This study was conducted with the aim of constructing a unified model according to the structure of qualification types of lifelong education professionals for the disabled. The research method consisted of procedures in which literature analysis and expert meetings were constructed in connection with each other. The contents of the study were suggested from the classification of qualification types into professional teacher type and coordinator type by focusing on special education and rehabilitation, which are related convergence fields that affect the qualification training of lifelong education professionals for the disabled. The two convergence fields, such as special education and rehabilitation welfare, lead to a separate application base from the perspective of education and welfare for the qualification of lifelong education professionals for the disabled, and finally confusion and conflict in the nature and contents of the curriculum and related services. A dichotomy structure system in which this phenomenon results in a divided type of qualification training for lifelong education professionals with disabilities was composed of several samples. In this regard, the curriculum and related services that can build convergence fields related to lifelong education for the disabled were reflected in the context of priority through the criteria that should be emphasized from the standpoint of the disabled in the overall category of establishing lifelong education support system for the disabled. In addition, by forming four qualification criteria centering on this, the common convergence field was composed of special education, thereby enhancing the aspect of inclusion in the rehabilitation welfare field and specific convergence into lifelong education for the disabled. As a result, the two qualification types were unified.

본 연구는 장애아 어머니들이 사회복지제도 속에서 적극적 행동주체로 성장해나가는 과정을 드러내는 데 그 목적이 있다. 기존의 사회복지연구들은 사회복지이용자들을 주어진 서비스를 수동적으로 수혜 받는 정책대상으로 묘사하는 경향이 강하다. 그러나 현실에서 사회복지이용자들은 적극적 주체로서 사회복지제도 관련 정보를 수집하고 활용하며 전략적으로 제도를 변용하기도 한다. 본 연구는 뇌병변 장애자녀를 둔 어머니들을 사례로, 사회복지제도 속에서 사회복지이용자들은 제도적 제약을 받으면서도 한편으로는 자신의 이익을 쟁취하는 역동적 행위자임을 드러내고자 했다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 뇌병변 장애아동의 어머니 9명을 심층면접하고 이를 근거이론을 통해 분석했다. 본 논문에서는 뇌병변 장애아동의 어머니가 자녀와 함께 사회복지제도 속에서 점진적으로 성장해 가는 모습을 진입기, 각성기, 탐색기, 투쟁기, 체념기, 활용기의 6단계로 나누어 서술하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 이론적으로는 제도-행위자 이론에 대한 경험적 논거를 제시하고, 정책적으로는 장애아동과 그 가족을 위한 사회복지제도와 정보환경의 보완책에 대해 논의할 기회를 마련하고자 했다.

본 연구는 장애인 거주시설에 근무하고 있는 물리치료사들의 직무 만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향과 이직요인을 알아보았다. 장애인 거주시설에 근무하는 물리치료사 122명을 대상으로 직무 만족도(23문항)와 조직 몰입도(11문항)를 알아보았고 이직 요인 9문항, 일반적인 특성 7문항으로 구성된 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 조사였다. 연구결과, 장애인 거주시설에 근무하고 있는 물리치료사의 직무 만족은 3.16, 조직 몰입도는 3.29로 중간 정도로 나타났다. 직무만족도 중 자부심, 상사 및 복지제도, 의사소통, 동료 요소가 정서적 몰입도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 장애인 거주시설에서 근무하는 물리치료사들은 상사와 동료와의 불협화음, 근무환경 열악, 급여문제, 과다한 업무를 이직 요인으로 지적하였다. 장애인 거주시설에 근무하는 물리치료사들의 조직 몰입을 높이기 위하여서는 그들의 업무에 대한 존중과 상사와 동료와의 관계 개선이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 복지의 제공자 중심의 서비스를 극복하기 위해 새로운 대안으로 부상하고 있는 소비자주의에 대한 사회복지사들의 주관적 개념화를 파악하기 위한 것이다. Q 방법론을 통해 사회복지사들의 소비자주의에 대한 주관적 개념은 임파워먼트형, 시장기제형, 다중개방형, 전통가치형 등 4가지 유형으로 도출되었다. 이들은 각각 소비자주의에 대한 특정적 확장적 차원에 의해, 전통적 개혁적 차원에 의해, 수단적 목적적 차원에 의해 인식되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리 사회에서 모호하게 이해되고 있는 소비자주의 개념을 구체화함으로써 소비자 친화적인 정책 및 실천 프로그램과 전문가 교육 프로그램 개발에, 그리고 소비자주의를 지향하는 장애인복지의 정책, 실천현장, 이론, 운동 등 제 영역들 간의 명확한 의사소통을 원활히 하는데 기여할 것이다.

본 연구는 장애아동 아버지의 양육참여와 양육행동, 장애자녀에 대한 태도 및 친밀감을 향상시킬 수 있는 가족탄력성 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램은 가족탄력성의 개념을 기반으로 하위요인인 신념체계, 조직패턴, 의사소통과정을 포함하는 내용으로 구성하였고, 서울소재 복지관의 초등학생 장애자녀를 둔 아버지를 대상으로 주 1회 매 2시간씩, 총 7회기로 진행되었다. 연구결과, 통제집단은 결과에 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았지만 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 아버지들은 양육참여 정도와 장애자녀에 대한 태도에서 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 따라서 가족탄력성 증진 프로그램을 통해 장애아동 아버지들이 적극적으로 양육에 참여하게 되고 장애자녀에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하게 되었음을 보여줌으로써 가족탄력성 프로그램의 효과성을 입증하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 장애아동 아버지에 대한 사회복지 실천현장에서의 개입 방안에 대한 함의를 제언하였다.

