Economic statistics such as GDP, consumer prices, balance of payments, and unemployment rates are regularly measured over time. One of the best way to understand economic statistics is to visualize economic statistics as a picture. This makes it easier to grasp patterns of economic statistics and to communicate with users. The web technologies and the visualization tools make it possible to create dynamic and interactive visualization of economic statistics. Statistics Korea and the Bank of Korea provide various data visualization relating to official statistics such as infographics and dynamic charts. This paper presents an overview of visualization of Statistics Korea and the Bank of Korea. It also discusses a future direction to explore the visualization of Korean economic statistics.

The number of internet electronic commerce users has increased steadily and EC is now considered not only as the communication tools, but also as the economic activity. But in spite of these global trends, current studies limited to managerial approach are insufficient in the evaluation of EC policies and situations. The purpose of this study are to present satisfaction of customers who will operate foreign internet shopping mall, and to analysis after-purchase behavior on EC satisfaction. As a result of making regression analysis, for its satisfaction. the hypotheses on "Shopping Mall Contents", "Information supply", "Convenience of order process", "Economy", "The reliability", "Customer Service" were accepted at the p<.0.05 level of significance, for its after purchase behavior, the hypotheses on "Shopping Mall structure", "Convenience of order process", "Economy", "The reliability", etc factors were accepted at the p<0.05 level of significant in 4 factors. In order words, electronic commerce satisfaction became greater when better convenience and economy were provided, the ethics were observed better, more diverse information was supplied and better system support was given, and those who had a higher educational background or better perception of electronic commerce felt more satisfaction. Finally, more usefulness of electronic commerce led to bigger satisfaction after purchase.

In these days, there are explosive growths of Internet users. But the damages of hacking are on the increase lately too. Currently, many researches for detection of hacking are studying, and there are many Hacking detection tools. In this thesis, We designed and implemented Sniffing detection and Management Tool, Which ran search an invasion by sniffing in Local LAN environment. The Implementation of Sniffing Detector and Management Tool are composed of two modules. In other words, They are Sniffing Detector Tool and Sniffing Management Tool. The Sniffing Detector Tool discovers implementation of the Sniffing from optional host to Sniffing Detector host. And The Sniffing Management Tool displays information of Sniffer on Web_Browser.

Individuals and organizations in the modern society produce diverse digital objects everyday, which are not only valuable information resources at present but also will be invaluable digital heritage for the future generation. TRAC(Trustworthy Repositories Audit & Certification: Criteria & Checklist) is one of the evaluating tools against which digital archives could be assessed for their preparedness to perform the task of long-term preservation. The current study uses TRAC to assess OASIS(Online Archiving & Searching Internet Source). The results show that the web archive has a greater room for strengthening in the object management infrastructure than in organizational and technical infrastructures.

In this paper, we discuss the system configuration and the design issues of CATS-i, a set of installation and administration tools for Linux cluster systems. CATS-i enables users to manage cluster systems easily, quickly, and safety. It integrates many functions, ranging from installing operating systems and applications to real-time monitoring and management of various important resources. In addition, batch job submission and management are included. These functions support a single system image. Finally, a powerful graphic user interface based on Java lets users quickly understand the cluster status and conveniently use the CATS-i on the Web.

Currently, it is possible to buy almost anything from books(Amazon.com) to airplane tickets(Travelocity.com) using the world wide web. The purpose of this research is to develop a "clean interface" between design and fabrication facilities for the production of custom machined parts through Internet. The current mechanism for production of prototype parts that can be fabricated using standard machine tools like milling machines, requires a process of part description preparation, bidding, contract award, and finally fabrication and delivery of the part. This is a substantially more complex process than buying a book or airplane ticket. In this paper, we try to define the ambiguous part description using XML based data exchange format and to enable e-commerce in this field. The research accomplishments are summarized: 1. Creation of a new format for data exchange of machined prototype parts, 2. Development of a prototype system to illustrate how the XML data can be effectively used to conduct e-Commerce for custom machined parts, 3. Testing of the methodology with a number of parts.

Current Internet system of the entrance exam information to the university that is depending on searching key to solve the overloaded problem in the network and DB server or other tools to support HTML edit, haven't satisfied user's wants by supplying uniformed searching system. So this thesis will establish EEIS(Entrance Examination Information System) to prevent database overload phenomena when many users request a great amount of data at the same time and improve the decrease of speed and overload problem in DB server. EEIS playa role of bridge between outside client and DB server by placing VVS(Virtual View Server) between web server and DB server. By that method this system give users several usefulness in convenience and variety by supplying realtime data searching function to user. EEIS also give inner system manager more efficiency and speed in control the management system by solving those problem. This system is design and implementation to satisfy user's desire and give them more convenience and bring up the confidence of university that adopt this system at the end.

Active catalog is a kind of digital content that enables consumers to test the functions and features of products from their PCs as if they were using it in real life, by simulating the actions and responses of the product. This new type of interactive digital content can be used extensively to make sales personnel training manuals, sales tools, user manuals and user trouble shooting documents. With active catalogs, companies will be able to compare different designs, show actions according to different functions, and evaluate user reaction to new products without having to produce a single physical prototype or mock-up. At the same time, consumers will be able to understand and 'operate' the product and make well-informed purchase decisions. In this paper, we present a visual event-driven modeling tool, PlayMo, for creating active catalogs, analyze the advantages of using PlayMo, describe the event-driven method used by PlayMo and also introduce two enhanced characteristics of the Event Flow Chart with which the events in PlayMo are structured. Interactive digital content by using the PlayMo3D makes easy, simple and effective design for e-learning, e-catalogue, e-marketing/sales, e-prototyping, customer support, etc. Through its application-ready 3D function visualization solution, engineers and designers can rapidly turn a CAD design model into a 3D interactive virtual product, and the effective function prototyping job can be also completed within a minute.

Purposes: The aim of this study is to evaluate whether the contents of hospital reservation and reception applications(apps) are qualitatively useful in meeting the needs of medical consumers and improving hospital accessibility and convenience. Methodology: (1) identify consumer needs through social data web mining, (2) describe the status of key contents of mobile apps to improve accessibility and convenience of care, and (3) verify the quality of apps through validated tools Finding: The contents of 'mobile reservation function' and 'waiting time information provision' that can contribute to reduction of delay time of care and efficiency of desk work were supported, but the level of utilization was insufficient. The quality level of the app, including the level of consumers' needs, has shown a wide gap between the apps. Implications: The recent development of mobile apps for hospital accessibility and consumer needs has shown a wide gap in the quality of apps, including information and aesthetic. Therefore, it is necessary to develop apps based on user interface(UI), user experience(UX) based designs that can promote the usefulness and convenience of apps while monitoring needs of consumers continuously.
