  • 오늘날과 같은 정보사회와 지식기반 사회에서는 웹기반교육(WBI:Web-Based Instruction)은 학교 교육에 좀 더 나은 학습효과, 신속 제공성, 시공을 초월한 편의성, 저비용 등의 가능성을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 텍스트 위주의 종례의 초등학교 역사 교육에서 탈피하여 역사 관련 정보 공유, 웹토론을 통한 의사교환 등을 초등학교 역사 교육에 적용 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이 논문에서는 웹기반교육의 개념과 유형, 특징을 살펴보고 웹의 장점을 최대한 살린 웹기반 역사 학습 시스템을 설계하고 구축해 보았다. 또한 시스템을 적용 분석하여 향후 웹기반 역사 교육 시스템 구성의 방향을 제시해 보았다.

  • 정보화 시대의 요구에 대한 교육적 대응은 학습자 중심의 교육이며, 정보통신기술을 기반으로 한 원격교육이다. 특히 인터넷에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 웹은 그 특성상 구성주의 학습 원리를 실현하는데 적절한 환경을 제공하고 있으며, 교육 시스템의 변화를 가져오고 있다. WBI(Web Based Instruction)는 웹을 매체로 활용하여 원거리에 있는 학습자를 교육시키는 형태로서 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용을 가능하게 하고 다양한 형태의 학습자료를 제공하며, 공간적 제약을 극복할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹에 기반한 교육적 활용의 한 모델로서 학습자의 자기 주도적이고 적극적인 학습을 촉진하기 위한 자기 주도적 학습이론과 학습자의 개인차를 고려한 수준별 학습이론을 적용하여 효율적인 웹 기반 학습이 가능하도록 하였으며 이러한 학습이론을 웹에 기반한 정보처리 기능사 필기시험에 적용함으로써 실업계 고등학교 교육현장의 비효율성과 기존의 문제은행 시스템의 문제점을 보완하여 시험준비에 보다 효율적으로 대비하도록 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • Due to the computer developments and the expansion of data communications, many changes are done to educational environments in addition to the changes of the various social areas. In this paper, a learning system is developed, which adapts itself by checking the changing factors of the learner. The educator works as a overall project manager in this project learning system and the learner benefits from the user-oriented comparative study and pattern design performed in the domains of the internet and intranet.

  • 정보 통신의 발달과 인터넷 기술의 발달로 그래픽 등의 매체를 통하여 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않는 학습자 수준에서 적절한 교육을 받을 수 있는 쌍방향 멀티미디어 환경의 원격 웹 기반교육(Web Based Instruction, WBI)이 등장하게 되었다. 인터넷을 활용한 교육을 함으로써 개별화된 교육을 할 수 있고, 학습자들이 인터넷을 통해 함께 탐구하고 대화하며 결론에 도달하는 협력 학습의 장을 제공할 수 있게 되었다. 그래프 알고리즘은 자료구조의 한 분야로 종류도 다양하고 개념도 복잡하여 학습자들이 쉽게 이해하지 못하는 부분이 많았다. 본 논문에서는 그래프 알고리즘을 하이퍼텍스트를 통한 단순한 자료의 제시에 그치지 않고 웹의 장점을 살려 플래시를 통해 각 그래프 알고리즘의 수행단계를 시각적으로 보임으로써 그래프 개념을 쉽게 이해하고 여러 종류의 그래프 알고리즘을 효율적으로 반복 학습할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 C로 구현된 각 알고리즘의 소스를 볼 수 있게 하고 그 결과도 보여줌으로 그래프 알고리즘을 정확히 이해하도록 하였다. 학습 후 평가 문제를 통해 학습자의 이해도를 평가하고 평가 결과를 막대그래프 차트로 보임으로써 비교 평가가 쉽게 구현하였다.

