21세기의 여러 가지 공연 문화 중에 뮤지컬 장르는 현대 문화의 아이콘이라고 할 만큼 우리 생활 속에 친근하게 자리 잡고 있다. 특히 한국 창작 뮤지컬 분야는 그 소재를 우리 역사 속 인물을 제 창조 하여 국민들의 공감대를 형성 하는 경우가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 해외에 비해 창작을 해온 역사가 아직은 짧고 전문 인력이 부족 하기 때문에 지금도 완성이 아닌 현제 진행형이라고 볼 수 있다. 뮤지컬 원효는 우리 역사 속 인물인 원효 대사를 새로운 인물로 재창조 하여 창작된 뮤지컬로 작품속에 녹아 있는 '일체유심조'사상과 요석 공주와의 관계를 통해 원효 대사가 파계하는 모습 등을 여러 가지 사건과 음악을 통해 보여주고 있다. 뮤지컬은 작품 속에 등장하는 인물들의 존재 이유가 명확할 때 작품의 의도 또한 잘 전달 되어 질 수 있지만 뮤지컬 원효에서 여자 주인공 역할인 요석 공주는 주인공임에도 불구하고 인물의 목표와 장면마다의 연계성에 대한 부재가 크다고 판단되었다. 본고는 뮤지컬 원효에 등장하는 인물 중에서 중심인물인 요석 공주의 시점으로 장면을 분석하고 더 나은 공연이 되기 위해 나아갈 방향성을 제시해 보고자 한다.

Difference of the inset diversity and community structures between the bog Hwaeom-neup and its surrounding forest of Mt. Wonhyo-san located at Yangsan were investigated. Overall 15 orders, 87 families, 204 genera and 233 species were identified. Hydrophilic Harpalidae species were observed in small number at the bog, while the insect species representing hardwood forest were also collected at the bog. Species diversity was relatively higher at the forest (H'=4.80) than at the bog (H'=4.10). The dominant species was Diplous depressus (Gebler) both at bog as well as at forest. Ground-walking Coleoptera as Carabus sternbergi stembergi Roeschke, Damaster jankowskii jankowskii (Oberthur) and D. depressus was spread from forest into bog. Longhorn beetles Leptura arcuata Panzer and Chlorophorus diadema (Motschulsky) being characteristic species of shrub forest were also observed spreading into bog. It was consequently suggested that the bog was in part progressed into dry succession and its boundary was not clearly defined with forest at least upon the structure of insect commnunity.

The reliability of leadframe-based semiconductor package depends on the adhesion between metal and epoxy molding compound (EMC). In this study, the Ag surface was electrochemically treated in a solution containing silanes in order to improve the adhesion between Ag and epoxy substrate. After electrochemical treatment, the thin silane layer was deposited on the Ag surface, whereby the peel strength between Ag and epoxy substrate was clearly improved. The improvement of peel strength depended on the functional group of silane, implying the chemical linkage between Ag and epoxy.

The purpose of this study is to interpret Korean traditional space as text on the basis of Structuralism. The process of this study is illustrated as follows: At first, this research contains basic concepts and theories of Structuralism and discusses the possibilities of typological approaches in Korean traditional space interpretation. Secondly, As typological structure of traditional space, spacial and visual expressive characteristics in traditional residential space based on traditional thoughts of Koreans formed with inherent consciousness are considered with Hjelmslev's Structuralism and Wonhyo's Whajaeng theory. Finally, This study tries conceptual analysis based on Lacan's Metaphor and Metonymy emerged from unconscious mechanisms about interpretation and induction of the traditional spacial structure for contemporary Application. Structure is a group of elements forming a covariant ensemble. From this point of view, this study validates that texts are understood when methods that bring back to the creative processes and intentions are found by Text Hermeneutics.

This study is for the understanding of the role of fortunetelling and the "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" through the relationship between the manners and customs of Koreans and the Buddhist Scripture dealing with the fortunetelling. It is meaningful to understand how it is related with Buddhism. As a result, I perceived that Koreans have lived with fortunetelling and that the role of fortunetelling in from private person to the country. I saw there were four big roles; to clean the uncertainty of the future to fulfill the expectations, to confirm the justice of what he or she did, to cure, and to choice. Looking into "Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms(三國遺事)", I see that the Scripture of Fortunetelling and the ceremony of fortunetelling was popular and those great monks such as Wongwang, Wonhyo, Jinpyo and Jihye presided these ceremonies. The structure of the "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" has the hierarchy of Fortunetelling, Penance, Practice, Awakening, and Salvation of the world. So fortunetelling motivated every stage of practice. The role of fortunetelling in "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" is to intermediate. For this purpose it divided the attitude for the fortunetelling into two categories; for the urgent real life and just for enjoying. But they seriously dealt with both results. They used the fortunetelling in order to accomplish the ultimate purpose of Buddhism. So the fortunetelling is a mean of propagation of Buddhism and a intermediary of awakening and salvation.

This paper presents an air flow sensor (AFS) based on a polymer thin film. This AFS primarily consists of a polymer membrane attached to a metal-patterned glass substrate and a temperature-sensing element composed of NiCr. These two components were integrated on a single glass substrate. The AFS measures changes in capacitance caused by deformation of the polymer membrane based on the air flow and simultaneously detects the temperature of the surrounding environment. A readout integrated circuit (ROIC) was also fabricated for signal processing, and an ROIC chip, 1.8 mm by 1.9 mm in size, was packaged with an AFS in the form of a system-in-package module. The total size of the AFS is 1 by 1 cm, and the diameter and thickness of the circular-shaped polymer membrane are 4 mm and $15{\mu}m$, respectively. The rate of change of the capacitance is approximately 11.2% for air flows ranging between 0 and 40 m/s.

