Effective menu retrieval for electronic information system (전자정보 시스템의 효율적 메뉴검색)

  • Hitel 과 같은 전자정보 시스템은 사용자가 원하는 정보를 체계적으로 얻을 수 있도록 하기 위하여 메뉴들을 적당히 계층적으로 구성하여 제공하고 있다. 그러나, 보통 이 메뉴들의 계층이 정확한 분류법에 기초하여 만들어지지 않았을 뿐 아니라 그 양도 엄청나게 방대하여, 이 메뉴 계층을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 정보를 얻기가 쉽지 않다. 실험적으로 보통 Hitel을 자주 이용하는 사람들도 자신이 주로 이용하는 메뉴들의 구성만 이해하고 있을뿐, 사용하지 않는 부분의 메뉴들의 구성은 잘 알지 못하는 것이 일반적이었다. 따라서 Hitel을 자주 이용하는 사용자도 자신이 이용해 보지 않은 정보를 얻기 쉽지 않으며, 더더욱 초보자에게는 이 메뉴계층을 이용하여 원하는 정보를 얻기가 쉽지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 정보검색 기술을 이용하여 Hitel과 같은 전자정보 시스템에서 사용자가 쉽게 자신이 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있는 보조 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 사용자가 메뉴계층을 이용하기 전에 간략한 자연어로 입력을 주면, 여기에 적합한 메뉴나 실제 정보를 검색해 낸다. 따라서 사용자는 이 메뉴정보를 이용하여 메뉴계층을 쉽게 따라갈 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 경우에 따라서는 원하는 실제 정보를 검색하기 때문에 메뉴계층을 탐색할 필요가 없다. 본 연구에서는 자연어 입력을 최장 일치 방법으로 의미있는 명사들을 추출하여 불리한 질의어로 만든 후, 명사들 사이의 관계가 표현된 시소러스를 이용하여 이 질의어를 확장시킨다. 다음에 이 질의어들을 메뉴들과 부분/정확부합을 통하여 관련된 메뉴들을 찾아낸 후, 이들의 계층과제를 고려하여 최종 메뉴들을 검색한다. 본 시스템은 현재 C언어로 만들어져 구동중이며, 정확한 실험은 아직 하지 않았지만 높은 검색율을 보이고 있다. industrialized, was improved by introducing pressure in cooling procedure for both carbon and iron thermistors.er>$CHCl_3$>Hexane층 순으로 높은 활성을 나타냈다. 5. 아질산염소거능은 끝순, 들깨잎, 콩나물이 우수하였고 그중 들깨잎이 저해율 72%로 가장 높았으며, 용매분획 중에는 BuOH과 water추출물의 활성이 가장 높았다. 6. Influence of denitrified biofloc water on the survival rate and physiological characteristics of Pacific white shrimp juveniles, Litopenaeus vannamei (바이오플락 탈질수가 어린 흰다리새우, Litopenaeus vannamei의 생존율 및 생리특성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the effect of denitrified biofloc water on changes in the water quality parameters and the physiological characteristics of shrimps. Biofloc rearing water contains a large number of microorganisms and can rapidly stabilize the water quality and energy saving if reusable due to high water temperatures. Rearing water contain floating bacteria with both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. Therefore, when the carbon source is added in limited air supply, the anaerobic state is activated and the denitrification process is possible. In this study, the denitrification water had the following properties: ammonia (6.9 mg L-1), nitrite (0.3 mg L-1), nitrate concentration (9.2 mg L-1), high pH (8.42) and alkalinity (590 mg L-1). The experimental group consisted of seawater (SW, control), a mixture of Seawater and denitrified biofloc water (DNW) in the ratio of 3:1, 1:1 and DNW only. All experiments were done in triplicate. As a result, the survival rate never changed even when 100% of the denitrification water was utilized. However, a body fluid analysis showed that creatine and BUN were increased due to index of stress and the tissue damage resulting from the high denitrified water content. Body fluid ions (Na+, K+, and Cl-) significantly decreased as the denitrified water content increased. It was recommended that the denitrification water be mixed with a certain ratio (less than 50%) in the future as it may affect the osmotic pressure control in shrimps.

An Identification of Enterobacter sp. Isolated from Contaminated Ginseng and Inhibition Effect of Ginseng Saponin on Its Growth (오염된 인삼으로부터 분리된 Enterobacter sp.의 동정 및 인삼사포닌의 균 생육억제효과)

  • A bacterium isolated from contaminated white ginseng was indentified by using API kit and electron microscope. The isolate was determined as rod shaped bacterium having 0.6-1.0 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ in diameter and 1.2-3.0 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ in length. It had motility by flagellum. The isolate had $\beta$-galactosidase, arginine dihydrolase and omithin decarboxylase. It used citrate as sole carbon source but not produced H$_2$S. It also fermented glucose, manitol, sorbitol, rhamnose, sucrose, melibiose, arabinose and amygdalin. The isolate was identified as Enterobacter sp by the above API kit analysis and electron microscopy observation. Ginseng saponin was added to culture of Enterobacter sp. in order to investigate saponin's influence on its growth. The strain was incubated at 38$^{\circ}C$ for 3 days after addition of 0.05, 0.5, 2.0 and 4.0% (w/v) of saponin, respectively and the growth rates were investigated. The relative bacterial growth rates showed 75.0, 37.5, 7.5 and 0.5%, respectively, when compared with 100% of saponin non-added group. These results suggest that the growth of Enterobacter sp. is inhibited by saponin with the concentration dependency.

