A Study on Differentiated Service for Web Server Contents QoS (차등화 서비스(Diffserv)를 이용한 Web Server Content의 효율적 QoS 보장에 관한 연구)

  • BE(Best-Effort)방식의 인터넷에서 제공되던 Text위주의 서비스 제공 방식이 Multimedia 위주의 서비스로 점차 바뀌어 감에 따라, 기존의 BE(Best-Effort)방식으로는 Multimedia QoS(Quality of Service)를 보장하기가 어려워졌다. 이에 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)에서는 변화하는 인터넷 환경에서 QoS 보장을 위해 Diffserv(Differentiated Service)방식을 제안하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 Content를 제공하는 Linux Web Server에서 패킷을 클래스 분류기준(Classification Method)에 의해 분류하고 Scheduling Algorithm을 적용하여 DSCP(Differentiated Service CodePoint) 값을 Web Server 자체에서 결정하여 경계라우터(Edge Router)로 전송하는 방식을 취하였으며, 이를 토대로 하여 경계라우터의 Traffic 부하를 줄이고, 경계라우터의 코어라우터(Core Router)화를 통해 더욱더 향상된 Differentiated Service를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 본 논문에서는 ns2 를 통해 IETF에서 제안된 Diffserv방식과 본 논문에서 제안한 방식의 Diffserv 방식과 현재의 BE방식을 비교하여 어느 정도의 성능 향상이 있었는지 비교 분석하였다.

Structure Modeling on Factors Influencing the User Satisfaction of Social Network Services by Mediating the Moderator of the Service Types in SNS (SNS 서비스유형을 조절변수로 한 사용자만족도의 구조모형)

  • The first purpose of this paper is to identify factors having an effect on the user satisfaction of the SNS(Social Network Services) users and to examine causal relationships among those factors. The second is to examine how the causal relationships between the factors could be changed in the service types in SNS, which would be divided into web based SNS and mobile SNS. For achieving the purposes, we established the research model and hypotheses based on Information Success and Technology Acceptance Model. The characteristics of the SNS users consist of Individual Innovation and Social Influence while the characteristics of the SNS system consist of Information Quality and System Quality. The hypotheses were verified by analyzing data, which was collected from survey research on users of the SNS, with AMOS 18.0 statistical package. As a result, the first, we observed that more important the SNS users would consider the social relation, more useful they would recognize the function of SNS. The second, we observed that faster and easier the users could obtain hourly information in diversity, more useful they would recognize the function of SNS. The third, we observed that more innovative the mobile SNS users would become, more negative they would consider the usefulness of SNS. The fourth, we observed that more important the web based SNS users would consider the social relation, more negative they would consider the usefulness of SNS.

  • 서비스 지향 아키텍쳐(SOA: Service Oriented Architecture)는 기업의 모든 컴퓨팅 자원을 서비스제공 및 사용체계로 전환하게 함으로써, 복잡하고 다양한 시스템간의 유기적인 결합과 IT 자원의 활용율을 극대화시킬 수 있는 프레임워크이다. SOA 시스템을 구현하기에 가장 적합한 체계로써, 웹 서비스 표준이 제시되고 있는데, 이는 웹 서비스가 서비스 기술, 발견, 활용에 있어 SOA의 기본 사상을 충분히 반영하고 있기 때문이다. 웹 서비스의 현실적 적용을 위해 가장 중요한 요소는 웹 서비스의 품질보장이며, 이를 위해 OASIS 국제표준기구의 WSQM 기술위원회에서는 WSQM(Web Service Quality Model) 스펙을 제시하였다. WSQM은 웹 서비스 품질요소와 품질관계자, 그리고 그들간의 품질행위를 추상적 관점에서 모델링하고 있다. 여기서, 특히 품질요소는 웹 서비스의 품질 상태를 직접 표현한다는 측면에서 가장 중요한 항목이라 할 수 있다. 하지만, WSQM에서는 모델링에 중점을 두고 있으므로, 현실세계에서 웹 서비스 품질요소의 값을 구체적이고, 표준화된 형태로 표현하기 위해서는 웹서비스 품질기술언어와 같은 XML 형태의 정규화된 형태가 제시되어야한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 작성하기 위한 기본 개념과 이를 적용한 웹 서비스 품질기술언어의 구성항목에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