Temple with Multi-Buddha's Pavilions is a temple consisting of more than 2 Buddha's Pavilions. Individual Buddha's Pavilions tend to form distinguished area, or to keep independent axis from other Buddha's Pavilions. This study is to understand the philosophy of layout of individual Buddha's Pavilions located in the Temple with Multi-Buddha's Pavilions. To investigate a relationship to layout of individual Buddha's Pavilions on the basis of Buddhism doctrine makes us to understand philosophies about temple layout which temple constructors had. Bulkooksa, a temple having several pavilions placed in parallel, integrates diverse philosophies such as Vairocana Buddha-Ksetra from Vairocana Buddha's Pavilion, Sakyamuni Buddha-Ksetra from both Sakyamuni Buddha's Pavilion and two stupa, and Amitayus Buddha-Ksetra (Sukhavati) from Amitayus Buddha-Ksetra Pavilion. Sakyamuni Buddha's Pavilion and Amitayus Buddha's Pavilion are placed east to west in parallel, and Vairocana Buddha's Pavilion is placed behind them. Beobjusa, a temple having several pavilions placed cross axis, combines three axes such as the first, main axis linking Kumkang Gate - Chunwang Gate - Palsang Pavilion - Amitayus Buddha's Pavilion - Sakyamuni Buddha's Pavilion, the second axis linking Palsang Pavilion -Maitreya Pavilion, and the third axis linking Amitayus Buddha's Pavilion - Avalokiteshvara Pavilion. Relationship among each Buddha's land is clearly expressed by means of this cross axis layout of Buddha's Pavilions, reflecting a philosophy of rebirth in Nirvana that Wonhyo and Eusang propagated. Buseoksa, a temple having several pavilions placed the before and the behind, combines three Buddha's lands such as Maitreya Buddha-Ksetra, Amitayus Buddha-Ksetra and Vairocana Buddha-Ksetra, by means of arrangement of Maitreya Pavilion, Anyang Pavilion and Amitayus Buddha's Pavilion at bended axis, and east facing Amitayus Buddha. By investigating the philosophy of Temple layout with Multi-Buddha's Pavilions in this study, Buddha's Land conception, for people, that ancient Korean temples have, is understood.

Recently, various industrial sectors have introduced cloud service actively in their business because cloud computing technology enables storage·management and analysis·utilization of data easily in anytime, anywhere. Especially in financial sector, the business provocatively adopted the service and creates various innovative cases; furthermore, already in abroad, the sector has been accelerating digitization of analysis in cases of credit risk, financial fraud data, stock trading etc. On the contrary, in the domestic financial industry, not only the cloud service introduction and innovation cases are underperformed, but most of them are focused on the back-office service. Most Korean financial corporations are burdened with the adoption of cloud service due to various conservative regulatory requirements, such as regulations on data storage and management, regulations on privacy, and other tasks such as developing decision models and establishing responsibility standard for security incidents and service failures. In this study, it would be aimed to contribute to promote the introduction of the cloud in the domestic financial sector by drawing up preemptive challenges and inspecting priorities.

The biogenesis and biological roles of extracellular vesicles (EVs) in the progression of liver diseases have attracted considerable attention in recent years. EVs are membrane-bound nanosized vesicles found in different types of body fluids and contain various bioactive materials, including proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and mitochondrial DNA. Based on their origin and biogenesis, EVs can be classified as apoptotic bodies, microvesicles, and exosomes. Among these, exosomes are the smallest EVs (30-150 nm in diameter), which play a significant role in cell-to-cell communication and epigenetic regulation. Moreover, exosomal content analysis can reveal the functional state of the parental cell. Therefore, exosomes can be applied to various purposes, including disease diagnosis and treatment, drug delivery, cell-free vaccines, and regenerative medicine. However, exosome-related research faces two major limitations: isolation of exosomes with high yield and purity and distinction of exosomes from other EVs (especially microvesicles). No standardized exosome isolation method has been established to date; however, various exosome isolation strategies have been proposed to investigate their biological roles. Exosome-mediated intercellular communications are known to be involved in alcoholic liver disease and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease development. Damaged hepatocytes or nonparenchymal cells release large numbers of exosomes that promote the progression of inflammation and fibrogenesis through interactions with neighboring cells. Exosomes are expected to provide insight on the progression of liver disease. Here, we review the biogenesis of exosomes, exosome isolation techniques, and biological roles of exosomes in alcoholic liver disease and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

Background: The author investigated the structural theory of the mind, the origin of psychopathology, the resolving stage of the psychopathology, and nature of the true mind in the human mind. Methods: The author reviewed the "Awakening of Faith in the Mah$\bar{a}$y$\bar{a}$na" by Mamyung and "The Commentary on the Treatise of Awakening Mah$\bar{a}$y$\bar{a}$na Faith" and "Expository Notes on the Treatise of Awakening Mah$\bar{a}$y$\bar{a}$na Faith" by Wonhyo. Results: The author of the Treatise insisted on believing the true mind in the human being. Also in the treatise, $\bar{A}$layavijn$\bar{a}$na explained the harmonized mind of the true mind and the ignorant mind. The ignorant mind as the source of fundamental ignorance, which results in peripheral ignorance arising from the ego in relation with the external world Also, he explains the origin of ignorance and encourages to abandon the deep attachment to ignorance. The developing and resolving stages of ignorance are similar to the developing and resolving stage of psychopathology. Conclusion: The author insists on the psychiatric application of the mind theory in the "Awakening of Faith in the Mah$\bar{a}$y$\bar{a}$na", "The Commentary on the Treatise of Awakening Mah$\bar{a}$y$\bar{a}$na Faith", and "Expository Notes on the Treatise of Awakening Mah$\bar{a}$y$\bar{a}$na Faith" Also, the author encourages deep faith of the true human mind.
