대학 홈페이지 활용도 향상을 위한 웹 로그 프로세스마이닝 분석 (Web-log Process Mining Analysis for Improving Utilization of University Homepage)

  • The purpose of operating the main homepage of University is to provide the related information about University resources to site visitors. In this study, we analyze website browsing patterns and extract characteristics of users in order to improve its utilization. The access log files to main homepage were used to analyze the browsing patterns and converted to process log files adaptable to a process mining tool, ProM. Finally we provide useful information about user friendly homepage design and suggest plans for improving its utilization to website operators.

웹캐스팅 사이트 평가모델 개발 (Developing an Evaluation Model of Webcasting Sites)

  • The purpose of this research is to develop a webcasting site evaluation model, to estimate the relative importance of factors affecting the performance of webcasting sites, and to derive the CSFs of the sites. Evaluation model consists of 6 first-level evaluation factors and 23 second-level evaluation factors. This study compares the evaluation scores of website with those of the customer satisfaction. We inspect seven hypotheses. Hypothesis)(H1) tests correlation of the evaluation scores of website and those of the customer satisfaction. Hypothesis2(H2)$\sim$Hypothesis7(H7) tests if 6 first-level factors(planning, program & form, design, technology, interface, content) have an impact on customer satisfaction. In order to test the hypotheses, correlation analysis and regression analysis are performed. As a result of empirical tests, all Hypotheses$(H1){\sim}H7)$ are accepted and its implications are discussed.

  • 본 연구는 왜 인터넷 사용자가 자신의 프라이버시 정보에 무관심한지를 설명하기 위해 수행되었다. 분석결과 프라이버시 무관심에 영향을 미치는 요인은 인지된 프라이버시 위험과 웹사이트 유용성으로 나타났다. 즉 개인정보 유출 경험이 있는 사람의 경우 그리고 해당 웹사이트가 유용하다고 느끼게 되는 경우 프라이버시 정보에 대해 무관심하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 개인정보에 대한 관심을 높이기 위해서 프라이버시 침해 경험자들을 대상으로 자신의 개인정보 프라이버시에 대한 중요성을 인식하도록 유도하는 방안을 수립하는 것이 중요하다.

Development of a Product Oriented Group for Mathematics Teachers Professional Growth

  • A research group consisting of some mathematics education scholars and school teachers has been formed to build a website which intended to combine both theories and practices of mathematical teaching since 2002. There were three working stages: video-tapping realistic math teaching, developing video discs of different themes, and designing e-Learning. The group members learned knowledge of teaching by actual participating. On the other hand, the products enabled the audience to get professional development in knowledge of both mathematics and teaching. Management process of this group and effects upon the participants and users will be presented and discussed in this paper. 디자인 요소의 차이에 따른 웹 사이트 간 초기신뢰의 전이에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Initial Trust Transfer of Inter-Website by Design Factor Difference)

  • Activating e-commerce, studies about trust of business acquaintance are actively made. This study measured the effect of trust transfer setting up 6 situations according to linking direction, design standard and grasping their trust changes for surveying trust transfer on online. The result is that trust transfer becomes different in accordance with the linking direction of hyperlink. In other words, setting up target site as comparative subject, it is more reliable than single site. Setting up source site as comparative subject, trust changes are slight. This study is composed of 6 good site and 6 poor site. And trust transfer by hyperlink on online is consistent, especially trust transfer is affected by not source site but target site. If target site is poorer than source site, trust transfer originate definitely. So we can draw consistent conclusion that it rate higher than single site. On the other hands, if targer site is better than source site, trust transfer occurs not inter-website. Instead, affected by human mentality, it rates good site higher by conformity reversion.

인터넷 웹사이트의 운영전략과 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operational Strategy and the Performance of Internet Web Sites)

  • In this paper, we studied the purpose of this paper is like that; the first one is to find the factors associated with operational strategy by variable website types classified into information-providing type, product-providing type and service- providing type by user approach purposes. The second one is to propose the successful operational strategy through analyzing the factors affecting the financial and non-financial performance of websites. A framework of research model including above factors is developed and tested statistically. The data are collected from Internet website experts of 80 Korean firms through survey. The main results of this research are as follows. First, in information-providing websites, the community factor is regarded as the most important factor But for the Improvement of the performance, not only community factor but also user interface, customization, total quality and playfulness factors should be regarded as important factors equally. Second, in product-providing websites, customization, total quality and visual design factors are regarded as important factors. But for the improvement of the performance, community and visual design factors should be regarded as important factors. Third, in service-providing websites, user interface, customization and community factors should be regarded as important factors in order to improve the performance.

