무당거미의 많은 견사선들 중에서 포획사를 만들어내는 한쌍의 편상선은 분비관과 분비양, 그리고 말단분비부로 이루어져 있었고, 두쌍의 수상선과 함께 후방적돌기에서 triad 복합구조를 형성하고 있었다. 강한 섬유를 생성하기 위해 분비관은 길게 신장되어 있었고, 토사관과 근접된 원위부의 내벽에는 수분의 흡수와 관련된 subcuticle층이 비후되어 있었으며 분비낭에 가까운 근위부에서는 큐티클 전구물질의 수송현상이 관찰되었다. 분비낭의 상피는 원주상의 세포로 이루어져 있었고, 세포질에 구형의 분비과립을 함유하고 있었는데, 부위에 따라 과립의 형태와 전자밀도의 차이가 관찰되었다. 포획사의 주성분을 분비하는 말단분비부의 선상피세포에는 조면소포체가 특이적으로 발달되어 있었고, 생성된 견사물질은 이출분비의 기작에 의해 내강으로 방출되었다.

컴퓨터의 보급이 늘어나면서 여러 분야에서 컴퓨터를 유용하게 사용하고 있다. 교육 분야 중 특히 과학을 학습하기 위한 자료로 멀티미디어를 사용하는 것들이 많다. 최근에는 학습자의 흥미와 관심을 이끌기 위해 자바나 플래시를 사용한 웹 기반 자료들이 증가하고 있다. 이렇게 컴퓨터 분양의 표현, 저장, 계산 및 통신 기술의 발달로 새로운 교육환경이 제공되고 있다. 특히 인터넷과 가상현실 기술은 교육환경에서 큰 변화를 가져올 것으로 판단되고 있다. 가상 현실 기법으로 가장 큰 특징은 실시간 상호작용이다. 최근의 연구에 의하면 학습자의 참여를 증가시키기 위해 화학 교육에서 가상현실 시뮬레이션을 사용하고 있으며 그 결과 화학의 기본 개념에 대한 이해가 진작되었고 실험실활동을 보강할 수 있다고 보고되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 화학 교육에서 가상현실 기법의 활용 방안에 대해 고찰하였다.

텍스트 문서를 대상으로 하는 대부분의 공동 문서 저작 시스템에서는 문서의 병합과 재사용이 어려우며 문서를 저장, 관리할 수 있는 저장소를 제공하지 않는다. 또한 웹을 기반으로 하기 때문에 높은 접근성을 제공하지만 보안에 취약한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서를 대상으로 한 공동 문서 저작 시스템을 설계 구현함으로써 이들 시스템의 문제점을 개선하였다. 이를 위해 XML 문서를 객체 모델화하고 조작하기 위한 API인 DOM(Document Object Model)에 기반을 두었으며 Java 객체를 송수신하고, 구현 시 소켓통신에 대한 고려가 필요하지 않도록 RMI를 활용하였다. 또한 인증과정을 통해 보안성을 향상시켰으며 템플릿(Template) 제공, 주석달기, 문서구조 가시화가 가능한 편집기를 제공함으로써 XML 문서 공동저작의 수월성을 향상시켰다.

일반적으로 타이어의 마모상태를 알기 위해서는 운전자나 정비사가 육안으로 타이어를 확인하거나, 타이어 마모도를 동전으로 측정하는 방법을 이용한다. 이러한 방법은 누구나 쉽게 확인을 할 수 있지만, 육안으로 확인을 하는 것이기 때문에 정확한 마모의 정도의 확인이 어렵다. 정비사의 마모도 측정 기준이 객관적 판단으로 인해 나온 결과가 아니라, 주관적인 판단으로 나온 것이기 때문에 타이어의 안정성을 제대로 측정해줄 수가 없다. 이로 인해 운전자의 사고로 이어질 수 있다. 이러한 단점들을 보완하여 운전자들에게 객관적이고 정확하고 쉽게 타이어를 점검할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 시스템은 위에서 언급하는 기능을 가지는 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 자동차의 트레드 마모 상태를 확인하기 위한 타이어 표면 데이터 스캐너 모듈과 데이터들을 판단하는 저장부, 사용자가 쉽게 정보들을 확인 할 수 있게 웹서비스로 구성된다.

It has become the information medium that mediate between individuals of marketing with the new information media that use of the Internet in accordance with the progress of the IT industry- real estate marketing, real estate leasing, real estate auctions, etc. The real estate registration services should be disclosed to outside that include a schedule details the public book-register and problems caused by it should be reasonably resolved by handling a large amount of real estate registration work quickly, accurately handling to utilize Information Technology(IT) through the information system construction as the feature to process the information of register entries. Computerization of real estate registration will raise the efficiency of the registration as well as people can see the information related to real estate on the basis of published content without limitation the time and place and will pursue the ideal and reliability of the registration -web accessibility improving of the Internet Registry and permanent storage of preserving documents by electronic means. It is very large that impact on the real estate transaction if the accuracy of legal registration choosing formalism in the processing of real estate registration business through the Internet than written application is highly probable to occur incorrect registration. Also, It is necessary to manage it effectively -if you do not quickly and exactly respond to it, there is problems such as delays or poor registration service because real estate business activated and real estate registration services also increased sharply. In this paper, we will identify the problems of the real estate registration work and suggest improvements about it.

