  • 최근 무선인터넷의 기술을 이용한 스마트폰의 활용도가 높아짐에 따라 새로운 서비스의 연구분야로 단말기를 이용하여 이동객체의 위치정보를 제공받는 위치 기반 서비스 기술에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 현재 기술은 GPS를 이용한 위치추적으로 외부의 이동객체를 추적하는 기술로 많이 활용되고 있다. 그리고 고정된 레퍼런스 노드 또는 마스터 노드에 의존하고 있는 문제점과 위치 계산을 위한 기준이 대부분 홉스나 RF신호의 수신강도에 의한 거리차를 이용하는데 전파 특성에 따른 회절 및 반사, 다중 경로 등에 의한 신호감쇠현상으로 정확도를 보장하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 GPS와 WiFi를 이용하여 고정된 레퍼런스 노드에 의존하지 않고 이동식 GPS-AP를 이용하여 건물내부에 위치하는 특정 단말기의 위치정보를 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

Low-Pass Filter with Wide Stop-Band Characteristics Using Controllable Transmission Zeros (제어 가능한 전송 영점을 이용한 광대역 차단 특성을 갖는 저역 통과 필터)

  • In this paper, design and fabrication of the LPF with controllable four transmission zeros using electric coupling and added open stub is presented. Pass-band of the LPF is GSM band, and two transmission zeros are generated by the electric coupling at the WiBro and S-DMB band, And the other two transmission zeros are generated by the open stub at the upper frequencies. Harmonic frequency of the stop-band is suppressed by the realization of the filter using quasi-lumped element with small parasitic values. $C_M$, which is the electric coupling element of the equivalent circuit, is realized by the distance control between the open stubs of the filter structure. The fabricated LPF used teflon substrate with relative permittivity of 2.6. And it has a size of $38{\times}20{\times}0.79 mm^3$, which is including a feed line. The measured 3 dB cut-off frequency is 1.55 GHz, and locations of the transmission zeros are 2.20, 2.43, 4.11 and 6.84 GHz, respectively.

Protocol Design for Fire Receiver­based Fire Detection Robots (화재수신기 기반의 화재감시로봇을 위한 프로토콜 설계)

  • Conventional fire fighting robots are controlled by a remote control to monitor the fire scene or to suppress the fire. However, this method has a problem that it takes a long time to prepare robot and input it to fire place in the golden time after the fire, so that it can not sufficiently serve as a fire fighting robot. Using the autonomous driving fire monitoring robot, when a fire signal is generated, in conjunction with a fire receiver a moving robot takes a video of the fire scene and delivers the image to the fire department, so that the fire fighter can decide if it is real fire or not. Thereby it is possible to prevent a sudden spread of an accident by providing a quick judgment opportunity and at the same time suppressing the fire early. In this paper, we propose an architecture of the autonomous mobile fire monitoring robot and the communication protocol required for the robot to work with the fire receiver. A communication protocol is designed to control multiple fire monitoring robots in real time, and a communication with a fire receiver is designed as a hierarchical network to serve as an interface of an Ethernet network using wireless Wi-Fi. The fire monitoring robot and the wireless communication of the fire receiving period are implemented and the effectiveness of the operation is confirmed through the field test.

Induction of Selective Cell Death of Oral Squamous Carcinoma Cells by Integrin α2 Antibody and EGFR Antibody (인테그린 α2와 상피성장인자수용체 차단항체의 저해작용을 통한 구강편평상피암 세포의 선택적 제거)