  • 기능적 제한이 있는 하나의 웹 서비스는 다른 기능의 여러 웹 서비스들과 다양한 형태로 조합되어 웹 프로세스(Web Process)를 만들게 된다. 이를 통해 개발에 소요되는 비용과 시간을 줄이고 사용자의 요구사항을 만족시키는 서비스의 유연한 조합이 가능하다. 웹 프로세스의 조합 및 통합 시에 중요한 것은 보다 효과적이고 높은 품질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 웹 서비스의 조합과 QoS(Quality of Service) 평가 및 보장에 관한 기존 연구는 사용자가 자신의 QoS 요구사항을 만족하는 웹 서비스를 직접 찾아야 하고, 조합된 웹 프로세스가 원하는 QoS를 만족할 때까지 반복적인 수작업을 수행해야 하는 비효율적인 측면이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 조합한 웹 프로세스의 QoS를 분석하고 사용자의 QoS 요구사항에 부합하는 웹 서비스를 지능적으로 찾아주는 QoS 기반 웹 서비스 조합 방법론 및 지원도구를 소개한다. 제안된 도구를 통해 Activity Diagram의 형태로 프로세스를 구성하고 구성된 프로세스의 QoS를 분석하여 QoS 요구사항을 만족하는 웹 프로세스를 효율적으로 구성할 수 있다.

The Effects of Service Quality and Consumption Emotion on Consumer Satisfaction of Internet Fashion Shopping Malls (인터넷 패션 쇼핑몰의 서비스 품질이 소비 감정과 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of service qualities and consumption emotion on consumer satisfaction of internet fashion shopping malls. Data were obtained from 304 internet fashion shopping mall consumers who have bought fashion products or visited an internet fashion shopping mall. Questionnaires related to service quality, consumption emotion, consumer satisfaction. For analysis of data, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis were applied. The results were as follows: 1. The service quality dimensions of internet fashion shopping malls were reliability, merchandise variability, web-design, communication and safety. The consumption emotion dimensions were classified as positive emotion and negative emotion. 2. The service quality of internet fashion shopping malls and the consumption emotion had an effect on consumer satisfaction of internet fashion shopping malls. The dimensions of communication, merchandise variability of the service quality in internet fashion shopping malls had an effect on positive emotion. Safety, reliability of the service quality had an effect on negative emotion. Both positive emotion and negative emotion of the consumption emotion dimensions had an effect on consumer satisfaction of internet fashion shopping malls.

  • As Information Technology has developed, The structure of information system used in organizations is changing from centralized computing structure to distributed computing structure. The roles of information department have expanded, which is not only develope and maintain system but also provide usage-support service to end-user. If organization support end-user properly, they get many benefits. if they don't do it properly, they waste many resource. Therefore, the purpose of this study is the search for quality determinant factors and type of information that provide user effective service under web-based information system. The result of this study is as follow First, when SERVQUAL is used, the quality determinant factors of usage-support service are categorized three, which is responsibility and assurance, empathy and tangable, and reliability. When SERVPERF is used, the determinant factors consist of five, but the use of assurance as a factor is cautious. Second, reliability and tangability among determinant factors affect general service quality, and tangibility is most important factors. third, When the locations of user are distributed the degree of general service quality is not different whether formal or informal information center provide usage-support service. This study may suggest practical implication as follows; First, as user are good at to use information system the degree of importance for tangibility are decreased. when user are individualized and improve their ability to use information system, empathy will not be important factors any more, therfore it assume that reliability will be most important factors. Second, if organizations promote not only formal informaton center but also informal inforamtion center they may support end-user more effectively. However, this study has the following limitations: First, it is difficult to generalize the result of this study Second, service quality determinant factors used in this study don't explain the influence to general service quality fully. Third, this study analyze a simple relation between service quality determinant factor and general service quality. Finally, this study don't distinguish between information system service and information support service.

