Social commerce has a large impact on the emergence of the concept of society and individual lives that is recognized as one of the most important business areas in the Internet environment. A marketing agency, Trend Monitor (http://www.trendmonitor.co.kr), conducted a survey on social commerce usage and satisfaction level; subsequently, we used survey result data from 221 adult males and females for our research sample. Data analyses were conducted by reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, t -test or one-way analysis of variance, and structural equation model (SEM) with IMB SPSS ver. 21.0 and ver. AMOS ver. 21.0. This study focused on multi-dimensional consumer innovativeness and found three elements of acceptability, competence, and distribution. Empirical verification through SEM presented data that suggests the three consumer innovativeness factors have a direct positive effect on social commerce that causes factors to indirectly affect satisfaction levels. This study indicated that the main consumption patterns in modern society take advantage of social commerce and satisfaction by improving a market economy to promote restoration. First, this study considers consumer innovativeness to have three factors. Secondly, research results help to understand relations between consumer innovativeness, use and satisfaction with social commerce that can help the social commerce industry establish effective market strategies through consumer innovativeness. The conclusion discusses implications for academic research and marketing strategies.

이른바 지방화시대에 즈음하여 지역내 기술기반 중소기업의 활발한 창업과 성공적인 경영은 지역경제발전의 주요 요소가 될 것이다. 이에 본고는 서남권지역내 기술기반기업의 창업성과요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 최근의 연구문헌에 나타난 신기술기반 벤처기업 성과요인관련 메타분석결과와 서남권 지역의 특유한 정서를 토대로 연구모형을 설계하고 실증분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 이 지역의 신기술기반기업들의 성과요인으로서 대표자의 경영관리능력, 외부와의 기술협력 등 인적요소와 공급망관리, 기업의 정보활동 및 시장지향성 등이 높은 유의성을 갖는 상관관계 요인이었다.

Objective: This study examined the effects of dynamic tape applied to the patellofemoral joint on the knee valgus angle, muscle activity, and ground reaction force during a single leg squat (SLS) and single leg landing (SLL). Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: Twenty-four subjects (11 male, 13 female) who met the inclusion criteria were screened by the knee palpation and patella compression tests. First, the knee valgus angle and muscle activity during SLS were measured. Second, the knee valgus angle and ground reaction force during SLL were measured. For the intervention, a patella joint loop using dynamic tape was used. The knee valgus angle, muscle activities in SLS and SLL after the intervention, and the ground reaction force were measured in the same way. A paired t-test was used to examine the difference between before and after the intervention. Results: The knee valgus angle showed a statistically significant improvement after dynamic taping application in SLS and SLL (p<0.05). The differences in muscle activity of the VL/VMO and ground reaction forces were not statistically significant after dynamic taping application in SLS and SLL. Conclusions: This study showed that dynamic taping applied around the patellofemoral joint was effective in improving the knee valgus angle in SLS and SLL and had a reduced risk of secondary injury during sports activity.

Purpose: This study aims to determine the relation among job stress, self-esteem, resilience, and field adaptation of the newly graduated nurses, through which an effective mediation strategy toward field adaptation and basic data on improving nursing quality can be established. Methods: The subjects were 110 newly graduated nurses who have worked at a tertiary hospital and a general hospital for less than 12 months. The data were collected, using self-reported questionnaires, from July 9 to July 31, 2018, and were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using an SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. Results: The study result showed that the newly graduated nurses' job stress, resilience, job satisfaction, and desired department influenced their field adaptation, explaining 60.2% of the variance in the field adaptation (F=42.14, p<.001). The nurses' job stress had the biggest influence on their field adaptation, explaining 38.7% of the variance. Conclusion: Human resource management strategy considering those influencing factors may improve the filed adaptation of newly graduated nurses and help them to retain in their work field.

Purpose - The prior literature indicated that green consumerism encouragements and programs have led to strict standards against environmental issues, thus reducing emissions from motors and engines and improving clean-burning energy options. The present study seeks to elaborate on the responsibility of ecological education in amplifying potential green consumers. Research design, Data, and methodology -The justification of the qualitative literature method used in this research is essential because, through the extensive explanation, justification and description of the methods used, researchers can enhance the trustworthiness of the research to a particular or designated audience. Result - Environmental education helps customers worldwide recognize the barriers to purchasing green products at every purchase level. Prior studies pointed out that after environmental education, consumers are much more willing to go greener in their consumption and safeguard the environment. Customers want to act green; however, they anticipate companies to lead the way. Conclusion - This research suggests that reusing prevailing resources creatively implies that fewer dollars are spent buying novel stock to generate green products. Although establishing a green company is expensive, it saves a lot of cash over time. Greening procedures can lead to efficiency gains by minimizing energy costs, permitting companies to acquire green tax credits.

