지방자치단체 지방의료원의 운영 활성화를 위한 실증적 연구 (Empirical Research for Activating the Public Health on Regional Medical Center of Local Government)

  • 지방의료원의 공공의료 활성화를 위하여 공공의료 본래의 공공성에 대한 고찰과 지방의료원의 현 실태를 파악하고 선행연구 분석과 연구자의 경험을 바탕으로 정책적 요인, 환경적 요인, 재정적 요인, 그리고 자생적 요인이 지방의료원의 활성화에 영향을 미친다고 가정하여 충남 4개 지방의료원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 실증 분석을 통해 4가지 요인과 40가지 하위 변수들과의 관계를 밝히고 가설을 검증하였다. 실증적 분석으로서 배경요소를 제시하여 가설 및 연구 모형의 설정, 연구집단 및 분석 방법의 설정, 요인분석 및 신뢰 타당도 분석을 실시하고, 윈도우 7 운영체제의 SPSS 19.0을 분석도구로 지방의료원의 활성화 요인과 변수와의 관계를 조사하였으며, PLS 2.0을 분석도구로 모형분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다.

  • 컴퓨터 비전은 인공 지능 기술을 통해 인간의 시각 시스템을 모방해 주변 환경을 보다 정확하게 인식하는 새로운 이미지 센서 기능으로 각광받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사물감지 및 거리측정 기능이 있는 새로운 깊이 센서인 키넥트(Kinect) 카메라를 통해, 무인 또는 유인 차량, 로봇 및 드론 등을 위한 컴퓨터 비전의 가장 중요한 기능들을 대상으로 시험을 진행하였다. 키넥트 카메라를 통해 시야 내에 있는 사물의 자리 또는 위치를 예측하고, 실제 사물이 아닌 픽셀을 무시해 처리 시간을 줄일 수 있도록 감지한 사물이 실제 사물인지 확인하여 깊이 센터를 통해 정확하게 거리를 측정한다. 실험 결과, 해당 거리센서는 좋은 결과를 나타냈으며, 추가 프로세싱을 위한 컴퓨터 비전 어플리케이션의 핵심 기능인 사물감지와 거리측정에 키넥트 카메라를 사용한다.

AUGMENTING WFIRST MICROLENSING WITH A GROUND-BASED TELESCOPE NETWORK

  • Augmenting the Wide Field Infrared Survey Telescope (WFIRST) microlensing campaigns with intensive observations from a ground-based network of wide-field survey telescopes would have several major advantages. First, it would enable full two-dimensional (2-D) vector microlens parallax measurements for a substantial fraction of low-mass lenses as well as planetary and binary events that show caustic crossing features. For a significant fraction of the free-floating planet (FFP) events and all caustic-crossing planetary/binary events, these 2-D parallax measurements directly lead to complete solutions (mass, distance, transverse velocity) of the lens object (or lens system). For even more events, the complementary ground-based observations will yield 1-D parallax measurements. Together with the 1-D parallaxes from WFIRST alone, they can probe the entire mass range M ≳ M. For luminous lenses, such 1-D parallax measurements can be promoted to complete solutions (mass, distance, transverse velocity) by high-resolution imaging. This would provide crucial information not only about the hosts of planets and other lenses, but also enable a much more precise Galactic model. Other benefits of such a survey include improved understanding of binaries (particularly with low mass primaries), and sensitivity to distant ice-giant and gas-giant companions of WFIRST lenses that cannot be detected by WFIRST itself due to its restricted observing windows. Existing ground-based microlensing surveys can be employed if WFIRST is pointed at lower-extinction fields than is currently envisaged. This would come at some cost to the event rate. Therefore the benefits of improved characterization of lenses must be weighed against these costs.

교내 건설공사로 인한 학습환경 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of School Construction Work on the Learning Environment)

  • The number of schools which have passed 30 years after the construction takes up 30% (5% falling to class D and E) in Korea. So, the offices of education across the nation conduct large works for the expansion, improvement and renovation of the school. But as the work takes a lot of time, the work is also conducted while the students are studying at the schools. The work at the school causes the noise, dust, vibration as the school often has the reinforced concrete structure. So, as the windows are closed to prevent the nuisance from hampering the education, the problems related to the illumination, ventilation, and control of humidity and temperature are give damages to students studying the school buildings. Actually, as the current renovation or expansion is conducted across the nation due to the implementation of the new education system and the resulting integration and construction of hub school, specialized school, meister school and it causes a lot of nuisance to the learning students and others, there are a lot of complaints from concerned people. Accordingly this study suggests the method of evaluating the factors which affect the learning environment such as the noise, dust or fine dust and reducing the nuisances to the level proper for the learning environment when the existing school is expanded, improved or renovated.