An Empirical Study on the Determinants of e-Trust in Import Agency Service Mall (수입대행몰에서 e-신뢰의 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • Import Agency Service Mall, providing customers not only with convenient shopping experiences but also with purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and customs clearance services, have been playing a significant role in rapidly transforming Korean consumers into global consumers. The consumers' great demand for foreign goods(services) has created Import Agency Service Mall(referred to hereafter as IASM) as a new business model of distribution and consumption, which seems to be grown rapidly. This empirical research investigates online shoppers for their trust dimensions for IASM. Consequences of the research are as follows: First, perceived reputation, web-site quality have influenced upon e-trust dimension of the IASM. Second, the level of e-trust consumers is more higher, and then the level of perceived risk is more lower. Third, perceived risk have not influenced upon intention to reuse the IASM. Fourth, the level of e-trust consumers is more higher, and then the level of intention to reuse the IASM is more higher. It is necessary for IASM to be developed its reputation and web-site quality in order to obtain customer's trust. Accordingly, this research will be helping IASM have insight for marketing strategies, and constantly should be studied about action and mind of consumer.

Effects of the service and the product quality evaluation factors of internet shopping mall on the satisfaction for Korean internet fashion shopping malls - Focusing on Chinese university women - (인터넷 쇼핑몰의 서비스 및 제품의 품질평가 요인이 한국 인터넷 패션 쇼핑몰의 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 중국 여대생을 중심으로 -)

  • This study was to examine the service and the product evaluation factors of Korean internet fashion shopping malls and to suggest marketing implications for Korean internet fashion shopping malls wanting to expand into the Chinese market. This study conducted a questionnaire survey for college female students in Qingdao, China, who have shopped at Korean internet shopping malls, and 310 surveys were used in the final analysis, frequency analysis, factorial analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, Most of the respondents answered that they found the Korean internet fashion shopping malls through the internet, and the most purchased item was outer clothing. Second, the system stability and web site structure excellence factors had a positive influence on the service satisfaction for the shopping mall 'S', while the system satisfaction, service efficiency, interactivity and web site structure excellence factors had positive influences on service satisfaction for the shopping mall 'P', and the system satisfaction, service efficiency, interactivity factors had positive influences on service satisfaction for the shopping mall 'N'. Third, examining the correlation between product satisfaction for the shopping mall 'S', 'P', and 'N' with fashion product evaluation factors showed that, design factors and quality excellence factors of the three shopping malls had positive influences on product satisfaction. The results of this research provide useful information in forming an efficient operating system and improving marketing strategies for internet fashion shopping malls planning to enter or having already entered the Chinese market.

  • The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) is the system that processes all of port management such as entry and departure of ships, using facilities within ports, port traffic control, cargo entering and carrying and tax collection in 31 trade ports over the whole country. Lately, The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) has been reformed as a WEB-based system and established basis to provide real time information support structure, diversification of civil complaint system, and optimized civil complaint service by using wire and wireless internet. The typical study on the Port Logistics Information System was C/S program and EDI-centered. But it has significance to study on service quality measurement of WEB Port-MIS that has been served as a new web-based platform since April 2010, for there was no such a study until now.

  • 웹 서비스의 사용이 급격히 증가함에 따라 사용자의 웹 서비스 005(Quality of Services)에 대란 관심도 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 QoS 요소들 중 응답 시간(Response time) 향상에 대한 스케줄링 기법을 제안하여, 서비스의 질을 향상시키고자 한다. 구체적으로는 기존의 그리드 시스템에 사용되고 있는 단일 배치 스케줄링 기법을 기본으로 한 다중 배치 스케줄링을 연구하였으며, 이를 통해 그리드 기반 웹 서비스의 응답 시간 성능이 개선됨을 확인하였다.
