가정과 의생활 단원에 적용된 웹 수업자료 개발 및 실행방안 (The Development of the Web Based Instruction Materials in clothing Unit)

  • This study was intended to develop an efficient web-based instruction materials in clothing unit. The clothing unit was chosen because this unit was supposed to be appropriate to analyze and utilize web. By using languages of html asp, the study developed web materials to use this unit and constructed this unit into web site. Finally the study tried to examined educational effect by performing the constructed web site and representing some ways which can be applied in the classroom. The result of this study can be summed up as follows: $\circled1$The web materials were developed with steps of planning longrightarrowdesigninglongrightarrowdevelopmentlongrightarrowevaluation. In each step detailed activities, content analysis examples of developed materials, which presents the concrete procedures and directions were specified. $\circled2$The web materials were developed to be able to change an add up the materials in the web site. $\circled3$The web materials were developed by teaching-leaning model and the lesson plan, and then they are applied. $\circled4$Instruction materials were developed according to the lesson plan and in concrete ways.

  • 인터넷 사용자의 급속한 증가로 여러 종류의 인기 웹사이트들이 생겨나고 있으나, 웹사이트의 품질을 사용자 관점에서 종합적이고 체계적으로 비교 및 평가하는 선정기법에 대한 연구는 미약한 상황이다. 일반적으로 웹사이트 품질을 평가하는 관점은 블랙박스, 화이트박스, 그레이박스 관점으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 최적의 웹사이트를 선정하기 위해 사용자 입장에서 블랙박스 관점으로 AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process)기법을 사용하였고, 웹사이트의 품질은 국제표준 IS0/1EC 9126에서 규정하고 있는 6가지 소프트웨어 품질 특성 중에서 효율성, 사용성, 호환성을 고려하였다. 현재 인터넷상에서 운영하고 있는 웹사이트들에 대한 실증적 분석을 통하여, 본 논문에서 제시한 웹사이트 선정기법 및 품질 평가에 관한 연구가 최적의 웹사이트를 선택하는데 적용 가능한 것임을 보여준다

  • Internet shopping has transformed our daily lives as well as the pattern of consumption. In the word, the development and the growth of online shopping site have led to new pattern of consumption. This applies in particular to clothing, among the product on sale, on the internet. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristic of colors and images on internet fashion soho mall web site, and to provide efficient color information which is usefull in color planning and suitable for brand image on fashion web site. 147 color sample used by 40 fashion soho mall web site were collected and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, dominant color on fashion web site is static color as black and it's ratio is 33$\%$. Second, G color is not used. Third, Hue and tone mainly used It tone of P color except V tone. And the color image on internet fashion soho mall web site are modern, chic, dandy, formal. Results from analyzing the fashion soho mall Web site. it is important to unity the company's image but its more important to make a color plan considering the sites feature and the customers's sensitivity.

국내 웹 사이트 디자인의 행동적 사용성 측정 (Performance-measure of the domestic web site design)

  • The present study employed an experimental usability testing technique to explore cognitive engineering characteristics of WWW. Based on the results of our previous study which employed non-experimental methods such as questionnaire and heuristic evaluation method, this study used a behavioral performance-measurement technique to evaluate the usability of a domestic web-site design. Specifically, we revised the menu and document structure of the original 'Movie-Friend' site to solve the design problems which were extracted from the results of the heuristic evaluation method of our previous study. Exp. 1 compared the relative navigation efficiency of the original frame menu site and the revised pop-up toolbar site, and Exp. 2 compared the toolbar menu site and the revised frame site. As a result of Exp. 1, the revised pop-up toolbar site showed improved navigation efficiency compared to the original site, as indicated by the mean latency and the number of pathways to reach the target page. However, we found no performance difference between the frame site and toolbar site in Exp. 2.

웹 사이트 성공 영향요인 도출과 웹 사이트 유형별 비교 분석 (Deriving the Success Factors for Retailing Web Sites: A Comparison of Web Site Types)

  • Finding the factors to affect the success of the business web sites is critical to enhance their competitiveness. This paper categorizes these factors into 4 quality measures: system, information, service and entertainment. The success is measured via user's satisfaction and loyalty. It surveys 474 Internet users to explore the effect of the quality measures on web site success. We confirm the causal effect of quality factors on users' satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, a comparative study is performed for web site types, such as finance, e-commerce(shopping mall), and entertainment. We note that the effect differs in web site types.