  • Purpose: This study was to find efficacy of integrin alpha2 (${\alpha}_2$) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) as tumor marker of oral squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and clarify the selective cell death effect of anti-integrin ${\alpha}_2$ and anti-EGFR on SCC cells, additionally testify conjugated gold nanoparticles (GNP) with air plasma for selective cell death of oral SCC. Methods: Expression of integrin ${\alpha}_2$, EGFR on human SCC cells (SCC25) were examined by western blot. SCC25 cells were treated with anti-integrin ${\alpha}_2$, anti-EGFR and analysed by Hemacolor staining, immunoflorescence staining, FACS flow cytometry. Conjugated GNP with integrin ${\alpha}_2$, EGFR antibody were treated by air plasma on SCC cells. Results: Integrin ${\alpha}_2$ and EGFR were over-expressed on SCC25 cells than normal lung WI-38 cells. The cell viability rate of SCC25 cells treated with anti-integrin ${\alpha}_2$, anti-EGFR was lower than WI-38 cells. The concentration changes of nucleus, releasing cytochrome c and apoptosis inducing factor (AIF) from mitochondria to cytosol were observed. The changes of proteins related with apoptosis were observed. Increase of bax, bcl-xL, activation of caspase-3, -7, -9, and fragmentation of PARP, DFF45 and decrease of lamin A/C in SCC25 cells were observed. In FACS, increase of sub-$G_1$ and S phase was observed. Cell cycle related proteins, Such as cyclin D1, cyclin dependent kinase (CDK) 4, cyclin A, cyclin E, CDK 2, p27 were decreased. After SCC25 cells treated with conjugatged GNP-Integrin ${\alpha}_2$, GNP-EGFR, additionally air plasma, the cell death rate was significantly increased. Conclusion: Integrin ${\alpha}_2$, EGFR were over-expressed in oral SCC cells. Anti-integrin ${\alpha}_2$, anti-EGFR in SCC25 cells induced apoptosis selectively. When GNP-anti integrin ${\alpha}_2$, GNP-anti EGFR were treated with air plasma on SCC25 cells, cancer cells were died more selectively. GNP-anti integrin ${\alpha}_2$, GNP-anti EGFR with air plasma could be treatment choice of oral SCC.

