We develop a total solution system for applications, which is called a data processing module system(DPMS), based on ASP, PDF, JAVA, and MSSQL. The DPMS system provides a realtime telematic guidance in the fields of application, recruiting, and management. The user documents the PDF file on the Web browser and store the file in DB for correction. The DPMS discovered the difficulties in data input due to 2 byte problem of Korean language. This result leads to the usage of Korean language as well as others. Test results through free-charge access confirm that the DPMS outperforms the conventional systems based on ASP with HTML in view of simplicity and confidentiality.

컴퓨터 프로그래밍 교육은 컴퓨터과학 분야의 관련 전공과목을 공부하기 위하여 매우 중요할 뿐만 아니라, 학생들의 취업을 위한 기술 교육에서도 매우 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 교육에서 텍스트/시각 프로그래밍 교육을 적용하고 평가하기 위한 평가 지표를 개발한다. 또한, 학생들의 교육 및 취업에 적합한 프로그래밍 언어, 도구에 대한 타당성을 분석하여 프로그래밍 교육에 적합한 프로그래밍 언어/도구를 선택하고, 이에 대한 교육과정을 개발하여 프로그래밍 현장 교육에 적용하고 분석한다. 특히, 최근의 기술 추세와 산업계에 필요한 임베디드/모바일/웹 프로그래밍 분야에 널리 사용되고 있는 프로그래밍 분야에서 텍스트 기반 언어(JAVA)와 시각 프로그래밍 언어/환경(LabVIEW)에 대한 유용성을 비교하여 분석한다.

최근 점점 통합되는 세계시장과 증가하는 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 제품정보를 공유할 수 있는 기술의 확보가 요구되고 있다. 제품정보의 공유를 위한 방안으로 제품정보를 중립형태의 표준으로 표현해 네트워크를 통해 전송하는 방법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷상에서 STEP 물리적 파일의 3차원 형상정보를 가시화하는 방법을 소개한다. 제품정보의 국제표준으로 새롭게 제시되는 STEP에서 형상정보가 어떻게 표현되는지 알아보고, 인터넷 환경에서의 프로그래밍 언어인 자바와 3차원 데이터 포맷인 VRML을 이용하여 형상정보를 가시화한 후 각각의 장단점을 파악하여, STEP 모델 가시화 기술을 자동차 PDM에 적용해 본다.

인터넷은 우리에게 많은 정보를 제공해 주는 중요한 수단이 되었다. 그리고 정보 제공을 위해 인터넷의 서버 시스템들은 대용량의 정보를 처리하여 다양한 서비스를 제공함과 동시에 이들의 네트워크 구조는 더욱 더 복잡해지고 있다. 따라서 서버 시스템들에 대한 신속하고 지속적인 관리가 중요시 되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 서버 시스템들은 방화벽 내부에 위치하여 제한된 접근만을 허용하며 또한 각 서버 시스템들의 서로 다른 운영체제와 서로 다른 관리 방법으로 인해 효율적인 서버 시스템 관리가 이루어지고 있지 않다. 즉 서버 관리자들은 제한된 공간에서 로컬 또는 소켓 기반의 단일 접속 애플리케이션을 이용하여 다양한 형태의 서버들을 직접 관리해야만 한다. 따라서 본 논문은 CORBA, Java RMI, DCOM등의 분산 객체 기술을 가지면서 플랫폼이나 개발언어에 제약을 받지 않는 XML(extensible Markup Language) 기반의 웹서비스 기술(Web Services Architecture)을 이용하여 다수의 서버 시스템들을 통합적으로 관리 할 수 있는 미들웨어 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 시스템은 위치 투명성 및 단말기 독립성을 제공하며 서버 시스템 관리 명령을 호출하여 시스템 관리가 가능하다.

With rapid growth of internet technology, companies have developed an information system such as the electronic catalog for product data in the E-Business. Due to the heuristic nature of the catalog search for proper tools in the specific process, the intelligent and user friendly methods residing in the search process give a comfortable environment even for the beginners in the field. In this paper, we develop a web based catalog for machining tools especially in Milling process. It has two distinct procedures for the users of the catalog; Search and Analysis. The Search is to select a proper cutter, insert, component combination in the developed relational database based on the cutting process and material. The Analysis is to suggest a recommended optimal cutting conditions based on the machining tools and selected materials. All of these procedures are stored in a server with a program based on the ASP and Java Script where the procedure is initiated by the client using the internet which is accessed through insert. With the success on implementing the above engineering database in the internet, we can provide the foundation for developing PDM with heuristic procedure.

