  • In this paper, we implement embedded Linux intelligent controller and remote monitoring system for Bridge Diagnosis. Embedded controller as the hard core is consisted of 32 bit CPU and is designed to have processing of real time monitoring and FFT for Bridge Diagnosis. The prototype monitoring system can operate with world wide web in GUI environment by Java. Detailed design and functional analysis for monitoring system are performed by systems approach.

  • Hybrid machine is based on hardware technologies of machine tool and software technologies of open architecture controller. In machining technology, combination technology of turning, milling, and grinding and in machining energy technology. combination of mechanical, electrical, and chemical technology are developed. This paper describes hybrid machine technology for combination of machining, on-machine measurement, on-machine CAM, and on-machine remote monitoring and control in open architecture controller environment. For on-machine measurement, non-contact measurement technology based on CAD information is developed. For on-machine CAM, interactive CAM program for automatic NC program generation and tool path simulation is developed. For generation on-machine remote monitoring and control, suitable interface method between web program and CNC is proposed. The developed hybrid machine technology is implemented in 3 axes milling machine for evaluation of operablity.

  • 본 논문에서는 동적 웹 어플리케이션의 기능 구현에 사용되는 모듈 구현과 모듈 결합 방식에 따른 효율성은 시스템 운영을 위한 매우 중요한 요인이 된다. 사용자들 간의 인터넷 이용률이 높아지면서 웹 어플리케이션에 다양한 기능들이 추가되어 모듈간의 복잡성이 매우 높은 상태에서 정보를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 복잡성을 줄이기 위해 제시된 방법들을 검증하기 위해 만들어진 웹 어플리케이션을 통해 시뮬레이션의 결과를 제안한다. 소프트웨어 개발에 최소한의 비용으로 최대의 효율성을 내기 위해서는 각 모듈의 여러 가지의 구현 방식과 모듈 간 결합을 테스트한 결과를 MVC 패턴 방식으로 구현된 웹 어플리케이션을 통하여 확인하였다. MVC 패턴의 단점인 모델과 뷰 사이 의존성이 높은 문제를 완화하고, 유지보수성과 결함 허용성을 높이는 모듈 구현 및 통합방식의 연구를 위해 외부 모듈과 내부에서 객체로 구현된 모듈을 사용한 웹 어플리케이션의 결합도에 따른 테스트를 통해 각 모듈의 구현 및 통합 방식에 따른 장단점을 서술한다.

  • In this paper, Web server is built up using PXA255, 32bit RISC processor with porting Embedded Linux and GoAhead, HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) web server, and the system with can monitor and control the environment and condition for AICC(Automatic Intelligent Cruise Control) is realized. For sending the operation condition and change of vehicle the desired data is derived by interacting ECU(Electric Control Unit) and Embedded system and the rpm of engine is controlled by step motor connected to throttle value.

  • Virtual manufacturing system is integrated computer model that represents the precise and whole structure of manufacturing system and simulates its physical and logical behavior in operation.[1] A virtual machine is computer model that represents a CNC machine tool and one of core elements of virtual manufacturing system. In this paper, it is emphasized that a virtual machine must be web-based system for serving information to all attendants in a real machine tool without the restriction of time or location, and then in the fault diagnosis, one of important modules of a virtual machine, the methods of both using the controller signal and web-based expert system are proposed.

  • In this paper, I present an architecture and techniques to monitor and identify the hazards of plants anywhere in the whole country using the HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol) based on RFC1945 and PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) protocol. I constructed the upward network and downward network for intercommunication between the PLC and computer around the internet. I also constructed WWW(World-Wide Web) server in the personal computer The result of this research constructed monitoring system to monitor and identify the hazards through WWW browser on the internet.

  • In a web 2.0 environment, as a wide range of web services are being utilized, it requires quick and convenient way to develop web applications. For this purpose, the framework has been recently introduced and has been applied to web applications. However, software quality application model has not been presented for the web application using framework. In this paper, we develop web application, online library system using a number of frameworks. The system allows users to freely share book information. In order to evaluate the system, we present new software quality evaluation model for web applications using framework. The five quality attributes, functionality, usability, efficiency, maintainability, stability are defined based on the international standard for software quality evaluation, ISO/IEC 9126-2. We also propose the evaluation metrics for the web application using framework and perform quantitative evalzuation for the online library system.

  • In the paper, embedded system that manage, control the status of vehicle through internet and mobile instruments are designed. The network is composed of the distributed control system using CAN communication, where communication is possible with two lines, and the bluetooth, where wireless communication is possible. We also designed the Embedded system to make up the web server only for the vehicle, made it possible to catch hold of the conditions of the vehicle and control the vehicle through internet by interfacing the destributed controller. We also made such a Web Server possible th be monitored and controlled by the mobile instruments such as PDA, mobile phones.
