  • High Quality is requested by Consumers more and more, Accordingly, the Quality of Yarns should be followed to satisfy the Desire of Consumers. Therefore, Yarn Hairiness, which has effects on Touch, Handle, iud Dyeing, is one of important factor. In order to reduce Yarn Hairiness, various tests were made in Spinning process and the following Spinning conditions can be suggested. -. The Speed should be as lower as possible. -. Using proper Tension Disc on Winding process. -. Using Colletor on Ring Spinning process. -. Using proper Ring and Traveller :n Ring Spinning process To get the best results, continuous Trial tests should be carried-on.

  • 이 논문은 필라멘트 와인딩 공법으로 제작된 cone형 복합재 lattice 구조물에 대한 연구이다. cone형 복합재 lattice 구조물은 helical rib과 hoop rib 구조로 이루어져 있다. 이 구조는 탄소 섬유를 에폭시수지에 함침 시켜 섬유의 끊어짐이 없이 연속적으로 실리콘 고무 금형의 홈 안에 필라멘트 와인딩 하여 제작한 것이다. 본 연구에서 cone형 복합재 lattice 구조물에 대한 설계 개념과 제작방법에 대해 기술하였다.

  • 이 논문은 필라멘트 와인딩 공법으로 제작된 복합재 lattice 구조물에 대한 연구이다. 복합재 lattice 구조물은 helical rib과 hoop rib 구조로 이루어져 있다. 이 구조는 탄소 섬유를 에폭시에 함침 시켜 섬유의 끊어짐이 없이 연속적으로 실리콘 고무 금형의 홈 안에 필라멘트 와인딩하여 제작한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 lattice 구조물의 helical rib의 각도, 두께, 폭, 간격등을 안전율에 대하여 최적화 하는 이론을 제시하였다. 그리고 lattice 구조물의 제작방법을 기술하고 해석 및 시험결과를 기술하였다.

  • This study proposes an enhanced switching pattern that can improve energy transfer efficiency in an active cell-balancing circuit using a multiwinding transformer. This balancing circuit performs cell balancing by transferring energy stored in a specific cell with high energy to another cell containing low energy through a multiwinding transformer. The circuit operates in flyback and buck-boost modes in accordance with the energy transfer path. In the conventional flyback mode, the leakage inductance of the transformer and the stray inductance component of winding can transfer energy to an undesired path during the balancing operation. This case results in cell imbalance during the cell-balancing process, which reduces the energy transfer efficiency. An enhanced switching pattern that can effectively perform cell balancing by minimizing the amount of energy transferred to the nontarget cells due to the leakage inductance components in the flyback mode is proposed. Energy transfer efficiency and balancing speed can be significantly improved using the proposed switching pattern compared with that using the conventional switching pattern. The performance improvements are verified by experiments using a 1 W prototype cell-balancing circuit.

필라멘트 와인딩 공법 GFRP 원형 튜브의 에너지 흡수특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the energy absorption characteristics of GFRP circular tubes fabricated by the filament winding method)

  • 본 논문에서는 복합재 원형튜브의 에너지 흡수 특성을 평가하기 위해 준정적 압괴실험을 시행하였다. 사용된 시편은 필라멘트 와인딩 공법으로 제작된 GFRP(유리섬유/에폭시수지) 원형 튜브이다. 복합재 튜브의 에너지 흡수 특성 분석을 위한 파라미터로서 튜브의 트리거메커니즘, t/D, 섬유배향각 등을 고려하여 그 특성을 비교하였다. 튜브의 형상 측면에서 튜브 직경이 커짐에 따라 delamination에 의한 국부좌굴 발생빈도가 증가하게 되어 불안정한 압괴모드가 발생하는데 이러한 현상은 섬유 배향각을 조정하여 안정적인 압괴모드를 도출할 수 있었다.

Physical Properties of Alkali Resistant-Glass Fibers with Refused Coal Ore in Continues Fiber Spinning Conditions

  • AR (alkali resistant)-glass fibers were developed to provide better alkali resistance, but there is currently no research on AR-glass fiber manufacturing. In this study, we fabricated glass fiber from AR-glass using a continuous spinning process with 40 wt% refused coal ore. To confirm the melting properties of the marble glass, raw material was put into a (platinum) Pt crucible and melted at temperatures up to 1,650 ℃ for 2 h and then annealed. To confirm the transparent clear marble glass, visible transmittance was measured and the fiber spinning condition was investigated by high temperature viscosity measurement. A change in diameter was observed according to winding speed in the range of 100 to 700 rpm. We also checked the change in diameter as a function of fiberizing temperature in the range of 1,240 to 1,340 ℃. As winding speed increased at constant temperature, fiber diameter tended to decrease. However, at fiberizing temperature at constant winding speed, fiber diameter tended to increase. The properties of the prepared spinning fibers were confirmed by optical microscope, tensile strength, modulus and alkali-resistance tests.

  • The Servo motor is consistent with the magnet rotor, winding, magnetic back iron and the sensor. Especially the soft magnetic back iron in the servo motor, which consists of the magnet rotor and winding, and between these two components lies the magnetic circle. Its important to monitor the output power of to make conclusive decision for designs. In these days main household electrical appliances, business machinery and tools are made by process of miniaturization. Because of this miniaturization in hardware, miniaturization of the servo motor is essential But the decrease inside affects the power output. For improve of these has been several attempt at improving the power output of these smaller servo motors. There has been experiment in the servo motor composition, composing of the improvement of the soft magnetic back iron through comparison of the out put power plans are being made.

충격전류발생장치의 실험적연구 (Experimental Study of Impulsive High Current Generating Apparatus)

  • In this study, a design scheme of an impulsive high current generating device is presented. The device is proved to be effective in producing rather complex type of the permanent magnet. Principally, the apparatus designed same to the ordinary potential transformer or current transformer, but, it has a certain differences that the primary winding of many turns is excited by d.c. source and the secondary winding of a few turns induce low voltage and high current at the instant when opening a switch in the primary circuit. This paper does not include magnet production process. Rather, it deals with the analytical studies of the devices, the designing procedure of the experimental setup, and some results from the experimental data are presented as a preliminary study. The experimental results are found to agree well with the theoritical analysis presented in this paper.

  • The objective of this study is to demonstrate and commercialized for on-board fuel storage system for the hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Type3 composite cylinder is consisting of the full wrapped composites on a seamless aluminum liner. Especially, the seamless aluminum liner has been commercialized with development of fabrication through this study. The key technologies, including design, analysis and the optimized filament winding process for 350bar composite cylinder, were established and verified with design qualification test in accordance with international standard. And the facilities for fabrication and design qualification test have been constructed.