MMS(Manufacturing Message Specification)는 PLC, NC, 로봇 등과 같이 서로 다른 제조회사의 서로 다른 단위제어기기 제품들간에 통신할 수 있는 ISO/IEC 9506으로 표준화된 공장자동호용 프로토콜이며 OSI 참조 모델의 최상위 층인 응용계층 프로토콜에 해당된다. 본 논문은 MMS를 TCP/IP상에서 동작할 수 있도록 유닉스 환경에서 ASNSI-C 언어로 구현하고, 이 구현된 프로토콜을 JNI(Java Native Interface)를 이용해 JAVA 클래스화한다. JAVA 클래스화함으로써 기존에 제공되는 MMS 라이브러리를 이용하는데 있어 표준화되지 않은 서로 다른 API를 이용하는데 어려움과 GUI를 구현하는데 어려움을 극복하는 기본을 제공한다. 그리고 구현된 JAVA 클래스화된 MMS 라이브러리를 인터넷의 WWW상에서 동작시킬 수 있도록 자동화된 PCB(Printed Circuit Board) 조립라인을 대상 모델로 선정하여 응용 프로그램을 작성하여 구현된 JNI를 이용한 MMS가 인터넷상에서 동작하여 사용자에게 일괄성있는 인터페이스를 제공하는 웹 브라우저를 통해 RMD(Real Manufacturing Device)를 동작${\cdot}$제어${\cdot}$감시할 수 있음을 보여준다.

분산 프로그래밍은 분산 커뮤니케이션에 대한 언어적 지원을 기반으로 상당히 단순화 될 수 있다. 현재, 많은 웹 브라우저들은 다양한 형태의 액티브 객체들을 제공하고 있으며, 그 수와 유형은 빠른 속도의 증가 추세에 있다. 자바애플릿은 널리 알려진 웹 브라우저 관련 액티브 객체중의 하나이다. 이 논문은 인터넷 상에 분산되어 있으면서 서로 정보를 교환할 수 있는 분산 액티브 객체의 구현에 관하여 기술한다. 분산 액티브 객체를 구현함에 있어서, 접근방식이 다르고 상호 호환성이 결여된 주요한 두 프로그래밍 환경은 RMI와 CORBA IDL 방식이다. 분산 액티브 객체의 구현상 쟁점들을 명확하게 하기 위해서, RMI 메커니즘을 채택한 HORB와 CORBA를 채택한 OrbixWeb2.0.1 환경 하에서 하나의 어플리케이션 프로그램을 각각 구현하였다. 부산 객체 사이의 바인딩, 상속성. 다형성, 객체의 전달, 콜백은 구현상 중요한 쟁점들이었다. 실험결과는 분산 액티브 객체를 구현하는데 있어서 작은 차이가 분산 어플리케이션의 구성에 상당한 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 보여 주었다. 두 프로그래밍 환경 하에서 구현된 어플리케이션 간의 비교는 각각의 환경에서 구현된 어플리케이션 사이의 상호 변환 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기초 연구가 될 것이다.

In this paper forest fire statistical information management system is constructed on web environment using web based GIS(Geographic Information System) technology. Though this system, general users can easily access forest fire statistical information and obtain them in visual method such as maps, graphs, and text if they have web browsers. Moreover, officials related to forest fire can easily control and manage all information in domestic by accessing input interface, retrieval interface, and out interface. In order to implement this system, IIS 5.0 of Microsoft is used as web server and Oracle 8i and ASP(Active Server Page) are used for database construction and dynamic web page operation, respectively. Also, Arc IMS of ESRI is used to serve map data using Java and HTML as system development language. Through this system, general users can obtain the whole information related to forest fire visually in real time also recognize forest fire prevention. In addition, Forest officials can manage the domestic forest resource and control forest fire dangerous area efficiently and scientifically by analyzing and retrieving huge forest data through this system. So, they can save their manpower, time and cost to collect and manage data.

자바 프로그래밍 언어는 웹 브라우저에서 실행되는 작은 크기의 응용 프로그램 수행에서는 실행 속도 문제가 중요한 요소가 아니지만 대형 프로그램의 수행에서는 실행 속도가 현저히 저하되는 단점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 전통적인 컴파일 방법을 사용하여 바이트코드를 특정 프로세서에서 수행될 수 있는 목적기계 코드로 변환하는 다양한 연구가 진행중이다. 본 연구에서도 자바 응용 프로그램의 실행 속도의 개선을 위해 바이트코드로부터 직접 i386코드를 생성하는 네이티브 코드 생성 시스템을 위한 중간 코드 변환기를 설계하고 구현한다. 중간 코드 변환기는 자바 언어 의 중간 코드인 *.class 파일을 입력으로 받아 레지스터 기반의 중간 코드로 변환한다.

The Internet has become widely used in many countries. In particular, a new emerging technology, the WWW (World Wide Web), which has become a major application of the Internet, has been rapidly developed. As a result, there are hundreds of millions of URLs (Uniform Resource Locators) on the WWW, and the total number of URLs is still explosively increasing. To get information from the WWW, we generally use Internet search engines. However, we cannot always get the actual information we want. Accordingly, we have solved this problem by constructing a prototype system based on agents by programming language Java for constructing a more effective search engine. This so-called “intelligent agent system on WWW” deletes redundant HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) files and exchanges information about the existence of URLs. And we found that our prototype system is more powerful and effective than conventional search engines.