A Study of Cast Ironware Heat Treatment Technique in Ancient Korea (고대 한반도 주조철기 열처리 기술에 대한 고찰)

  • Efforts had been made to eliminate the brittleness unique to cast ironware from 5 BC up until the time that cast ironware became widely used. One of the techniques used to this end was to produce the cast ironware in one kiln and then anneal it in another kiln. This technique condensed or removed the carbon in the structure to eliminate the brittleness of cast ironware and enable forging. To clarify the nature of this technique, this study examined cast ironware made of malleable cast iron, which manifests the characteristics of the annealing technique for cast ironware excavated on the Korean peninsula, based on current steelmaking technology and research results from China and Japan. Results confirmed that all cast ironware made of malleable cast iron had been imported into Korea until the Proto-Three Kingdoms Period. Also, since the Chiljido (Seven-Branched Sword), which is housed at the Ishigami Shrine in Japan, appears to have been produced in the Korean peninsula, it is determined that Baekje in the 4th century must have possessed such an annealing technique. At that time, however, iron was produced mainly with an iron bloom, and a large amount of forged iron was produced with a steel bloom smelted from an iron bloom. In addition, most of the cast ironware that was used previously, except for cast iron hoes, had been replaced by forged ironware. In other words, this annealing technique was not used frequently until the Three Kingdoms Period. However, it spread broadly during the Unified Silla Period in so much as it was identified in the Jangan-ri remains, which represented the regional hub of iron production and distribution.

Material Characteristics and Conservation Treatment for Floral Wall in Lee Sang-beom's House and Atelier (이상범 가옥 및 화실 내 꽃담의 재료학적 특성과 보존처리)

  • The floral wall of Lee Sang-beom's House and Atelier, which is No. 171 of the Registrated Cultural Heritage was conserved. In addition, materials characteristics and manufacturing technique have revealed through the scientific analysis. As a result of the analysis, samples were divided into three sections; the support layer that is made from block bricks, the paint layer and the cement mortar layer on the paint layer for the reinforcement of the construction. The higher layer lies, the finer grains it has. Furthermore, a little it was generated a small quantity of pores and calcium carbonates ($CaCO_3$) generated due to aeration of cement mortar. The patterns of letters, animals and plants pattern were expressed in the paint layer by relief and openwork. The results of qualitative analysis of the pigments of the paint layer were detected components of carbon black (C), Fe oxide ($Fe_2O_3$) and oyster shell white ($CaCO_3$, or quicklime). On the other hands, as the conservation of the floral wall, stainless frames were set up for the structural stability, the cement mortar were removed from the surface and the partly damaged and cracked areas were filled with KSE Filler A, B.

Improvement of floating ability and storage stability for jumbo granules (수면부상성 점보입제의 수면부상성 및 경시분해 안정성 개선)

  • This study was performed to develop jumbo granules floated and spreaded on the water surface after application, having low production and formulation cost, and safe to environment for paddy herbicides and to establish the formulation recipe. The jumbo granules of azimsulfuron with molinate(0.075+7.5%) was formulated by KCl as water soluble carrier and paraffin oil as solvent to impose the floating and spreading force to granules. That showed 100% of total granules to be floated on and spreaded upto the water surface within 25 minutes after application. Change in carriers, surfactants and pH did not affected to improve the time-course degradation of azimsulfuron in jumbo granules, but salt formation of azimsulfuron added by 1.15M solution of NaOH a little. Addition of N-methyl acrylate and modification of formulation process affected decrease in degradation of azimsulfuron upto 1.2, 2.1, and 7.2% after 2, 6 and 12 weeks under storage at $40{\pm}2^{\circ}C$, respectively, which showed the establishment of formulation recipe of the jumbo granules.

Inhibition Effect of Ginseng Saponin on the Growth of Citrobacterer sp. Isolated from Contaminated Ginseng (오염된 인삼으로부터 분리된 Citrobacter sp.에 대한 인삼사포닌의 생육억제 효과)

This isolate was determined as rod shaped bacterium having about 1.0 ${\mu}m$ in diameter and 2.0 to 6.0 ${\mu}m$ in length. It had motility by peritrichous flagellum. The isolate had ${\beta}-galactosidase$, arginine dihydrolase and ornithin decarboxylase. It did not have ability not only to use citrate as sole carbon source and but also to produce $H_2S$. However, it could ferment glucose, manitol, sorbitol, rhamnose, arabinose and amygdalin. From these obserbations, the isolate was identified as Citrobacter sp. Ginseng saponin was added to culture of Citrobacter sp. in order to investigate saponin's influence on its growth. The strain was incubated at $38^{\circ}C$ for 3 days after addition of 0.05, 0.5, 2.0 and 4.0% (w/v) of saponin, respectively and the growth rates was investigated. The relative bacterial growth inhibition rates showed 28.6, 66.7, 92.4 and 97.7%, respectively, when compared with saponin non-treated group. These results suggest that the growth of Citrobacter sp. is inhibited by saponin in a concentration-dependent manner.