Growing importance of online security on certification, many of the web-related security technology introduced day by day. Especially, using smart certificate (USIM) is recognized as one of the most safe and convenient method for the security of public certificate. The purpose of this study is to find the factors that affect the Intention of switching to smart certificate for the general public who use public certificate service. Based on migration theory, this study determined the relationship between pull factors, push factors and mooring factors which can affect the intention of switching to smart certificate. To empirically analyze the proposed hypothesis, the statistical analysis were conducted based on the response from 350 public certificate service users using SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, system quality, one of the pull factors has positive influence on perceived ease of use. On the other hand, the other pull factor, service quality has positive influence on both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Second, push factors, user experience and information security awareness have positive influence on perceived ease of use only. Third, mooring factor, switching cost does not have influence on switching intention while perceived usefulness has positive influence on. The results of this research can be used for whom has interest to the switching intention of public certificate service for online security and provide the proper understanding about smart certificate service mechanism.

XML은 웹을 비롯한 모든 문서들을 표현할 수 있는 데이타 중심 표준 언어이다. XML 기반의 여러 문서 개발 도구들의 등장과 이를 이용한 사유 XML 문서의 증가, XML 문서로의 기존 데이타 변환가속화로 인해, 우리는 대량의 서로 상이한 구조로 표현된 XML 문서들을 가지게 되었으며, 이러한 문서 집합으로부터 원하는 정보를 담은 문서를 추출해 내는 것이 중요해 졌다. 하지만, 기존의 XML 문서에 대한 연구들은 한 개의 대규모 XML 문서나 동일한 구조를 가진 문서들에 대한 저장, 검색에 초점이 맞춰져 있거나. 상이한 구조를 지원하더라도, 구조적인 정보를 이용한 빠른 검색을 지원하지 못하는 단점을 가지고 있었다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 상이한 구조를 가진 문서들에 대해서도 빠른 경로 질의를 제공할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 새로운 기법으로, 관계형 데이타베이스 시스템을 이용한 새로운 역 인덱스를 제안하였다. 우리는 제안된 기법이 기존의 방법에 비해 높은 성능을 보임을 실험을 통해 확인하였다. 특히, 간접 포함 관계를 포함한 모든 진의에서 논은 성능을 제공함으로서, 상이한 구조를 가진 문서들에 대해 적합한 인덱스 구조임을 보여 주었다.

본 논문에서는 소규모 창업자를 위해 기업내부의 통합정보시스템을 구축하여 물류, 창고, 자재관리에 초점을 맞춘 웹 ERP시스템을 구축하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 모듈로 분리되어 쉽게 수정 및 추가가 가능하고 이동성 확장을 위해 모바일 인터페이스도 구축하였다. 본 논문에서 구축한 ERP시스템 ShopE.R는 기업의 업무 프로세스 변화에 따라 유연하게 변화할 수 있도록 구성된 솔루션이다.

The Terra-Scope system is an affordable 4-D down-hole seismic monitoring system based on independent, microprocessor-controlled sensor Pods. The Pods are nominally 50 mm in diameter, and about 120 mm long. They are expected to cost approximately $6000 each. An internal 16-bit, extremely low power MCU controls all aspects of instrumentation, eight programmable gain amplifiers, and local signal storage. Each Pod measures 3-D acceleration, tilt, azimuth, temperature, and other parametric variables such as pore water pressure and pH. Each Pod communicates over a standard digital bus (RS-485) through a completely web-based GUI interface, and has a power consumption of less than 400 mW. Three-dimensional acceleration is measured by pure digital force-balance MEMS-based accelerometers. These accelerometers have a dynamic range of more than 115 dB and a frequency response from DC to 1000 Hz with a noise floor of less than $30ng_{rms}/{\surd}Hz$. Accelerations above 0.2 g are measured by a second set of MEMS-based accelerometers, giving a full 160 dB dynamic range. This paper describes the system design and the cooperative shared-time scheduler implemented for this project. Restraints accounted for include multiple data streams, integration of multiple free agents, interaction with the asynchronous world, and hardened time stamping of accelerometer data. The prototype of the device is currently undergoing evaluation. The first array will be installed in the spring of 2006.

빅데이터 시대에는 단순히 데이터베이스에 잘 정리된 정형 데이터뿐만 아니라 인터넷, 소셜 네트워크 서비스, 모바일 환경에서 실시간 생성되는 웹 문서, 이메일, 소셜 데이터 등 비정형 빅데이터를 효과적으로 분석하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 빅데이터 분석은 데이터 저장소에 저장된 빅데이터 속에서 의미 있는 새로운 상관관계, 패턴, 추세를 발견하여 새로운 가치를 창출하는 과정이다. 빅데이터 분석 도구인 R 언어를 이용하여 비정형 논문 데이터를 빈도분석을 통해 분석결과를 요약과 시각화하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 사용된 데이터는 한국정보통신학회 학회지 논문 중에서 2021년 1월호-5월호 총 논문 104편을 대상으로 분석하였다. 최종 분석결과 가장 많이 언급된 키워드는 "데이터"가 1,538회로 1위를 차지하였다. 따라서 분석결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
