Nowadays, the web service was based on composing the e-business and distributed computing environment. But existing workflow management systems have many problems with the interoperability between companies because they are made before most web services. For these problems, the workflow based composition language such as the Business Process Execute Language for Web Services (BPEL4WS or BPEL) appeared in expressing the web service composition. In this paper, we present an event based rule management system architecture that executes automatically the BPEL using the Event-Condition-Action (ECA) rules. The event based rule management system consists of the event manager, rule manager, and Jess. The Jess is the part of executing and deciding the condition.

In this paper, we present the wet-based monitoring system for industrial controller such as inverter controller for hydraulic elevators. The monitoring system is using an embedded web server on embedded Linux platform. The control board of system-On-Chip (SoC) is based on ARM7TDMI with Ethernet controller. Wet-based monitoring system using embedded Linux platform can reduce the cost, and have flexibility both of technical issues and locations If the system to be monitored. The system shows the feasibility of remote monitoring system based on embedded Linux platform.

Purpose: The purpose of this project was to develop an international web-based expert system using principals of artificial intelligence and user-centered design for management of mental health by Korean emigrants. Using this system, anyone can access the system via computer access to the web. Methods: Our design process utilized principles of user-centered design with 4 phases: needs assessment, analysis, design/development/testing, and application release. A survey was done with 3,235 Korean emigrants. Focus group interviews were also conducted. Survey and analysis results guided the design of the web-based expert system. Results: With this system, anyone can check their mental health status by themselves using a personal computer. The system analyzes facts based on answers to automated questions, and suggests solutions accordingly. A history tracking mechanism enables monitoring and future analysis. In addition, this system will include intervention programs to promote mental health status. Conclusion: This system is interactive and accessible to anyone in the world. It is expected that this management system will contribute to Korean emigrants' mental health promotion and allow researchers and professionals to share information on mental health.

This paper describes a web-based design review system as a knowledge management system relating reliability and safety system design. Since people's consciousness for safety and security become sensitive and increases the need of establishing a proactive prevention method for internal failures and relating risks in products. It also means that prevailing tacit knowledge in retired workers, in order to transform them to be easily used to support new system development, become more important. When considering safety and reliability design, at least two data sheet are necessary; Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA) and Risk Assessment (RA). These two data are practically made separately. However, it includes the concerns that a risk by failures during long-term use may not be noticed. To overcome this insufficiency, a support tool for integrating reliability evaluation and risk assessment data simultaneously is expected to be revealed. The authors have then developed a web-based design review system for reliability and safety system design. The system include various profitable functions; making FMEA and RA sheet, retrieving past data sheet for engineering change management and new product development and web-based discussion to increase the efficiency of discussion. The system is applied to one practical development works in order to demonstrate its effectiveness that is to be made clear by interviewing user's qualitative comment.

본 논문은 JSP (Java Server Page) 웹 서버 기반 인터넷 웹 브라우저 용 회로부품정보 관리 시스템을 구축하였다. 설계자가 부품정보의 검색 및 신규 등록을 수행할 수 있도록 하였으며, 이를 EDA (Electronic Design Automation) 시스템과 직접 연동하여 회로 및 부품의 설계를 실 시간적으로 적용하도록 하는 웹 연동 회로부품 관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 그리하여 개별 설계자들이 작성 관리하던 EDA 시스템 부품 라이브러리를 웹 기반으로 관리 사용할 수 있도록 하여 회로설계 및 부품 개발에 효율성을 이루었다.