취업정보사이트의 웹서비스품질과 관계품질 역할 연구 (A Study on Web Service Quality and Role of Relationship Quality of Job Information Sites)

  • These days, getting a gob is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, job information sites have lots of problems with respect to satisfying customer's needs. This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site, and relationship among characteristic web service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. In this study we found that customer satisfaction is prior to relationship quality, which decide long-term customer relationship. And also, Trust which is one of the relationship quality and customer satisfaction affect customers reuse intent respectively. This study also found that characteristic service quality in related to job information site can be composed of four factors such as delivery of information, customization, web design and interaction. Delivery of information, web design and interaction affect trust, and web design and interaction affect customer satisfaction. And also relationship quality is prior to reuse intention.

백화점 쇼핑몰의 웹사이트 광고에 대한 영향 연구 (The Impact of Website Advertisement on Department Stores)

  • After defining the determining factor of an attitude on clothing web-site as cognitive responses and affective responses, this study was to investigate how it affects against web-site attitude, brand attitude and purchase intention. To accomplish research subject, this study had an analysis on web-site attitude, brand attitude and purchase intention after selecting 3 department stores having mega fashion malls which run web-sites. Aad(Attitude toward an advertisement) was defined as cognitive responses and affective responses. This research analyzed it by multiple regression analysis after collecting a date from 265 customers who use 3 department stores selected The findings are as follows. First, Aad had a significance impact on web-site attitude across the department stores. Second, Aad had a significance impact on brand attitude across the department stores. Third, Aad had a significance impact on purchase intentions across the department stores. At the end of this paper, discussion, managerial implications, limitations, and future research directions were suggested.

  • This study was carried out to reduce children's sugar, natrium and fat intakes and establish their healthy lifestyle. To achieve these goals, we developed an educational web site and an e-learning system. The targets of this web site are children, parents and educators. This site has various information about sugar, natrium and fat, and has special menus for each target: such as the 'Let's study' for children, 'Guides for child's eating' for parents, and 'Educational softwares, Lesson plans/materials, and Textbooks/Teaching guides' for educators. We developed three nutrient characters and applied them to the web site. We provided information in the form of texts, images, flash and sounds. This site has special boards in 'Nutrition cafe' menu to interchange information or their successful stories between the connecters. We developed an e-learning system with two courses. One is for junior elementary students and the other is for senior students. Children can study each nutrient step by step in a course according to their academic ability and concern. Also, they can evaluate their academic achievement in this system, which was uploaded into 'Let's study' in children menu in the web site. Conclusively this web site and e-learning system could contribute to reducing children's sugar, natrium and fat intakes by helping children study them systematically and effectively by on-line system. We expect this e-learning system would be a new nutrition education system to make nutrition education more active.

  • 웹 환경에서 사용자는 다른 어떠한 인터페이스 환경에서보다도 더 적극적이고 자유로운 인터랙션을 하고 있으며 따라서 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 사용자 인터페이스 환경을 고려하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 웹 인터페이스 환경과 그 특징에 대해 살펴보고 현재 활용되고 있는 사용성 평가 기법들을 정리한 후, 이를 기반으로 웹에서의 사용자들의 다양한 반응과 양상을 효과적으로 시각화하고 분석/평가할 수 있는 도구를 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 시각화 도구를 한 인터넷 허브 사이트의 사용성 평가 과정에 적용해 보고 그 결과에 대해 논의함으로써 웹에서의 사용 감성의 시각화와 평가를 위한 실질적인 방법을 제안하고자한다.

  • Many organizations have developed their own information systems not only for internal efficiency but also for effectiveness of external customer services. One of the most effective service tools for their customers is the use of information technology. The web technology is rapidly becoming one of the most effective tools for online customer services. In order to gain competitive edge, organizations must have effective web site planning methods for their customer service. A study on traditional information systems planning methodologies has been conducted and they are compared with web site planning techniques. Cases of web sites in order to Improve customer relationship are analyzed. finally, a new conceptual framework for web site planning strategy for e-CRM is proposed in this paper. In order to support effective web site planning, online customer contact points and online service activities are defined and classified as several stages. And, web site strategies corresponding to each customer service activities are developed and proposed, With this framework, organizations can build competitive web strategies for improving their online customer relationships, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.