Effect of Hydrocarbon Additives on SNCR DeNOx Characteristics under Oxidizing Diesel Exhaust Gas Conditions

  • DeNOx experiments for the effects of hydrocarbon additives on diesel SNCR process were conducted under oxidizing diesel exhaust conditions. A diesel-fueled combustion system was set up to simulate the actual cylinder and head, exhaust pipe and combustion products, where the reducing agent $NH_3$ and $C_2H_6/diesel$ fuel additives were separately or simultaneously injected into the exhaust pipe, used as the SNCR flow reactor. A wide range of air/fuel ratios (A/F=20~40) were maintained, based on engine speeds where an initial NOx level was 530 ppm and the molar ratios (${\beta}=NH_3/NOx$) ranged between 1.0~2.0, together with adjusting the amounts of hydrocarbon additives. Temperature windows were normally formed in the range of 1200~1350K, which were shifted downwards by 50~100K with injecting $C_2H_6/diesel$ fuel additives. About 50~68% NOx reduction was possible with the above molar ratios (${\beta}$) at the optimum flow #1 ($T_{in}=1260K$). Injecting a small amount of $C_2H_6$ or diesel fuel (${\gamma}=hydrocarbon/NOx$) gave the promising results, particularly in the lower exhaust temperatures, by contributing to the sufficient production of active radicals ($OH/O/HO_2/H$) for NOx reduction. Unfortunately, the addition of hydrocarbons increased the concentrations of byproducts such as CO, UHC, $N_2O$ and $NO_2$, and their emission levels are discussed. Among them, Injecting diesel fuel together with the primary reductant seems to be more encouraging for practical reason and could be suggested as an alternative SNCR DeNOx strategy under diesel exhaust systems, following further optimization of chemicals used for lower emission levels of byproducts.

웹을 기반으로 인성과 창의력을 기르는 ICT 교재 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on ICT Textbook Development Raising the Humanity and Creativeness Based on the Web)

  • 초등학교 학생들에게 컴퓨터를 지도할 때 일반적으로 컴퓨터의 기능만 가르치므로 인성 교육 부재, 창의력 제한, 자기 주도적 학습 능력 부족 등 여러 가지 문제점이 발생한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 컴퓨터의 기능을 공부하면서 인성과 창의력을 기를 수 있고, 교육과정 내용을 익힐 수 있는 주제 통합 교재의 개발이 필요하다. 주제통합교재는 기능교육을 위해 교육과정을 접목하는 방법과 교육과정의 문제를 해결하기 위한 도구로 기능을 익히는 방법이 있다. 이에 맞추어 전자는 운영체제인 '윈도우 98'의 내용을 주제별로 나누어 각 주제에 맞는 인성 요소, 창의적인 요소, 그리고 교육과정 내용을 추출하여 구성을 하고, 후자는 '한글97'을 내용으로 교육과정에서 주제를 추출하여 '한글97'로 해결하는 과정으로 구성하였다. 또한 웹의 동적인 특징을 살려 상호작용이 가능한 주제 통합 교재를 개발함으로써 웹만이 갖고 있는 장점을 살려 학습할 수 있게 하였다.

인삼약침과 산조인약침이 정상인의 심박 변이도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Panax Ginseng Radix Pharmacopuncture and Zizyphi Spinosi Semen Pharmacopuncture on the Heart Rate Variability)