기존의 전용선을 사용하는 화상 감시 시스템의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 인터넷을 이용한 3계층 웹기반 화상 감시 모델을 제안하고 시스템으로 구현하였다. 개발된 시스템은 3계층 웹기반 분산제어 모델을 채택함으로써 기존의 중앙 집중제어 방식의 시스템 안정성 문제를 해결하였고, 원격 웹브라우저에서 그룹으로 등록된 복수의 화상 감시 싸이트(Site)를 인터넷을 통해 원격제어 및 자동감시가 가능하다. 또한 자바 가상 기계(Java Virtual Machine) 코드와 가상 인스트루먼트(Virtual Instrument) 개념에 의한 운용 소프트웨어 설계로 다양한 종류의 컴퓨터와 OS에서도 운용이 가능하다. 또한 인터넷을 통한 네트워크 구성이므로 별도의 네트워크 구축비용이 들지 않으며, 웹서버를 사용한 운용 소프트웨어의 배포 및 보수 유지가 이루어지므로 소프트웨어 갱신 등에 따른 관리의 효율성을 크게 개선 할 수 있다.

최근의 IT분야에 있어서, 그 최대의 관심사는 모바일 환경일 것이다. 이는 우리생활의 일부분이 되어 간다고 볼 수 있는데, 교육, 학습, 상거래 , 엔터테이먼트 등의 부분에 있어서 그 응용 정도는 실로 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 필요에 의하여 WEB과 DB연동 그리고 모바일 기술을 이용한 모바일 E-BOOK 서점을 구현하였다. 많은 양의 자료들을 DBMS에서 관리하고 필요한때 언제 어디서나 모바일을 이용한 WEB검색을 통해 사용자에게 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 된다면, 관리면에서나 능률면에서 큰 장점이 있을 것이다. 본 시스템은 데스크탑 환경의 WEB상에서 사용할수 있는 실제 WEB사이트와 PDA를 이용하여 사용가능한 모바일 WEB 환경으로 이중 구성되어 있으며 게시판, 도서검색, 장바구니, 결제확인 시스템, 베스트셀러, 신작도서 등의 기능을 다양하게 사용할 수 있다. 관련된 모든 정보는 데이터베이스로 구축되어 있다. 최신기술인 ASP 및 VS, NET 등의 기술을 사용하였으며 웹서버로는 IIS 5.0을 DB서버로는 같은 MicroSoft 사의 MS-SQL을 사용하였다. 하나의 운영체제 상에서 실시되는 팩키지 시스템인 만큼, 그 안정성과 특이성을 인정할 만 하다 하겠다. 본 논문는 아직까지 상업적으로까지 성공적으로 시도 되지 않았던 모바일 상에서의 전자 상거래를 구현하였다는 점에서 큰 가능성을 제시하였다고 본다.

There are many web-based applications which need graphs and charts to be generated from data stored in the database. This paper does a comparative study on graph processing techniques for web-based applications through a case study of building a stock information system. The result of this paper can be used for building effective web applications with graphs in areas of EC(electronic commerce), EIS(executive information system), and DM(data mining).

In this study, we investigate several problems of previous workflow system, and suggest an enhanced process management system that involves a substantial portion of workflow system. To overcome the differences in systems, we selected a web as platform to develop a process management system, and we investigate merit and capability of web-based process management system. We improved WFMS's ability to define various process through many behavior rules and multiple layered process structure. We suggest X-WPM system for the process management system with XML technology.

본 연구의 목적은 웹기반의 공간데이터 구축공정 관리시스템을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 기본측량 공종을 표준화하고, 품질관리 요소를 정립하였다. 기본측량인 GPS에 의한 기준점 측량, 수준측량, 창공사진촬영, 수치지도제작, 지형도 제작, 수차표고자료 제작, 항공사진 DB 구축, 정사영상지도 제작 공정 및 공종분류체계를 표준화하였다. 또한 기본측량 사업별 성과품 및 품질검사 업무 현황과 성과품 유형별 품질검사 요소 및 데이터 포맷을 분석하였으며, 이를 기반으로 데이터베이스 및 프로세스 설계 단계를 거쳐 공정관리, 품질관리, 메타데이터 관리, 시스템관리로 구성된 웹 기반의 공정관리 시스템을 개발하였다.
