program of HCCP 6th DATA. This data was subjected to multiple regression analysis. Results: a) higher employee cooperation perception enhances work effectiveness of suggestion program, but relational difference of knowledge diversity between team members has no effect on work efficiency; b) Positive effect of cooperation perception, and difference in education level on work effectiveness become greater as commitment increases. However, organizational commitment decreases the positive effect of difference in organizational tenure on work effectiveness by suggestion program. Conclusion: The results point to the importance of broadening the current conceptual models of employee work effectiveness of suggestion program to include relational demography, as well as the utility of conducting additional cross-level research on suggestion programs.

치과위생사의 업무 협력과 보상 만족도가 직무착근도에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과 (The effect of dental hygienist work cooperation and compensation satisfaction on job embeddedness: mediating effect of positive psychological capital)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of dental hygienists' cooperation and compensation satisfaction on job embeddedness through positive psychological capital, and to provide basic data on ways to improve the welfare of dental hygienists and the quality of medical services. Methods: From July 1 to 20, 2023, a questionnaire survey was administered to 206 dental hygienists via an online link. SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0 was used to conduct the frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Factors influencing dental hygienists' job embeddedness were type of compensation satisfaction (β=0.362, p<0.001), intangible compensation satisfaction (β=0.190, p<0.001), cooperation between dental hygienists (β=0.178, p<0.05), and age (β=0.112, p<0.05). Positive psychological capital was found to have a complete mediating effect on work cooperation in the effect of dental hygienists' job embeddedness (p>0.05), and partial mediating effect on compensation satisfaction (p<0.01). As a result of the Sobel test, it was confirmed that it was statistically significant as dental hygienist work cooperation (Z=2.339, p=0.019), dentist work cooperation (Z=1.985, p=0.047), intangible compensation satisfaction (Z=2.286, p=0.022), and type compensation satisfaction (Z=1.980, p=0.048). Conclusions: In order to improve the work environment of dental hygienists, develop programs to improve positive psychological capital, secure access to education, and various related studies are needed.

Does South-South Cooperation Really Work? Some Evidences from Korea's Bilateral ODA Programs to Facilitate HRD in ICT in Bangladesh

  • While North-South cooperation (NSC) continues to play a considerably dominant role in international development cooperation efforts, there is growing criticisms across the world as to the role and effectiveness of the NSC to support the developing countries to meet their development needs. As such, South-South cooperation (SSC) has become a subject of discussion in recent years across the world in international development and has increasingly become popular as an effective aid modality. However, there is unavailability of sufficient empirical studies about the efficacy of the SSC in the context of Bangladesh. The present paper attempts to examine two KOICA's projects to facilitate HRD in ICT in Bangladesh taking into consideration of Korea as a southern country. The study revealed that Korea's bilateral development cooperation efforts have been effective so far to fulfill their objectives. The findings of the study put forward that SSC may work in the form of technical cooperation to support the developing countries, provided that technical cooperation is demand-driven, and that there is sufficient level of absorptive capacity and supportive policy as well on the part of developing partner country to utilize external skills and technology.

스마트워크와 IT의 일자리창출을 위한 메커니즘 방안 (Mechanism Method for Smart Work and the Creation of IT Job)

  • 최근 들어 스마트 폰 사용의 확대로 우리 생활에 큰 변화가 나타나기 시작했다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 스마트기기의 활용으로 나타나고 있는 스마트워크와 일자리 창출을 위한 메커니즘에 대하여 살펴보고 그 발전방안을 찾고자 하였다. 따라서 스마트워크에 대한 명확한 개념적 정의와 IT를 통한 정보의 융합과 산업의 정보화가 가져온 신 시장 개척, 그리고 ICT를 통한 일자리 창출의 해외사례를 분석하였다. 나아가 스마트워크 플레이스하는데 있어서 국민의 문화적인 인식전환이 필요하다. 또한 민 관 협력을 기반한 클러스터 개발이 일자리 창출을 도모할 수 있을 것이다. 더불어 학계-협력업체-서비스업체 등의 상생을 통해 지역경제 발전의 주도적인 역할 수행을 강조하고 있다. 이를 위해 정부적 차원에서 스마트워크에 대한 정책적 지원과 민관이 협력할 필요가 요구된다.