Cultural and Physiological Conditions for T-2 Toxin Production by Fusarium sp. (Fusarium 균주의 배양 조건 및 생리적 조건에 따른 T-2 toxin의 생성 조건)

  • The cultural and physiological conditions for the T-2 toxin [4,15-diacetoxy-8-(3-mety1butyloxy)-12,13- epoxy-trichothec-9-en-3-01, $C_{24}H_{30}O_9$] production by Fusarium spp. were studied. Thin layer chromatography (TLC) assay and the microbiological assay uslng Rhodotomla rubra were used to quantitate tbe T- 2 toxin. Among the four strains of Fusarium spp., F tn'cinctum NRRL 3299 was best for T-2 toxin production. In solid culture, white com grit medium was best for T-2 toxm production. Temperature played a critical role in the production of T-2 toxin. T-2 toxin production was favored by long duration of low-temperature incubation. The growth and toxin production were relatively high on galactose, fructose, glucose, and sucrose media, when each was used as a sole carbon source, and relatively low on sorbitol, glycerol, and lactose media. For nitrogen sources, $NH_4^(+) and NO_3^{-}were used well as a sole nitrogen source, but $NO_2^-$ was not used. Initial pH and speed of shaker also affected the production of T-2 toxin. From temperature shifting experiment, it is clear that T-2 toxin metabolic pathway is regulated by temperature-dependent enzyme depression or enzyme induction system.

Isolation and Characterization of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacterium Bacillus subtilis YK-5 from Soil (토양에서 식물생육촉진 활성을 가진 균주 Bacillus subtilis YK-5의 분리 및 특성)

  • For the isolation of a plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria, strain YK-5 was selected from approximately 400 thermostable strains isolated from special soil samples. Strain YK-5 produced an antifungal compound, and optimum carbon and nitrogen sources for the production of the antifungal compound were investigated against Aspergillus flavus as a test strain. Modified LB medium containing 1% peptone, 1% yeast extract and 5% black sugar was determined to be the optimal medium for growth and antifungal compound production. Culture broth of strain YK-5 potently inhibited growth of the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum KACC 40052 for 7 days. The plant growth-promotion function of strain YK-5 was tested against radish and rice in pot trials. Leaf number, plant height and root length in YK-5-treated radish markedly exceeded (> 60%) those of untreated radish. Leaf length and white rootlet development were markedly more prominent than in commercially-treated rice plants. Strain YK-5 was determined to be Bacillus subtilis YK-5 by physiological, chemotaxonomical, and phylogenetical analyses.

Effects of irradiation periods on the Lettuce Growth (광원 조사기간이 상추생육에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of this study is to observe growth pattern of grand rapids(lettuce) according to different dexperimental conditions for minimizing its growth period such as composition of nutrient, irradiation time of light source and cultivation mode. The culture of water spray type using seeds of grand rapids was performed during growth period of total 50 days. Experimental conditions consist of five compositions of nutrient (PW 0.5 mS/cm, PW 1.0 mS/cm, PY 0.5 mS/cm, PY 1.0 mS/cm, PW 2.0 mS/cm) and three irradiation times of light source (12h(on) / 12h(off), 18h(on) / 06h(off), 24h(on) / 00h(off)). Illumination was adjusted to ratio of 7:1:1 of red, blue and white color, respectively. Indoor environmental condition for cultivating grand rapids is as follows: temperature (19-$22^{\circ}C$), relative humidity (60-70%) and carbon dioxide (1,000-1,200 ppm). The data were obtained from five iteration tests. The maximum growth level was observed in the experimental condition of 18 hr(on) / 06 hr(off) and PY 1 mS/cm for 1st week of cultivation period, 24 hr(on) / 00 hr(off) and PY 1mS/cm for 2nd week of cultivation period, and 24 hr(on) / 00hr(off) and PW 1 mS/cm for 3rd week of cultivation period, respectively. On the contrary, the minimum growth level was observed in the experimental condition of 18 hr(on) / 06 hr(off) and PW 0.5 mS/cm for 1st week of cultivation period, 12 hr(on) / 12 hr(off) and PW 0.5 mS/cm for 2nd week of cultivation period, and 12 hr(on) / 12 hr(off) and PY 0.5 mS/cm for 3rd week of cultivation period, respectively. Based on the results obtained from this study, it is concluded that the growth level of grand rapids varied with different irradiation time of light source and composition ratio of nutrient according to cultivation period.