  • I. Introduction Bi(痺) means blocking. It can reach at the joints or muscles or whole body and make pains. Numbness and movement disorders. BiJeung can be devided into SilBi and HeoBi. In SilBi there are PungHanSeupBi, YeolBi and WanBi. In HeoBi, there are GiHyeolHeoBi, EumHeoBi and YangHeoBi. The common principle for the treatment of BiJeung is devision of the chronic stage and the acute stage. In the acute stage, BiJeung is usually cured easily but in the chronic stage, it is difficult. In the terminal stage, BiJeung can reach at the internal organs. BiJeung is one kind of symptoms making muscles, bones and jonts feel pain, numbness or edema. For example it can be gout or SLE etc. Many famous doctors studied medical science by their fathers or teachers. So the history of medical science is long. So I studied ${\ll}Bijeungjujip{\gg}$. II. Final Decision 1. BanSuMun(斑秀文) thought that BiJeung can be cured by blocking of blood stream. So he insisted that the important thing to cure BiJeung is to improve the blood stream. He usually used DangGuiSaYeokTang(當歸四逆湯), DangGuiJakYakSanHapORyeongSan, DoHong-SaMulTang(桃紅四物湯), SaMyoSanHapHeuiDongTang and HwangGiGyeJiOMulTang. 2. JangGeonBu(張健夫) focused on soothing muscles and improving blood seam. So he used many herbs like WiRyeongSeon(威靈仙), GangHwal(羌活), DokHwal(獨活), WooSeul(牛膝), etc. Especially he pasted wastes of the boiled herbs. 3. OSeongNong(吳聖農) introduced four rules to treat arthritis. So he usually used SeoGak-SanGaGam(犀角散加減), BoYanHwanOTang(補陽還五湯), ODuTang(烏頭湯), HwangGiGyeJiOMulTang. 4. GongJiSin thought disk hernia as one kind of BiJeung. And he said that Pung can hurt upper limbs and Seup can hurt lower limbs. He used to use GyeJiJakYakJiMoTang(桂枝芍藥知母湯). 5. LoJiJeong(路志正) introduced four principles to treat BiJeung. He used BangPungTang(防風湯), DaeJinGuTang) for PungBi(風痺), OPaeTang(烏貝湯) for HanBi(寒痺), YukGunJaTang(六君子湯) for SeupBi(濕痺) and SaMyoTang(四妙湯), SeonBiTang(宣痺湯), BaekHoGaGyeTang(白虎加桂湯) for YeolBi(熱痺). 6. GangChunHwa(姜春華) discussed herbs. He said SaengJiHwang(生地黃) is effective for PungSeupBi and WiRyungSun(威靈仙) is effective for the joints pain. He usually used SipJeonDaeBoTang(十全大補湯), DangGuiDaeBoTang(當歸大補湯), YoukGunJaTang(六君子湯) and YukMiJiHwanTang(六味地黃湯). 7. DongGeonHwa(董建華) said that the most important thing to treat BiJeung is how to use herbs. He usually used CheonO(川烏), MaHwang(麻黃) for HanBi, SeoGak(犀角) for YeolBi, BiHae) or JamSa(蠶沙) for SeupBi, SukJiHwang(熟地黃) or Vertebrae of Pigs for improving the function of kidney and liver, deer horn or DuChung(杜沖) for improving strength of body and HwangGi(黃?) or OGaPi(五加皮) for improving the function of heart. 8. YiSuSan(李壽山) devided BiJeung into two types(PungHanSeupBi, PungYeolSeupBi). And he used GyeJiJakYakJiMoTang(桂枝芍藥知母湯) for the treatment of gout. And he liked to use HwanGiGyeJiOMulTangHapSinGiHwan 枝五物湯合腎氣丸) for the treat ment of WanBi(頑痺). 9. AnDukHyeong(顔德馨) made YongMaJeongTongDan(龍馬定痛丹)-(MaJeonJa(馬錢子) 30g, JiJaChung 3g, JiRyong(地龍) 3g, JeonGal(全蝎) 3g, JuSa(朱砂) 0.3g) 10. JangBaekYou(張伯臾) devided BiJeung into YeolBi and HanBi. And he focused on improving blood stream. 11. JinMuO(陳茂梧) introduced anti-wind and dampness prescription(HoJangGeun(虎杖根) 15g, CheonChoGeun 15g, SangGiSaeng(桑寄生) 15g, JamSa(蠶絲) 15g, JeMaJeonJa(制馬錢子) 3g). 12. YiChongBo(李總甫) explained basic prescriptions to treat BiJeung. He used SinJeongChuBiEum(新定推痺陰) for HaengBi(行痺), SinJeongHwaBiSan(新定化痺散) for TongBi(痛痺), SinJeongGaeBiTang(新定開痺湯) for ChakBi(着痺), SinJeongCheongBiEum(新定淸痺飮) for SeupYeolBi(濕熱痺), SinRyeokTang(腎瀝湯) for PoBi(胞痺), ORyeongSan for BuBi(腑痺), OBiTang(五痺湯) for JangBi(臟痺), SinChakTang(腎着湯) for SingChakByeong(腎着病). 13. HwangJeonGeuk(黃傳克) used SaMu1SaDeungHapJe(四物四藤合制) for the treatment of a acute arthritis, PalJinHpPalDeungTang(八珍合八藤湯) or BuGyeJiHwangTangHapTaDeungTang(附桂地黃湯合四藤湯) for the chronic stage and ByeolGapJeungAekTongRakEum(鱉甲增液通絡飮) for EumHeo(陰虛) 14. GaYeo(柯與參) used HwalRakJiTongTang(活絡止痛湯) for shoulder ache, SoJongJinTongHwalRakTank(消腫鎭痛活絡湯) for YeolBi(熱痺), LiGwanJeolTang(利關節湯) for ChakBi(着痺), SinBiTang(腎痺湯) for SinBi(腎痺) and SamGyoBoSinHwan(三膠補腎丸) for back ache. 15. JangGilJin(蔣길塵) liked to use hot-character herbs and insects. And he used SeoGeunLipAnTang(舒筋立安湯) as basic prescription. 16. RyuJangGeol(留章杰) used GuMiGangHwalTang(九味羌活湯) and BangPungTang(防風湯) at the acute stage, ODuTang(烏頭湯) or GyeJiJakYakJiMoTang(桂枝芍藥知母湯) for HanBi of internal organs, YangHwaHaeEungTang(陽和解凝湯) for HanBi, DokHwalGiSaengTang(獨活寄生湯), EuiYiInTang(薏苡仁湯) for SeupBi, YukGunJaTang(六君子湯) for GiHeoBi(氣虛痺) and SeongYouTang(聖兪湯) for HyeolHeoBi(血虛痺). 17. YangYuHak(楊有鶴) liked to use SoGyeongHwalHyelTang(疏經活血湯) and he would rather use DoIn(桃仁), HongHwa(紅花), DangGui(當歸), CheonGung(川芎) than insects. 18.   • Recently, the concept of PES(Personal Environment Service) is being widely discussed on various standardization organizations such as ITU-R, ETSI, 3GPP, TTA and etc. The purpose of PES is to introduce the services which can dynamically, automatically and intelligently reconfigures the electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment surrounding the user according to the user preferences included in a user's profile by using a smartphone embedding WPAN radio technologies such as bluetooth and WiFi. This research introduces an Android Platform-based PES system which consists of a PES app, PES devices and a PES server. A smartphone platform is Android 2.2(Froyo) version and 4 simulated PES devices were implemented by using Galaxy Tab. It has shown that the PES would be a killer application of M2M(Machine-to-Machine) or D2D(Device-to-Device) in the future and it would need to study how to update a user's profile based on analyzing user's behaviour for enhancing the PES user's satisfaction.