A Development of a Web-based Instruction Prototype System Considering Individual Differences (개인차를 고려한 웹 기반 코스웨어 개발)

  • There have been many WBI systems developed, but most of them do not fully consider instructional methods and learners' individual differences. If these are considered, a system will make a greater contribution to educational efficiency. We have developed a WBI prototype system that supports various instructional methods with varying instructional content. It presents instructional content that considers learners' individual differences. In this system, we provide interactive content based on multi-medium, interactive content based on text, and multi-medium presentation-stye content as one way teaching and text material appropriate to the learners' reference. Among the instructional methods, this system recommends a content appropriate to the individual learner. We provide individually proper feedback which considers the learner' misunderstanding in test modules. We tested our system in actual classes, evaluating and proofing our system for maximum educational effect.

  • This paper aimed to identify the relationship between satisfaction and continuous usage intention of AT(Accounting Technician) certification program using WBI(Web-Based Instruction) in the digital convergence environment. We extend satisfaction and continuous usage intention, technology acceptance model theory by adding usefulness expectation, program interface, expectation confirmation. This study was examined by using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results by analysis are as follows. First, usefulness expectation and program interface showed positive effect on the expectation confirmation, usefulness expectation had more significantly effect than the program interface. Second, expectation confirmation had significantly positive effect satisfaction, continuous usage intention. Also expectation confirmation was influenced by continuous usage intention rather than satisfaction. Third, satisfaction had positive sign on the continuous usage intention.

  • Internet service, a part of our life, requires the changes not only of environment in our life but also of people's sense of value. It also requires a quick change in the spear of education activities without exception. It brought a lot of changes into educational methods, our recognition on education, and various kinds of educational tools and environment. The introduction of WBI (Web Based Instruction) is one of the most important thing. This study have applied WBI to Industrial high school education to improve its quality and accomplish its effective teaching-learning. That is, we have applied CNC(Computerized Numerical Control) and Processing learning to machining center learning and have given students chances and various learning materials so that they could contact with new information. We aimed at testing and studying some effects on the improvements of learning accomplishment and motive in this study.

  • The web based coursewares that are operating currently can not support individual studying capabilities appropriately. To solve this problem, this paper can provide individual students with a tool that makes contents of lessons to be organized according to study subjects, study objective, and study scope by students. And it is designed for study contents to be condensed into a courseware and be operated in a courseware. Also this method can continuously stimulate a study motivation by providing selective control system without a predefined linear study plan. And it also can have the contents of study coincide with their interests and needs. Therefore this method maximizes accomplishments for the study contents and satisfaction for way of study.

  • Although distance education system based on WBI theory has already been generalized in domestic universities and some private academical institutes, the use of the system in the real fields of schools is in the early stage now. In this paper, we develop a model of English learning system for middle school students and improve students' learning methods through the system. The system also makes students study all the learning topics which they choose in the system freely and repeatedly. It was applied to the middle school students. The analysis of the application showed the following results. First, it was very effective for students to achieve the learning objectives of the course of English. Second, the system made students improve their abilities to study English and also increase their abilities to surf the Internet and glean useful information. Third, the system made it possible for students to accomplish individual learning.

  • The web, which is most actively used in the internet environment, is changing educational system. Students usually prefer the interactive and multimedia learning aids based on web applications and web media to static web pages. The former is known to enhance the effectiveness of learning. This paper proposes a study system which involves effective adaptation to the various changing factors of learners' progress and the corresponding automated evaluation system. Conventional evaluation utilizes normalized method, where the learning objectives generally set by the instructors or educational operators/administrators are usually pursued rather than the interest of the individual learners, which is not ideal for the computer-based learning. Web-based project-oriented learning system provokes the mutual participations among the users, operators, and administrators in understanding the jobs to be performed and the effort to enhance the progressive developments of knowledge and application capabilities. In this Paper, an automated evaluation system is implemented, where the instructors and web-operators/administrators work as hosts for education. The learners take advantage of user-oriented comparative learning and pattern design. The design and implementation of the project-oriented evaluation methods performed in the internet/intranet environments are discussed.
