Recently in the human society, the crime using small arms has increased. Also, many accidents happen because of incomplete management of chemicals and radiation. Accordingly, it is necessary to manage dangerous objects by tracing the position of dangerous objects and rapidly providing the correct information for them. This paper presents a web-based system for real-time monitoring of dangerous objects using RFID in order to overcome the limitations and problems of current dangerous objects management techniques. In this paper, we define the architecture for web-based dangerous objects monitoring system and the scheme for storing information of a dangerous object in the RFID tag. We also implement the web-based monitoring system and present the execution result of the system. The proposed real-time monitoring system is composed of the dangerous objects monitoring server which manages information of dangerous objects and controls them, the dangerous objects monitoring middleware which is mediator between dangerous objects and the server, the RFID reader which reads information of dangerous objects from RFID tags attached to the objects and the database which stores information, status and position of dangerous object. The proposed system manages diverse dangerous objects such as small arms, radiation and harmful chemicals based on the position of them using RFID, so the user can check dangerous objects when they are checked in and checked out and the user can acquire the real-time position information of them through the system. Furthermore, the user can visually monitor dangerous objects through web browser from any where and at any time because the system is web-based system and it provides graphical user interface.

A Web service is a software system designed to support interoperable machine-to-machine interaction over a network. These systems may then interact with the Web service in a manner prescribed by its definition, using XML based such as SOAP, WSDL, UDDI messages conveyed by Internet protocols. Especially, UDDI is the Web Services Registry enabling to register and search Web Services, that takes charge of providing infrastructure for Web Services. However, the existing UDDI has a few problems that searching process is very simple and it cannot provide information of Web Services quality and quality-based retrieval. Therefore, this study suggest the Web Services quality description model that evaluates the Web Services quality.

Recently the computing environment has been moved to open architectures that include Web technologies. Web Service is one of import component of the new paradigm. This paper presents a design and implementation of GIS Web Service for mobile devices. As many mobile devices are equipped with GPS (Global Positioning System), it is required to handle the position information more effectively. We have extended the proxy program in the client device to actively send the context information to the server. Based on the context information the server determines the optimal service mode to a particular client. A working example of location?based GIS Web Service is also presented. By using Web Service standards and XML messages we can achieve the maximal interoperability for heterogeneous mobile devices.

Recently, RFID has emerged as the main technology in the logistic services. When the existing recognition technology based on bar codes brings about lots of problem due to its own limits. RFID becomes the center of attention to solve them. However, RFID is not without any obstacles: companies have their own operating systems, while RFID is developed regardless of each company's special features. RFID middleware system based on web service is expected to remove these obstacles. This paper shows how to operate the middleware based on web service and to lay in the DB the tag informations taken from reader system. Middle assures that companies adopting RFID system for their logistic service are given adaptability to any systems whatsoever, available by way of defining logistic information, tag information and reader information. For this purpose, we implement as the basic web service a middleware system that turns all data into XML(eXtensible Markup Language) of SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), the standard data.

Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of PV system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for sensing the monitoring data and indirect controlling of the PV system. Most of the conventional monitoring system depend on the special hardware and software. Basic design goal of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, free of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc.

A research model based on the concept of a strategic grid was developed to examine the relationship between the role of information system(IS) and organizational use of the web-based electronic commerce(EC) system to achieve business competitiveness. A survey questionnair was sent eletronically to 141 internet shopping malls which sell physical goods direct to an individual end consumer and 125 usable responses were abtained. The results indicated that firms with the strategic views of IS make more use of web-based EC system than firms with support views of IS to achieve their bossiness goals.

Nowadays many enterprises build e-procurement systems. An e-procurement is a Web-based procurement process and its functionalities are considered important in the B2B e-commerce. Buyers should select competent suppliers for a successful e-procurement. Therefore, this study proposes a method using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) for building a Web-based supplier selection system. In detail, the purpose of this study is (1) to review methods previously used when buyers selecting suppliers and to extract important selection criteria： (2) to explain extended AHP method adopted by this study among supplier selection methods： (3) to describe the supplier selection steps using extended AHP ： and (4) to propose a decision support system embedding the methodology described above. The proposed system comprises of three phase： first phase is to evaluate suppliers on enterprise level： second phase to evaluate them on each transaction level： third phase to post-evaluate them.

Learning Contents Management System(LCMS) manages the contents and the process of teaming by incorporating the both in a flexible system to help learners to be able to utilize them efficiently. The e-Learning comprises all types of educations based on electronic technologies as well as the Web. The existing e-Learning system is a simple information system providing Web based contents, therefore, it cannot support flexibility for both learners and teachers. The core part of the e-Learning system should be a remote education system which creates bilateral response between the learners and teachers, by providing substantial contents based on the LCMS. In this paper, a new e-Learning system is constructed with reusable modules generated by Component-Based software Development(CBD). Furthermore, creates new contents groups and enables to develop learning courses utilizing the Learning Objects. And also, observing the SCORM standard, lecture contents are designed and prepared to support learners Learners are supported to produce profiles which enables themselves to manage, measure, and evaluate their own capabilities, so that they can develop themselves properly in accordance with their levels, build prototypes for self development. Also a system that comprises all these individual components is suggested.