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 영남 지방에 소재하는 네 가정을 표집하여 각 가정에서 행 하여지고 있는 유교적 차례와 제사에 차려지는 제물을 실증적으로 연구, 고찰하였으며, 또 이들을 문헌적으로 비교 검토하여 그 변천의 모습을 고찰하고저 하였다. 영남지방의 북부인 안동 하회마을과 영남의 중부지방이라고 볼 수 있는 양동 마을의 불천위제사에서 보이는 제 물조리에서의 공통점은 炙을 완전히 익히지 않고 진설하여 性으로서의 기원을 그대로 지키 고 있다는 사실이며 차이점은 바다가 가까운 양동마을에서는 하회마을보다 어물의 사용이 (대게와 생문어 등) 월등히 많다는 사실과 산골에 위치한 하회마을의 경우는 그 대신 닭을 생으로 한 마리 왼으로 쓰고 엽적에 또 한 마리를 사용하여 어물이 적은 데 비하여 닭을 더 많이 사용하고 있었다. 이러한 것은 의례가 매우 엄격한 제례에서도 지역적 특성이 많이 작 용하고 있다는 것을 나타낸다고 하겠다. 또한 진설에 있어서도 한 곳은 양위진설이고 다른 곳은 단설로 같은 불천위이지만 이러한 차이를 나타낸다고 하겠다. 또한 진설에 잇어서도 한 곳은 양위진설이고 다른 곳은 단설로 같은 불천위이지만 이러한 차이를 나타내고 있어, 이것에 있어서도 한 곳은 양위진설이고 다른 곳은 단설로 같은 물천위이지만 이러한 차이를 나타내고 있어 이것은 진설배열과 함께 가가체로 지켜져 내려 오는 것이라 하겠다. 양가 모 두 기제사 때보다 차려지는 제물의 종류가 다양하고 양도 많았다. 떡, 煎, 자반, 炙 및 나물 과 과일 등이 차려졌다. 여전히 제물을 조리할 때 사용되는 양념은 매우 제한되고 있으며, 또한 이용할 수 있는 채소의 종류는 가정마다 다양하게 다르게 제한되고 있다는 것이 특징 적이다. 사용되는 식품의 종류는 전통적으로 답습해오고 있음에 비추어, 과일은 매우 최근에 수입된 외래종의 것도 모든 가정에서 이용되고 있었다. 그러나 전체적으로 볼 때 유교식 제 사의례는 시대에 따라 거의 변화됨이 없이 지켜져 내려 오고 있었다.