  • Objectives : We tried to investigate the effects of Panax Ginseng Radix pharmacopuncture and Zizyphi Spinosi Semen pharmacopuncture on human body with the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in adult man. As well as we tried to investigate how safe Panax Ginseng Radix and Zizyphi Spinosi Semen pharmacopuncture on the the human being. Methods : We investigated on 44 healthy volunteers consisted of 16 subjects in Panax Ginseng Radix pharmacopuncture group, 13 subjects in Zizyphi Spinosi Semen pharmacopuncture group and 15 subjects in Normal Saline. We ruled out subjects who wasn't stable by rest, with in the limit of normal heart beat(60-120cycle/min). Study form was a randomized, clinical trial. Each group was injected Panax Ginseng Radix pharmacopuncture, Zizyphi Spinosi Semen pharmacopuncture and Normal Saline $0.2m{\ell}$ at $GB_{21}$(Kyonjong). We measured HRV on 7 times : before and after injection per 5 minutes during 30 minutes. The SPSS 13.0 for windows was used to analyze the data by the paired t-test(in the group) and Anova test(among the groups) were used to verify the result. Results : 1. After Panax Ginseng Radix pharmacopuncture injection, SDNN was significantly high, pNN50 was significantly low, Ln(TP) was significantly high, Ln(VLF) was significantly high, Ln(LF) was significantly high at 30 minutes. 2. After Zizyphi Spinosi Semen pharmacopuncture injection, Complexity was significantly low, Ln(VLF) was significantly high at 30 minutes. 3. HRV-index made a significant difference between the Zizyphi Spinosi Semen pharmacopuncture and normal saline at 5 minutes(p=0.02). 4. There wasn's any pain the injected region and whole body, rubefaction, uredo, nausea, vomiting, colic, headache, dizziness within 24 hours. Measured data and mean value of Mean-HRV was within normal range. Conclusions : The results suggested that and Panax Ginseng Radix pharmacopuncture in healthy adult man tended to activate the vagus nervous system within normal range.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship between nurses' mentoring and turnover intention and to verify the goodness of fit between a hypothetical model and actual data in order to suggest an adequate model. Methods: The survey was conducted with 434 nurses working in general hospitals in Seoul. Data were collected during February 2013, and analyzed with SPSS Windows 18.0 and AMOS 7.0. Results: Mentoring was found to have a direct effect on decrease in role stress. Role stress had a direct effect on increase in burnout and mentoring, with role stress as a mediator, there was an indirect effect on burnout. Burnout had a direct effect on increase in turnover intention, and role stress, with burnout as a mediator, and mentoring, through role stress and burnout, an indirect effect was found on increase in turnover intention. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that nursing managers should put effort into reducing role stress and burnout, while seeking to establish a more efficient mentoring system so that for nurses, there will be a lowering of turnover intention.

개인용 컴퓨터와 소프트웨어를 이용한 3차원 전산화단층영상에서의 금속 수복물에 의한 선상 오류의 제거 (The elimination of the linear artifacts by the metal restorations in the three dimensional computed tomographic images using the personal computer and software)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and usefulness of newly developed personal computer-based software to eliminate the linear artifacts by the metal restorations. Materials and Methods: A 3D CT image was conventionally reconstructed using ADVANTAGE WINDOWS 2.0 3D Analysis software (GE Medical System, Milwaukee, USA) and eliminated the linear artifacts manually. Next, a 3D CT image was reconstructed using V-works 4.0/sup TM/(Cybermed Inc., Seoul, Korea) and the linear artifacts eliminated manually in the axial images by a skillful operator using a personal computer. A 3D CT image was reconstructed using V-works 4.0/sup TM/(Cybermed Inc., Seoul, Korea) and the linear artifacts were removed using a simplified algorithm program to eliminate the linear artifacts automatically in the axial images using a personal computer, abbreviating the manual editing procedure. Finally, the automatically edited reconstructed 3D images were compared to the manually edited images. Results and Conclusion: We effectively eliminated the linear artifacts automatically by this algorithm, not by the manual editing procedures, in some degree. But programs based on more complicated and accurate algorithms may lead to a nearly flawless elimination of these linear artifacts automatically.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of hallux valgus on the ankle plantarflexor and dorsiflexor peak torque, on the total work, on the average power, and on the Peak torque of plantarflexor to dorsiflexor ratio values. Isokinetic ankle plantarflexor and dorsiflexor strength was evaluated in 30 women(control: 15, hallux valgus: 15) by Cybex NORM System. Test data was gathered in the right ankle at a speed of 60/sec, 90/sec, 120/sec in the control group and the hallux valgus group. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 10.0 for windows software. Mean and standard deviations were measured and calculated for the General characterristic of subjects. A paired t-test was used to examine the differnces in the means for the ankle plantarflexor and dorsiflexor between two groups. Pearson coefficient correlation was used to examine the correlation of the hallux valgus and the peak torque. Analysis of variance indicated that isokinetic values of the control group were greater than the hallux valgus group(p<.05, p<.01).