Unfortunately, the number of blind people increases every 5 seconds in our world. An extensive research was made on improving the conventional walking cane and developing a microcontroller based walking stick for the blind with sensors and a feedback in form of vibration. Two different kinds of sensors are used to detect obstacles, ultrasonic and infrared distance sensors. The signal from an ultrasonic sensor is fed to a microcontroller. With the help of the supporting software, the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) principle is extensively used to form three zones and run the corresponding vibration motor at different spends according to how far the detected object is located. The other infrared distance sensors are connected to amplifiers and after that to their corresponding vibration motors through motor drivers. The vibration motors are to be located around the user's arm to notify the blind of the obstacles in the intended walking way. It can be very reliable and sufficient device guiding the blind other than the conventional walking cane which has many drawbacks which will be explained and discussed.

As the consumer market in the eco-friendly vehicle industry grows, the demand for water pump in a electric car parts market. This study intend to propose a mathematical model that can verify the effect of improving thermal properties when a non-conductive cooling filler liquid is introduced into an electric vehicle water pump. Also, the pros and cons of the immersion cooling method and future development way were suggested by analyzing the cooling characteristics using on the derived analysis solution. Thermal characteristics analysis of electric water pump applied with non-conductive filler liquid was carried out, and the diffusion boundary condition in the motor body and the boundary condition the inside pump were expressed as a geometric model. As a result of analyzing the temperature change for the heat source of the natural convection method and the heat conduction method, the natural convection method has difficulty in dissipating heat because no decrease in temperature due to heat release was found even after 300 sec. Also, it can be seen that the heat dissipation effect was obtained even though the non-conductive filling liquid was applied at the 120 sec and 180 sec in the heat conduction method. It has proposed to minimize thermal embrittlement and lower motor torque by injecting a non-conductive filler liquid into the motor body and designing a partition wall thickness of 2.5 mm or less.

The purpose of this study was to develop the Functional golf inner-wear by preventing the injuries and enhancing the performance of the Golf swing by checking the influence of the wearing of the functional golf inner-wear considering golf characteristics on the Swing trajectory and Shot distance. Functional inner-wear effective for golf swing was manufactured using the sports taping method. Changes in driver and iron swing before and after wearing the functional golf inner-wear manufactured in this way were measured using trackman equipment. Measurement variables were limited to Club Speed, Attack Angle, Club Path, Ball Speed, Smash Factor, and Priority. Before and after wearing functional golf inner-wear, there were statistically significant differences in driver club speed, iron club speed, driver etch angle, iron club pass, driver ball speed, driver smash factor, iron smash factor, driver carry, iron carry, and right shoulder joint proprioceptive sensory ability. As a result, functional golf inner-wear is effective for ball speed, impact, and carry by increasing club speed and efficient swing. Future research will focus on the development of functional golf that can improve the swing ability in a short game that plays an important role in the golf game through various sports taping grafting technique, textile, special material, film, Research on functional golf inner-wear.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 금융중심지정책과 부산금융중심지에 대한 평가를 하고 앞으로 부산금융중심지가 한 단계 성장하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 정부의 금융중심지정책은 금융산업 전반에 걸친 개선방향을 중심으로 이루어져 아직 시작단계인 부산금융중심지의 발전을 위한 정책들은 많지 않았으며, 지자체 수준에서의 정책에 더해 중앙정부 차원에서의 지원 확대나 민간의 참여를 촉진하기 위한 정책들이 추가적으로 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 금융기업들의 부산 이전을 촉진하기 위한 유치기업 인센티브 제도의 확대 필요성이 있으며, 규제프리존이나 규제샌드박스와 같은 중앙 정부 차원의 정책과 부산시의 문현-북항 금융자유지역 및 핀테크 클러스터 조성 사업을 연계하는 방안이 제시된다면 부산금융중심지의 성장에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

In this study, we developed the Field-Experiential Learning Framework Using the Location Based Mobil-learning System (LBMS) and it is mobile Augmented Reality (AR) for smart learning system which is advanced e-learning. AR is technology that seamlessly overlays computer graphics on the real world. LBMS-AR has become widely available because of mobile AR. Mobile AR is possible to get information from real world anytime, anywhere. Nowadays, there are various areas using AR such as entertainment, marketing, location-based AR. We analysed the result of survey and implemented the functions. Also, for survey about application's effectiveness, we have focus group interview (FGI). Then we demonstrated and explained the application to them. The result of survey about application's effectiveness shows that application have higher utilization in education area. One of the most promising areas is education. AR in education shows lifelike images to users for realism. It's a good way for improving concentration and attention. We utilize only a beacone for image-based AR without other sensor.