  • 수공구조물의 설계를 위해서는 해당 수공구조물의 중요도에 따른 설계빈도 및 설계유량과 설계수위 등의 설정이라는 과정이 필요하다. 설계빈도는 하천설계기준에 제시되어 있는 바와 같이 시설물의 입지조건과 중요도에 따라 기준이 제시되어 있으며 설계홍수량은 확률강우량을 기초로 한 설계강우를 결정하고, 결정된 설계우량에 의한 유출량의 산정작업이 필요하다. 이와 같은 설계수량의 산정에 있어서 설계강우의 지속기간 설정은 매우 중요한 작업이다. 일반적으로 동일한 설계빈도의 홍수량은 지속기간에 따라 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 따라서 설계강우의 지속시간 설정은 매우 중요한 설계인자가 되므로 본 연구에서는 IHP유역인 위천유역을 대상으로 최근 권장되고 있는 설계강우의 지속시간 선정을 위한 개념인 임계지속기간을 산정하여 임계지속기간에 영향을 미치는 수문인자들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 IHP 유역인 위천 유역(동곡 외 4개 소유역)을 대상으로 설계홍수량의 첨두유출량이 최대로 발생하는 강우지속기간을 임계지속기간으로 설정하였으며, 설계홍수량의 산정시 설계강우로부터 홍수량을 산정하기 위한 일련의 절차에서 이용되는 각종 수문요소들, 즉 강우시간분포와 유효우량 산정방법, 유출모형 그리고 면적의 변화에 따른 임계지속기간의 변화를 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 임계지속기간의 개념을 고려할 설계강우의 지속기간을 산정하기 위해 필요한 각 수문요소별 산정방법은 국내 자료로부터 제안된 방법을 우선 사용하였으며, 임계지속기간의 개념에 따른 설계강우의 지속기간 산정을 위해 확률강우량 산정, 강우의 시간분포(Huff 분포, Yen & Chow의 삼각형 분포), 유효우량 산정방법(AMC-II, AMC-III, CN37), 대표단위도와 6가지 합성단위도법을 적용하였다. 산정 된 결과로부터 임계지속기간 산정에 영향을 주는 각 수문인자 중 강우시간분포와 유효우량 산정방법 그리고 유출모형에 대해 자자 검토하였으며, 최종적으로 면적에 따른 임계지속기간과 유출량의 변화를 검토해 보았다.

  • We fabricated the gap-filling material for antic-ceramics restoration which were made up polyvinyl butyral (butvar) base and silane system additive in iso-propyl solvent. This was made hardness control possible that user want. And it have very strong adhesion and shear strength properties and is shown the best properties for pigment filling, anti-contractibility, coloring as like epoxy system materials. Particularly, the yellowing and ir-reversibility problem in Epoxy restoration material were finally steadiness. So, there is guarantee in the eternity and stabilization of restoration for antic-celamics. And in order to show the reversible state of the restoration, we successfully dissolve this polyvinyl butyral gap-filling materials in solvent after perfect restoring the Punchong plate from sam-chun temple site subsequently.

The Efficiency of Bioleaching Rates for Valuable Metal Ions from the Mine Waste Ore using the Adapted Indigenous Acidophilic Bacteria with Cu Ion (Cu 이온에 적응된 토착호산성박테리아를 이용한 폐광석으로부터 미생물용출 효율 향상)

  • This study was carried out to leach valuable metal ions from the mine waste ore using the adapted indigenous bacteria. In order to tolerance the heavy metals, the indigenous bacteria were repeatedly subcultured in the adaptation-medium containing $CuSO_4{\cdot}5H_2O$ for 3 weeks and 6 weeks, respectively. As the adaptation experiment processed, the pH was rapidly decrease in the adaptation-medium of 6 weeks more than the 3 weeks. The result of bioleaching with the adapted bacteria for 42 days, the pH value of leaching-medium in the 3 weeks tend to increased, whereas the pH of the 6 weeks decreased. In decreasing the pH value in the adaptation-medium and in the leaching-medium, it was identified that the indigenous bacteria were adapted $Cu^{2+}$ the ion and the mine waste ores. The contents of Cu, Fe and Zn in the leaching solution were usually higher leached in 6 weeks than 3 weeks due to the adaptation. Considering the bioleaching rates of Cu, Fe and Zn from these leaching solutions, the highest increasing the efficiency metal ion were found to be Fe. Accordingly, it is expected that the more valuable element ions can be leached out from the any mine waste, if the adapted bacteria with heavy metals will apply in future bioleaching experiments.