  • A separate and distinct interaction with both the actual e-vendor and with its IT web site interface is at the heart of online shopping. Previous research has established, accordingly, that online purchase intention is the product of customer assessments of IT itself, specifically its perceived usefulness and ease-of-use(TAM). Since perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are such a fundamental driver of usage intentions, it is important to understand the determinants of this construct and how their influence changes over the voluntariness towards the usage intention. The reason for voluntariness as a moderating variable is that it had the serious effect to the motivating in the making willingness of the internet shopping-mall usage. A better understanding of the determinants of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use to the usage intention would enable us to design web site interventions that would increase user acceptance and usage of internet shopping-mall. Therefore, the goal of the present research is to extend TAM to include additional key determinants of TAM and to understand how the effects of these determinants change with the voluntariness of the usage intention of the internet shopping-mall.

인터넷 서점의 효과적인 웹사이트 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Design of Effective Websites for Internet Bookshops)

  • 인터넷 상의 상거래는 새로운 유통혁명이라고 일컫고 있으며 소비자의 입장에서 합리적인 소비를 위한 새로운 가능성을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 전자상거래 상에서 가장 적합한 품목중의 하나가 바로 도서이다. 인터넷 서점은 도서를 다룬다는 점과 상품(도서를 포함한)의 효과적인 검색기능 및 서평 제공이 가능한 분야라는 관점에서 문헌정보학 전공자들이 좀더 많은 기여를 할 수 있는 분야라고 본다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 서점 사이트 구축에 경험이 없는 비전문가들이 비교적 간편한 분석방법으로 인터넷 서점을 구축할 수 있는 방법을 제시함으로써 인터넷 서점 사이트를 구축할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자한다. 이를 위하여 현재 국내외에서 활발하게 운영 중인 인터넷 서점 7개를 선정하여 인터페이스, 정보원 구성, 기능적 측면에 중점을 두고 조사·분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 1) 이용자중심의 메뉴구성, 2) 효과적인 검색기능, 3) 다양하고 질 높은 서평을 제고할 수 있는 인터넷 서점의 효과적인 웹사이트 모형을 제안한다.

대학생의 진로교육을 위한 웹기반 사이버강의 콘텐츠 개발 및 효과검증 (The Study on Development and Effectiveness of Web-based Cyber Class Contents for University Student's Career Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop cyber class contents on website and to verify the effectiveness of the program to reinforce a career education. The participants of the experiment in this study are from Namseoul University who took the cyber class 'Self management and creation of vision.' of the second semester in 2015. They took the class fifty-sixty minutes a week. The control group also includes the students who took the classes 'Theory and practice of school violence prevention' and 'Youth Education theory.' To verify the effectiveness of career education, the data processing in performing this study utilized t-test for homogeneity with the effective variable of career identity and career decision and the result was proved by using paired t-test. The result suggests that the experiment group significantly shows improvement compared with the control group in the view of career identity and career decision level. Therefore we recognize that the web based cyber course has its effect on content development and career education and we anticipate the continuous development and activation of effective cyber education on website for university students in future.

국가기록관 웹사이트의 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of National Archives Websites)

  • 국가기록관은 국가적 보존가치가 높은 중요 기록물을 소장하고 있는 곳이며, 교육과 연구에 도움이 되는 다양한 자료와 정보를 보유하고 있는 곳이다. 따라서 웹사이트를 통해 기록물에 대한 서비스를 효과적으로 제공한다면 현재 이용자의 기록정보서비스 만족도를 높이고, 잠재적 이용자를 개발할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가기록관 웹사이트 평가에 적합한 지표를 개발하고 이 지표를 이용하여 국내외 국가기록관 웹사이트를 평가해 봄으로써 국가기록원 웹사이트의 개선안을 영역별로 제안하였다.