리스트라이킹 금형용 펀치와 다이플레이트의 구조 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study of punch and die plate for restriking mold of structure engineering design)

  • 금형산업체에서 프레스금형의 성형 중에 적용하고 있는 리스트라이킹(Restriking)공법은 앞 공정에서 성형된 제품의 정확한 치수와 정밀도 높은 형상을 얻기 위하여 공정을 추가하는 것을 뜻한다. 이 공법은 벤딩가공(Bending work), 드로잉가공(Drawing work) 등에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상기의 요인을 해소하기 위하여 1벌의 금형으로 드로잉 성형과 리스트라이킹을 할 수 있는 각종 드로잉금형의 펀치와 다이블록의 형상설계를 제시하고 이것에 대해 고찰하였다.

  • 역할기반접근제어(RBAC)는 사용자나 네트워크상의 자원을 관리하는데 있어 오류를 최소화하기 위해 가장 적합한 접근제어 모델로 인정되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 역할기반 접근제어기법을 응용하여 기존의 RBAC에 Role의 상위 개념인 워크(work)개념을 도입한다. 워크개념을 이용하면 사용자는 자신의 업무를 수행시 역할(Role)이 아닌 좀더 추상적이고 포괄적 개념인 워크를 선택할 수 있게 된다. 워크는 사용자가 선택된 업무에 따라 정해지지만 정해진 워크에 따라 자신에게 부여되어 있는 권한이라 할지라도 현재 처리하고 있는 업무에 관련성이 없는 권한은 시스템적으로 차단되도록 하고자하는 방법을 제안한다.

응급구조사의 업무 스트레스와 그 영향 요인 (Work Stress and Affecting Factors of Emergency Medical Technicians)

  • Objectives: To identify work stress and affecting factors of the emergency medical technicians(EMT) and to provide basic data for work circumstance improvement and emergency medical service and duty efficiency elevation. Methods: The data were collected by questionnaire from 635 emergency medical technicians throughout the whole country from August 5 to September 20 2013 and analyzed by using the SPSS(version 18.0) program. Factors affecting stress were analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis(${\alpha}=0.05$). Results: Mean level of job stress was markedly high in the spot situation(3.43 point), user awareness(3.31 point), burden related to work(3.21 point), role and conflict as a professional job(3.10 point), unsuitable treatment(2.95 point) but was lowest in specialty demand of knowledge and skill(2.76 point). Conclusions: To diminish work stress, understanding and cooperation of the residents and reduction of burden related to work must be improved. Above all, positive interest of 119 and related organ and duty environment improvement will and effort and continuous measure establishment and support and cooperation of the government are needed.

물리치료사의 일과 삶의 균형이 직무열의에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Work-Life Balance of Physical Therapist on Job Enthusiasm)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 물리치료사의 일과 삶의 균형이 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 U시 물리치료사 109명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 변수 간의 인과관계에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 물리치료사의 일과 삶의 균형-갈등이 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 일과 삶의 균형의 하위요인인 일·가정 갈등, 가정·일 갈등은 직무열의에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 물리치료사의 일과 삶의 균형-촉진이 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과 일과 삶의 균형의 일·가정 촉진, 가정·일 촉진 요인 모두 직무열의에 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 물리치료사의 일과 삶의 균형-갈등 요인은 직무열의에 영향력을 미치지 못하지만 일과 삶의 균형-촉진의 일·가정 촉진, 가정·일 촉진 요인이 높을수록 직무열의가 높아진다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 물리치료사들의 일과 삶의 균형 유지 및 직무열의 증진을 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.