The number of the functionally disabled elderly has been increasing in Korea and their families should have been in charge of supporting and taking care of them. This study was designed to grope for devices which were helpful to improve the psychological welfare of the functionally disabled elderly in the present situation. The results of this study were as follows: First, considering the level of psychological welfare of the functionally disabled elderly, the depression degree of the subjects was 52.9 which was higher than the middle point, 50. And the degree of family support the functionally disabled elderly were aware of, it also was high ; the score was 34.6 compared to the middle point, 33. On the other hand, the degree of public support that the functionally disabled elderly received was 2.01 which was lower than the middle point, 4.5. Second, the level of the depression of the functionally disabled elderly followed by background variables, the degree of agreement with family support, and public support represented significant differences among group according to religion, the type of previous occupation, the ownership of house, the type of residence, the presence of spouse, education level, and the source of income. Third, the relative influence toward the depression of the functionally disabled elderly was shown in the order of importance as follows: family support, the degree of functional disability, the ownership of house, public support, the presence of spouse, the source of income, the number of daughters, the degree of functional disablity.

최근 증가하는 장애인구와 복지 패러다임의 변화에 따라, 정부는 장애인을 위한 기본법과 편의증진법의 제정 등 장애인의 생활환경 개선을 위하여 녹색환경 불평등 문제와 인간의 삶의 질 향상을 추구하는 녹색복지와 환경복지에 주목하고 있다. 그에 따른 장애인을 위한 녹색환경복지가 정책적으로 지원되고 있지만, 조성된 녹색복지공간 및 치유환경에 대한 평가지표는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 치유환경을 물리적 측면·심리적 측면·사회적 측면으로 구분하고 치유환경의 역할 및 공간적 기능이 적합한가에 대하여 판단할 수 있는 평가지표를 제시하고자 전문가 FGI를 활용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 물리적 측면 평가항목 26개, 심리적 측면 평가항목 14개, 사회적 측면 평가항목 11개로 최종 51개의 치유환경 평가항목이 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 평가지표를 활용하여 장애인거주시설 내 조성된 치유환경에 대한 평가가 가능하며, 향후 조성될 치유환경의 계획단계에서 기초자료로 활용이 가능하다.

Purpose: This study was to seek the application after fostering the dental technician with the disability. The purpose of this was to suggest basic data to enhance employment for the disabled by fostering dental technician with disability through the opinion of experts. Methods: For this aim, this study made the literature research using precedent research data implemented by related departments and fields and domestic & foreign literature including the reports on the status of the disabled. Results: On the base of the findings the conclusion was deduced as following. It needs to open dental technician training curriculum with disability to enhance employment for the disabled and smoothness and qualification for the practical demand and supply of the dental technician. Conclusion: To foster the dental technician with disability, there needs the change of negative view that the disabled will not be able to do well. The disabled also can do the work well as those without disability if they get the education and the training.

본 연구는 장애인 생활체육 활성화를 위한 방안으로 장애인 스포츠협동조합의 가능성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 고찰과 장애인체육지도자 25명과 장애인 협동조합 운영자 20명을 대상으로 질문지법으로 조사하고 Excel과 SPSS V26 프로그램으로 분석한 결과를 자문위원회의 타당성 검증을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 장애인스포츠지도자의 경제적 요인, 사회·환경적 요인, 제도적 요인에 현황과 장애인스포츠협동조합에 관한 인식과 장점, 발전 가능성을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 장애인스포츠협동조합은 명확한 계획, 지속적인 사업모델과 조합원의 단합과 운영자의 전문성이 중요하며, 장애인에 대해 잘 알고 있다면 장애인 스포츠협동조합을 통해 장애인스포츠 활성화는 가능할 것이다.

이 연구에서는 장애인거주시설 관련 집단들인 거주시설 운영자와 직원, 관계 공무원, 장애인단체 활동가 등을 대상으로 Q 방법론을 적용하여 거주시설에 대한 인식유형과 각 인식유형의 특성을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 시설 내 서비스의 다양화와 전문화를 강조하는 '시설 전문화 형'과 시설은 무엇보다 이용자 참여가 중심이어야 함을 강조하는 '이용자 참여 형', 시설은 일반가정과 유사한 기능을 해야 함을 강조하는 '일반가정 유사형', 시설은 그 존재 자체가 불필요하며 자립지원정책을 중심으로 해야 함을 강조하는 '시설 불필요 형'으로 유형화할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 그 동안 논의되어 왔던 장애인거주시설에 대한 다양한 입장들의 실체를 이론적으로 정리해 낸데 의의가 있으며, 거주시설 관련 정책결정 집행과정에서 서로 다른 요구를 조율하고 합의를 이끌어내는 데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
